## Analysis

Retro Jango and his 14-year-old son Aslan rate pinball machines using a community-made Tiermaker list, discussing themes, gameplay, code quality, and design across 60+ games. They explore how licensing, designer reputation, bill of materials constraints, and playfield ergonomics shape game perception, with notable disagreements on titles like Stranger Things, Mandalorian, and Metallica. The episode provides casual but informed commentary on modern and classic pinball from a collector/operator perspective.

### Topics

- **Primary:** Bill of materials constraints on game design, Licensed IP theme appeal vs gameplay quality mismatch, Pro/Premium/Limited Edition tiering and feature differentiation, Secondary market pricing and value retention, Code maturity and post-release updates affecting game quality
- **Secondary:** Designer reputation and influence on game perception, Playfield layout and shot design quality, Music/audio quality as gameplay element

### Sentiment

**Mixed** (0.55) — Generally positive about pinball culture and favorite games, but sharply critical of specific recent releases (Star Wars, Mandalorian, Beatles, Simpsons). Strong appreciation for classic/well-designed titles contrasts with disappointment in modern licensed games that prioritize IP over gameplay. Father-son dynamic is warm and educational.

### Signals

- **[business_signal]** Manufacturing cost constraints (BOM limits) forcing designers to create incomplete or asymmetrical playfields (confidence: high) — Led Zeppelin design constrained to left side only due to $3,000 bill of materials cap per Retro Jango explanation
- **[sentiment_shift]** Jack Danger designer games (Foo Fighters, X-Men) achieve higher speaker appreciation than community consensus ratings suggest (confidence: medium) — Retro Jango rates Foo Fighters S-tier; notes 'Nobody will say it's an S-tier game. People will say it's a great game only'
- **[design_philosophy]** Star Wars (Stern 2017) represents fundamental design failure despite marquee IP; rated worst Stern game ever made by experienced operator/collector (confidence: high) — Retro Jango: 'It's the worst game they have ever made... we need an F tier... Star Wars from Stern 2017'
- **[design_philosophy]** Theme/IP carries playability weight equal to or exceeding mechanical design; weak themes cannot be salvaged by good layouts (confidence: high) — Retro Jango: 'if the theme sucks then I don't care about anything else... Beatles has great shots and layout but who wants to listen to that music'
- **[market_signal]** Limited Edition tiering strategy creates meaningful feature/experience differentiation affecting game evaluation; Pro versions criticized as 'barren' (confidence: high) — Jaws Pro vs LE comparison; Lord of the Rings price premium tied to edition tier; speaker notes need to play LE version for full experience
- **[market_signal]** Multiple licensed games (Mandalorian, Star Wars, Guardians, Simpsons) failing to move units or retain player interest despite premium IP licensing (confidence: high) — Mandalorian: 'unsellable... nobody wants it'; Guardians: 'stinker of a game'; both modern releases showing weak market traction
- **[market_signal]** Evil Dead and Lord of the Rings secondary market premiums indicate strong collector demand and perception of scarcity value despite retail availability (confidence: high) — Evil Dead under $10k retail commanding $15-16k used; Lord of the Rings $10-12k market prices cited as value consideration factor
- **[product_strategy]** Potential Dune code/content maturity issues will require re-review in 6 months after license approval updates (confidence: medium) — Retro Jango: 'Maybe in six months I will re-review it when the code is more mature... it will be a good game'
- **[product_concern]** Dune released significantly before code and screen content received license approval, indicating business pressure overriding development timeline (confidence: high) — Aslan: 'it just came out like six months too early'; Retro Jango acknowledges 'they need the money'
- **[technology_signal]** Licensing constraints limiting design choices; Star Wars example of restrictions on screen overlay implementation affecting gameplay (confidence: medium) — Implicit in discussion of what games 'cannot do' due to IP approval; explicit mention of Dune screen content requiring license approval

