## Transcript

I told you that I wouldn't be able to stay away from writing about pinball and arcade stuff all weekend. Here I am back already with breaking news!

A brand new license that was very recently acquired by a major pinball company. I've known for a while that something big was coming from Universal Studios in regards to pinball. I tried digging through the big movie franchises that were having major movie anniversaries the other day, but I didn't really find what I was looking for. I've found it today in the good ole' United States Patent and Trademark Office database. Look for Fast and the Furious pinball coming to an arcade, pinball show or home near you as soon as it works its way down this company's pinball pipeline. I don't have a whole lot of information on this one yet as it is fairly new, but it's coming - you can bet on it.

This one makes a ton of sense if you think about it. The Fast and the Furious franchise has pulled in $7 BILLION dollars globally since its creation. I can't think of too many major franchises that have earned anywhere near that, already have their own arcade game, but don't have a pinball machine yet. Can you? The recent release of the Arcade1Up Fast and the Furious home arcade cabinet makes this information even more credible. So many licenses have been used for arcade games first and subsequently become pinball machines. So many.

This would have to be one seriously fast pinball machine. It could have jumps and neon and different cars...man I'm getting excited just thinking about it and I'm not even that wild about the Fast and the Furious movies, at least not the recent ones, the older ones were fun. I have no idea how this will be implemented yet or if the Company has even picked a designer yet. This is all very fresh. What do you think of the title? What sort of stuff could John Youssi a Fast and the Furious pin having?

Keep your eyes peeled from another new pinball theme article here at Knapp Arcade soon. I'm still looking into something BIG that's coming (so to speak). I'm just not positive about it yet so I'm holding off for now while I continue to dig.
