## Analysis

Ron Hallett and Bruce Nightingale discuss the Stop Graham West tournament (which featured David Ravenson's main event win and a new target acquisition issue), the retirement of the Sanctum's 24-hour event format after 12 years, new game releases including Stern's Transformers (which was supposed to transform but doesn't), and rumors about upcoming releases including Jersey Jack's Sonic and speculation about a Michael Jackson game from J.J.P.

- [HIGH] Jersey Jack is releasing a Sonic pinball game designed by Steve Ritchie based on the video game, not the movie — _Playfield leaked; announcement expected; not movie-based per leaked images_
- [HIGH] Transformers' Pro cabinet is significantly weaker than Premium/LE versions due to removal of sculpted figures — _Bruce notes Soundwave and Dinobot replaced with flat plastic pictures in Pro; Megatron loses rotation/firing ability_
- [HIGH] Transformers has only 5 game modes, each with multiple sub-parts, instead of the typical 13-100 modes recent Stern games have featured — _Both hosts praise this design choice as more refined than recent Stern releases_
- [MEDIUM] Pokemon licensing is creating update delays due to licensor difficulty in approvals, while Transformers licensing is expected to be easier — _Bruce speculates on Transformers licensing being smoother and Pokemon standing still due to licensor difficulty_
- [HIGH] Stop Graham West tournament had nearly 75 players and ~50 stream viewers in finals, but lost Canadian attendance by not timing with Magna-Fest weekend — _Bruce attributes lower attendance to scheduling conflict; notes they estimate 15+ additional players would have attended with better timing_

## Transcript

Welcome, fellow human beings, to my meditation class, m'kay? Whether you're a meditation expert or just here as a school-mandated alternative to detention. The fucks? Yeah, really? Can we just go to detention? Coming to you from beautiful upstate New York, this is the Slam Tilt Podcast, the show about all things pinball. I'm your host, Ron Hallett, here with the other host, Bruce Nightingale. Three whole fucking weeks. Since your Antonio Cruz? These people have been without us. Oh. Has it been three weeks? It's been three weeks and two days. Oh, who's counting? This is episode 269. At least we did have stuff happen while we were away. Yes, we did. We got new pinball! New pinball! Yay! New pinball! Yay! Well, we also had stopped. We did. And some David Ravenson guy won. He won the main tournament. He won the main. Then we had a kid win the classics because 18-year-olds excel at classics. Yes, that's what kids do. And I played, kind of. Oh, wow. So did I. I played in the pre-tournament, which we knew, but I did not realize to show you how much I pay attention. I didn't know you guys were doing a classics target match play, and I'm like, oh. You better play good. I got to get me some of that. That's like my favorite thing in the world. How'd you do? How did I do? I qualified. I was near the top, and then I got eliminated in the first round. I was told stupidly. I was told I only needed to hit a center lane on volley or something a couple times, and I could have at least gotten to a playoff, but I blew it. Playoffs? Yeah. But some Bruce guy did pretty good. Oh, did you play in it? Yes, I did. Do you remember you were making fun of me thinking I was going to ball out? Oh, yes. Yeah, I wanted to make, well, that was the pre-tournament, wasn't it? Yes. Yeah. Yeah, I wanted to have a pool and which round that Bruce would quit. And I did not. Yeah, because you were really quiet, so I knew you were playing good because you weren't, like, bitching and complaining and yelling. So I was like, oh, he must be playing really good today because I haven't heard him. I've complained. You complain about everything. But I mean really complain. See how mean Ron is to me, guys? Oh, 100%. See? I mean, I was playing, I was fixing games, I was running the stream, I was doing everything. He touches himself. He wants you to touch him. Give him a hug and he'll do anything for you. So the pre-tournament isn't on the stop event page. Who won the pre-tournament? I think it was the kid. Or no, I think it was David Ramonson again. No. Oh yeah, it was. It was. And then the classics was won by the kid. We keep calling him the kid. Matt Purr's glove. Yep. So congrats. I'm going through here. Let's see who else. The women. Who won the women's? Women's. You see I'm prepared. Actually, I am prepared. I have it up here. Da, da, da, da. Actually, that's not right. That's just – there must be a separate finals thingy. Fail. Wake up. Boo, boo. Megan won. Megan. Congrats to Megan. Fail, fail, fail. And congrats to Raymond Davidson who won the main stop tournament. He got the belt. Which is far better than thousands of dollars and games. The belt is where it's at. This is what you want is the belt. I think they were very surprised how cool it was. Yes. So how do you think it went, Bruce? What takeaways? Anything could be better? Oh, yeah. We don't put it on Yagpen weekend. I think we would have had 15 more people at least. Yeah, we lost out on Canadians. The Canadians were up there. I actually feel pretty good about it where we had almost 75 people on a tournament weekend that it was a Stern Army event. So not too shabby. We also almost got up to 50 people watching the stream in the finals, like the very last games. But yes. But I feel pretty, you know, like, wow, you know, we had a lot of people. Pretty cool. S.T.A.R.S. really pissed you off. Oh, yeah, it did. The targets. I kind of went over there like, let me try. Fucking piece of shit. I got into reset right, but then they wouldn't go down. Yeah, and then we finally got it. So you had to replace the targets because they wouldn't go. So what targets were those? Those are crappy new ones. So don't use new targets because, man, they were rejecting horribly. Yes, they were really bad. Holy crap, Batman. So, yep, we got it working now. Works great. No more dropping a target for 500 free points. But, yeah, hopefully next year we'll have it at the normal time, which will be this weekend. Oh, this is when it would be? Okay. Yes. All right. You have to remember that. So you're going to have it the same time as the world's? Is it the Worlds this week? This weekend is the World Championships, yes. The IFPA Championships or whatever. But they're not always on the same weekend. Yeah, but I think it'd be good because then you guarantee we wouldn't have the best in the world playing in the tournament. Or people would have a chance of winning. Yes. Yeah. That's the way I look at it. Yep. Good answer. That's a good answer. And then Ray can't defend. Yes, Raymond Davidson would not be able to defend. I like it. All right. Anything else about Snot? I know we're plugging the hell out of it, but most of you probably have not played in Snot and don't give a shit. I thought it went really well, though. I'm very happy. Worked for me. The stream was, well, except at the very beginning, the pre-streaming, my testing it, had issues immediately. But I think one of the transmitters was just bad. Just swapped it out, and then it was fine. Boy-y-y-y worked like a charm. Yeah, so I love when equipment just fails. Yep. All right. So the first item I have on here is, I thought we mentioned this last episode, but I guess we didn't. Pedretti made it official that Tales of the Arabian Nights is the next game. Yep. What do you think? Are you excited? Nope. Oh, why not? Not a fan? Nothing for me. I've owned one. I've had it. I drank the Kool-Aid and now I'm done. I got a red tongue. You got a red tongue. That's right. You've had all those Williams classics at one point or another. I did. Yeah. My dad