Louis Missouri area and McKinney will player two he's also from Missouri so they've surely played each other a lot before Colin from Portland Oregon and Jim Bell sido from California all right what do on this game I think so I got I think I this game is playing so friendly look at all that rubber and that left and right side you can bounce it bounce it out then amazing fender washer mod what's that the middle huh I always though get some of those letters for free by the inlanes and the left lane right and the left lane also spots a number the left lane ends up being pretty important to scoring flipper it bounces yep man if that spinner was lit I want to claim for bonus and bonus multiplier there are multiple ways to get the multipliers it may it looks like oh whoa that's how I died most every time is that right slingshot the upper right slingshot to the left left out lane yeah this game you really just want to shoot those drops on the right they're the highest value proposition because they give you bonus advance and bonus X you're doing with the O's here yeah so that is what was especially interesting to me about seeing dominating shoot the spinner is that he can get the VAT at the same value that spinner would give from those targets well I think I think it was going for the targets I'm always it's really easy to be early on those targets cuz you know they're just that what happens on the right if you go into that says special one lit maybe okay I think 200,000 and bonus coming here that will put him into the lead 400 solid ball yeah so Dominick and Adam pretty much an equal footing there isn't any real carryover stuff that comes from ball to ball on this game so you can just think you're by the score don't yours do your Center award stay or no those are set - yeah so how do you what do you do when you step up for plunge here cuz I found like if you thumb assist you can sometimes on the bounce back sweep the bank leave the bank that's I want well I want that funds to be as hard as possible yeah same on warlock if you punch hard you can pick off some of the one some of the oh yeah targets yeah but here yeah sweeping nice sweep those top targets wonderful alright whenever the ball is in that area I'm just constantly shaking it I don't even I you know cuz I feel like doing something improves your odds over not doing anything if you get about you want to get it bouncing yeah more momentum get that more of a chance to go wherever the heck it can and that's okay my only problem with the thumb assist on this is the plunger seemed to be longer than my thumb Jim that's just the era gentleman Jim Jim's just gonna go to town here we shall see there's still plenty in it for everybody right now yeah as you said not much carries over so every balls I guess the only carryover is the fact that you only get one super jackpot for a ball so you know if somebody gets it every ball that's a pretty big advantage almost gets the bonus X target so he does does that's 2x and he's gonna shoot the left lane is it gonna try to post transfer it's gonna go for the drop targets like I like trying to advance one through five here but you can use the left lane to do it right and sometimes it'll give you some more money on the inlanes oh I didn't even know that was a shot oh right their control is a thousands of spin in that in that that spinner so oh you're right it's the right spinner is also a thousand that's been just the entire game and then went slow it could be 3000 spin nice save the back spin oh wow I usually don't see those lower slingshots kill you like this but that was right right out the 2x helps though yeah right in everyone pretty much in the same ballpark nobody got there collect bonus from the left to do good to keep your multiplier sorry I forgot about that earlier so really is Dominic 13 starting the ball he's got 2x already and play friendly yes that look that look maybe dead passable but it's always scary on some of these flippers - all right every time you finish one through five you get some award and the awards include lighting the collect bonus on the Left flame maxing the bonus and eventually extra ball and special which don't mean anything in this context extra balls are on and playable when I do aim nice but it's one extra ball per game oh wow good patience there nice get some more drop targets almost picks up the last one ah-ha good attempt again clearly knows what's going forward oh wow right Cooper Center drain that was yeah I think get a bunch of a kick off that top target and it's gonna be five hundred and ninety five thousand for Colin Dominic Kasich sorry looks like we've got the strobing scores mod on this cheetah the speed of video versus the speed of of transistor digit display effects I think Carl setup has 60 FPS which is very very pretty that's a lot of PS I know I'm just kind of relaxing a little bit before his play he also has two exponents carry over and he has already first one two three out of the twenty three four five and so the ways to get that you can hit the target directly you can also hit the inlanes and the in Lane will spot one of those numbers he also hit this shot through the left orbit and that will that will spot a number as well so there are several ways to get numbers I'm also been told that hitting it into this this scoop on the right side spots a number all right create a time to make your decision and think like that oh that's cool those good value the drop catch that turned into a drop pass sort of so the first time you complete those that doesn't give you a bonus multiplier you have to you have to complete them a second time that's right or you do that nice and then set yourself up almost for the next one this is gonna make the bonus value important here forgot for Adam I had a lot of that going on or it sort of rattles if you don't nail it oh look at that he picked up 4x bonus from that bounce nice all right sees one more target he's gonna go for thanks why not just get it that way they've been coming yeah what those targets are not going to be worth very much there if you get them all on the same line like horizontally you get you get good value or war specials but for the most part that three bank and the far back is not useful so 5x lights not working it's flaky he's at 5 X 70 or 5 X 80 at this point I think oh there now they're all lit up 5 X hundreds super jackpot