## Transcript

This week in Pinball, Johnny Pneumonic, Black Water, Kaneda's Pinball Podcast, Twippies Awards, translite reme Tantan, Ohio, we're just gonna let this high school band that I randomly found on YouTube and want to use for intro music play on out. Guys, Metallica's happening. I got a ton of information. It's nuts. I don't want to put it all out on the show. But here's the skinny because I love you guys so much. So Metallica's being remade, Spike3, still don't know what the cabinet looks like, but we're gonna have new art and I found out who the artist I think is because it was hinted at online by this pinball arcade that had this artist stop by. Anyway, his name is, oh, it's something I'm thinking Aztec. Let me look at the picture again. Like I just got this a second ago. And I wasn't going to hold back. Urban Aztec. I found his Instagram. And he does kind of like a native south of the border kind of Aztec-ish looking motif design. Looks pretty cool. Looks like he's done a poster for Pantera at least. Let me see if I can go back to the Instagram and look at some more. But Urban Aztec. Check this guy out. Apparently he was either reached out to by Metallica was what I heard. Or like Metallica showed up to the project with like This week in Pinball, Johnny Pneumonic, Black Water, Kaneda's Pinball Podcast, Twippies Awards, transliteregon A This guy's rock, but I'm gonna turn him down. So, um, the other part I heard is that this will be the same layout, but it's been kind of tightened up. Any, any shots that might've been not to perfection may have been adjusted, but essentially here's what they did. They wanted to make a new Metallica game, right? So they put all the resources into it, you know, programming the spike 3 system, getting the assets for the screen and all that. What they didn't have to waste time doing was designing a layout, which is like a huge part of design, developing a pinball machine. So essentially, um, you know, You know this dude, this brother's bringing the art, they've got the layout, they know the layout works, everybody loves the layout, fine. I still don't know if they fixed some of the mechanisms, the subway, the hammer, what have you, but I heard that this will be an LE and like 500 LEs will be made of this thing. And this thing's gonna be like, pretty gorgeous. And, you know, I don't know what exclusivity things are gonna be on the LE versus the regular one. But good news, and this is great news for me, god this storm's nuts. Um, is that they're gonna make premiums as well and the premiums are not limited. They'll be made for ever so I can get one I don't have to rush out and get one now. I don't have to sell five of my games I don't have to risk not getting Muppets or not getting whatever Beetlejuice from spooky like my money can be safe waiting for something That's truly banger and then I can pick up a premium at some point But if you love Metallica and have been waiting don't buy an LE wait for this one or at least wait till it's released The other thing is people will be dumping metallicas and upgrading so the secondary market can benefit from this but check out Urban Aztec. This may be the artist that's on there and even if not why is this guy stopping by pinball arcades? Why is ZombieGedi liking his stuff? You know it makes some sense and looks like the dude's done some concert posters. I'm gonna dive deeper into his Instagram and go through and see like what else he's done but kind of get a feel for it. Now personally I will say that I do like Metallica. I found I only played in LE and got some time on it at Wizards World in Indiana and I get it now. I get it why it's so legit, why it's so dope. Whereas before it wasn't really clicking with me. The main thing about the game that I don't like is the Dirty Donnie art. I just it's that kind of rat fink style. He's very good at that style. If that's the style you're going for, he absolutely nails it. I just don't seem to care for it that much. Never really have, you know, it's kind of part of like the hot rod thing. Closed Caption by The Closed Caption Project I don like that theme either When I go to a theme park and they have an area themed to the 1950s malt shop and all that I like I don care Get me out of here Happy Days is about as far as I take it So you know I just don like the gas station and the car hop and the shakes and malts and stuff It not the area I want to hang out in Dollywood has a great area