will probably like it. He likes Tales of the Arabian Nights. So you're going to buy your dad a nice Tales of the Arabian Nights? Wow. What a son. You heard that here, folks, first. No, I'd buy an original. Wow. At least that one would be fixable or more easily fixable by me. Dead silence. Hey, you stole my line! What else? I had a little note here because American Pinball, they're going to be doing Circus Voltaire, which is one of the ones we guessed. Let's see. They had this one little note how it would be limited. Where am I at here? Circus Voltaire, production numbers. I'm on Nap Arcade, by the way. Hi, Nap. More than me see I. Oh, you mentioned how the Transformers, did we mention how it was leaked? Yeah, by themselves. I think we did, by themselves. Yes. Whoopsie. Yeah. Hi, my name's Bob. I work at the ID department at Stern. My password is 12345. Hi! If there's any women out there who would like to have a nice guy, snuggle up against them. Okay, Bruce, is this your new character? Yes, this is IT Bob from Stern. Hi. At the Golden State Pinball Festival in Lodi, oh lord, I'm stuck in Lodi again. They had a banner there, American Pinball had a banner there that said only 771 remasters. What does that mean? Does that mean there's just going to be 771 total games or 771 of some Super LE version of it? I don't know. Stop. That'll get old. That'll get old in a hurry. I'll get on the IT leak right away. Uh-huh. Should you do the teenager voice you used to do in The Simpsons? Yes, sir. I'm good. I got the IT down. Great. I assume this means 771 total. No. No? So you think it's 771 of some... With the oddball cabinet that they have to make for Circus Voltaire, they don't want to do just 771. How is it an oddball cabinet? It wasn't an oddball cabinet. It's the oddball cabinet with the display. With the display, yeah. Yes, and that makes a different thing. Why would you want to make, unless they think it's not going to sell, which I think that's a bad call, I think it will sell very well if they sell it right. So you're saying if it's actually 771 for everything, then that's bad. That's bad for them because you're cutting off your junk before your face. You're cutting off your junk before your face. Okay. Yes. That makes no sense. All right. Cutting off your nose by your face. Yes, I think that's what you meant to say. But I'm going to get off your junk before your face. So let's go to the big news. The big one. No more 24 hours at the Sanctum. Okay. Yes, that is the big news. That is the big news. Yes. The Sanctum made an announcement this past, what was it, Saturday morning? Yep. Saying, hey, you know, this is the time when usually we start telling you all the news and we're not doing it this year. We're not doing it. Well, no, ever. It's done. Ever. It's retired. Yeah, we're done. They're going to work on, you know, other tournaments and get back to the basics at the Sanctum. So that's a bummer. They had 12 of these. Yes, 12. And somebody's already jumped on the bandwagon. And I've been in at least five. I've been in four. Because I had five medals, but I seem to remember being in more than that. I think there was a part where they didn't have the medals. Yeah. So I think I was in at least half of them. And, yeah, that bummed me out. Yeah, that bummed me out too. But now somebody else jumped on the bandwagon. Yeah, past times. Yeah. Could I have one there? I don't even think they're even prepared or anything. They haven't prepared. I hope they don't shoot themselves in the old footage. It's a lot of work doing 24 hours of pinball. It is a ridiculous amount of work. Yeah, I could see why they wouldn't do it anymore because they had to stay up with us as they're running it. But I'm going to miss that. So RIP, no one was ever able to get the final battle. They had a thing there. If you beat the final battle on Shadow, you got $1, 000. And no one ever did it. Alright, let's bring it up here with some positiveness. New releases because we know Bruce loves new games and he's positive about every single game. Okay, let me try that. He's positive about every, no, he's negative about every game except Winchester so far in the last decade. Last year, no, year. I'll say year. Year, okay. Yeah, definitely year. Okay. So Transformers came out more than meets the eye. Gonna shoot something in your eye. So you've seen it? Yes, Dad. Yeah, you saw the trailer, you saw the pictures. I'm looking at them right now. Yeah. Oh, show me your transformer, big boy. Oh, God. So what do you think? Just first impressions. It doesn't transform. Oh, God. That's what everyone's saying. Yeah, it doesn't have anything that transforms. Nope. But here's the issue. It is fairly obvious that Optimus was supposed to transform. Yep. In which they have said in interviews that that was the original idea. He was going to transform, but they couldn't get it to work reliably. The interesting thing is he's – So what would be the difference between that and so many other games they put out? But here's the interesting thing. It's transformed in the trailer. I know. If you look at, if you look at, go back in time and look at the Star Trek trailer, the Steve Ritchie Star Trek trailer. It's still on Stern's YouTube channel. You will see the original Vuck, kick it, you know, arrangement where it was supposed to, from that left Vuck. All the way up top and all the way around. It was supposed to, yeah, go all the way up to the warp ramp and all the way around. It's still there. You can still see it on the play field shot. And it's awesomeness. And it's awesomeness that they couldn't get it to work. So they kind of did the same thing here because if you look at Optimus, his proportions are weird. Like he has this small head and small like T-Rex arms but huge like cab. And you could see where he was supposed to transform. And if you look at the trailer, if you look at some of the – like they show him in the up position. When he's in the up position, you can't see any of the habit trails behind him. But there's another shot where you can see all the habit trails. So he's down. You can't see him, but he's obviously down in the transformed position. He's down, folks. He's down. Plus, you could see there was an insert that's not there anymore that was removed. Now, I'm thinking if it was there when they did the trailer, when they were filming that, that's pretty late in the cycle there that he got pulled. Yep, he got yanked. But he got yanked. And I think watching the gameplay, I think I could even see where he probably transformed. When you start the main multiball, it's got Optimus comes on there, Autobots, transform! And he transforms on the LCD. I would imagine he probably transformed on the playfield at that point. I think that's a good bet. It doesn't transform! Not even the LE! I'm spending $13, 000 on a machine that won't transform! Okay, so on the LE, they did the half and half thing again with the trim. They got the red and the purple. I have heard people who like it and people who hate it. Where are you? Douchey. Okay, so you hate it, of course. So you hated it on the original. Yes. On the original, it kind of made more sense, I think, because you had the three different models. There was Decepticon, and then you had the both. Yeah, the Autobot only, the Decepticon model, and then you had the half and half. Yeah. But it's still douchey. I bet you they had 500 lockdown bars sitting around. What of that? The half and half? Yeah. No. They didn't have the action button back then. They would have to drill them all for that. Yeah, they probably did that. They're cheap fucks. Oh, Jesus Christ. What do you think? I'm looking at the cabinets here. I definitely think the Pro is the weakest cabinet here. Pro is the