 Hey guys, I'm George and this is Don't Panic Flip. We are playing on Dialed In by Jersey Jack. And let's see. Not sure which episode this is. We're still documenting the journey from Pinball Muggle to Pinball Wizard. We are nowhere close to Pinball Wizard yet. But we're going to play some Dialed In tonight. And with the goal of trying to get as many sim cards as possible. We've got three before. We're going to shoot for four. this time. I recently found out that one of the drain, or one of the outlanes, one of the sides on that was a, was set to an easier setting than the absolute hardest. So we went through and changed that and we've been practicing because that's actually impacted play quite a bit. So we're just gonna play it up, See how many sim cards we can get? We've got kind of a unique way of trying to get the sim cards by hitting the Big Bang. I'm going to switch to the play field. Let me show you that. So I assumed that you had to hit the Big Bang in order to light it, but that's not true. You hit these guys over here. That's how you light the Big Bang, and then hitting that back there is how you actually get the Big Bang reward. So we are going to hit the crap out of that, get a big bang, start a mode, hit the big bang, and use that to clear the mode and try to work through as many of these modes as possible, gathering Sims afterwards. And we'll see how that goes. Let's play. Let's turn the volume down just a bit. All right. Skill shot. You know, this is going to be a good round. So that was our first big bang hit. I think we need two more. All right. So a really cool way to hit that Big Bang is to hit the feeder and then just hold the right flipper up. And if you have enough speed, it tags the Big Bang. So let's give it a try. There we go. Let's hit it again. Great. Big Bang is lit. We've got a mode lit. we want to flip this over. Let's see if we can post-transfer. Good. Now what we want to do is get rid of EMP sooner rather than later. I can't stand that mode. So we're going to light the one just to the left of it. So this is what's currently selected, the red one right here. I think my finger's in the way. So we're selecting that one, and when we backhand this in, it's going to start EMP mode. Perfect. All right, so we're going to try and catch this. Nope. There we go. Now hit big bang. All right, we got a second try here. There it is. All right. We got control of the ball. We've still got our kickback. We've got another mode ready to go, and we've got a sim card lit. This game is all about the sim cards. So you can see here on the play field, the first D is lit. We can take some stabs at that. I think while we're trying to light Big Bang again, we might just grab it. We've also got Lock Lit towards Multiball. I'm not super concerned about Multiball right now. What I'm trying to do is work towards Sim Cards and Modes. So I'm going to try and light Big Bang and hope maybe we land a Sim Card in the meantime. There we go. Oh! Just trying to catch the ball. Ended up just letting it fall in. That's me needing to work on my ball handling skills. We got one hit on the Big Bang. Let's see. I think we need two more. Three more. Oh, way overshot the skill shot. All right. So we should just need two. Problem is that I can't hit it from the right lane, so I'm going to go up the left ramp and then see if we can do this again. Oh, shit. The chick's diverter was down. Hey! Nice. I mean, I guess that works, too. Looks like we probably just need one more shot. Yep, one more shot on Big Bang. Here we go. Alright, so now we just need to start a mode. Let's... what do we want to light? We want to light a hard one. Good. Yeah, let's do the Lava Mountain. So this Lava Mountain is very similar to EMP, but without all the magnets, where you have to make a shot down the center and it doesn't always grab it so it drops it right down the middle. So let's start that. Nice. Now we just need to catch and hit big bang. That is going to get stuck. All right. Got control. I think we lost that first SIM card, if I remember correctly. So now we've got to try and hit this other SIM card and relight Big Bang. We've completed two modes. Now we've got to hit Big Bang five times. All right, so there's two. I think we need three more shots. Two more shots. Shit. Okay, cool. That worked out. that unfortunately went right down that drain so that's another thing I know I need to work on is the nudges I probably should have tapped hoping that it hit the metal pin there did something rather than just watch it go down the other thing I need to do is pay attention to the fact that all I need to do is hit this one bob target right here and I would light the kickback so I've got Big Bang I am at 95% charge on the phone I need to hit the QED I need to hit Bob I've got Locklet towards Multiball I've got a lot going on right now so why don't we full plunge and hit QED that seems to me to be a good start All right, now we just need to hit the bob. Let's see if we can backhand it. Nope. No, we're going to... Nope. Let's try post-transfer, and then we'll hit the bob. Got it? Alright, so now we got Bob, we got Big Bang. That means that we got our kickback over here. So now we just need to start a mode. None of these are hard modes. The easy one is that red one in the center right there. So let's not initiate that. Yeah, let's get rid of the... What is it? Earthquake? Or whatever the one to the right of that is. Oh, shit. Went the wrong way. Alright. Got a nice and easy shot here. And we dropped right into the sim card. That is exactly what you want to have happen. um let's see what we got here nice so we just lit extra ball uh we've also got lock and uh i think a bob mode start let's get them all done coming out there, almost didn't make it, okay, so a few different things, one, we've got a multiball, we don't care about multiball, and unfortunately, I didn't cancel it right away, you do have an opportunity to cancel by double tapping both flippers when it first starts, so I don't think I can tap out of it just yet, we need six shots on big bang, I think that's the max, if I remember correctly, meaning it will never go above that. We've also got lottery lit right now, so why don't we go ahead and start the multiball. Got that. Oh, we already got the sim card. Damn it. Well that was quick. didn't really need to do that. Okay, so we've got a mode lit. We could have hit the spider really quick there and got some spider credit. We've still got our kickback lit. That's fine. I think we're on our last package progress over here. I'm not even going to worry about that. I'm just going here, and there we go. Shit. I'm not sure if that actually counted on the Big Bang. And we already used our easy mode. Yeah, that did not count on the Big Bang. Damn, didn't hit it hard enough. That's a lot of shots. Maybe we'll grab it a few times while we work through some of these. Tornado. I think the alien shot's not bad. That's right. The alien is the roving shot, so we're just going to wait. It's at theater right now, and that's going to go to the right ramp. We'll wait for it to hit left, and we'll shoot. There. Now we've got to make several other shots. Five shots, to be exact. In 11 seconds, that's going to be tough. Oh. Man, that went right down the middle. That was ball three, but we do have the extra ball. So that's not world ending. Let's see. The current state of the play field is, A, we've got a box. So that's our mystery in the theater right now. Bob is lit, but it's the bottom Bob, which is a really hard shot to hit. That if there's anything to learn from this situation, it is do not miss your shots. all right people um if you actually watched this i hope you enjoyed it i hope maybe you learned something uh maybe about what not to do i don't know i'm really i feel like i should be up in the two to three million range uh much more often and instead in one session i typically crack a million at least once need to get back up there uh obviously it happened i feel like a lot more often and it was a lot easier when uh when these guys weren't in the hardest settings you get a lot more side drains now that those are adjusted. But overall, still having lots of fun. This game is absolutely amazing. I recommend anyone who goes out to pinball joints to play Dialed In if you get the opportunity. The theme is not as exciting or as cool as, let's say, Ghostbusters or Pirates of the Caribbean or, I don't know, any movie themes or comic book themes. You know, hopefully Deadpool coming out by Stern. But it's still a great time. It is laid out wonderfully. The satisfaction of hitting Big Bang to clear mode is just amazing and to follow that up, hitting the damn Sim Guard is awesome. It can also be frustrating, but that's any pinball game.