he has to light it though he needs 5 4 & 5 so I would probably just backhand the four here I don't or try a post transfer I like though this is I like your choice there that's gonna give him the floor as well so no it's 5 only and it's almost bounced into the 5 there look out nice fives very back handle right you still go for the back end definitely the easiest to get 4 back well what's nice is actually if you go for the left lane and you do the halfway up and half down it'll light yep just like it is there it is there's the full count down a payoff of 507 yeah does it collect on the way down yeah so what happened there was he went up through to get the 5 to light the collect bonus and then back down again to score the 500000 right as I was saying it it happened that was that was that was awesome good and good prediction yeah he's gonna get that 500 again at the end of this ball he doesn't tell so this is this is your part where you just say well I don't even know what to do anymore I've done done all there is pretty mean I guess to go for an extra ball which ya which is off of the 1 2 3 4 5 yeah and there's another extra ball that I don't know how you get but there was a couple times in qualifying where I finished my game put up my hand and then it was flashing shoot again so there must be multiple ways to get them Wow see I guess go for the fire or the left lane looks like he's going left lane because he's see how he's got that left we're up already downside of going with a five right now is that the current five is advanced bonus to the top right now so if he hangs on to that until well sits there now because he's chuckle like well the question is does that reset each ball because if it does then there's no you know it doesn't really matter if it stays then yeah he misses out on an easy hundred K next ball mm-hmm think it did before I did before a 2 X I found on Darren's have a weirdness about like which multipliers are willing to let you carry in which they're not sometimes they go back to like half value he's also got the three bank in the back now lit for three lineups oh beside being put up 3.1 yeah this was surprisingly my go-to game the whole tournament I never had a had a bad game on it which I would have never thought coming into the tournament that this would be my favorite whereas mousing around which it was my favorite going in became my least favorite just because the way it was set up yeah I was pretty happy salvaging like four or five million on it when a couple of different games nope see there's another yeah those targets are always later than you think they're kind of like like Walking Dead targets and they don't look like they should be that late for where they're positioned right is they're pretty far for play field like they can't be that far over a wide body roll take the hands what's nice is because of the the way does the angle those targets are positioned you almost don't need to aim for any particular one you just sort of throw it in that area and whatever ones you have left usually get hit somehow just because the momentum of the ball mmm I really like that about classics turns in general oh my goodness who's that from the basic killing the power sling it out and hit one of the bumpers the bumper kicked it like above the top of the near the top of the left sling like this there was nothing to be done about that unfortunately Colin stared out after a few seconds gonna like what I mean outlanes on this game are actually worth a lot of points it's 25k plus advanced three bonus and thirty thousand I think I mean that's what it says twenty-five thousand advanced bonus 30,000 so it's three bonuses they said three bonus advanced Oh 25,000 so what's that that's either 55 well they said 55,000 but with a multiplier could be even more or if you've maxed out the bonus six it's useless useless yeah we are in the first game of the four player final here at in disc it never drains in Southern California but these four players are draining eventually you know very well we've got Adam McKinney from we're from from Missouri at two point three million with a significant lead Jim Bell Sedo player four here's up on ball two the first game of three game filing starts with 3x carried over from ball one oh nice a great save and he somehow knew that it was right to left flip right you know a lot of people might have done left to right because it was sort of coming towards the left flipper but the angle you know it actually tipped off the right hoping for some pop action here has any player tried not flipping the upper flipper I feel like it would go right to your right flipper but it also looks really scary yeah I I did I did see how to do that on this ball this ball one backhand I like it I like that choice because it generally was rolling to the right flipper yeah you're right though it's not it's not that reliable okay it's kind of caring a little bit bouncing off of it yeah you kind of got it you know you got to hold it up and then depending on the speed you sort of let go at the right time kind of like a skate ball ejector some more all right so Jim completed the drop three drop targets in correct sequence nice whatever that's worth he just got it I think someone in chat was saying two of their lanes light spinners one of them lights an extra ball and all them lights a special maybe the top one lights is special because it's red but boy we're just I'm sorry I don't mean I guess yeah maybe thanks st pimble the red stars look special on the kicker so the special on the upper-right kicker here okay is now lit because he completed the three Reds special earth 50k hundred k0k yes one of those has that extra ball there on the the rights the right drop furnace I don't know but as I said in in practice a bunch of the extra ball lights are out so you got to be really careful you're not plunging someone else's ball you have to make sure your score is flashing like this and it's ball three now so definitely Dominic Kasich taking over he is just slightly in the fourth place right now you need some more that's it that's trouble ball here okay oh boy I just the house ball and makes good use of it by hitting the targets oh nice oh boy he's gonna bump it over get that last drop target yep and then gain control again maybe pick off the five he was going for it I probably would have tipped that one up just held up