weakest one for the first time, actually. Yeah, usually the Pro has a really good art. And this time, I think the premium of L.E. definitely are superior. But it doesn't transform! Transformers out. Jesus Christ. Oh, yes, Pinside. You're going to see that girl that always screams for, you know, for what's it called, for the world health. No, you know, I don't know how many of you know. The girl that's screaming on the ground going, no, because of the overheating of the earth and all the climate control shit. All these people are going, no! She's saying I've fallen and I can't get up. My Transformers doesn't transform. No! Oh, God. Okay. I should make a meme of that. But, yeah, it doesn't transform. But I'm looking at the play field, and I saw some of the gameplay. It looked very interesting. It's a three-flipper layout. Yep. I mean, the art is right on brand. Generation 1 Transformers. This is the Transformers I remembered. Megatron looks like Megatron. Megatron. Unlike the first Transformers game where he was whatever the hell he was. A tank. Oh, he's a tank. Yeah, because I was, as someone who only watched the original Transformers, I was so confused when that Transformers came out. I'm like, that's Megatron? What the hell that buddy Megatron a gun What the hell And he a gun here like he should be Yes And he fires pinballs Bruce Oh, yeah. Fire it, big boy. It's cool. Shoot your pinball. He rotates. He fires it at the habit trail. He can fire it at the side flipper. He can fire it in a variety of ways. But I think the cooler thing, honestly, is Soundwave. Yeah, with the opening door. Balls in his chest and the tape deck opens and balls pop out. That is actually the coolest thing. That's the coolest thing. Yep. And whereas on Pokemon, it seemed like Pro was a good option. Yeah, no, premium is definitely premium. They went full cheap with the getting rid of the sculpts. So they removed Soundwave and replaced them with a flat plastic with a picture of Soundwave on it. Yep, which is really cheesy. And then they remove the Dinobot, which I don't remember his name, but the Dinobot on the left, and they have a flat plastic with a picture of a Dinobot on it. Yep. Honestly, that's about the one made. Oh, yeah, and Megatron doesn't fire the ball. He doesn't rotate or do anything. He's just, but at least his sculpt is still there. Great. It seemed more code complete than the last few games they've had. Yes, I will agree with that. Like it actually has the modes are all done and it seemed like just the wizard mode was the only thing not in it yet. Which is like, wow, I'll applaud, thank you. It's much better than the recent releases. Yes, thank you, you're welcome, you're welcome. Yes. Here's the thing I like, you know how many modes it has? Five. Thank you. Just five modes. Not 13, not 20, not 100. Just five modes. Five. Five modes. But you can do so much thing with these five. You can loop in there. Yeah, each mode has at least five different parts to it or something. Yes. What was that, back to school? I only have one question in 26 parts or whatever. Yes, yeah. So, yeah, I'm thinking, looking at the play field, I'm guessing when the main multiball started, That Optimus transformed and blocked this scoop here. And then you probably hit him a bunch of times and then he would come back up and then you could hit the scoop. That would be my guess. That would be pretty cool. I'm looking at an article while we're podcasting. Is it about Transformers? Nope, it's about the 18 best ice cream places in upstate New York. What the fuck? What does this have to do with Transformers? They can't eat ice cream. And they're robots. Well, you never know. You never can tell. Okay. But there's an ice cream parlor called Purity Ice Cream Parlor in Ithaca, New York. Uh-huh. Their logo is Sticky Smiles and Happy Faces. I swear to God. Sticky Smiles. And Happy Faces. I think that was Vivid Video's line, too, if I remember. Holy shit. Okay. Ron doesn't have anything to go with. I thought my vivid video comment was good. It was, but not as bad as the old. Back to the game. Looks interesting. Definitely want to play this. They didn't change any of the pricing. It is the same. I guess the licensor is very easy to work with, i.e. we'll probably actually get updates quickly on this one, on like Pokemon, which is kind of going to a standstill because the licensor is just extremely difficult to get approvals. Kind of knew that going into Pokemon, that was probably going to be an issue, and it has been. Looking at the art again. The art, they said it's a team effort. I don't know what that means. That hasn't really been... Tag, you're it. I'm going to go on vacation. Tag, you're it. I'm on vacation too. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just Hasbro. Like, you must use this. Yeah, probably. Da-da-da-da-da-da. Man, I like the premium and the LE cabinets. See? Ron's getting the premium. I'm with Tales from Rabia Nights. Boy, if I had Ron's money, I'd burn my own. Tough shit. Yeah, I like the art. Nice, bright, colorful. Looks like it should for this license. Mm-hmm. Yeah, I watched the trailer, show some of the game. I watched the actual gameplay that Stern had a couple days after the trailer. It was weird, though. It was like the motion was choppy. They uploaded it at like 24 frames or something instead of 60. Like they have all their other gameplay videos. I don't know what happened there. That was weird. But it looks super interesting. I really want to play this thing. And it speaks to me because it's from my era. Like I actually have. I still have my Megatron. Mm-hmm. And he transforms into a gun. Mm-hmm. Which I looked this up. They're still making those. Like, you can get a brand new, like, Generation 1. You can get guns. Excellent. Generation 1 Megatron. That looks like a gun. So I even have, I got the silencer, the scope, the stock. Fire! We salute you. Yes, to those about to rock. But. So Ron's buying a premium or an L.E. Gotcha. I haven't seen any of these in the wild yet. I don't know. What's the first show that these are going to be at? I'm trying to think when I will even get a chance to play this thing. I hope it's not. I hope it doesn't have to wait until Expo. It's in fucking October. That would be brutal. You might have to just come all the way out to the RPC. Oh, so you guys are getting one. Yep. Mark's getting a premium. Of course. Of course he is. Of course. Couldn't be a pro. That would just be pathetic. Inferior. I'm just looking at the art. It is nice. Ron will sell me one of his games to get this game. Looking at the fine detail. Yeah, Soundwave does look cool. It is cool. And they got the voices, they got Frank Welker, and they got Peter Cullen. I am. To do the roles. I am Optimus Prime. I am 80 fucking years old. Get me my enema bag. Oh, jeez. I think Welker's just as old, if not older. I just shit myself. Oh, God. What's that in your cab, Optimus? It's a smoker. Optimus has just shit himself. Oh, no. Bumblebee, where are you? Remember, they are like six million years old, so they are kind of old. Yeah. And they are more than meets the eye. Yes. They are more than meets the eye, right? Yeah, looking at the Pro, it does look barren without the actual scope. Oh, it's terrible. It's terrible. I bet you it doesn't really play that much different. And for the price difference, it's not that much. You know, it's two grand, but boy, I guess that's what gets you two grand. Frank Welker's been busy in the pinball voice world. Yes, I am. I've shipped many games. No, he was Fred and Scooby-Doo. Remember when I was reviewing Scooby-Doo and I'm like, none of the voices were quite right except Fred. He sounded dead on. It's like, yeah, you dumbass. That's the actual