## Transcript

🎵 Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. That's when you get the negative feedback because you don't agree with how they think. turns out stern was like gotcha bitch i just i'm trying to wrap my head around this maybe they've learned something from every game and this time it'll be different what what i gotta show everybody my wiener it's my wiener I mean, it's basically a Led Zeppelin jukebox with flippers. The game is going to sell. He just did a mic drop and then walked the hell out of the room. That's big dick energy if I've ever seen it. It's pinball. It shouldn't be too serious. I mean, if you take pinball to a serious level, you get the Godfather. Lie back down. I know I'm going to get some hate from those of you out there that are probably doing it, but that's what it is. The back glass says Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles right there at the top and four inches up. If that, the title's there again. That makes no sense. And I mean, what's concerning to me is that through the whole build process, no one brought it up that, hey, maybe we should make this a little bit better. No one mentioned it. We believe this idea to be the best course of action for us and for you. but mainly because it's going to cost us nothing. If he dies, he dies. We need to find out what these suckers will pay for a crappy product that your toddler drew for us. She draws on a first grade level. And the thing is, I know one of the people over social media has informed me that a lot of the times, at least as of three years ago, majority of the things that I would post or say to them was blocked. Why are you promoting and asking for deposits on a game that's still six months out? And here we are, ladies and jelly spoons. Let's do audio video check first. While that's going and getting feedback from you, I need to make some changes over here on this. And be aware that my sinuses decided to just like completely just go to crap today. So be aware that more than likely you're going to hear some sniffles, some coughing, some I don't like it. I don't want it. I'm happy to see that we've already got over 120 people in this chat ready to go to watch the largest IP get released in pinball history. This is kind of a moment, guys. Take that in just a little bit. Disregard that you don't have any interest in Pokemon. Take that. Throw the F over there. Disregard that. Okay? Don't think about the layout. Don't think about anything like that. Just realize what's happening here. Is that Stern managed to take an IP, the largest ever. And they are creating a game with it. This is going to do something more than just create a game. This is going to open doors. Hopefully. I would like to hope so. For Stern Pinball and other manufacturers, guys. so let's see what we got going on in chat so drywall dust probably I put up the last panel of drywall yesterday and so hopefully I won't have to deal with that what men watch Pokemon guessing not Gen X let me make sure this is working stringer films okay looks like it's working thank you very much for the two bucks man playing peekaboo Pikachu. So yeah, here the game is going to get the release in 10 minutes. So what we got to do now is one, figure out how many of you guys are Pokemon fans. There's a lot of closeted Pokemon fans out there. It's like you collect your cards or you're really into it, but you don't tell anybody. I know this for a freaking fact. And it's, it's, it's, I'm completely cool with it. There's a lot of things I'm sure that I'm into that a lot of you are like, no, that's not my thing or whatever kind of thing. But Pokemon is something I personally am just completely neutral about guys. I don't hate it. I don't love it. I know very little about it. The most I know about Pokemon is probably what has been bestowed upon me in regards to like playing, um, smash brothers or something like that. Those are probably the only characters I know. And it's like I should have been into Pokemon, but I just didn't get into it. I didn't have a Game Boy at a decent time to play the whole Red vs. Blue or anything like that. So let's do a poll right now, if I can. Because I want to see how much this poll changes. I'm sure a lot of you have already seen the leaked images for what the game aesthetically looks like at certain angles but we're about to get the full trailer, the full everything Oh, Ozzy coming in hot with the $20 got to meet him at Pinball at the Beach this last weekend very lovely man, he just got a Harry Potter collector's edition for his wife so he's enjoying that, nice to meet you Ozzy good drinks, good time so let's see here start q a so let's get a a baseline here that's not what i want stop start a poll here we go all right what should this question be um let's start with this just right now you getting a pokemon let's just see where we're at on this before the game releases i'd like to just see where people are at now let me tell you my standpoint on this i really am thinking about getting this game a pro to put it on location not to put it here in my house to bang on it or anything like this because i really do believe this game is going to make operators a shit ton of money because as i stated earlier This is the biggest IP ever, guys. Everyone knows it. There is no like, I've never heard of it. Everyone's at least heard of it. And the kids definitely know what it is. I am kind of a little surprised at the amount of percentage of no right now. Wow, 72% say no. this is something i was talking about a pinball at the beach also is that i'm curious about the crossover between your pokemon fans and your pinball fans how much of that is overlaying with each other how many of you are that big of closeted pokemon fans that you know are actually going to buy this this game and uh if it's not current pinball fans that are going to buy the game then maybe we're gonna get those card collectors out there and you're like who's carrying these cards no one's gonna be spending that kind of money you would be surprised at these collectors guys at how much money they spend on cards i've seen the videos where they literally go up to these machines buy every damn card like thousand dollars or whatever kind of thing to get cards and i'm not ignoring chat guys there's just a lot of you in here and it's going pretty fast so it's a little difficult for me to keep up so let me kind of play a little bit of catch-up right here David Van Es is in the house he's excited david i got a lot of good feedback about your games at the show let's see i've never thought about pokemon other than seeing videos basement dwellers fighting over the cards at walmart oh i just never got into pokemon guys it wasn't for me i i mean maybe if i would have had a game boy and got into it then maybe i would kind of care about it uh i think my son he had cards at one point but i know he's not into it now but i feel like if i put it in uh this local laundromat over here that where it's close to very nice very well kept very busy too i feel like that would just be a cash cow yeah showed us that pokemon is valued at 288 billion dollars holy crap vick were you there at the media day oh i'm so behind on chat well i bought cards for my son in the 90s yeah okay so yeah he was there i didn't go i already came back from pinball at the beach uh i wasn't gonna get on another plane to fly up there and play that or whatever but here we go we're getting about four minutes away let me get youtube pulled up i'm sure i'll get the notification that Stern releases the trailer and then we will watch that together. Bam! Now we were over the 200 mark on concurrent viewers. Rather get a Dune, says this individual right here. Bruno. Yeah, that's something also I've got in the intro for my upcoming Pinball at the Beach video is that someone was like, I knew that Dune was going to be fun, but I didn't know it was going to be that much fun kind of thing got a beetlejuice on the way in two weeks all right but anyway want to switch a pokemon le or beetlejuice with a topper yeah that's something else in case you guys didn't see the topper for pokemon is going to be released very soon after the launch of today trailer is up did i get the notification i haven't got the notification yet on youtube usually would be bam like right here popping up on my damn screen did they release it on Facebook first they shouldn't do that should go straight to YouTube yeah so far i've only got they're usually pretty good on releasing on youtube on time it's like right when this my clock hits 11 my time it should come up Yeah, I think this game is definitely going to cater as much as it possibly can to the majority of people out there. So currently, here's the baseline. 