## Transcript

What up guys Retro Jango here with my son Aslan he's 14 years old we're gonna make a video on Retro Jango's YouTube channel and WAP yeah we're gonna take the audio and just put it out as a bonus and this is your first time on WAP right it is he's 14 years old and he's just awesome I love this kid so my dear friend Joel and Jared they made this flipping out tier maker where they have a lot of games they are rating and they put out a link on their YouTube channel and we just pressed on that link which is down here and we have got the tier maker ready up here so thank you for this Joel and Jared awesome guys so we're just gonna start right yeah I'm so excited I'm gonna hear your opinion of these awesome games so S tier is perfect or close to it a is great B is good C is fine D is yeah and never played okay all right all right so some of these game maybe you haven't played them but yeah then you just have to think about the theme what to think about the theme okay so let's just start let's just give it a go so the first time over here first game is Avengers for me Avengers awesome theme yeah definitely it's a very fine game but I actually think it's a good game yeah most people hates Avengers but for me it's a good game so I say it's a B tier what do you say B tier okay that that was nice so next game is Hot Wheels you play Hot Wheels you unbox Hot Wheels yeah yeah what do you think about this game is it an A tier no no no definitely that um I I didn't really like Hot Wheels so I would probably put it at um D tier D tier yeah It's an American Pinball game We're selling those games You don't like Hot Wheels? Not really You liked the theme when you played it As a little kid I think you were like 8 years old And you were like Dad, where are all the rams? Where are all the cars? What the heck? So yeah It's definitely a yeah game And if there was an F tier I would put it down there I think it's a stinker of a game Don't like Hot Wheels at all So, yeah, we rated it on D, and you agree? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, okay. Next game is Led Zeppelin. Nobody likes Led Zeppelin. Have you played Led Zeppelin? I don't think so. No. I've played it. So, Led Zeppelin. The issue is this game has been designed by Steve Ritchie, one of my favorite designers, right? So when he worked at Stern His boss tells him There is something called Bill of material So when he designs a game Stern says like Steve Ritchie you have $3,000 You can only Use materials for $3,000 You cannot put more You cannot put 8 flippers, 16 pop bumpers 200 grams then it will cost more than three thousand dollars okay so that's his limitation so i played the pro version a stern pro game costs like six and a half thousand or something like that so he he only has three thousand to make the game that's his bill right and after that distros that sells the game they need to make money and stern needs to make money so stern earns like $2,000, then we're up at $5,000, and distros need to make like $1,500 for a pro version, so we're up at $6,500, okay, but Steve Ritchie was like, I want to put more in this game, and Stern was like, no, bill of material, maximum $3,000, so he got so angry, so Led Zeppelin has only things on the left side of the playfield, the right side is empty yeah it's just empty so nobody likes it uh i like it i think it's cool i like the music it's like 60s 70s rock so for me it's a fine game it's not a yeah game it's a fine game i i enjoy it it's okay yeah okay now you learned something next game awesome theme we have watched mandalorian We like the theme right? I really like the theme How about the game? We have the limited edition version On location What to think about Mandalorian Probably put this at B tier B tier? Mandalorian? Nah Come on So the theme is very good Yes And I like that you can Find your weapons and then use them, you know, the flamethrower. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. But then the play field, I don't really like that. But you say it's a good game? I think it's a D game. D? Yeah. But that's really bad. Yeah, but Mandalorian is a bad game. Nobody wants it. Nobody buys it. It's unsellable. We're putting it at C tier then. It's a fine game? Yeah. It is. Okay, so you want to put it next to Led Zeppelin. If I should choose between Led Zeppelin or Mandalorian, I would play Led Zeppelin. Well, but then also think about Hot Wheels or Mandalorian. Mandalorian. Yeah, it has got better music. All right, you win. It's a C game. It's fine. All right, all right then. Okay, next game. It's Stranger Things. Oh, the theme. Let's talk about the theme. Perfect. Perfect theme. Yeah, it's a perfect theme, so it's S tier. But, gameplay-wise, is it the perfect game? Nah, it's A tier. You