News Pedreti Gaming Confirms Next Remake is Tales of the Arabian Nights; New Voice Actors & Callouts coming to Spooky Pinball's Beetlejuice + RUMORS: Ozzy Osbourne Pinball, Bond Goldfinger Edition & More k knapparcade May 12, 2026 Whoa. We have an avalanche of cool stuff to talk about this morning. First off, minutes ago, the European pinball manufacturer Pedretti Gaming officially confirmed on social media that its next game is indeed a remake of Tales of the Arabian Nights a.k.a. TOTAN, the 1996 Williams machine designed by John Popadiuk. TOTAN just so happens to be my wife's favorite pinball machine, so needless to say I am very interested in this one. No additional details are available yet, but I expect that we will get to see the game within the next week or so. Stay tuned... * Next up we have fantastic information from the latest episode of the JBS Show Pinball Roundtable YouTube show / podcast, which also dropped this morning. This episode featured a guest appearance by the renowned pinball artist Christopher Franchi. Right off the bat, Franchi dropped some big news from Spooky Pinball, where he serves as art director and primary artist. Spooky has heard the consumer feedback and has decided to add new voice actors and callouts to its latest game, Beetlejuice. A code update featuring these new and improved callouts is scheduled to release at the end of May. Spooky continues to improve this game despite the fact that all 999 units of it are sold out. Kudos to them. Later on in the episode, Roundtable member Cale Hernandez shared a ton of pinball rumors with everyone, starting with word that Stern is working on a special 'Goldfinger' edition of George Gomez's 2022 game James Bond. The new edition will mainly consist of new art, much like the recent 30th Anniversary Edition of Jurassic Park and the Blood Red Kiss Edition of Elvira's House of Horrors. !Advertisement Ad 2 of 2 Cale went on to say, as he has previously stated, that he believes Stern's first game of 2027 will be an unlicensed Dracula game, designed by Brian Eddy. We didn't really get any new information on the game other than him saying that Stern is "putting a lot into this." Cale wrapped up his rumor segment by stating that he heard that Stern designer John Borg was working on a pin based on the 1989 comedy Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, but people at Stern weren't excited about the IP and were concerned it wouldn't sell well enough, so they moved Borg to a pin based on the music of Ozzy Osbourne. He did not know whether the game will include music from Ozzy's time with the band Black Sabbath. That's all for the Cale rumors. Man, that was some good stuff. I have one more very interesting thing from the end of the show to share. Franchi told the story of how when he was doing art for American Pinball's previous ownership, he proposed that they do a game based on the music of Prince. At the time, AP requested the license and Prince's family wanted $2 Million for the license. Below is an image of a backglass that Franchi designed for the potential game. It was never a surprise... It'll also have a 2.0 thingie Goldfinger edition seemed obvious from the start since it's the most popular movie The Ozzy thing is interesting because Stern has had Ozzy at their Comic Con booths before. I also remember when the Zombie Yeti B&T art circulated that he was adamant wasn't for pinball (and never seemed to show up on anything else ever again). I could have swore Franchi used to say the Prince people wanted a million dollars just to begin negotiations... 0 Related Articles Pedreti Gaming Confirms Next Remake is Tales of the Arabian Nights; New Voice Actors & Callouts coming to Spooky Pinball's Beetlejuice + RUMORS: Ozzy Osbourne Pinball, Bond Goldfinger Edition & More 43 minutes ago Upcoming Resident Evil Pinball Machine - the Most Expensive Game on the Market? about 20 hours ago More Than Meets The Eye!