74% say they're not getting a Pokemon. Wow. And that has 138 votes. So we're going to see if that changes after we get a look at the game. Stern should release cocomelon pen for all those closeted pen ballers. David isn't going to tell you what's next. I mean, I'm going to assume that I can say this about their next game is that basically it's more than likely something you're not going to expect. So he likes to keep his surprises. So I'm guessing it's going to be even more of a surprise because it's going to be a theme that you're not going to expect. They still haven't dropped it on YouTube yet. Would you buy Pokemon if you had the money? Okay, well, we could do that here in a bit. Because, yeah, definitely price is a big thing. but I'm pretty sure everyone here knows it. Okay. Now, Ozzy, I asked about Never Ending Story. He said he's never even seen the movie. So, Hector, coming in with the day. He has to specify 10 USD because it looks like it's 200 bucks at first. This IP coming to pinball can open the doors for other themes to maybe finally come to pinball. You are right, brother. Great news. Thank you very much, Hector. very long time Patreon supporter right there, Hector. Perils of fun make lost boys. You gotta have that guy with the violin just jamming at some point. No, you're not derailing anything, David. By all means get in there, get the chat, keep them entertained whenever I'm missing some of the chat. Come on. It's right there at 11 o'clock. where is it at stern pin talk is pin talk david we love it all license delay you think this is a bigger than hp it is bigger than hp Harry Potter, which by the way, in case you haven't noticed, I've got it behind me here, guys. Airbender for sure, David. Let's do a roll. Oh, man. I'm over here refreshing their YouTube page, guys, in case it doesn't pop up. But it should be popping up. If I have to wait much longer, I'm going to call up George and just be like, dude, where's it at? What's going on? but I mean it was literally like announced that it would be today at 11 central standard time it's on the Stern side alright let's go to Stern instead of putting it on YouTube alright there it is okay let me get this ready guys here we go Hold on. We don't have audio. Let me fix that. Let me get that going to the right thing. That should be audio or not. Nothing but the best quality of streaming here, guys. It should be on this one, I believe. Here we go. Gotta catch them all. Gotta catch them all. Our trainer's journey begins. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Pokemon Cut Who will be the champion of the arena battle? Pokemon Pokemon Gotta catch'em all Gotta catch'em all Gotta catch'em all Okay, hold up. My initial impression so far, the game looks pretty damn cool. You're thinking like, oh, Gary, you're trying to shill? No, I'm not trying to shill, but from what I can see, the game looks pretty damn cool. Let me start it over again. We'll watch it again. And let me see if I can make it bigger. And that's what she said. All right, let's see. Gotta catch them all Gotta catch them all Our trainer's journey We will be sure To have a good time In the battle Pokemon Caught Who will be the champion of the arena battle? Pokemon! Pokemon! Gotta catch them all! Gotta catch them all! Gotta catch them all! So, uh... What do we think so far, guys? I saw someone in chat saying, is this a kid's toy? Well, in a way, yeah. Yeah, does it look like a toy? Yes, it does. But in a way, a pinball machine is a toy in many ways. But it's just, you know, a little more adult-looking. But yes, it fits the theme, though. This is something I've complained about Stern for a long time, for a lot of their things, is the way the game looks. It doesn't. I bitched about The Walking Dead, how the palette, the color palette wasn't on theme. This is on theme. It looks like you nailed it, I mean, kind of thing when it comes to what it looks like. So, like, I get it. And this is also a good thing. It's not for everybody. not every game should be for everybody but they want this to obviously reach the most people and one of the best ways to go about doing that obviously is doing the theme justice and so far aesthetically it looks like they've done that and when it comes to gameplay this is obviously the premium because i'm seeing a lot of movement the master ball i believe it's what you call it is moving then you have the uh the guy in the center i don't know their names guys i only know pikachu and he moves you're seeing movements within the game which looks really good i'm liking the sound effects the sound effects sound very retro-ish to me which uh which is also pretty good nice a lot going on yeah so i would assume here soon we should get the uh you know the george gomez the typical like oh here we go and they're going to go through the game much more deeper i believe like they typically do on their releases uh now whether or not that's coming immediately or if it's coming an hour from now i'm curious of why they didn't make that video public they decided to put it on just there it is now it's public let me message george and figure out when we're going to see the other videos All right. So now that you've seen it, let's do another poll. Same poll as earlier, just to see if that's changed. Okay. Okay. Now, you gotta think. I say, are you getting Pokemon? You don't have to get it, obviously, because it's a pinball machine. You go to Arcade, you can play it. But I'm just curious right now, mainly on this one, to see if that number changes just simply by seeing what the game is and what it looks like. Oh man oh man so it not coming till after the webinars guys all right so the the deeper dive videos with george gomez and everything that's coming later today after the webinars so that is confirmation right there for you all right so earlier with and granted this is 126 127 votes we had 138 votes earlier and it was saying 74 no currently at 128 votes we are at 63 no so it's still climbing i'd like to get at least the same amount of votes guys so if you haven't voted yet then let's get them in there just so we can get a good just you know number here 136 134 we got 138 63 let's end it right there 64 with pretty much right there about the same amount so we gained 10 on the interest of the game just on aesthetics alone now let's do something that you know obviously because like i said not everybody's got the freaking money to drop and buy a pokemon kind of thing uh let's see here let's do another poll i'm mainly curious uh how many pokemon fans there are there so let's do this is kind of like an anonymous way to gather some information so you closeted people can vote accordingly kind of thing. Wish he had a maybe option. I want to watch the trailer again, honestly. Let's kind of go through this. Says I know we're not going to be getting the other stuff until later on today. So let's go to the main screen and we'll even slow some stuff down and see what we get here. all right so let's start out what is what is moving on this game so on the premium this moves the master ball this guy moves right here and he moves around when you hit him so i like that it's kind of got a junkyard feel to it then pikachu moves i think those are the three big ones see i don't know but is this squirtle i think that squirtle pikachu and charizard those are like the only ones i even know guys that's just a pokeball it's okay what's a master ball then see this is i'm just showing you my ignorance on the pokemon thing i'm not line i'm not a closeted guy on the pokemon so it's a pokeball but uh all right so that's a master ball correct me if i'm wrong the shooter rod is the master ball yeah okay so so the master ball is there so this is he's playing on, and I know this is Jack Danger's hand, I know his hand's from anywhere but yeah, so that's something also that's different, is that, when's the last time we saw a special shooter handle launch with a game, like launch, initial release tell me, but I don't think we've had one I could be wrong I'm monitoring chat here guys. All right. So right now when it comes to Pokemon fans, you Pokemon fans, 64% say no with 153 votes. And we got 300 plus people in chat right now, guys. It is fine if you're 12 years old. Uh, at the end, oh, they switch it out at the end for a regular one. All right. Let's see here. Oh, let me get it on screen so you can see what the hell I'm looking at. So I like how this, I mean, because you can see how it moves around from, oh wait. I mean, that thing is going to get beat around. And you know that's going to be entertaining as hell, guys. I mean, we all love a good bash toy. Especially one that really responds and moves around like this. That's going to be just plain fun. It's a straight up the middle shot. where a lot of people casuals and everything kids tend to aim for there's a reason why world cup soccer is a game that myself and is a big fan of a lot of people because one of the main mix is right up the middle and it's something that moves along with another a lot of games that you love that you probably don't even realize something right up the middle that you bash and it moves and responds to how you play the game. This is one of those games. It's going to be catering to the masses with something straight at the middle, something large, and something that moves. All right, there's exponentially more money in Pokemon than pinball, I promise that. Love the pop placement. Yeah, that one pop that's right here kind of creates a little bit of a chaos. so do we know if the um let me get back to me do we know if that center mech that moves up and down i would assume that's going to be on the pro as well i i think they're taking out the pokeball movement and the pikachu movement for the pro but it looks like you have to have that thing move up and down to open up a shot. It's in the pro, yeah. Yeah, it's got to be, because you're going to miss a shot if it's always down or if it's always up. It's just