have a shot in the middle, just like Medieval Madness. It's the same designer. And then you have Left, Right, Right, Ramp, and an Orbit. For me, it's a good game. For me, it's a B tier. Stranger Things. I love the theme. I want to put that A, but it's not an A-tier game. Nah. Yeah, you're right. B-tier, right? Yeah, yeah, cool. Next game is Aliens from Pinball Bar. I love the theme. For me? We love the movie. Oh, yeah. But I would probably put it at S-tier. S-tier? Yeah, yeah. Come on. It's not that good. The first time I played Aliens or Alien, I was just speechless. I really want to buy that game and then play it at home. I like that game. It's a white body. We love the theme. We love the music, audio part, everything. But S tier is not an S tier for me. It's a great game. No, it's a good game. No. Because, look. At least A tier. Aliens? Yeah. Nah. No, no, no. It's a good game. It's not a great game. It's a good game. Let me have this one. Okay. All right. Next game is James Bond 60th. You haven't played it. I haven't played it. So let's just switch that one. Next game you have played this one. Oh, yeah. Black Knight, Source of Fury. Yeah. Source of Rage. Give me your money. It's too rich a game. It's just next to the Godzilla. You have played this a lot. It's a fast game. Rock music. For me, it's a great game. How about you? Also 80 years old? Oh, nice. The sun is about to go down. It's late and it's very dark. Oh, look at my face. It's thin here and when I go out here, it gets so wide. Over here, I'm white body. Over here... Oh man, it's the camera effect. yeah all right all right so let's take james bond oh i love the theme for me it's a great game you haven't played it right no uh but when it came out the code was so lackluster so it's a good game no i think it's a great game man i love it i think it's a great game great next game you have played this cactus canyon with the cowboys popping up for me cactus canyon it has got no code it's such a boring game it gets old after two weeks so for me it's a d tier yeah have i played caxis canyon yeah but you were like five years old i think we have it on location you walk yeah all right d tier all right it's a sucky game man we don't need to use more time on that all right the next game on the list is elvira from stern it has got the house at the back you have played that game a lot what do you think about elvira i like elvira i love elvira for me it's a great game a tier a tier yeah i love it it's such a fun pin fun to shoot easy to understand codes i like the layout very very open easy layout isn't this the one where don made a um yeah he made a mod yeah yeah it's installed there donny donny where's my money okay the next game is from jersey jack it's elton john the one with the hold me close a tiny dancer with the tiny dancer you have played it you don't remember it is a great game i think elton john is a great game A tier? Really? Yeah, yeah. Really. It's the rigid design. It shoots amazing. The music, two, three good songs. The rest is blah. But, yeah, it's a great game. I love it. This game is from Stern. Foo Fighters. Oh. I love Foo Fighters. I love Foo Fighters. I love it. It's a Jack Danger game. For me, it's an S tier game. And I mean it. Nobody will say it's an S tier game. People will say it's a great game only, but I love it. How do you feel about it? I wouldn't put it at S tier. I would put it at A tier, but... You will have this one. All right. I think it's awesome. I love Foo Fighters. But, yeah. Okay. Next game is Godfather. I haven't played that one. Nobody likes this game. I'm the only guy in the world that likes this game. And I think it's a fine game Is it a good game I think it's a good game also But people will be angry if I said This was a good game so It fine It better than Led Zeppelin It better than Mandalorian Is it better than Aliens No So it a fine game Good The next one is... I cannot see what this is. How do we zoom in? Oh, it's Guns N' Roses. Guns N' Roses from JJP. I really like the music. Heck yeah. So the theme is also very good Yeah So I'd probably put it at A tier Guns N' Roses Yeah People will burn their screens If we put Guns N' Roses as an A tier But As a B tier they will be so angry As a C tier they will like What the heck are you talking about Because it has got multiball all the time It has a Kronky layout Do you like the multiball all the time Well not all the time It has got it like 98% of the time Multiple man It's such a yeah Game You cannot sell it nobody wants it You know we had one here For like two weeks and I