guy that did Fred originally. Like, holy shit. He still sounded like Fred. Amazing. He must have took care of his voice. He probably wasn't a smoker, be my guess. I betcha. It's 40th anniversary? No, it's older than that. It's older than that. Oh, the movie. The movie. Oh, God. Not the original series. Yeah, I saw the movie. I saw the movie. It's so weird. Ron went to a movie theater in the movies? No, I don't think I saw it in the theater. But I remember Optimus dies. And I'm like, what? What the fuck? Optimus is dead? And Megatron, he gets mortally wounded and he becomes, what, Galvatron? Galvatron! And his voice changes and all that. And I'm like, what the fuck's going on? And they got the thing that's as big as a planet. What the hell was it called? I forget. Not Cybertron. Well, Cybertron's where they come from. But Omicron or whatever. Yeah, Omicron. Something like that. I just remember it was Orson Welles. It was Orson Welles' voice. Like, what? Orson Welles is in this? And it's literally the last thing he did before he died. Let's do the voice in this cartoon. I'm on my deathbed trying to make money. Give me some diabetes. No, no, that's Wilford Brimley. You got the wrong guy. No, no, I got it right. No, we will sell no wine before it's time. Oh, yeah. You ever see those? He showed up completely drunk, and they got those on YouTube. He's like bombed out of his mind trying to do these commercials. We will sell no wine before it's time. I'm excited. Unlike you, you never get excited over anything, unless it's Winchester. Winchester. Oh, we're going to call you Winchester Bruce from now on. Yeah, baby. Give me some of that Winchester spinach. Okay. Yeah. Anything else on Transformers? Do you think it'll do well? I think it'll do okay. Okay. Do you think the LEs will sell out? Yes. Will they be on the block three months after, you know, everyone trying to get the next game? Yes, again. Okay. Well, speaking of the next game, that's going to be announced probably tomorrow because we're recording now, I'm guessing. But it's going to be Sonic from Jersey Jack. J.J.P. Yeah, J.J.P. designed by Steve Ritchie from the playfield pick that leaked. It looks like it's going to be the game, not the movie. Are you looking forward to that? Maybe. I'll make it maybe. Maybe. I'm looking forward to it because it's my man, Steve Ritchie. We've seen him when he is not neutered. Is he neutered this time? That's the key. No, this is Jersey Jack. I know, but you never know. You never can tell. So this is going to be, yeah, it's not the movie, it's the game. I'm curious what versions of this come out. Are they going to have an arcade version like they did Harry Potter? Are they going to kind of duplicate all the different, or was that special for Harry Potter just because they knew it was going to sell? I think they just did it special just for them. I think they're going to go back to two. So is it going to be an LE that's really not an LE? Yeah, exactly. That's like 5, 000 units, which they'll never sell, and then a CE of whatever? Yeah, I agree. Yes, that will happen. All right, I'm hearing rumors that, no, there will be like an arcade edition. We'll see. Okay. I'm excited for this, too. Of course, I still get excited for new releases. Bruce is, I'm not as jaded as Bruce is and hates everything. You're terrible. What's going on here, huh? Terrible. So I'm just wondering, what would you put on a playfield for Sonic? A loop! Yeah, it's got to be really fast, like the fastest game ever. Or when he plunges the ball like it wouldn't do normally. Oh, so just like the Star Wars warp, the thing that goes around, the getaway, we're using that again, okay. That would be interesting seeing Jersey Jack do that. Yeah. Do it in some like over-the-top way. Nine magnets. Nine magnets, unbelievable speed. If it flies out of the habiture, it will break the glass. Ah! I got balls in my face. It'll look like Superman going around the Earth. You know, he's going back time. Oh, man, that would have been cool for an actual Superman pinball game, wouldn't it? That would have been cool. Superman has to go back in time. Stop the Earth. Oh, man, that would have been sweet. Here's how you really do it. You make the daily planet, and you have the planet on top, and then the ball goes the other way when you're trying to reverse backwards in time. That would have been pretty cool. That would have been cool. Mech time. Here we come. Why are we talking about Superman? It has something to do with Sonic. It sounds better. I'm not a big Sonic fan. Well, the other interesting thing, the game after Sonic was rumored to be Van Halen. Now the rumors are it's not going to be Van Halen, but it is going to be a music pin. Like, okay. And now they're saying, I'm hearing Michael Jackson. I got a walker. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't get it. He's dead. No, but everyone else isn't. I still don't get it. Should we have John Trudeau do this one? Wouldn't that make more sense? Yeah, well, that's definitely under Michael Jackson. Yes. Hi, kids. But I think, honestly, the timing would be perfect. I mean, the movie has been a massive, massive hit. His music has been charting again. I actually think that would be a good theme. Not another year and a half from now, it'll take J.J.P. to get that out. I think it'll get it out. What happens if they get it out this year? Say it's the end this year. No fucking way. No way. Okay. Being honest on that one. That's good. If you were doing a Michael Jackson pin, what songs need to be in it? Beat off, beat off, beat off, beat off. Basically, anything that Weird Al parodied has to be in it. Yes. So Bad, it needs to be in it, and Beat It needs to be in it. You know, I'm fat. I'm fat. Yes. Anything that Weird Al parodied, we're good because then you can actually have a Weird Al pin that's actually good. Oh, that's mean. I'm thinking you got to have, well, if you want to go back, you can have like a, I want to rock with you all night. You have to turn away. Billy's Jeans because you got to get them Billy's Jeans off. Oh, jeez. No, God. Thriller. Well, Thriller, Billie Jean, Beat It. Yep. I'm black, I'm white. Black, I'm really, really tight. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Black, I'm really tight. I don't think that's the word. That's it. I know it is. Bad, Smooth Criminal. Yeah, Smooth Criminal, definitely. What's the song where if you can't feed the baby, don't have the baby? What? If you can't feed the baby. Yes, if you can't feed the baby, Michael Jackson song, hold on, you want to be starting something. Oh. And it says that. If you can't feed the baby, yeah, yeah, don't have the baby, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, that's the first song on friggin' Thriller. Yep. And you don't want to think maybe if you can't feed the baby, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. See, he just immediately starts singing them. They're iconic songs. Everybody knows these songs. And then Macaulay Culkin comes out of it. What the hell? Oh, that's right. He was in that video, wasn't he? I forgot. Yes, he was. Yeah, wasn't there like a black and white, wasn't there like a rap section to that song too? Because everything had to have the rap section. I don't even know what he's saying, but it sounds good. You're a vegetable, you're a vegetable, they'll hate you, you're a vegetable. Speaking of songs, all our podcasts are getting pulled off of Spotify. Yeah, those assholes. Yeah, I've had multiple listeners, multiple listeners have been like, hey, your stuff was on Spotify and I was listening to it and then it was gone. Yep. Yeah. They don't like music. They don't like Steel Panther, obviously, or Ringo Starr, so I don't know what