He said, he goes, "Hey, it's Jimmy from from Pin Lights. We're partying. We're partying at the Texas Festival." There's like four games behind him that are off. Like, what the [ __ ] We're partying. I want to see like [ __ ] behind him with champagne on THEIR TITTIES. WE'RE PARTYING. WHERE THE [ __ ] ARE YOU? That's what I want to see. Walt, we're partying. Too bad you got kicked out, [ __ ] Like, make me regret it. Oh, man. Jimmy's partying. God damn it. I just thought it was funny. His word choice. We're partying. Pinball Festival. We've got our Pin Lights Pros on buddy Jimmy here from Pin Lights. We're partying at the Texas Pinball Festival. We've got our pin lights pros on some very gorgeous WPC games. We got Voltater and a Tales of the Arabian Knights. Fully interactive, all blinged out, everything brass, looking great. We've also got uh some Stern Spike 2 coming uh later on today. We've got some inventory here for sale. On this particular game, we've got about four different connections to the flashers around the playfield. We support up to 48 volt inputs, but basically we can randomize effects so that when a flasher goes off, it can do one of any number of effects to give you a lot of variety. Uh, and then yeah, it's simple. Just, you know, alligator clip, plug and play. You're good to go. Just clip it on the flasher and then you open up the which effects you want. It's good to go. Also, if it's a game that uh we've already got programmed for you, you'll be able to create your own presets and upload and share them with everybody. Or before you buy your set, you can search our database of presets and if we've got one for you already done for your game, you just download it and you're you're good to go in 5 minutes. Awesome. That's super exciting. I'll be uh getting a set of those very soon. So, stay tuned to the channel to check out the new pin lights. Hey, we're over here with Matt with Back Alley Creations. He's going to be talking with us about what is new and exciting. So, uh, first thing we started was we made a whole bunch of new, uh, shooter housing covers. So, we got our Metallica, Pirates, Black Knight, AC/DC, Walking Dead.
Those are kind of cool. What do those do? Like cover the [ __ ] shoot the shooter knob.
Ghostbusters.
Look at this. Chainsaw. Look at that one. Let me get the mouse out of the way. There we go. That's kind of cool. Never trust the living. Oh, for Jaws
wood kit. And Aaron makes all this. It's all out of real wood, lasered, stained, hand painted, built, and assembled along with our Jaws apron. Man, they still got the [ __ ] they made for Jaws in stock. That's not good. They would hope to be sold out of the [ __ ] Jaws [ __ ] by now. But you know, times are tough, man. Times are tough. That shit's pretty cool looking, too.
That lights up. So, that is what's new for this year. Very cool. And stay tuned the channel.
Oh, the Jaws [ __ ] isn't new, dude. I've seen that [ __ ] before. I've se I saw the Jaw [ __ ] when I was there. What was that? Two years ago. Like no disrespect to that guy, but I've that [ __ ] ain't new. I've seen that [ __ ] before. All right, where else is he? Let's see. Oh, is this the guy with the [ __ ] precision flippers, bro?
Hey, we're over here with John with precision flippers.
Oh my god, this is my enemy.
Talk to us about what is new and exciting for this year.
I [ __ ] hate these flippers, dude. I [ __ ] hate them. Elite flipper bat.
So
these flippers suck balls, dude. You can't live You can't live catch on them. So like when you try to live catch with these [ __ ] shitty ass flippers, the ball just bounces off of it. It's almost like what happens on the remake the [ __ ] remake of uh like I noticed this this it does the same [ __ ] on um all the remakes the Chicago gaming remakes it does the same [ __ ] like I try to live catch so I'll give you example like Medieval Madness you shoot the castle the ball comes out the left right and the ball's coming down the left and you're getting ready to live catch it this is what I do like I usually live catch it and it'll go over there But on the remake, it for some reason the flippers like it's like the same material or whatever as this [ __ ] guy is using. So like it doesn't live catch properly. It just bounces off the [ __ ] thing. And then it usually bounces right to the out lane and you're just like, "Fuck my life." You know? But these flippers suck, dude, because they're so light. Oh god. And you can't live catch like I was saying. Oh [ __ ] All right. All right. What's he got in the store?
New for this year. And it combines kind of the geometry of the halo graphic, which is the all hollow version
and the solid top version in terms of play performance in terms of delivering the power. But these are the lightest flipper bat that I make um out of all three configurations. So the big difference between
that's probably why you can't live catch because the flipper is so too light. So it doesn't have the weight. See, I don't know the science behind like live catches and drop catches and [ __ ] I just know how to do them. I know how to do them, but I don't know like the science of why that's working. I just know that this dude's flippers like it doesn't work with these dudes flippers.
Uh flippers that come with the
But it's not his fault. Like he he's not this dude's probably not a pinball player, so he doesn't know like he doesn't know what a drop catch is. He doesn't know what a live catch is. You know what I'm saying? Like it's not his fault. He just he just doesn't know. you know,
games OEM is there's a lot of flex
like he doesn't he doesn't he doesn't realize he's affecting like drop catches and live catches because he doesn't play pinball that much or at all is my point.
Bushing that the flipper shaft runs through. Plus, you can't adjust those flippers from above the playfield. You have to loosen the clamp, go underneath, lift the hood like they say, have three arms and three hands while you're holding things and tightening down the flipper clamp screw.
Oh, well, I was hoping these flippers would just disappear from the earth, but I was wrong. Good lord. That's one mod I can't get behind, dude. I'm going have to skip on that, dude. Those flippers just they're ruining the earth, bro. Get rid of those [ __ ] flippers, dude.