not going to be as cool. So it's got a scoop underneath the Pokeball right there. And it's not just your typical, what is that? oh that's that's a little bit of a different type of ramp flap guys you see that so it's a little bit different it's not your typical the whole ramp flap moves up kind of thing i like that pokeball movement that it kind of like wiggles so i'm guessing that whenever you get it in there and it does that to kind of indicate that hey you just caught your pokemon kind of thing yeah this is what we're doing guys we're going to go through this trailer and figure out what we didn't see the first time so let's go back to the screen here i'm loving the sound effects because it reminds me of old school video gaming stuff rival battle ready Caterpie caught. Alright. So you're going to be a trainer. Sorry, I missed this, but did anyone see the pending licensor approval? It's not on any... Oh, very good. Yeah, it's down right here at the bottom right-hand corner. Pending licensor approval, so they still haven't gotten all of their approvals yet. I did not catch that. Very good catch right there. Alright. So, yeah. Video assets are still under approval so this is the second game in a row that we've had to have that now are we concerned at all that the toilet bowl is going to slow down gameplay i i'm curious about that and uh because on star wars i know if you hit that particular way up there to go up underneath java it spins around for a long damn time give me some quarters baby texas jay thank you very much for the ten dollars not my theme looking forward to playing it in person i'm out thanks carrick very well very much appreciated jay thank you very much i hope you had a fun time at pinball at the beach too gotta flush them all yeah what's going on jeff welcome to the channel man no toilet bowl on the pro what all right so the game's gonna play even faster on a pro damn i'm kind of curious of what all they're taking out now i haven't seen the matrix yet so yeah we'll go to the matrix here in a bit guys let's go to the video then we'll grab that matrix so there's a magnet obviously in case you didn't see that there's obviously a magnet right here You can see the way the ball just, you know, moves around. Is the magnet on the pro? Let's see here. I got someone staring at a matrix for me. Hola, Carrie. Good to see you again. No mag on the pro. Shit. we gotta stop here for ozzy coming in hot and strong again one pin closer to transformers he's counting down to transformers so he's not a pokemon person but he's excited for transformers so thank you very much again right there ozzy for the 20 bucks very very much appreciated man only seeing you right now oh that you're right let me you got to keep me in check guys all right Here we go. Let's go back a little bit. Let's go up to where the magnet. So let me point out that the magnets right here, because you can see the way the ball swivels around like that. So here's your, so we got battle travel, mystery and extra ball. I was wondering what was going on with this. We got what Charizard spinner. I can't tell if these are opto spinners or not completely. let's see here but all right i'm loving those sound effects that's that's i know okay so here we go we got a ball lock right here i can see that i wonder if that's where it just holds the ball for a mode or if that's the actual like physical ball lock that's where they're gonna hold kind of thing i don't know it may just be a temporary thing for a mode starter gotta catch them all all right you can hear me singing so let's find the matrix someone got a link for me here so I can bring up the matrix so we can figure out what it is we're getting and what we're not getting. I guess it's on the Stern Pinball website where I'm currently at. Duh, Kerry. All right, it's scroll on down. i'm gonna have that song stuck in my head now great why am i not able to find the matrix for this it's usually like pretty damn easy someone got a link for me that they can share so i'm not just sitting here staring at my damn screen i can usually find that i i found it i found it i found it i didn't scroll down okay let's open this baby up typical i didn't go down far enough all right let's go to main screen here and you probably can or cannot read this let's zoom in enhance enhance all right so we know what you're getting with the le you're getting everything let's scroll over here let's compare what you're getting and what you're not getting with your pro premium so on the pro they are taking out the animatronic pikachu so hold on pikachu animatronic toys react to play field action with movement and custom recorded speech he's still gonna have the custom recorded speech obviously right thank you very much the programmer for the two dollars toilet bowl has a diverter before it i I saw that as well, I think. I'm kind of curious. I saw something metal flap there. So I'm sure we're still going to have the Pikachu speech. We're just not going to get the movements. Arena magnet. So the arena magnet's not going to be in there. Okay. Left ramp feeds the Squirtle Whirlpool bowl for spinning ball action. When qualified, the Squirtle Whirlpool charges up water energy. I don't know what any of that means, but you're not going to get a Whirlpool on the pro. so make sure i'm not so the pokeball still moves or am i did i skip over it ah there it is animatronic pokeball ball lock with rgb eliminations that's not on the pro also so you're not getting the moving pikachu i expected that you're not getting the arena magnet which that sucks uh you're not getting the pokeball movement and you're not getting the whirlpool on your pro. So those are the things that they're pulling out in regards to your pro versus your premium. The magnet? Man, I would like to hope that could be something that you could install. Like post kind of thing. I would like to be able to add a magnet to the game. I wonder if that's going to be a possibility. but you know the pro coach probably not going to have the ability to use the magnet in there for that very reason yeah this will definitely earn and get kids away from the ticket redemption games until they realize it doesn't give tickets but at least they'll experience pinball and that's the thing these days a lot of the games don't give tickets they give the little points and little sliding cards takes away that tactile feeling I remember having shit tons of tickets that would just come out of machines and it just felt like you had it's the same as difference as um debit card versus cash that feeling of putting coins in or whatever versus just swapping a card or inserting a card it kind of takes away that feeling of how much you're getting or giving the start can actually give out tickets it's an option yeah so i guess that's an option that you can put on your games if you wanted to disperse tickets but i haven't seen ticket dispersion on pinball machines before i haven't been to a place that has that it's always at the family event centers at least around me it's just swiping the card and you get points added to the card yeah that's just probably the most efficient way to go about doing that it gets my better judgment i ordered an le i feel just about now it looks great hopefully the catch mechanic is pretty deep lots of different pokemon to collect yeah i think if someone posted earlier i saw it wait three months and you'll have a an le under 10k or around 10k i don't think that's gonna be on this game guys i think this will be the first le in a while that actually goes up in value kind of thing and i think it's due to the nature of the collectability of it and i'm really curious of how many of the pokemon fans let's say for instance the other YouTubers that do Pokemon cards. I'm curious of how many of those people are going to manage to get one of these games. Didn't one of the Mario pinballs dispense tickets? It might have. And here's the thing, guys. I'm hoping that since we're doing Pokemon, this is a step closer to us maybe eventually getting a Mario pinball machine. That is another game that would go on location and earn. You talk to all the operators out there. If there's operators in the chat right now, if you have a Gottlieb Super Mario Brothers, does it or does it not earn money still to this day? And I guarantee you 100% of them will say yes, that that Mario from Gottlieb is a money maker because everyone sees Mario. They recognize it and they put coins in and they hear the sounds and everything. Could it be kids? Yes. could it be people like me that like mario indeed it's hoping for an le pokemon card too just because it's the biggest ip does not mean it will be the best selling pinball game i think people with money to afford these games are too old for this theme maybe and rightfully so i think it's merely the theme recognition it's like you have godzilla and it's so far the best-selling game aside from adam's family but what is the main reason why adam's family sold so well theme recognition and the game had a lot going on in it godzilla was a slow starter but eventually it evolved and became it what it is to this day kind of thing but everybody also knows godzilla whether it be from the movies the old school tv shows video games everyone also recognizes godzilla it's kind of like an icon in a way so it's the same thing when it comes to pokemon