## Transcript

Hey everybody, it's Plug and Charlie here from Spooky Pinball, and we have another list of super cool things to talk to you folks about. It's an actual physical list! This time I'm holding it so I don't stare off camera awkwardly the whole time and Dad makes fun of me for it afterwards. That is correct! So we just finished up Rick and Morty on The Line. We did it inside of the 18 months, as we promised, despite COVID-19 rocking the whole states. We lost two months. We lost two months, and we still got it done. And if I'm being honest, I think we can do better on all of our next runs, too. But more on that later. But we have a whole list of super exciting things to talk about here, and I'm going to start with the one that excites me the most, and that is that moving forward we are going to have three editions of Spooky pinball machines not just two we're going to three not just two that's one more going to three there's going to be a standard edition a bloodsucker edition and a collector's edition so previously we had a la carte which means that you could pick and choose what you would like in the game this and that and it led to every game being different its own way which was cool but for our distributors it's huge pain in the butt and for our guys in the line it also a huge pain in the butt because we have to go through and make sure that all of them are individually perfect that way. And your sister squirrel there is struggling sometimes. Yeah for sure. So no more mistakes. In the standards you just have few to no add-ons. In the Bloodsuckers, you'll have almost all of the add-ons. You know, knocker shakers, speaker light kits, those sort of add-ons. So more bang for your buck, basically. Yeah, absolutely. You will be getting a whole bunch of stuff. It'll be awesome. Yeah, and then the collector's edition, you'll get all the add-ons plus some bonus features. And my favorite part, the collector's edition, we are keeping that under 10k. Woo! So that's an affordable collector's edition. It is. But let's go on to some more smaller fidgety things. I'm going to have Dad hand me these parts as we talk about it. Hand me that power supply. Power supply. Power supply. See that fan? You won't hear it. It's not going to make a whole bunch of noise anymore. They're super quiet now. In fact, they don't even kick in unless the game is in a mode that you're probably not going to hear it anyway because the game's going to be making a ton of noise. Something else I'm super excited about, the Pinhack board. Look at that. It's beautiful. We're going back to the Pinhack system. Now, I don't know a whole lot about boards, but I do know that this is going to make wiring games much easier and look a lot nicer while still having the full capabilities that the P-Rock system did have. So, Pinhack board. Really excited for that. Simple, effective, and beautiful. We're going to have new custom staged flipper switches. I know that the ones we were using recently were kind of a pain sometimes, a little hard to set up. These ones super simple, super easy to use. Beautiful. We are no longer using the IDC connectors. Grab the bad one too. Oh! See that? See these things? No more. None of them. They're out of here. That's exactly what I was going to do. No more IDC connectors. They're Molex'd now, they're super strong, they're not going to just fall out in shipping, and you don't have to have a super expensive punch tool that only pinball manufacturers have. These will last longer than I will. There's going to be felt metal leg protectors on all games, standards, Bloodsuckers, Collectors, all games, felt protectors with the metal protectors. Custom made by Spooky. To protect your awesome cabinet artwork. The service outlets, which we don't have one of over here, is going to be in a more easy, accessible location to make servicing your games much easier for you. And something else that's new that I'm excited for, easy slides. They just make the game slide, the playfield slide, a whole lot easier in and out. You don't have to lube up the metal rails or apply more later, and I don't have to tell people on the line to lube the rails every week, which they'll love. Thank you, Matt at Back Alley Creations. Something else to note that I can't really show is that our supervisor staff has tripled at Spooky right now so that we can really emphasize quality control. QC, QC, more better. So we gonna be really cracking down on the QC. It only going to get better. You probably already heard a few new voices on the tech support line from the phone and some of the people who are involved with the QC. So we be moving into our new building very shortly here. Anything to add to that? Yes. Hey, don't forget, new improved flipper mechanics. We have these retooled. These are now Spooky pinball specific flipper bushings and we're going to a simpler PC system again so everything's just going to be more reliable is what we're trying to say, easier, still has the same functionality if not better and it just should be easier for everybody all together. And lastly but not least I just like to say that with the next game announcement we took a very different path on the design for it and I'm really excited to say that it is completely stacked and loaded up to the glass with multiple playable upper playfields. Wait, what? What? You're not letting this information out, are you? I'm letting it out right now. All right. Sit tight. We're almost there, folks. It's going to be super awesome. I cannot wait to share it with everybody and talk all about this. So hang tight, and hopefully you enjoy this list of quality improvements.