their issue is there. Yeah, I know, God. So they won't like this then, if I play this. Yeah. This could be in there too. From Off the Wall. Off the Wall, which I always thought that was his first solo album, but it's like, no, that's like his fifth solo album. Like, what? He was like 19, how the fuck would that, his fifth solo album. I guess he had all these solo albums when he was like 10 years old. Like, those don't count. Come on. That's ridiculous. My daddy, my daddy, beat the shit out of me, yeah! Oh, man. It's the truth! According to the movie, right? I don't know. Yes! I haven't seen the movie. Have you seen the movie? I have not. Okay. But I'd like to. See, just, Jerser, Jack, you gotta make it. You gotta make it. With the sound system yeah I totally agree If you think Van Halen was an issue as far as getting rights and stuff like that I would think Michael Jackson would be even worse I don know But we'll see. Supposedly it's at least a music pin, whatever it is, the one after Sonic. So we'll see what that means. If it's ELO, Bruce is there, day one, LE, ready to go. Have you gone to any distributor and said, like, put me in the ELO list? Nope. I think they would just know. They would just know. Oh, Bruce, I'll just put you ahead of everyone in the actual list. Yes, they would know that. Okay. They would know that. Like, you know, flipping out Pinball, he would just say, God, Bruce is such an awesome buyer of all of our stuff. Well, I was told by flipping out for Beavis and Butthead, he just has Bruce and Ron, like, just our names. It doesn't even say just me. It's like Bruce and Ron. Yep. Totally should be. Which will never happen, unfortunately. Unfortunately, it will not. Yeah, so we got Transformers. Sonic is coming. I'm excited. New games. It's great to be in pinball. Come on, you should be happy. Bruce, remember in the early days, lucky we'd get one or two titles a year. It was always from Stern. Only one company. It was slim pickings, man. Mm-hmm. And now it's so much better, but you're not excited. Nope, except for Winchester. That's it. I'm just going to call you Winchester Bruce for now on. Winchester Bruce! You got that damn straight, monkey boy! I don't get it. That's not a – the theme is a horror theme. Winchester is my name, and I spit bullets in games. Spit bullets! Yeah. I don't believe in them ghosts. Remember that? The Guns in Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Yes. Wow! And they were different characters. The one guy was Andy Devine, I think was the one. Yeah, I've been saying you were sat for Sauron. There you go. There's a movie I haven't seen in a while. I love that movie. Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Ooh, maybe someone can make that. That would be a buggy buggy. Oh, God, that would be a licensing nightmare beyond all nightmares. When that movie came out, even as a kid, I couldn't believe they were able to get all those characters in one movie. Yep. And so many stipulations on it, too. It wasn't even funny. Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse. Mickey Mouse. Which, I mean, Mickey Mouse, like, come on, fucking rodent. Come on. You shouldn't be in the frame with Bugs Bunny. I agree. Sorry. Come on. It's so lame. But great movie. And last hurrah for a lot of the voice actors. June Foray is in there. Mae Castell, Mel Blanc, probably the last thing he did. Yep. Ah, just so good. Yep. Here you go. Useless trivia. What Looney Tunes character, what is the only Looney Tunes character that Mel Blanc did not do in that movie that he usually did? Porky Pig? Nope, he did Porky Pig. Okay. Think of a character that would be hard on your throat. Yosemite Sam. Yep. When he got older, he couldn't really do them anymore because we'd just kill them. Hooray, hooray, toe! I remember as a kid watching the credits when they came up and it had, you know, Mel Blanc, all these usual characters, but then it had Yosemite Sam, somebody else. I'm like, wait a minute, what the hell? I found out later, yeah, he stopped doing them because it just killed his voice. Yeah. This has nothing to do with any pinball. Pinball dreams. It's a pinball dreams, yes. Please, Eddie. Yes. Baby Herman, but it's a guy's voice. Oh, fucking baby Herman is fucking awesome. Oh, yeah, he's probably your favorite character, I would assume. I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way. I just like that Raul, J. Raul, the director at the beginning. That's Joel Silver, noted producer under heavy makeup. He did it as an FU, I think, to Disney or some shit when he was in it. And that's the only thing he ever acted in. He was pretty good in the few lines he had. Patty cake? Not patty cake. Okay, what was the password to get into the club? Walt's, uh... Yeah, you had it. Walt sent me. Yeah, Walt sent me, yeah. Walt sent me. Oh, yes, we are getting totally off. Let's get back to Skittin. Yeah, so if you guys want to make a good pinball machine, make that. Yes, or Spaceballs. You're already in with Disney, so just got to get Warner Brothers on the old chenille. Spaceballs! You can do that, too. Oh, that's what I like to see. Spaceballs, too. Spaceballs. Coming out next year, that would be the perfect movie, Pin. And more pinball news. I'm looking at... When was the last movie, Pinball? Movie Pinball? Yeah, what was the last movie Pinball Machine? Dune. Okay, good, perfect. Before that. You wanted an older one. I know. I don't know. I'm thinking maybe Lost in Space. No. Oh, Barbed Wire. Barbed Wire. What are you talking about? Movie Transformers was a movie pin. So was Avatar. I hate those fucking game stuff. I have not watched an Avatar since the first one. I've never seen any of the avatars. See? They didn't make it for you. But Mr. Pinball Australia, which I believe that's Wayne, over in Australia, he had a picture of the new Arabian Nights. Just like from behind, so you really can't see anything. But it's got purple-coated legs. I can see that. One-eyed, one-home, blind, purple people leader. I just figured I'd mention that. That's about all I've seen. Oh, wait a minute. Was there more gameplay? So they did... Oh, never mind. That was the media influencers. We weren't there. We're not worthy. No, we are worthy. No, we got invited. They're picking on a Wednesday, the week before, where all our flights are like $800. Yeah, I was looking at flights to Chicago for Expo, and the only place in New York that had prices worse than Albany was Rochester. I couldn't believe it. I know. Holy shit. For once, we didn't have the worst pricing. Ta-da! Yes. See, I'm looking at Houdini's here. I'm at Napa Arcade again. There was a bunch of American pinball news that I thought was interesting. They're doing code updates for Galactic Tank Force. They're also going to have the tank replaced by Lior, the guy who makes all the art of pinball. He makes all the cool sculpts and shit. He's going to do the tank now. So it'll be on the new machines, but you can get one for your old machine. And it's going to be a topper, which Christopher Franchi's doing. Yeah, it seems like they're actually doing a lot of work on Galactic Tank Force. Why not, Barry-O? Okay. So I try to be positive, folks, but Bruce just makes it so hard. I look for positive news and things, and he just brings everything down. Don't bring me down. Oh, yeah, there you go. Don't break me down! Okay. Well, I think that's the end. Might as well go to the ball bag then. I love going to the ball bag. Yes, the ball bag. Let it free, let them swing. Let's see. Get connected with new Walking Dead Remastered Code. That's in our ball bag. No! Oh, God. Talk about a game that was like... This came out almost a year ago. And it's at .92. The only thing new in it has been with the topper