it's an icon everyone's aware of it wrong do you see the money in pokemon cards this this shit gonna sell and like i said if anything else guys this is gonna be an operator's dream machine. It's going to be something that just brings in the money kind of thing. And I'm all about a sure thing, and that's why I really am looking forward to potentially getting a pro and putting it on location. Yeah, LEs are gone, guys. And I'm not mad about that. I'm just glad so far it looks like they have done the theme justice for what little i know about it but what i would love to hear about is from those of you that are hardcore pinball hardcore pokemon fans and to see whether or not you feel they've done pokemon justice maybe his turn will make a tiny version too so i believe this is going to be their costco game too they're going to have a costco version of Pokemon. And I'm pretty sure that's going to sell like Gangbusters also because you got to think, walking around Costco, you got your kids. One, you're going to see a pinball machine that's going to cater to the adults. Two, it's going to be a theme that's going to cater to your children. Now, whether or not that family has got the four to five grand that they're going to just blow on a pinball machine, that's where you're going to change right there yeah super mario brother still earns yeah meow with team rocket balloon i'd grab a hardy le if it came with a puppy multiball i just wish i wasn't centralized around a balloon toy that feels like a miss and pokemon such a small part of the show where the games are arguably a much larger known part of the ip and like I said this game looks like Pokemon and will play great for newer players it'll sell great for arcades and turn profit no matter if it's criticized by collectors or not it'll be a financial win for Stern yeah easy very well verbalized there Jeff yeah and that's the thing I think at one point in time I used to just be mad whenever Stern released a game or a company released a game and I didn't like it or whatever. Now it's just a matter of like, okay, it's just not a game for me kind of thing. This is hopefully going to cater to other people out there, whatever theme it might be or whatever style of gameplay it might be. And that's the glorious thing about pinball is that not every game is going to reach everyone. And that's a good thing. I don't know of a game that speaks to everyone. There isn't a game that everyone likes. even though that Godzilla is up on the ranks I've met plenty of people that go that game is way overrated or that game is not good kind of thing yeah Ozzy's like I have a couple of friends that never owned a game that won it yeah no Jeff you were wrong no you're wrong that's what makes it great a great a theme for all yeah i think that's uh a theme for all meaning basically it's not a theme like venom or something that's polarizing kind of thing i just don't know of any parrots that go no you can't have a pokemon because that's you know devil worship and stuff or whatever kind of thing like uh and i i say that because i remember rocking out to Rob Zombie in my room and then my mom comes barging in there and she's like, what are you listening to? I'm over here like, you know, dig through the ditches and burn through the witch. And she's like, this is devil worship and music. And then has me return the CD kind of thing. Anybody else ever have that kind of thing? Your mom was like, this is devil worship. I felt like the water boy, but that movie wasn't even out at the time. pocket monsters are the devil it would be funny if the game deploys a massive red yellow green flashers raven raven raven oh what i fear is that there's going to be a cult gathering of raven lovers and somehow or another that game's going to start making its way up the pin side charts there is your goal jeff see if you can get raven up the pin side charts get everybody to like work together to start putting in great reviews for Raven and get it up to the top 20. That should be a goal for 2026 right there. See if the pinball community can gather together to make Raven climb up the charts. As a joke, just to say, look guys, the scores on pin side don't really mean as much as you think they do. all right so let's for those that are joining a little bit late we'll put the trailer up again let me bring it up because we have some people that are coming in late wanting to know where the game at Pok Gotta catch them all Gotta catch them all Our trainer's journey begins. Pokémon! Pokémon! Pokémon! Pokémon! Pokémon! hold on let's take it back here Jeff coming in hardcore with the 50 dollars pinstripe raven review thank you very much Jeff very much appreciated so this is something I didn't catch at first that someone brought up when it comes to a diverter so hold on you got to see where this thing go away you got to see where the diverter look right there as it goes past bam that goes up i'm not sure if you can see on my screen we circle around what you may or may not be able to see so it's already down waiting for the ball now if it's normally up it looks like it would just feed to your in lane it would just drop down and feed to your in lane otherwise that diverter is right there interesting I did not catch that at first huh so that whirlpool has definitely got to do something with gameplay in regards to powering up something because how many times it spins around so alright, okay So I'm liking what I'm seeing, guys. for the theme and everything and when i first saw the leaked images on the le and i saw that purple i was kind of like i don't know that that seems like a miss but as i got more images and i see it now although it is a little similar to the lakers color scheme it's definitely grown on me and i can kind of see why they went with the purple theme because you've got other artwork on there that looks purple and then you've got the master ball that's down there it's got purple on it so i get it but i think that first glance i was like oh no they done screwed up but it grew on me spike three in colors i see two pop bumpers yeah it looks like there's one that's further up there so i'm definitely curious if how it shoots i mean we got some people that were in the media day that they want to divulge how they feel about the game by all means let us know carry you asked what a master ball is it's a guaranteed capture they are rare pokeballs have a chance they can break out oh okay good to know so no matter what level they are or anything like that i'm guessing you could just throw it and you're like like bitch you're mine now tanya will deliver the code amazing loved rob zombie back in the day i still love Rob Zombie. What do you mean back in the day? Unless he's doing some crap music now. I guess I haven't heard anything new from him. Stern needs a banger. This does look good. I think this is going to be hopefully a turnaround year for Stern. In my opinion, I think that 2025 was kind of a weak year for them in regards to bringing out true bangers. I've said this on my previous video in regards to 2025 in review. I think we're going to start seeing the big dick energy from stern again guys i really do hope so and i i think this is a good start and i think we're going to see it on transformers and potentially what we're hearing is fallout from Keith Elwin that's a theme that's up my alley so we'll see but i i really do hope that they step it up kind of thing and because it last year it looked like every other manufacturer was bringing their A game. And Stern was putting out the typical, like, here, copy and paste, copy and paste, here's the end of the game. Yes, it does well on location. Yes, it lasts. Yes, you got insider connected. But it just felt like it was missing passion or magic. And they can argue and say that they put that in there. That's in there. But I don't know. Me, personally, I just didn't feel it in the games. So I'm hoping that this year they bring that back. I don't know about that but I hope you're right yeah three full mechs that doesn't happen at Stern very often yeah so you gotta think on the pro you're losing some stuff though you're losing a couple of them maybe Stern will give us Nick Fuller's pinball never been so excited about a table except for Iron Maiden but I'm a theme guy I think that it sucks that this thing wasn't ready to go for pinball at the beach because I would have loved to put some time on it. But I'm going to get some time on it here. What is it? Texas Pinball Festival is what, a month away? And before that, I don't know, maybe my local distro will have some up on the shop for me to go up there and beat around for a little bit. Like I said, I really am thinking about getting a pro for a location. I think it's just pretty much a guaranteed type of moneymaker. Any operators in here? Let's figure out how many operators we got in here. So only the operators answered this poll. I start seeing hundreds of votes on, you know, whatever. I'm like, we don't have over 100 some odd damn operators in here. honestly and this is no offense but before i see the numbers if you're an operator and you earn money by how many coins are going into your machine i really do feel that you would be making a mistake by not getting this game unless you just know your clientele and you know their interest and you just know that hey where i'm at this isn't