was like I want it out I don't want it here So yeah Next game Galactic Tank Force Wouldn't want to talk about it It's a yeah game it's just broken I've never played that one Godzilla Godzilla So there's a video Where I put this I think I said 7 out of 10 right I don't remember I remember Because that was a mistake So I Played it a couple of times after that And I actually Really like it So 100% S tier Heck yeah baby S tier game we love Godzilla that's just I love it nothing bad to say code is awesome music is awesome shots and layout oh Keith Ellman love that game favorite favorite Jaws I hate the theme but it's a very popular game people loves it people would say it's an S tier game and I would say no people would say it's a great game for me it's a good game how about you? I don't think I've played Jaws Oh, okay For me, Jaws is a good game If I should choose between Stranger Things or Jaws I would 100% play Stranger Things If I should play Jaws or Avengers 100% Avengers Okay Yeah So that's fine over there Jurassic Park We had Pro version, Premium version Also the Elite version I am so tired of this game for me jurassic park is a yeah game how how do you feel c tier yeah c tier yeah okay cool the next game is a game called labyrinth something from the 80s with mopeds puppets i i hate the theme you haven't tried it right no it's a f tier game but um but i need to say play feel shots and layout and how they have put everything together, I wouldn't say it's a yeah game. I would say it's a C-tier game for Labyrinth. The next one, Pulp Fiction. One of my favorite movies. It's an awesome game. For me, it's completely A-tier game. How do you feel about it? I don't think I've played it before. But you like the theme, right? Yeah. I love the movie. Awesome. The next one, This you know Rick and Morty the theme you have watched Rick and Morty. Yeah, so it's a really good theme Some of the songs you know them. Yeah. Yeah, I do. What was it man? For example shit on the floor What more what does that sing that song so shit on the floor Gotta get shwifty. Okay, gotta get shwifty. Yeah shit on the floor because of the theme it's an eight-year game it's a very hard shooter so to be honest to be a to have a good review i would say it's a good game but because of the theme i want to say it's a great game yeah yeah okay let's take it out there yeah yeah you'll like it you'll like it the next one is rush i love shots and layout of rush but the music is meh for me rush is fine i haven't played that one okay so it's fine the next game is spider-man you don't remember it has got this the guy with the arms he comes up on the playfield or something it's an old game you don't remember you were very young spider-man from stern is um it's a fine i want to say it's a yeah It's fine No it's a yeah It's a D tier game Star Wars Is the worst Of the worst It's a We need an F tier So we put Star Wars From Stern 2017 I It's my favorite theme Oh yeah And it's The worst game They have ever made Like Yeah Next game Ninja Turtles Ninja Turtles I've been waiting for this one. You always kick my A on that game. The theme is just amazing. Yeah, but it's a very hard shooting game. I drain all the time. You drain all the time, but not me. Okay, so where would you have? I would put this one at S tier. S tier? 100%. But you would probably put that one at B tier. So you say Turtles is as good as Godzilla? well not as good but but S tier it's up there perfect or close to it so yeah that's why Joel what does or close to it mean is it as good as Godzilla for me it's a great game but it's not an S tier game alright you can have this one I'll Rochambeau you for it do you remember that let's not do that so you remember that so do I win yeah so do you remember where it's from I wrote Shamboyu for it do you remember where it's from I don't really remember where it's from but I know what it is okay so one day Cartman and Kyle from South Park they are They find a piece of It looks like a gym Or something They're digging and they find this piece of gym And Cartman is like I want it And Kyle is like No, fartknacker, I want it And they argue And Cartman he says I Rochambeau you for it And Kyle is like What's that? And then he says First I kick you in the nuts And then you do the same And Kyle is like Okay let's try that So he just runs And kicks Kyle in the nuts And Kyle he just fell down And he screams And he cries And when he When they cry Their eyes are crossed Just kicked him in the nuts And then when Kyle gets up He's like Okay Cartman It's my turn And Cartman is like