mode. But this just came today. So what do we got today that's new? Let's see. Added new crossbow frenzy mode. Okay. Frenzy! Updated crossbow frenzy with enhanced rules, graphics, sound, and speech. Wait a minute. Hey, bucko! We got a frenzy! Okay. Okay, Rudy. Why does this contradict itself? It says, okay, added new crossbow frenzy mode. So that means that's a new mode that didn't exist before, right? Yeah, bucko. Okay, the very next line, updated Updated it from what? Non-existence? That doesn't make any sense. Does that make any sense to you, Bruce? Nope. Was there a previous crossbow mode in the game maybe that was called crossbow frenzy? But you wouldn't think that from the line where they said added new, unless there's multiple crossbow frenzy modes. And this is a new one. So there's more than one. That's the only way those two senses would make sense right after each other like that. I'm sorry, I get annoyed when stuff doesn't make sense like that. Let's see how to play. Start by completing all crossbow shots. Hit Lit Walkers before they reach you. Hit Walkers with a crossbow to greatly increase scoring and slow down respawn time, etc. Hey, bucko! And that's it. That's what they added. So, so far since the game's been released, it's the same code it was originally, except LCD-ified graphics of the original graphics. It's at a topper mode and now this mode. Hey, bucko! I think there's LA still available! Great! Yeah. Yeah, this was a miss. Cash grab! I hate to say it, but it was a miss, especially after you did Metallica. And it was just like, okay, so you set the bar high. Like, this is what we're going to expect for your remasters. And then you came out with Walking Dead. And you're like, you're out of the woods, you're out of the woods, woods. It's like, okay, where's all the new stuff in it? There is no new stuff on it. Okay, it's coming. They literally said it's coming. Okay. Soon, it's coming. Yeah, we're like eight, nine months later and where is it? I just, they might cut their losses on this one. I think they're going to cut their losses on this one. I really think. There's certain games I think they just, like, yeah. I think they'll get maybe to 1.0 and that'll be it. I don't know what... I mean, how long are they going to work on this? You figure the next remaster will be out in less than a year, right? As long as they have to. I hope so. Because I actually liked playing this when it came out. It shoots better than the original because it's Spike 3. But I just don't think they're going to add that much stuff to it. But they can prove me wrong. They won't. They can prove me wrong. Prove me wrong. What do we got? We got the first message in the ball bag from Patrick. You know Patrick from past times. I know Patrick from past times. Stomp and such is the subject. Greetings. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you to plus the entire team at the RPC. That would be Rochester Pinball Collective, which is located at 349 West Commercial Street, East Rochester, New York, for putting on another great Stop West tournament. While I wish I had played better than I did, which really wouldn't take much effort, Debbie and I had a great time. We love getting to hang out with the upstate pinball crew and wish we could make it up your way more often than we do. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly the team dealt with the weirdly random electrical all-in-AC issues that came up. That's right. The AC died in part of the room. The AC died in part of the room, and we lost power to one of our light banks. Yeah, so you have people, by people, I mean you guys, up in the ceiling. Fixing it. Trying to fix this. And we did fix it. One thing, not the AC. The hard work you all did to make the tournament fun, comfortable, and moving forward was well appreciated. Hosting big events is never an easy job, and it's often thankless. So I wanted to make sure that I let you know how much I appreciated you all. Thank you again for all you do for the pinball community through the RPC, hosting the Slamtill Podcast, and for Ron, Silverball Chronicles as well. Did you know that? That's my other podcast, Bruce. Silver Ball Chronicles. We talk about pinball history. We just recorded last week a new episode. About what? About a certain designer who would, as we said earlier, would probably be good for designing the Michael Jackson game. If you want to be starting something, you got to watch some kid porn. And running tournaments and events. It was an honor to know you both. Keep on flipping. Interesting. Patrick, P.S., if you ever need a guest to come on the show, I'd be up for it. So now we're three deep and three guests. I love it. Thank you, Patrick. Oh, this one's interesting. Okay. Subject, audio call-outs. All right. What's this? Hey, Ron. Okay, this is directly to me. I'm scared. I heard a few episodes back that you missed out on Dirty Pool's audio call-out recording booth at TPF. Oh, yeah. Yeah, when I walked by and saw, like, voice dude call-outs. Like, oh, damn it. I'm in the middle of adding call-outs to my homebrew game and had an idea. Uh-oh. If you can rattle off a few call-outs, I will clip them from the episode and put them into the game. And you can come hear them at next year's TPF. Okay. Maybe you could just send me a script. It might be easier. Yeah, I think that'd be a lot easier. It's King of the Hill. So you can just give me your best Mr. Anderson voice and we'll just call it Hank Hill. That's true. Mr. Anderson is pretty much Hank Hill. Oh man, that puts me on the spot. Sorry, no script. You're just going to have to wing it. Oh, you like those boys with the woodshed lug winging it. What the hell, boy? You know, there have to be a propane multiball. Yes. Propane jackpot. Don't laugh through it, then you can't clip it. It's great. Propane jackpot. So you've got to say it different ways, so it's not the same thing over and over. You gotta do the one, Propy! I don't know if he ever yelled on the show, oh, super jackpot, super jackpot, Jesus Christ. How about Boomhauer? Oh God, the things you could do at Boomhauer in that game. I'm trying to think, I'm trying to tie it to pinball. What could you say? I'll tell you what, man, talk about that multiball, man. You gotta put the ball right there and there and go over there and up there and down there, man. It's real easy. Something like that. Can you think of anything else? Dribble. I can't do dribble. I can't do any of the other voices. Wow. I'm sorry I'm just not that amazing. My favorite boom hour still, though. I tell you what, man, talk about that damn old internet, talk about they've got Nick Chicks on there, man. You go, click, click, click, click, click, click. It's real easy, man. I still love that one. I mean, Boomhauer is really just Hank Hill higher and faster. He literally does the same. What the hell are you talking about, Bobby? But you know, if I put it up a little higher and I talk faster and talk about Going up, you know, get, go, goddamn, get, you know, Chuck Mangione, go, damn, Ramon. See, there you go. He just ruined it for me. See, that's literally all it is. Propane Jackpot. There. So you gotta have a propane multiball now. All right, thank you. Thank you, Nick. You're awfully quiet, Bruce. Thank you, Nick. What are you doing over there? What are you doing? Nothing. Why? Where's your hand? Okay. Let's see. This is from Corey. Hello, Ron and Bruce. Am I nuts? Are we episodes 267 and 268 removed from Spotify? Yes. So it was great meeting Bruce in Allentown. Sorry I missed meeting you, Ron. Corey. Oh, from London Pinball. The guy saw most of the first early Stern, videos of early Sterns. Some of the early stuff on YouTube I ever saw was from him. From London Pinball. Let's