their thing okay but i'm just saying if you're in a location where you're trying to cater to the biggest audience possible i think you'd be making a mistake if you didn't get one thank you very much there for complimenting on the wall i have got a product coming in the mail that i'm pretty excited about and uh this is something that uh wasn't like sit to me and no i bought it. It's pretty much sight on scene via online. It's been shipped or it's being shipped right now. I'm really hoping to, I can't wait because it's something I wanted to do for a good while now. So just I'll let my patrons know about that, what's going on. But it's something that's coming that, fingers crossed, it's everything that I hope it's going to be. That is a weird game. Can I get two of these PokeParty? Is it coming in a plain brown rapper? May I? Pinmunk, here he is. I'm sure it's going to be the same Spike 3 cabinet, man. I don't think we had any Spike 3 cabinet failures yet, but who knows how long code's going to take. I know you're definitely on that horse leading the pack in regards to how long it's taking a pinball scientist product related. Maybe. maybe all right fuck it i'll tell you yeah it is pinball scientist related so um they released a product i don't know if it was yesterday but i saw it like scrolling through facebook and it's basically the way to like like give you a faux like playfield attract mode on your playfields and so since i have some up here i was like oh i'd like to get them to do the whole track mode thing so right now when it comes to this poll wise with how many votes 29 operators supposedly in chat 59 say yes or 57 say yes they would be getting one anyways this product is relatively cheap because uh the ones i've seen before i think even coin taker makes them it's like it does something in the back and it looks kind of complicated and it costs like a couple of hundred bucks. Whereas this product was like, I don't know, 56 bucks and basically gives you the whole light show with programmable stuff on there. But what I'm excited most about, not just because it's a play field, but it's going to be going on my getaway play field, the play field that I have swapped out every insert with a clear insert. So now I'll finally get to see what that play field would have looked like with RGB. So I'm curious, without a doubt. So are the, okay, so the seminars are going right now, or the webinars are going? Oh wait, you're talking about the play field. Okay, never mind, never mind. I was getting confused. I was like, I thought for sure that the webinars were later, like this afternoon. so each game has a card that comes up trainers complete this game for these cards is that true i didn't think there was going to be anything special in regards to this yeah about four hours from now is when we're getting the uh the webinars and that's when we'll get the whole spiel from george gomez hey folks george stir or george Gomez for Stern Pinball and we're here to show off our latest greatest you know with the largest you know you know the spiel I'm not going to imitate George Gomez I just would just be bad taste so I'm done with coin taker after they canceled my beetlejuice order that I placed last May after speaking with a friend from spooky oh bad bloods a-brewing I should be getting my beetlejuice soon. I don't have an exact day, but it's going to be hopefully within the next month. No, but we have people in the chat if they want to speak up. We have the people that went to media day. Some of them are here. And I don't think I might have missed their comments, but I would definitely like to hear what their feedback is, but I'm sure they're saving their feedback for their content. There's no reason for them to go there, record, do all that, and then come up here on my chat and then talk about it. They're going to be releasing videos. Matter of fact, we've probably got videos on YouTube right now in regards to that. It wouldn't surprise me since the embargo has officially been lifted. So it's .80 is about where they're at. That's what... But, yeah. So we've even got... Loser Kid's got a podcast up. I believe he's going to have Tanya and George Gomez are on there. So there's just some content right there to listen to get feedback on what's going on with the code and what the game's going to be doing. But definitely curious with Insider Connected with this game. This is the game that I feel where Insider Connected is just going to take the fuck off. I think they're going to be doing some cool stuff, and I think that's one of the reasons why that... Who's the license holder? Is Nintendo holding the license for Pokemon, or is it somebody else? Whoever has it. Let's just say Nintendo, for argument's sake. I think that's one of the reasons why Nintendo probably even agreed to go with Stern Pinball on this, is due to insider connected and the ability to do what pokemon does the whole randomness or going to catch pokemon at particular locations and things like that it's okay so uh doug at cool toy he's got some gameplay videos uh all right let me let me get a cool toy i don't know why his video is not coming up on my feed oh there it is Have a great day here at Sturm. All right. Doug, don't be mad at me, but we're going to have your video right here, big guy. I'm here to check out their latest flagship title, Pokemon Pinball. Let's see what Doug has to say about it. He's very, very fair about it. When it comes to the Pokemon assets, they pulled a lot from the original television series, mainly through seasons 10 through 25. Pokemon Company apparently has changed some things with the lore and the mechanical storytelling aspect of it, so they no longer are kind of recognizing some certain elements that were in the earlier seasons. Plus, in the newer seasons, it's high-definition clips, so it makes perfect sense. Yeah, you can see that the pending approval is pretty much right there on the center of the screen. Yeah, he was a bodyguard or something like that, wasn't he? Something in regards to that, you know. That's why they'd want to, you know, sign off on those. So we got clips from seasons 10 through 25. You got the original voice actor that did Pikachu, the narrator, Giovanni, as well as the announcer. so you've got a lot of recognizable voices for people that are fans of the original cartoon, so that's great. And when it comes to the Pokemon monsters themselves, there's over 180 different unique monsters, characters in this game, so it's not short by any stretch of the imagination. More to come coming up with future updates. You'll notice a lot of the content is focused on Generation 1, the Kanto region, but we have Pokemon in the game from all the generations. At launch, we have 182 that you can discover and catch. And more are coming. and overcoming. And you'll also notice this is, you'll see this sort of land mass that we have here. This game is a region agnostic, so it's not a pre-existing place that exists in that world. We got the opportunity to make our own location that you can travel to, and that also comes with a really awesome thing that they afforded us is we couldn't use a pre-existing Pokedex, so they let us design our own Pokedex for our own region, which contains our own four biomes here. So yeah, with everything that was meticulously looked over, they did afford us some really cool freedoms on some of the stuff. Yeah, exactly. So in the regions that we have, there's a four- So I don't know if they're going to continuously talk through this entire thing. That might be some information that you want to see. I think they're going to eventually – I don't want to play the entirety of this video because then I'm basically just in a way stealing Doug's content, guys. So if you haven't already, I'll put a link in the chat right here to, by all means, check out his video. If you haven't subbed Doug over there at CoolToy, then do so accordingly. But I do want to kind of skim through here to pinpoint out certain things. I say pinpoint, but I want to see certain things. So pro versus premium, I guess we can go through that. Let's skip ahead here a little bit. the connectivity with insider connected it's going to track all the pokemon you've captured keep them in your insider connected account so obviously that's going to be a mass appeal to a wider audience that are not maybe particularly familiar with pinball and when it comes to the pro versus premium this is another one of those cases where the pro didn't get everything yanked out of it so it feels really good especially for the price point you got a fully interactive meow balloon mech that you would have on the le and the premium nothing's changed there uh pikachu on the pro it's the same sculpt and everything but his head doesn't rotate and move around he's not interacting with your gameplay but i was pleased to see it you know being a nice sculpted toy it's not a flat acrylic plastic uh we do lose a couple of mechanisms yeah let's pin let's let's again hand clap for stern for giving us actual 3d molts sculpts whatever you want to call them toys and not flat plastics. You got to acknowledge this because you encourage the good, guys. This is what I'm doing. I'm encouraging them. Like, thank you. That's one of the reasons why I think the game looks as good as it does. Could they have done a flat plastic? Yes. But they