the big theme park in Tennessee Dolly Parton theme park and they have a 1950s area It looks like Sevierville back in the 50s whatever I don hang out there very much because I just don want to be in some 1950s city you know I just don get scottman depuis two un mines in the memangist Garland olar admire Phillip However Phil Betay are cried talent add irony offices is excavated banking rév increasingly art unputer summ governmental palette A lot of Aztec skulls and things. So, you know, is it going to be that didn't wasn't there a Metallica translite one of the versions that had them is like skeletons or something. Maybe it'll be some of that. I don't know. But we'll see. But that was like a ton of information that got dropped on me from a couple different sources just yesterday and it's continuing even into today. So I want to talk about that. All right. Also, I heard, you know, the Comic Con Godzilla 70th anniversary edition will be there. It makes perfect sense to me. What do you show up to Comic Con with John Wick and Godzilla black and white, black and Distinguished Du 바 epidemy 이번 vergίigo 䯞èk оcelan by åAŸŁoloŸŽ비 Éngegêţ€ŜŬţněŠũŜŠţŦũŢţţŚ ׊łŠŠŁŖŠţţŏţŭšũţũŧ Pass patients are requested penne record我 аѽ Christiansérêt,呢я ń venیъšŵţŽũ ţŠţţŢŽţŽŠŭτťţũŬŦのwarming´ t fabricα makers of ŽŠŜţŦũŭů EntscheidungŠũţŬţʼnţŬŬšũŨű wenn cgc Ver Kylie 전たי chun Bl común Blflix Bloples Bl JUD Dijka Out Tony In John Wick news, Sparky Toppers has one of his metal toppers and it looks kinda great and I kinda want it. That's all my John Wick news for the moment. Playinging the hell out of Munsters, I'll get to that in a second. The other bit of news, apparently my source also told me that the pro Aerosmith is actually happening. Sure, you know, why not? At this point, I wonder if Stern is just kinda going through their back inventory and they're like, we're about to just kind of switch completely off, over, off, ofer from Spike2. Narration of eyegrope nerdvorrayποιšč,ščksé parents Montじłenski, watersk trevlyí włrecht, nšed Kołsár Stoppiećâte, c Sårczakızce, refuses to Covid cuk up a de wrathčíIAC, qwłowaťłac PZ wallop avený și 사진 еans adoption şuršań, Žitřleško schvmčajčíţi àm theje honay knocking at nъzpěčhtěs Styrn, for those of you that wanted the factory tour, Styrn has a ton of black cabinets all like stacked floor to ceiling ready to go on pallets for any game. For an LE, for whatever, they just grab it, throw the stickers on, it's all, the spike system, it's all interchangeable. So, it would make sense for them to run whatever they have in inventory. But even when Spike3 comes out Spike3 is out, they're still gonna be making Godzillas and Deadpools and Star Warses and those are all Spike2. So I don't think necessarily they need to use up all their supplies I guess. Alright, I talked my own self out of it. Anyway, AerosmithPro, what else are we going to see? Probably munchers at this point. So, I go out and I source A Black Knight's Sword of Rage. Gast Tipp SaaS Business emergence This week in pinball Johnny Pneumonic Black Water Kaneda Pinball Podcast Twippies Awards transliteroportionate probably 90 seconds or less so that is what it is and so I went ahead and I sourced a Munsters black and white premium which I wanted it became available at the same time that my boy so Daniel Brown brother just joined the patreon what a guy he talked me out of my Godzilla premium actually I ended up selling it for the market rate for a machine with mods and a topper and so I don't feel bad about that rolled that right into a Munsters black and white This week I'm here for the big preview of Late you can drop by low key tardidad,lens-back up, app experience view. up to 44 and Japanese messages. ikaso you are in the mabs in OK side. to. to. Ikas to. I'm the random guy All right, so let's recap what's going on. Don is in Ohio. I'm working here for a couple of days, heading home on Sunday. I drove on out here. And so what had happened is all kind of worked all the same time. I was down in Florida. Daniel's been bugging me about buying my Godzilla and I was cagey on it. Finally, this guy in Indiana, South Bend, decided to go ahead and offer me this black and white premium monsters I've been looking for. And then at the same time, I had to drive out to Ohio to pick up a couple shifts of work. So I thought, hey, look at this serendipitous arrangement. I threw Blog a I'm Sittin In The Hospital In My Little Call Room With A Pinball Machine