see, we have one more. Uh-oh, it's from Glenn. Isn't that the asshole that, you know, that people don't like at Allentown? Well, the one guy was talking shit about him, yeah. Oh, totally, yeah. Let's see, what does it say? Download attachment! Oh no, is this porn? Well, in Glenn's email, it says, Ron and Bruce, the Bash Pinball podcast guys, Matt and Don, spoke about the right and wrong way to talk to new pinball players. They coined these people pinball babies. Yeah, you want your new pinball? I have a story to tell, and he attached an audio file. Oh boy, there's going to be him moaning and groaning. I would like other people to record self-deprecating stories about an embarrassing pinball life lesson, and I'll update the song and piece it together for the Slam Till podcast. Could be a fun reoccurring segment Lousers Well we better listen to the song How dare you talk to a pinball baby Do you barge in and show them where the flipper buttons are? How dare you talk to a pinball baby? Dialed In, Star Wars, Batman 66, Godzilla. The rules and the shots and nudging. And so I waited a couple minutes and I walked over there after the game like, yeah, good game guys. And they're like, yeah, pinball's great. I'm like, yeah, isn't it? I'm like, do you guys want to know the rules to this game? There's a lot more that you guys don't know. They're like, yeah, sure, yeah, what do you do? I'm like, well, it's easier if I show you. Can we play a four-player game? And they're like, yeah, yeah, yeah. So I start up a four-player game and explain a couple things. And then I plunge the ball, get the skill shot, shoot the mouth, shoot it again, load the cannon, shoot the shot, start multiball. I'm like, alright, so once you get to start multiple, you gotta park the ball here, here, and here, and then I loaded the cannon, and then I shot the shot, and now you gotta catch them all again, and you shoot them out, and you load the cannon, and you get a roving jackpot, and that's a super jackpot, and so I did that like, yeah, the machine's blowing up, and there's all this energy in the room, and you know, I feel like a frickin' pinball hero in front of these guys, and then I did it again. Get the super jackpot. Fire at will. And I could tell the second time they were less impressed. They're like, look at this guy. And I did it a third time. I got a third Super Jackpot. I've never gotten three Super Jackpots in a game of T2. And I could tell that they didn't like pinball as much as they did five minutes ago. So I just wanted to share the story because I don't think that's how you talk to a pinball baby. It's like trying to roll your score on stars. Stars. Yeah, he should have, like, after the first jackpot said, okay, guys, you try to do this. But he was a little greedy, too. The pinball baby. How can you talk to a baby? No, you just go up. You guys suck. Watch me. Yeah, watch me kick them out of the way. Steal their quarter. Take their free credit. Thank you, Glenn. So like you said, any other stories? I don't know if anyone's going to be able to record something. He recorded that in like, what, a couple hours? Yeah. Because he just said he was going to put something together. And that had like whole background noises. Yeah, exactly. And he literally had the call outs for the game. And it does sound like he said stupid jackpot instead of super jackpot. Yes. Stupid jackpot. He really starts to hit the stupid jackpot. You're stupid too. One of the most popular newbie games at level zero, my place, is actually Spanish Eyes. You wouldn't think that. These Eyes. God. As soon as it hits the center pop-up or bounces out, they're just like, oh, I love this game. Because the ball was gone, and then it wasn't. These Arms. Oh, Jesus. So do we have the Guess Who pinball machine? Every Night. Would that be popular in Canada? Oh, you. Bum, bum, bum. Yes. These arms long to hold you again. The head is on me, yeah. And I love to be free, my friends. Keep roaring. They're still going. Him and the other guy. My thunder thighs. Burton Cummings and the other guy. Randy Bachman. They got the name back. Bachman Termin overdrive? No, no, guess who? They actually own the name now, so. Guess who? I don't know who. Who? Who's on first? I don't know. What's on second? No, who's, no. Who's on second? What's on first? No, no, what's on second? No. Okay, enough of that. Third base. Yeah, where's our Abedin and Costello pin? Yeah. We have the Laurel and Hardy times two. Yes, that's true. We've got Flickr, Prospector, there's the one Chicago coin one. Hollywood. Yeah, they're on that too. So that's at least three games that they're on that they receive no money for whatsoever. Hollywood! Oh, man. Okay, repairs. I actually have something. Wow. Go, Ron, go. Oh, okay. So I had the Albany Bells were at my house over the weekend playing on my games. Your shitty games, as Zach says. Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever. So two of them, I had two casualties. Uh-oh. So Prospector, one of the inserts is kind of falling out. Oh. So I'm going to have to, like, push it back up and glue it. Wood glue it, baby. Well, what kind of glue should I use for that? Wood glue. Or you can use regular gel like a clear. Yeah, I have the clear Gorilla Glue. I was thinking I was just going to use that. Okay. That would be fine. Yeah. And then the other. Hold your ears, Raymond Davidson. Rush. Guess what node board died? No, number nine. No, ten. No, ten? Yes. The dreaded node board ten. The one that controls the up-down motor for the ramp, the center shot, and the clock. Neither of which work now. Isn't that great? I am pissed, actually, because I did every precaution for that. As a background, when the game came out, they had massive instances of Note 10 blowing up. Note board 10 blowing up. Because they crimped some pins wrong or incorrectly or whatever with the motor. So they eventually came out with a new motor. Well, they had revision one and then revision two, which they pulled the revision one back and got the revision two, which they changed it so the motor. Originally, the motor went into a connector, and then that connector went to the board. They got rid of that connector. The connector goes to the elbow. The elbow goes to the finger. The finger goes to your goddamn ass. So the motor goes directly to the board. Yes. And I put that in mine, proactively. And also you've got to look at your clock because they had instances where they put the tie wraps way too tight and it would chafe the wires so if they touched each other it would short. I hate when my wires get chafed. Instantly blow up the board. I checked both of those. Religiously. I got the new motor in 2023. Three. So in May, May or June. So it's been almost three years now that that's been working fine. Religiously. And it blew up. And the thing is, it didn't blow up like a lot of them do, where they literally fry and you can see the chip is blown up. Like the board looks pristine. If I gave the board and you said, this is a brand new board, you'd be like, yeah, yeah, okay. I can see that. And it even passes the node board test if you run it on the – it says 10 is fine. Great, no problems. Status light blinks like it should. Looks fine. But it doesn't work. So I'm going to have to – I'm sure it's on the cable? Yeah, it ain't a cable. It ain't a cable. Okay. I'm just saying the data – it could be the data cable between the node boards. Then it would bomb the node board test because it literally checks the bus. Although it's all checking is continuity. It's not taking tests like back and forth. I think it sends like three serial commands. That's all it does. Back and forth, back and forth. I ran two different tests. The one that went through all the