didn't. Hand clap the licensor? Probably. Amanda the pro had the sculpts. Okay, well then, by all means... I'm not denying that that's a very high possibility right there, Penmonk. But the fact of the matter is, it's in there, so I will praise the fact that it's in the game. Now, whether or not that was a Stern decision or a license holder decision, but yeah. Let's see here. The Pokemon company should do all the company licenses. though mainly the the magnets inside that front portion of the rocket area team rocket and then meowth balloon there's no longer a magnet underneath the pro version it's just stagnant there as well as a scoop over on the left hand side the pokeball scoop itself it is non-existent on the pro instead it's been switched out with the up post that's on the ramp so when you actually need to capture and collect your pokemon you're going to shoot that left ramp like you would on a premium in the LE, but instead of it going in a scoop and coming out that little side exit, it's going to go up the ramp, come down, and the up post is going to catch it, stop the ball, show your video display of what Pokemon you captured, and it's going to go on. We're also missing the bowl, the toilet bowl, as people like to call it. There on the left ramp, here on the Pro, it just drops down into your end lane. No bowl mechanism there whatsoever. And then we're also missing the interactive Pokeball itself. On the Pro, it does light up, but on the Premium LE, it kind of moves around. And me, I found that to be just a bit of a non-starter. In fact, I had to play several games before I even realized that the Pokeball was moving side to side on its own. I just thought it was moving from me shaking the machine and just doing careful nudging there, and I thought that's all there was to it. The one thing I missed on the Pro versus the Premium more than anything is just that scoop underneath the ramp on the Pokeball shot. I think that adds a lot to the whole capture aesthetic slash gameplay mechanic. You're not getting the scoop? You don't get the scoop that I missed it on the Matrix? What? Oh, man. Damn it. I mean, from what I'm seeing so far, the game looks like it shoots smooth. I think whenever George was talking about this game in regards to comparing it to Deadpool, I think I'm seeing why. When it comes to the way it's going to shoot, it's going to look like there's probably not a lot there. Like there's not a lot on the Deadpool play field, but it's just a hell of a blast to play. You get the shooter rod and you will like it. No scoop for you. Yeah, no scoop for me. Let's see here. He's still going on pro versus premium here, guys. And there and then shoot out a different exit side duck shot. that side duck shot is actually something you can actually sneak a ball in there on the premium le and get an activation that way the pro version that side duck shot is kind of blocked off it's got a target there to blocks off any ball from going in there as well as going out there so it's just it's not part of the pro gameplay experience having that miss on the pro is uh it's a little hard to give up but i don't mind giving up the rest of the stuff i do like the pro back glass It has a nice white, red, black kind of breakdown of the sections. It's reminiscent of a Pokeball, which is really cool. The Premium is kind of a brighter orange, but has more characters represented. And, of course, Ellie's Pikachu front and center. There is no mirrored back glass on this one. Sorry, guys. I had to mute because I had to blow my nose. My sinuses were flooding. Sorry, sorry, sorry. So I put it on there. I was like, oh, my God. Anyways, what I'm not liking, I'll reiterate, is that it looks like the things that are being pulled out of the pro and the premium are really kind of game changers. and it's like there's certain things that get pulled out of games it's like oh that's not going to add much or that doesn't really do much with the ball but it looks like a lot of the things that are getting pulled from the premium really do interact and change the way this game shoots I think that the pro again is going to be the best thing for locations but I feel like if you want to get this game for your home the premium might be the way to go I'd have to play and compare I think at this point or watch some good solid gameplay let's see what the rest we got here as well as there's no foil cabinet artwork on the le le does have some nice beautiful purple powder coat uh some really cool you know cutaways for the uh lighting system on inside of the cabinet as well as the outside which is really cool uh they did have some mock-up like decals on the side of the armor. They said for the production obviously it's not going to be just stick on stickers. I like the way this armor looks. This looks pretty damn nifty. The exterior, they started this with the Walking Dead. They pretty much got it from Melvin and DPX with Alice and everything, but I like this. I like what they did with this one. This one looks pretty good. We don't have bullets going in the wrong direction or anything but like yep so it looks good on the outside of that they're going to have a much more refined look to them but as for everything right now everything was pending licensing approval so this is the best they could show us at the time but the cabinet looks good for the le i do wish it had some sort of either mirror back glass or foil cabinet artwork it does have some nice bright shiny foil inner art blades which is really cool but i think it just needs a little more touches to feel a little more you know premium and you know highly sought after collectible there's no you know exclusive oh it kind of hit me as i watch i look back at this and you got to think about it let's go back here uh whatever you want i do wish it had some sort of either mirror right here two designers on this of course you know this you have jack danger and george gummis It sucks that this will be the last cornerstone that we see from Jack Danger. I personally like the games that he was bringing out. I like the goofiness of it, the layouts and everything. Say what you want about X but if it assembled correctly the game shoots beautifully and the code is getting better from what I hear But as it stands, the purple powder coating, I think, looks nice with the traditional yellow cabinet and the colorway of Pikachu. When I heard this game was announced, I expected to see the LE being all yellow Pikachu themed. So it was kind of a nice surprise, I guess, to see the purple powder coating versus the yellow. And we do have a nice little Pokeball shooter knob on the Ellie, which is kind of cool. Of course, it's a no-brainer that you would use a Pokeball there. But between Pro, Premium Ellie, the artwork, it's all pretty standard, pretty run-of-the-mill, nothing too crazy. Playfield, I think, is very cohesive. They did a really good job including lots of different characters hidden and sprinkled throughout the Playfield art, as well as the plastics, and I think there's good representation for the nostalgic people that grew up with this, and they're probably in their 40s now, and their 30s. You're going to see a lot of the main characters that you know and love, and the fact that there's over 180 characters included on this, which is great. The shots and layout I found on this was very fun to shoot. If you're not a big Pokemon fan, I am guilty as charged. I was a grown man that had Pokemon bed sheets when he was like 19 in his bedroom. But that being said, you can absolutely have fun playing this game, shooting it. It's got a bunch of callbacks and love letters to other games. So on the left-hand side, you've got a left orbit that goes around, comes up, and it comes down to a wire form very reminiscent of James Bond 007, obviously a George Gomez game, and since this is a dual collaboration with Jack Danger and George Gomez, it makes perfect sense. Then right next to that, we have your left ramp, a.k.a. your Pokeball shot. premium le it has a scoop underneath it the lift up the ramp flap but one unique aspect of this hold up wait a minute is that ball hopping over that lane so if you like don't completely make it it could fall into this gully and then fall back into your i like it i like it a lot this if you shoot up the ramp it's got a little kind of cut out uh ditch area so if you don't make it all the way up the ramp it can land in that lane if i only would have just let the fucking video play for another 10 seconds doug would have answered my question for me so there there you go on that okay thank you doug still drop down and come down to your left hand flipper which is really cool because a lot of times you know you shoot steep ramps you don't make it all the way up the ball travels right back down in the middle and you're always screaming but that's not the case on the pre-mally has we're stopping here real quick because we got ten dollars from the truth caruth thank you very much very much appreciated love you long time your support is obviously uh appreciated i love it so much all right little jump ramp loving it yeah jump ramp was was the last game we seen like a jump ramp like that i always think of um jump ramps you think of like Robocop Jack Danger did it on his Jurassic Park Home Edition I like the jump ramp thing that sometimes you might make it and