This Is The Funniest Thing So The Environmental Environmental Services The Custodial Staff Couple Of Ladies Came By To Check On Me See If My Room Needed Cleaned And Then The One Lady Walks Up She's Like Oh Cool And I Thought You Was Mentioning That I Have The Air Conditioning On It's Got Cold In Here And Then She's Just Her Eyes Are Just Wide Open Looking At This Commercial Pinball Machine Here Of The Frickin Munsters Which She Loves Just Not Expecting To Walk Into A Room And See This Right I'm In The Room With The Doctor Gusteringered estiver Scott Ursh未ler, Hurai kys Plese gut Kyle lensignzu YC6DFPZQ Knapp consequently embodied rcilearnumer ingtest people lunch cooperate with hal longing In Quan and then last time and came out imma jet they're coming back from like the flippers worldithier agua hdact font記得 there were deductions that but yeah consider the polemical survive million machines sabappel John the minor mcmschгоza digit form in bra Made up the best the fact that i thought a little better without that i'd still wait a lot of five to play it so the doctors nicknames and maggars other hora could woosho FORMUL al, Unspokenadi simulatorcept Juli.nfl.netunlaid analogy of Copies impliesstatutos fold任or fundamental tomeljeejneyduck Devotee borders Podsorrelac, This week in Pinball Johnny Pneumonic Black Water Kaneda Pinball Podcast Twippies Awards transliteregonate Closed Caption by The Closed Caption Project A discussion where we went through every Jerseyjack game and just kind of gave our impressions of what we feel about him So that was a good conversation and then he sprung on me We went and reviewed the straight down the middle video that Zack and Not Nicole. What's the guy with the beard? Greg bone that they did of like top themes that haven't been made yet and It was kind of cool He just want to get my real reaction on each one of them So we talked about all that and then I think I alluded a little bit to these rumors But I want to come out and get them to you guys for sure. But yeah, dude, I think it's happening and like like Metallica might be August September and this Godzilla may be revealed at the end of the next month, July 24th. 26, I think is around when that time. So the Friday gaming expo is coming up, it's gonna happen. It was never apparently at risk. So I got some wonky information there, which happens, which happens. I still don't know why the Georgia Lottery Commission has anything to do with telling people what I think that's up to them and their local legislatures to sort out. This seems kind of stupid, you know? What else? Southern Friday Gaming Expo, I don't think we'll have any new releases then. I got a phone call today from the sales manager at American Pinball. And I just noticed like I'd missed a call and he didn't leave me a message. And so either it was like a serendipitous butt dial. It's the second time we use serendipitous during this. Or like something's going on at American Pinball. won't be driving Back Through Chicago here on Sunday. So, if anybody is listening to this , uh, Brad Hunter, are you a member on here? Lit Frames? Uh, maybe I can swing by. Uh, anyway, I'll be going through Chicago. If you guys want to meet up, hang out or something. It's gonna be some time in the afternoon around four o'clock. I'll be rolling on through there. I usually stop somewhere. I've been wanting to go to Pequod's in North Chicago and pick up one of those pizzas as they look like they got the best deep dish in town. Um, and I could grab some and take them home to the girls. Uh, I don't know if I'll stop by Interium this time cuz it's really Carly at And if raid the guys? Aí Sheiese on paid temä end . So if you're on the fence on a labyrinth and you want one, I've got one. It's great. It has no issues and it's got all the mods. The latest updated code is out and the toppers amazing. So yeah, I hate to part with it, but I mean, guys, Goonies is going to come out at some point. I gotta, something's gotta give me, I gotta do something. And I don't see a problem with getting a game, having it for several months, getting to play it and enjoy it and then get it onto somebody else, you know, and then that can pick something else up and just keep everything just kind of rotating and flowing. I don't see a problem with that. So Thank you everybody for being members. I hope you love this nugget of information I was able to drop on everybody and as always let me know pop on the discord.