Yeah I don't care Just keep it I Roach and Bow you for it Okay so who wins For Turtles 8 here It's an 8 here You don't want to Roach and Bow No Oh see it opens up So it gets bigger here Oh nice Alright Next game Total Nuclear Annihilation You haven't tried it It's an old type of game It's a good game That's it Great music Next game is Toy Story You got a friend in me You have played that With a huge iPad Yeah And then the The forker or something Yeah The forker Yeah I like it I think it's a good game What do you think Is it a great game Or a good game Or a fine game I don't really remember So I think it's a good game Good game Yeah Alright Do you want to Roshambo me for it No Good game Good game It's a good game Okay Nice Alright Next one Venom You like the theme? Yeah. I think the theme is cool, but I think the game is fine. I've never played it. Okay, it's a fine game. It's not a good game. It's not a yeah game. It's not as bad as Star Wars. Nothing is. But it's a fine game. All right, next one. John Wick. Love the theme. Yeah. Love the theme. We played that bargain, if you remember. Yeah. Cool shooting game. It's not popular. For me, it's a good game. How do you feel about it? Yeah. Good game? So, yeah. Beat you. Beat you. Okay. Beat you. All right. The next one is Deadpool. You love Deadpool. I love Deadpool. We just watched the third movie yesterday again. Everything from the theme to even the lights. Everything is just perfect. How about the call-outs? Somebody tries to move button. The callouts were amazing. Yeah. So it's a great game. S tier. It's a great game. A tier. S tier. Do you want to Roche and Bovee for it? S tier. So you think it's as good as Godzilla? It's not as good. Okay. Joel says perfect or close to it. Yeah. So we have this saying. If you go to an island alone, by yourself, you should live there for a month and you should take one pinball machine with you. Yeah, we have got this dumb saying in pinball, okay? Would you have Godzilla with you there for a month or would you have Deadpool? Now If I had Godzilla I would probably turn crazy From all the yelling And everything So if it was this island Scene I would probably Take Deadpool Alright, then you win It's an S tier This is the first time I speak English With my son He goes to a private school Very expensive private school and everything in Denmark is for free and people are saying that I'm ludicrous to pay for school here but that wow man I'm impressed yeah so the next game is Lord of the Rings oh the theme is awesome yeah yeah incredible but the game is I think it a great game actually Yeah it is It a great game Yeah. Yeah. But it costs like... Some people want like $10,000, $12,000 for it. If you put that into the consideration, then I would say it's a fine game, C tier. But if we just don't think about that, then just gameplay only, it's a great game. Wasn't this the one where it was sold out because all the fanboys they bought it instead of, you know, pinball fans? Wasn't this the one? No. Last year or something? No. No, no. It's not this one. Okay, the next game I have no... Oh, King Kong. Oh, we just... We reviewed that together. Oh, yeah. We played it. Yeah, yeah. It was the pro version. I think Seriously I love that game The way it shoots and everything I think King Kong For me King Kong is an S tier game Yeah right I love I love me some King Kong Let's put it up there And we totally agree we don't have to Roach and bow for it First I kick you in the nuts Wait Have they made a soft power Yeah Yeah. Is it? It's from Sega. It's very old. It's from 2000 or something. Very old. It has got Cartman. He falls down and toilet. And Mr. Hank. All that BS. All right. So the next game is Simpsons. Very old. From 2003 or something. I hate the theme. Yeah. I'm more of a family guy. Heck yeah, baby. Heck yeah. Heck yeah, love Family Guy. So for me, what a shitty theme, shitty call-outs. It's a yeah. But yeah. If we had F tier, it would be an F tier. We need an F tier here also. Joel, dear friend, put an F tier here. Star Wars needs to be F and Simpsons needs to be F. The next game, what is this? Can John Youssi what it is? Harry Potter. Harry Potter! Harry Potter! I haven't played this one No I would say it's a great game It's not an S tier game but it's a great game Nobody hates it So yeah great game Dune I love the theme I love the movies We watched both movies on the cinema Great great The game is not finished The code on the screen It's not license approved Yeah I know it just came out like six months too early so yeah i know i know they need