sometimes it will fall into do another shot I'm just shocked over no mirrored back glass did I hear that right earlier so are we just getting a trans light that's what it seems like Fote had a jump ramp? What am I missing on that game for the jump ramp? Where am I not seeing that? Oh, yeah, the middle shot. But it's still Fote, though. The toilet bowl, a.k.a. just the fish bowl, or just bowl in general. I haven't seen one of those since Mustang from Stern. So very reminiscent of Creature from the Black Lagoon as well. So that's one aspect. And then the main toy mechanic, if you will, is the Meowth Balloon. It's an interactive bash toy that can come down into the middle of the play field, and you can hit it, bash it, get jackpot points and everything, which is great. When it's up and pulled out of the way, you're going to shoot up the middle shot, which is going to come around to the right side of the orbit. And then to the right of the Meowth Balloon is an interactive multi-stage captive ball. So you hit it, and there's actually a couple other balls back there, very similar to Judge Dredd and the Cooling Towers. but they're all held with a little metal flap that kind of sticks out just a bit. But once you bash that, it identifies the Pokemon, and then right after that it calls your attention to shoot that left Pokeball shot so you can capture the Pokemon. So it's really cool. It's very beginner-friendly when it comes to not only the layout but the call-outs, and I think they did a good job of making this approachable to a wider audience. And, you know, Stern, they're no dummies. They know that this is going to be something that brings a lot of newcomers and new eyes to pinball. So the best way they can approach that is to make this as user-friendly as possible, especially for people that have never played pinball. To the right of the captive balls, you have the Pikachu ramp, which is a nice metal ramp. So I've got a question here in chat. Russell's asking me, Carrie, did you get sick from pinball at the beach? Also, I came home with a freaking cold. It was good seeing you there and chatting. No, I did not get sick. These are just my typical sinuses. I always have something going on. My body is like, I guess, constantly trying to kill me for whatever I know. I'm probably even allergic to my damn wiener dogs. That may be my problem. They're killing me softly. But no, pinball at the beach. No, I did not get sick from that. I even had some tamales that I bought from a guy in the parking lot of Home Depot yesterday. Had six of those doing just fine. So, I mean, I'm a sucker for some tamales in a parking lot. And you get me pretty much every damn time. It goes around behind Pikachu, comes back down the wire form to your right hand side and then immediately to the right of that as well as your Charmander shot. This is a spinner orbit, shoot around the spinner, comes back around the back hand side and comes all the way around or gets diverted back into the pop bumpers. There's two pop bumpers on this one. One of the pop bumpers is actually quasi inside of the little middle triangle of the Meowth balloon so it kind of bounces the ball around in there. So that's one of the reasons I don't really miss not having the magnet on the pro is that pop bumper is still sticking out enough to give you that kind of elusive kind of like randomness of bouncing the ball around that the magnet normally would. All right. So that's good. What he's saying right there is that since there's not a magnet on the pro, at least you still have that pop bumper to kind of give you enough of chaos right there. So there that's that's some good. So the magnet may not be a big miss whenever you're on the pro. tamale sound amazing and i didn't just buy six i bought like three bags he opened up that cooler in the back of his truck barely spoke a word of english and uh we made a deal and they were really good just by bouncing off that pop bumper there and then right off to the very end of the right hand side is your scoop this is what you're gonna do to get your extra ball uh your mystery awards as well as start your battles. So once you've identified your Pokemon by hitting the captive ball, captured your Pokemon by hitting the Pokeball ramp, it's time to battle them. So you're going to shoot that scoop, activate your battle, and then you go on and hit various different targets and shots within the game to win your battle. Win enough battles and things like that, you're obviously going to go on to your mini wizard modes and your final wizard mode, your grand champion battle, to be your master. I'm not going to go too much on the code portion of it because I know that can start... A lot of people don't really... They're a much more visual kind of thing. They want to see how the game plays and hearing about the code. So let's go on to just see what Doug thinks about the game so far. ...magically make you a fan of Pokemon. You're not going to be a 50- or 60-year-old man going out there and ripping open Pokemon cards and collecting all the figurines and action figures and things like that all of a sudden. But you will have an enjoyable gameplay experience if you just give it a chance. Overall, my initial impressions were really good on this one. I think the Pro is a good value. The only really criticisms I have, I just wish the LE had a little more to offer as far as value proposition. I think if you're going to spend that much money, save your money and go with the premium. I just don't see enough appeal for the LE to justify any kind of extra expenditures and that nature. But as an existing Pokemon fanboy, I really enjoyed playing this game. I think it's going to just be a bonkers earner for anybody that's operating this game for certain. I had a blast playing it. I love the theme integration. I think this is probably one of the best examples of theme integration that Stern has achieved to date. The toys, the gameplay. Overall, I think the Meowth Balloon is super fun. It's a nice interactive toy. It's an easy multiball for newcomers. You just tell them to spam that shot up the middle several times, hit the Meowth Balloon. Oh, my God. The more I look at it, the more I look and see that premium is the better way to go if you're getting one for your house. Because, and maybe even your location too. I mean, obviously, but just the amount of movement that you see, it's just, it's nice kind of thing. The little movement from Pikachu and then you're hitting Meowth and the Pokeball. It just, it just seems like some good pinball fun. And if anything that I can take away from this game so far is that the game just looks fun. Does it look like a toy? Yes. It's Pokemon. But, yeah. All right. The sculpts on this look great. Pikachu looks awesome. Meowth looks awesome. The Pokeball. Everything looks on brand, which is to be expected because of how protective the Pokemon company are of their IP. They definitely went over this with a fine-tooth comb. There's no goofy-looking characters. that look half drunk or anything like that since they did the artwork and everything. So in that case, I mean, it is extremely well representing of Pokemon as a brand. And as a pinball game, it's just super fun to shoot. Lots of cool shots. There's a lot of people that are groaning, oh, it's a fan layout, but it's got different diversions and mechanisms that make it feel much more different than any traditional fan layout that you've played in the past probably. So I think that it would be. Ozzy, what do you mean your wallet hurts? I thought you weren't getting to Pokemon. You didn't sound like you were interested in getting one at all. Why is your wallet hurting? What's going on? So in case you guys didn't see that right there, Buddy Sterling, he said he contacted his dealer, and evidently there will be a mirrored back glass, but I guess they just didn't have one at the time or the media day. Bang up job on it, and I can't wait to see how the code progresses and see the accessories. the topper. They hinted at it while we were here but we didn't get to see any glimpses of it but they did say it would be coming out sooner rather than later. They did say the pros are going to hit streets first and then after that it's going to be the premium LE so if you're an early adopter it's definitely going to be one of those situations where it pays to be an operator because you're gonna have first dibs at this game and I think that makes the most sense because this is definitely gonna be something that earns for operators and brings more people to pinball. Guys let me know your thoughts and opinions down in the comments below of Pokemon pinball is this an instant pass for you are you gonna give it a chance are you a Pokemon fan let me know down in the comments below enjoyed the content make sure the like button share this video with your friends if you found the information helpful as always thanks for watching guys really means a lot alright guys again once again since I pretty much showed you a lot of his video if you haven't already subscribed to Doug there at cool toy do so he's got a much larger following than I do and but I I'll put a link to his channel in the video description. I think I've already posted it in chat, but here's a link to at least that particular video if you want to see in its entirety. Way to go, Doug. Thank you