a flicker there all right that's just the trough choices now I'm not going out oh no so I think he might be the 200,000 in bonus coming here so he'll be done at 886 and Colin at six hundred twenty thousand still has some work to do to to take that but the best Dominic can do in this game is third be a hard luck loss to take fourth place with 800,000 on jitta it's it's pretty some players will quickly get like two to three hundred thousand games sometimes we are in the finals of in discs that's right Final Four deserve it yeah so 5x is carried over lakes just flaky on a lower play field but you can see a lid on the pot play field good point there and Adam with two million in the can five exponents if he can get himself back up to a max bonus he's got another 500,000 there and a left lane is lit for collecting that bonus she should try to stay away from if you can that's kind of weird so the bonus play phase the collect stays lit yeah cuz the collect lights from getting the [ __ ] did 20k times 5 so hunter K I mean it's something right boys can't take it with you if you drain like I guess you get one X of one of them so now extra ball or special is lit on the out lane all right that's still a solid game you know that's a 3.3 supremely close to 7 7 4 she sounds a good score of I had a nice job Colin this interesting of Colin because he has a lot to work work across he has to get 886 and I would expect him to try to finish the 4 to 5 and maybe collect bonus to the lower value to try and insure him to pass Dom for third and just avoid the 0 there's that there just through through oh he's got only two exponents you have to make some make some bonus advances here those drops are the way to go each drop on the right side oh that is a beautiful fee that's working fine look what he made him you wouldn't think that that feed works but and a half so you'll automatically beat someone who just tanks completely by just shooting that spinner then the multiball itself is typically worth around 20 million points and it's just it's just a a piece that a lot of people don't tend to go for furthermore if you if you lights that moshpit multiball early you can then bring in monsters - it's a it's ball one and moshpit is ready bringing creature bringing Wolfman bring in anything that you would normally bring in - Frankenstein and have moshpit also give you those progress the progress towards those monsters yeah that's basically exactly what I was what I would say I always go for this Center just because everything else scares me and can lead to you getting nothing if you don't execute everything whereas mosh pit dear oh my goodness well Adam is practicing what he did in the semi-final which is to start with a huge lead in the group and then drain the first ball with no other switch you know that can happen on this out the way and try to try to push it up bribed RAM which as a combo is really super sweet if you can pull that off but usually you can't do that if it's your first time on the machine you you won't know where it is the dead pass probably doesn't work because the slings are so sensitive you're exactly right the dead pass goes out of control and then the third way is a live catch on the left flipper which was the most effective way that I could find you could try a loop pass but I think the angle and it's trickier and scarier yes you are you and some others you guys look pass all you want I stay away from that dangerous stuff not something in a tournament or just not something you do just I will try it I feel like it's it's pretty safe if the flipper rubbers have any sort of grip or bounce it's when you find games with like dead flipper rubbers where it just you drain and it just looks awful you're like wow why did I do that Metallica super skill shot on tournament mode is the reason I we'll create the infrastructure for that but well how do you want to visualize that right so we'll let other people do that and that's that's really how things take off you know these days open source everything you provide the platform and then as long as it's easy and and people like making content it'll just sort of happen absolutely like if you if you're a fan of you know pinned ago or or or whatever it is selphie League stuff that you know in every locality people are writing why not create a bunch of infrastructure for them to write on top of and Automated Amusements you know with with the score baton which is our device that goes inside well so how are you like how are you reading the score and monster bass during multiball for example it's it was by the way years of work a whole lot of hardware design international team people from all over the world Wow Olivier Gallia's who who built the smart DMD is on our team we've just got this incredible group and and yeah I mean it's it's a lot of magic we have lots of different sources of data the DMD is one of them but we work on solid state machines as well and so we're not just doing you know DMD frames we have all sorts of data on so different platforms you've got a you've got to put in the work separately right you got to figure out how each each of them works and that's right yeah we developed different interfaces for all these different machines well this game in the final here between Dominic Kasich Adam McKinney Colin Urban and Jim Bell Seto the situation we have here is if Jim wins the game he wins the does make it a little easier to get the ball out of there I think that probably is why he didn't drain when I went halfway up the inner inner loop and it went kind of over in that area and then kind he hits 17 pop bumpers now you hit the cat he can also hit targets or pops to do this there's that right slingshots very generous I personally have I would I would I wouldn't mind shooting the left your target so you could end up cashing huge even so you know paddling the points 238 million it's it's hard to say like yeah yeah he got 38 million there but you know he could have had yeah it's one way this game is spectacular but it's also when you're ahead usually just padding padding points is is a great decision so you're able to get all the way about almost the 300 right because if you pad enough points then it forces your opponents into the risky risky choices and make your opponent force that 4x yeah like you take the safe shot make them take the risky shot Wow safe I mean like you