the money so for me it's a fine game yeah yeah if it was fully like developed complete yeah then it was a good game yeah yeah because shots on layout looks really nice but it was like it has one dull song you know very very dull and I don't know as of right now it feels a bit boring incomplete and boring but it will be better I'm sure of that the next game is one of my favorite games Iron Maiden love the music Oh, yeah. Love the music. Love the designer, Keith Elwin. Shots on layout. Wow. So, A tier. It's an S tier for me. A tier? So, you say it's not as good as Godzilla or Deadpool. Yeah, Godzilla, Deadpool or King Kong. I would probably put it at A tier. I think you're right. Yeah. But for me, when I listen to White Man King. across the sea they took our wives they took our lives I love this environment man alright alright so yeah oh my god look it's just dark outside it's dark alright next game is Houdini it's such a downer game it's a yeah game it's a D tier what do you think I have never played this one. Don't bother. Okay. Stinker off a game. The next one is Avatar. Love it. It's a good game. Good theme. Good theme. Yeah, it's a good theme. It's a good game. So it's a B tier. It's a good game. Yeah. Okay. So we agree. The next one. Oh, we played X-Men Elite together. Filmed it together last year. Do you remember X-Men? it has got you love the ram shots and down to the left side it has got this little danger room with a little flipper and every time ball came down there it just drained but you like the music you were there with the girls who don't remember the game come on man I love it I love it for me oh yeah there we go he went oh yeah oh yeah alright alright all right yeah yeah yeah so okay yeah now i remember yeah i would put this at eight year eight year eight year i fully agree yeah it's such a cool game yeah and i love the designer jack danger he makes amazing it's the same guy that designed design foo fighters so yeah jack d all right it's it's a great it's a great game it's an eight year i fully agree with you The next one is Monster Bash With the Frankenstein that comes up Monster Bash I think it's a good game It's a B tier We agree? So you don't want to Rochambeau? No Alright Cool The next one is Metallica So we have the old Ellie And it's a stinker but the new remastered version is awesome yeah yeah so it's a good game or is a great game we love the music we love the music yeah now if we go to a tier right yeah if we look at the the ones we put in a tier okay do you want to play source of fury or metallica i want to pay Swords of Fury. James Bond or Metallica? James Bond. Elvira or Metallica? Elvira. Elvira. Elton John, you don't know. Foo Fighters or Metallica? Foo Fighters. Pulp Fiction, you don't know. I don't know. Ring of Morty? Ring of Morty. Turtles or Metallica? Turtles. Lord of the Rings or Metallica? Lord of the Rings. Lord of the Rings. What is this? I haven't played Harry Potter. Armaden or Metallica? They're about the same, right? Yeah. Yeah. X-Men or Metallica? X-Men. So B-tier. So B-tier. Like Avengers or Metallica? Metallica. Yeah. Stranger Things or Metallica? Stranger Things. Oh, look at the microphone. It's over there, man. So yeah, I don't know if that picked it up, but I hope so. So it's a B-tier. It's a good game. Yeah, B-tier. Metallica remastered. Okay. Looney Tunes. I love it. I think it's a great game. You haven't played Looney Tunes. No. You have seen it 30 times, but you haven't played it. I've seen the movie where they're basketball players. Oh, that's Space Jam. You're too young to know about Looney Tunes. I grew up with Biddy Biddy and Rabbit. You don't know. You watch Turtles. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I think it's a great game. So I would say Looney Tunes, A tier. Okay. All right. The next one is Funhaus with Rudy. He opens his mouth. You shoot the ball in there. Now. I'm listening. We've put a lot of games in A tier, right? Yeah. So if we put this one in A tier. I don't think it's an A tier game. Yeah. So we would probably think about what the other games we've also put in A tier. Yeah. So I would probably put Funhaus in B tier. B tier? So you think it's a good game? Yeah. Good game. I think it's a good game too. But is it as good as Avengers? Stranger Things? Jaws? John Wick? As I said. Avatar? Metallica? No. Funhaus is a game where... It's a classic, yeah. If you go into a location, you're not like, oh, I want to play Funhaus. you know the first one if it's there that will probably be Godzilla yeah yeah yeah it's not fun house so good