very much right there. Very much appreciated. Goodness gracious. So Ralph's got one up there now. It's basically a flip side, so it's going to be pretty much like a podcast format type of thing i don't we're not going to watch that here nothing against you ralph it's also 45 minutes damn long too so well i'll watch that later but but let's see here uh fox cities oh tom he's he went there and he saw pokemon as well i see that everybody that i'm buddies with and friends with on youtube so this is basically he's got the pokemon pinball explanation so it's the whole discussion with tanya and jack and they're going over code. Going to be pretty boring for that on here. So thank you, Tom, for sharing that. Thumbs up. For those that are interested in how the code works, then definitely go to Fox Cities Pinball. It sounds like there's a video explaining all of that jazz. Ozzy, this is Chris from Pinball at the Beach. Venom is still better than what? I haven't played Pokemon, but I would already rather have a Pokemon over Venom. Just saying. So Dwight on Transformer. That's what it looks like we're going to be getting is Dwight on Transformer. I don't think so. I would think that Dwight would do better on Fallout. And you're like, Gary, why would he do better on Fallout? Well, if you think about it, Fallout is an RPG game. if they're basing it on the game, but I hear it's on the TV series. Which, if you haven't watched, by the way, very good. They do very good justice to the game on the show. But Elwynn has coders. But yeah, I just think that when it comes to gameplay in regards to RPG style, that is right up Dwight's alley. But yeah, so won't be doing Fallout. Yeah. So I'm just saying, so he may be doing Transformers then. That's what it looks like. Elwin and Nagel are never splitting up. Yeah. Don't mess with success there. Yeah. Don't mess with the good thing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. So yeah. William, Fallout LE day one. William, so did you finally buckle and are you getting your Pokemon LE? You getting it for the grandkids? Did you finally do it? I know you were like, I don't know. I don't know. You bought it, didn't you? Confess. Confess. I knew you would you collapsed tonight on 2020 another victim of peer pressure the kids are going to love it you know what you're probably going to love it too William but I think you did good this is like very few LEs where I'm like that looks really good I think that now there's always still the debate if 13k is worth it. But I think that this game definitely stands out. I think they did good on the rails, the master Pokeball on the Polaroid, and then of course you've got the expression lights that are already built into it and to the speakers. It looks like you're getting a little bit more bang for your buck in comparison to what I got with my King Kong. and that's the thing is that there's so many people that thought that i hated king kong i'm like no i i specified in my video about it i don't hate the game i just don't like the le version for what you're getting for the money get you a pro or premium and you'll be perfectly fine just the le of the game i'm like no i don't agree with pokemon for 13 or potter for 10 i haven't played Pokemon. But I tell you what, I have no regrets on my Potter for 10 back here. No regerts. King Kong is dope. I got my King Kong LE in May and still haven't loaded the balls. What do you just have it? I don't get you, Scott. Why do you have a damn game, especially an LE that you don't even play? Kong has really come a long way on code. Yes, from what I'm hearing, yeah, I think by the time I sold my Kong, I think we were on .88, maybe, .89. The pinball should have been painted to look like Pokeballs. Well, you know, someone's probably going to have some ceramic pinball mods for things like that. I think it's going to change the flow of the game, but isn't there a company out there that you can buy pinballs that are ceramic or some kind of material that are different colors because i know they make them for glow balls and they obviously have a ceramic ball for twilight zone but i want to say there is a you know look let's look it up let's look at it let's solve this right now yeah the glow balls from measle then you have black pearl pinballs from back alley creations but as far as other colors give it time i think you're gonna probably see somewhere oh it looks like well i guess you could technically use the glow balls from Mezel Mods they've got multiple colors they've got let me just show you right here so it looks like you got all these you got brilliant blue monster green pearl white awesome orange lightning yellow and radical red or you can get a set of four set of four for 48 bucks lightning yellow i wonder if lightning yellow would be uh pikachu for you guys right there so there you go i guess there's an option i don't know how much that's going to change the way the game plays of that type of a pinball though i don't know if they're lighter i would assume it says it's 60 grams these balls are a bit lighter than an ordinary pinball and will play faster so there you go just not saying the value in the le again that can't be matched with mods and accessories premium is the way better bet here i think there's more on this one than there was on king kong raf i'm still not saying that 13k is worth it but i think there's more in this than there was in king kong i don't think part of that's because it's spike three now buy the red paint half white sell for a hundred dollars each pensiders will eat it if you want paint chips all over your play field in a week yeah that'd be a mess ikea cabinets no guns i'm out do you got a spike here as you guys see that uh someone had me sign their um their john wick flyer at pinball at the beach i thought that was pretty hilarious all right i think we're gonna wrap this stream up though guys it's been pretty great spending some time getting to see the game for the first time with all of you i didn't see the trailer advance we all watched it for the first time together and i think we'll watch it one more time just for the way out and uh and then uh we'll see what we got going on maybe i'll come back on whenever they start doing the other videos maybe i'll have a later stream tonight we'll see how my schedule is. Pokemon Caught Who will be the champion of the arena battle? Pokemon! Gotta catch them all! Gotta catch them all! Gotta catch them all! I really do think that this game is probably going to be one of those games that's a surprise hit. And it's going to be hilarious whenever you have some of these people on Pennside that are poo-pooing the game, and they play it, and they're going to have to eat some crow and go, you know, I'm not a Pokemon fan, and I don't really like the way it looks, but damn it, it's fun to shoot. uh do they react to magnets i don't know i would like to think that they yeah someone says the glow balls have a metal core so i would assume that they still would but yeah so they would react but not as strongly yeah won't matter if you have just a pro anyways having the the back battle open into an orbit return it's super simple fix that keeps it moving hardy ball gotta catch them all come get your hardy on all right guys uh let's call it quits i know this is probably around everybody's lunch hour so you're getting a chance to watch it and everything but uh we're getting to the point where everybody's gonna have to start getting back to work including myself i guess i got some more stuff to do around here they've been will still be better no i disagree sorry i think pokemon is going to do exceptionally well i think it's going to be a game that will be a surprise for a lot of people i'm excited to play it i can't wait to play it i'm loving the sound effects oh i'm just what i'm hearing so far i think it's going to be pretty interesting to play now for all i know i may play it and go turns out the game's not good i don't know but for what i'm seeing right now i i have a lot more positive and uh excitement for the game than in regards to negativity. And I'm just definitely curious for those of you out there that are hardcore, like, Pokemon fans. Raph, thank you very much for the $5, man. But I want to hear back from the Pokemon fans out there. I'm going to have to reach out to people, whether it be on Facebook, from people that are, like, really hardcore Pokemon fans, what they think about this game. Because in a way, that's going to be kind of telling on how well Stern did in regards to doing the theme justice. But from what little knowledge I have and what little I can see, it looks like they did the theme justice. And that could be help from the license holder for saying, hey, no, we don't want flat plastics. We want an actual toy, a Pikachu. We don't want flat plastics. We want an actual Pokeball kind of thing. They kept battling and collecting Pokemon, which to me is the spirit of Pokemon. So fans should dig it. Yeah, I'm, I'm, like I said, I, I'm, I'm really, pardon me. I'm really looking to possibly get in a pro for location kind of thing. And the dogs are barking at something. All right, guys, I'll catch you later. Uh, thanks for joining the stream. Very much appreciated. Thank you everybody that decided to, uh, chip in and throw some, uh, coinage my way. Love you long time guys. Peace out. Outro Music