boards and said they were fine. And then I ran one on 10 specifically and it said it was all good. So I guess your motor's bad and your other stuff's bad. The board's great. Well, yeah, no. It's got to be the board because both motors aren't working. So, and doing some more research on Pinside, it's like, yes, this could happen where the board looks fine. It doesn't actually fry. It just stops working. Like, okay, great. How much one of those boards cost? Well, the thing is, I'm going to contact Stern, but do they do any replacements for that or is it too late? It's too late. See, I don't know. One year warranty. That's it? So fuck me? Fuck you! I mean, I don't want to replace the thing and have it just fry instantly again, because I'm paranoid that something else might be wrong, even though it doesn't look like it, too. Yeah, they're like $280 from Pinball Life. I looked it up. Wow, congratulations. Yeah, yeah. So I'm going to contact Stern first, maybe they'll tell me whatever. Sorry, it is $309. $309? Marco Specialties has Spike 2 Node 10 boards, $309. Yeah, and Pinball Life had them for $279. I found it even cheaper. How's that cheaper? No, I found it even cheaper. Okay, where? Little Shop of Games has it for $145. That's got to be the wrong part then. Nope, Spike 2 Node 10 board for Pinball Machine, 520-6976-72. Yeah, I have to look at that. That sounds like that's got to be wrong. The thing is, supposedly, according to the Pinside Thread, there's actually a replacement board. There's a new number. And I would rather get that one than get the same one again if it's just going to last three years and blow up. You know what I mean? Yeah. If they've improved the design or have some way that it works better, I would rather get that. And actually, the model number on Pinball Life is a different model number than the original model number. But it's not, it's one off from what supposedly is the latest and greatest board that other people have gotten. They've had other people that have blown up No More 10 and they've gotten the new board and it has this new number. So I've never contacted Stern before. Is it going to be great, Bruce? I'm just going to email him. It'll be swell. It'll be great. Gonna have the whole world on a plate. Starting here. Starting now. Okay, Ethel Merman. Airplane. Where's my airplane? We'll just do all these. You know what I watched? I was on the Antonio Cruz ship and it was late at night. It's like 11 o'clock. We're starting to fall asleep. Oh, did you get herpes? I heard you got herpes on the Antonio Cruz. I got herpes, yes. I turned on and it's airplanes on. There I am. I watched almost half of the airplane. I'm like, oh, it's fucking great. Airplane 2 comes on. I'm like, oh, fuck. I had to watch both. I didn't go to bed until 2.30. I was like, fuck. Was it uncensored? Yes. Okay. Because I always forget that there's boobs. Boobs. Until in one scene in Airplane, I'm like, whoa, whoa, okay. Yeah, I forgot about that. Remember, lay him down and smack him, yak him. Yeah, yeah. Mamma jamma. Mama don't want no shit. Mama don't take no shit. That is the fucking, that is the movie of all time. And those guys came up with all that shit. Literally in the script it just said talk jive and they said think of something. Just come up and say okay. The way it should be. All right. Repairs. Do you have any repairs, Bruce? No, I wasn't around. Oh. So you were just cruising. Cruising. Was the Antonio Cruz great, Bruce? It was. Do you feel rejuvenated? I feel extraordinary. Uh-huh. Extraordinary. Are you ready for Expo, Bruce? All your fans are waiting for you. They're all waiting, all one of them. Well, don't include me then. Okay, shit. Nobody's going to come. Come on, Bruce. These eyes. Come on, we've got to get him to Expo, folks, because I know he's going to bail. Yeah, I don't know. See, he's already starting. No, I might even not be able to make Beast this year, all of it. Okay. So Bruce is going to be bailing out everything, folks. You watch. Eject, eject, eject. Eject, eject. Connect. He's going to leave me all alone at Expo again. Yep. Well, if I come out, you've got to save me a spot in your room so I can sleep on the floor and snore. Oh, God. No, no, no, no. I've got this new spray stuff. It works great. Oh, it works? It gets rid of your snoring? For a couple of minutes. Jeez. That should be enough for you to fall asleep first, right, Raj? Oh, good gravy. All right. I think that's all I got. But there wasn't a ton of stuff that happened while you were out, so your timing was good. Perfect. I'm sure the day after we release this that Sonic will come out, but you never seem excited for releases anymore anyway. Not at all. You just bring me down, Bruce. Folks, I'm trying to be excited. I'm trying, but Bruce just brings me down. Don't bring me down, Bruce. Okay. We are the Slam Tilt Podcast. This has been episode 269. You should check out our website. What's our website, Bruce? www.slamtillpodcast.com Wow, we knew it. Okay. In the upper right-hand corner, check out all the links. You can go to Twitch, check out the Bells Tournament that just occurred because we did stream. Was it golden? 15 people to watch or so, whatever it was. Yes, it was golden. It was golden. We had the issue. Darn Tom was streaming at Fox Cities again because they were doing some Whopper Chopper thing. Yes, they were whopper-whoring over at wherever it was, somewhere in Wisconsin. So, yeah, 100 people watching that. So I'm going to get everyone prepped up for the next stomp, Stomp East 10. Okay, when is this going to be, Bruce? Because we keep discussing these dates and you keep changing them. It's definitely now. It's fixed. Hold on. It's all fixed. Okay, so this is the new official date. September 19th. So basically we're in it usually. The same exact day we talked about. So when it usually is, right around my birthday. Yep. Everyone gives Ron a hug for his birthday. No. Yes. So September 19th. Okay. And so I'm going to put the thing in for IFPA in a couple weeks and we'll get her going. Get her done. All right. You can send us emails at slamtillpodcast at gmail.com. That's slamtillpodcast at gmail.com. Hello to everyone in the cluster Vuck. I'm bucking around with you guys. I'm sure. There was actually a final round podcast that came out. The final round. Every three weeks or every three months. Three months or maybe three years. Jesus. You thought our three weeks and two days was long. God, what's their fucking three weeks? I just like hearing the guys. Yep, the boys. I like hearing Ryan C. attempt to sing. It's great. I miss the singing. Yeah. That's all I got. That's all you got? Yeah. You got a name? I got a name. Okay. Until next time, say goodbye, Bruce. Goodbye, Sarah Louise. Me and Ron both love you, and we know you're going through some hard times right now. We're looking out for you. Oh, my, my. Can you move me? Can you slide? Hold my mind, hold my mind, you can't fool me if you try. Hold my mind, hold my mind, it's guaranteed to keep you alive. The End Pinnball princess, Zerr! How do you talk to... Oh, I probably should have looked at this before we recorded. How do you mend a broken heart? How can a loser ever win? Oh, I want my Bee Gees involved. Talk about awesome music. The love from Shining. The love, I don't think that's the word line. What makes my masturbation go around? Well, we're going to see the Australian Bee Gees next week. Okay, wait a minute. You realize the Bee Gees are from Australia. I know, but they call themselves the Australian Bee Gees. That makes no sense because the Bee Gees are from Australia. I'm just telling you what they're saying, mate. What the hell? That doesn't make any sense. G'day, mate, but it happens. That's right.