game or fine up for me to find a yeah yeah right seats here see to you yeah nice the next one is Beatles it sucks the music sucks everything sucks so I don't want to discuss that it's a yeah it's an F tier game we don't want to waste more time on that the next game is oh you have it's a dungeon at dungeons and dragons you like you like diablo 2 yeah yeah it's something like that themed it's a good game it's not a great game because it's got a big dragon head does it eat the ball no jaws eats no it doesn't no nothing yeah it just it it it spits out the balls So yeah it eats the balls I don't know you hit it and get multiple I don't care about if it eats the balls Or not It's a good game I wanna say Is it as good as Stranger Things no Is it as good as Jaws no But we have John Wick up there As a good game And nobody will Agree on that it's only you and I We love the theme we love the fast shooting game we love the music of john wick um but dungeons and dragons is a b it's a good game okay okay next game on the list is guardians of the galaxy love the theme oh yeah hate the game well hate is a strong word so yes um for me it's a yeah it's a d yeah d2 You just hit the Grogu head and he eats the ball. It makes good money on location, but I think it's a stinker of a game. Would I play Guardians? Would I play Guardians Beatles Houdini Simpsons Star Wars Or don want to jump out the window I would probably jump out the window That's just how I feel Alright so the last game on the list Is Evil Dead First of all Armageddon Armageddon Armageddon Number 2 You haven't watched Evil Dead 1 and 2 I haven't either But we have watched the new series on YouTube with Ash, like two seasons. Isn't it great? Oh, yeah. Oh, my God. Just imagine that back in the 80s with low budget, very little bill of material. They had no money. They smoked, what is it called where they get high? Weed? Yeah, weed. Yeah, they smoked weed. Oh, my God. This was a cash production. But look The theme is awesome The game is white buddy And it's jam packed It has got toys everywhere Everybody loves it It costs under 10,000 And on the used market People want to pay 15,000, 16,000 for this game For me it's an S tier game I mean It's incredible For that only That's incredible so it's an absolutely A-tier game I don't think I've played Evil Dead before no but trust me on that you won't Rochambeau me for that one so let's just take a quick round of okay so no more games okay this isn't like a something bad but I would like to see more games in here For example, Walking Dead. Which I would probably put an S tier. I love that game. The music with the updated music package. But these are the games that Joel has played and streamed online. So this is a list of the games that Joel knows. So I know when you walk on our arcade rooms, you have played like 500 different games. But these are only the games that Joel has streamed. So, yeah, it's his list. So, yeah. But, yeah, Walking Dead, great one. How about you play a lot of Ghostbusters also? Ghostbusters. Oh, yeah, yeah, Ghostbusters and ACDC. Oh, yes. Oh, my clever son. Yeah, that's a great one also. So, Joel, you need to expand this list, my dear friend. We need some more games in here. Okay, so if you just never played 60s edition of James Bond. None of us has played it. D tier, yeah, games. Hot Wheels, stinker. Cactus Canyon, stinker. What's this? Let's just zoom in here because I cannot see. Guns N' Roses. Guns N' Roses, F tier. Guardians of Galax... No, no. Galactic Annihilation. Spider-Man D tier. Star Wars F tier. Simpsons F tier. Houdini Trash. Beos Trash. And Guardians of Galaxy D tier. Yeah, games. Let's jump up to C tier. Led Zeppelin. I like the music. It's half of a game, but I like it. People would say it's a D tier, but I think it's an F. Mandalorian. I say D, you say C, so it's a C, it's a fine game. The theme carries it. The theme and the music, as you said, right? Yeah. And the next one is Godfather. People would say D, I say C, so yeah. Jurassic Park, C, it's fine, but not better than fine. Labyrinth, C, it should be a D, but I like the company. I like the guys over there. I like the shots and layout I don't enjoy the music I don't enjoy the theme Actually it doesn't matter with the shots and layout If you don't like the theme You don't want to play the game Look Beatles has got great It's like 70 shots and layout Who wants to listen to that music It's just trash So no I don't like the theme So it's a yeah game Let's take Labyrinth down to D Because if the theme sucks Then I don't care about anything else Think about listen to Yeah you know what I mean Beatles Alright Jurassic Park Yeah it's a fine game Rush I just love shots on layout of Rush The music I don't really It's a lady that sings or something I don't know Rush But yeah it's okay there Dune the theme is awesome It just makes it for me And I have high hopes of Dune. Maybe in six months I will re-review it when the code is more mature. And maybe it will be a good game. Right now it's a fine game. Venom, it's fine. Yeah. Funhaus, it's fine. Funhaus is not a D-tier game. It's a C-game. It's fine. So up to B, you read them. First one? Avengers. It's a good game? Yeah. Yeah. Cool. So it fits there. Now, Stranger Things. I know we've already said our opinions, but it feels wrong when we put Stranger Things in B tier. I feel the same way. Why did we put it down there, man? But looking at the other games in A tier and S tier, then it belongs in B tier. So, I want to ask you a question. Do you want to play... Okay, these two games are next to each other, I think. Elvira or Stranger Things? Uh-oh, you're in trouble. X-Men or Stranger Things? I think Stranger Things should be an A-tier now, when you say it like that, actually. Yeah. Should we put it up? If it's X-Men or Stranger Things, then I would pick X-Men. But Elvira or Stranger Things, I would pick Stranger. How about Turtles? Turtles. Definitely. I think it's a great game, actually. No. Just at the edge, man. All right, let's leave it there. The next one, Aliens, I think is a good game. You think it's an A-tier game? You want all the pinball machines to be A. Well, all right. The theme. Yeah. Probably carries it Yes it does Yes it does and I respect that Let's check it out to A I also like The blue lighting And you know the eggs Yeah on the limited edition Yeah it looks cool man All the effects and the alien Xenomorph that eats the ball Yeah cool Jaws is a good game I hate the theme I don't like the music I don't like the call-outs. I only played the Pro version. And on Jaws, you need to play the Limited Edition. So the Pro is very barren. It's just empty with stinker of a music. My favorite designer. I have heard a lot of hate because it doesn't eat the ball, right? You have heard correct, yeah. But people love it because of the code. The code is amazing on this game. That's why we say it's a good game and not just a fine game. So it's good there. Total Nuclear it's a good game Toy Story 4 it's a good game John Wick B tier good yeah yeah okay Avatar it's good there Monster Bash it's good Metallica it's good yeah Dungeons and Dragons it's good okay let's jump over to A tier Source of Rage it's good it's great yeah James Bond I love the theme I love the music, I love the shot One of my, again Favorite, favorite, George Gomez I love George Gomez George Gomez made Monster Bash Not Medieval, Monster Bash Lord of the Rings Johnny Mennonic That's George Gomez, man, I love I think he's the favorite My favorite guy in pinball Who made Medieval Madness? Medieval Madness is the guy that made Mandalorian, Brannity, and Venom. You look very serious right now. And Dungeons and Dragons. But yeah. But back in the 90s, he made Medieval Madness. Oh, yeah. Yeah, he made Attack from Mars. Oh, yeah. Yeah. He also made a stinker of a game that's called The Shadow. It has got a little mini play field where you have to hit the ball. It has got a method that grabs the ball Shut up Alright, next one Elton John is a great game Foo Fighters is a great game Pulp is a great game Rick, we love the theme alone Turtles is S tier Okay, okay I'll give it to you Turtles is an S tier You have that one Arm Maiden If you want Turtles up at S tier I want Iron Maiden up there man It's so awesome If you should play Turtles Or Iron Maiden in an island Turtles Turtles yeah Okay let's leave it there But now that I think about it Yeah Well yeah yeah A tier Okay X-Men Great game Yeah Yeah Looney Tunes Great game And we took Yeah Aliens up to A So the last rank is S tier Perfect or close to it Godzilla is perfect don't change anything right and you say Deadpool Ellie somebody hit the Ed Boon button we love that game but you have only played the limited edition with red armor and gold sparkles in it and disco ball and everything it's so good man love it what's this it's King Kong yeah it's a great one oh yeah Evil Dead great one yeah and Turtles Did you like doing this? 10 out of 10 This was Now doing this show An amazing experience Oh I'm so happy I'm so happy to hear that My boy Let's go and watch some movies Okay Everybody See you on the next one Bye Bye