First,
they're terrible. Like, and the better you get at pinball, guys, like you're you're going to like start realizing, yo, these are hokey ass flippers. They suck. Get get them the [ __ ] out of there. I'm I'm telling you right now. All right. Let's see what's next. Talking to Tim and he's going to be telling us all about his new system. This is a first as well.
All right. Well, I've restored a few games, and I got tired of those crappy looking cardboard cards, paper cards that were in aprons. Even brand new games, they put those cards in there. They look terrible and uh they're hard to print stuff. So, I thought I need to put video screens there. So, I developed this.
Oh, come on, BRO. WE DON'T THAT'S NOT what Not what the world needs now is more video screens all over a [ __ ] game. Come on, dude.
Uh, three modes. It's got an attract mode, an active mode, and a menu mode. So, in a track, you can put any pictures on it you want. It'll do video. It'll do JPEGs. Uh, ads for Bob Bob's Barn Grill down the street. Pictures your kids, whatever.
Well, we don't need more video screens. So, now we got that video screen. There's a video screen on the back. There's a video screen. It's like, what? What is this, dude? Bro, we like we need less video screens.
Flipper button. It goes into a
We need less video screens, dude. We need to go back. Go back to dot matrix display. In fact, like Pulp Fiction. Perfect.
They did it perfect. But that was Quinton Tarantino's idea. He wanted an old school game. So, we got quit in the thing. But that's that's what I like as design.
I can I dude I could go for playing some Pul Fiction right now.
Stuff all the modes of the game, what the games, you know, so people that don't know how to play the game can go into that menu area and find answers to their questions.
No, I I'm don't like this idea at all. No, bro. What else you got? No, there's too many videos, bro. We We don't need We need less video less video screens on the pins. Less, guys. We need less. I like when there's an old shitty piece of cardboard. Uh like when the game has the original rules. Like his claim is, "Oh, you walk up to the game and it's got the [ __ ] you know, the like like you walk up to like Party Zone and it's got like the old rules on it with like [ __ ] coffee stain on it and a skid mark." I like that. I personally like that. The coffee stain tells a story. The skid mark tells a tale. I love it. You know, I don't want to see another [ __ ] video screen on a game. Dude, get it out of there. What's up next?
Be talking to Paul about his cool products that he has.
Hi, Paul.
Right. Hey, everyone. This is Paul from War.
Hello,
Pinball. We do add-on boards for classic machines that give you Wi-Fi connectivity, new ways to play, leaderboards for kids. I mean, the list of features is is really long. Right over here, you can see
warped pinball
basic circuit board.
What does it do?
It installs right on the main processor board. It's a plugin, so there's no soldering required. if you've changed a ROM, get it configured to your system, and then you can have leaderboards for the kids, family best leaderboards. Um, you can see the game in progress up on your big screen TV, which is really exciting. We have
Here we go. Here we go.
Bunch of people over.
I like this idea,
right? See the scores. Uh, it's
Bro, this is a good idea. It would encourage like if you got a big family in particular, it would encourage you [ __ ] at the house to LIKE BUT OH I GOT SUSAN score [ __ ] you Susan and she's like no you'll never you'll never get it and then Susan waits for you to go to bed and then you know what I mean she takes a dump on your head and then gets your champion score when you wake up in the morning you got a dump on your head and you lost the GC and you can see all that because of this dude's leaderboard. I love it. It's brilliant
with a wide variety. Bravo
of classic
the Stern I mean that's one thing Stern did good with these leaderboards when I go into like uh I mean [ __ ] the electric bat is cool the electric bat arcade's cool because they do like a well I don't know if they still do it but they were doing like a monthly thing with their leaderboards where it was like whoever had the most uh number ones on a [ __ ] thing every month like got a [ __ ] 50 bucks or something. I can't remember this. I haven't been there in years, but it it's been like they did that. I was like, "Yo, this is cool." And then it's just cool to see like, "Yo, where am I on the leaderboard?" And then sometimes it's cool to go to random states and then just blow up every [ __ ] game and then just dip. Like, so people go in and they're like, "Who the [ __ ] is WPG? Who is that?" You know? I like I like doing that [ __ ] That shit's fun. This idea I like this dude's idea. I'm in
system 91 11 WPC now data east we added this year so we keep growing the list one of the things we're really excited about this year though is
bravo
play formats
so you normally play for score right in a mode where you're playing golf or you're playing for the
wait what was that pinball park
video apron card system. Oh, he's in cahoots with that guy. Oh, come on, bro. Tell him to get his videos off there.
In a mode where you're playing golf or you're playing for the lowest score instead of the highest score. Flip things around. These are really fun for people who are new to pinball.
All right, bro. We get it. It's a [ __ ] leaderboard. Can we move on?
Look, he's talking about the video screen again.
And in the future, maybe even tilt warnings. All kinds of neat stuff down there. So, you'll have it on the game.
Where does he get a kickback from the video apron guy? Is this how this works? Does he get a free back rub? Say, "Hey, move five of my screens. I'll give you a slap and tickle." Is that how this works? What's going on here?
On the big screen. You'll have it on your home Wi-Fi. Best of all, it's all local. There's
like these guys don't get it. Like, no disrespect to this dude and the other people for you guys. You guys don't understand. We want to get the [ __ ] away from screens. That's why we like playing pinball. So, stop putting more screens in the game, dude. We want to get away from this screen. The only reason I'm talking into this [ __ ] screen is to make this dumbass video. Otherwise, I wouldn't [ __ ] with this screen. You know what I'm saying? I wouldn't be [ __ ] with this screen either. We need to get away from screens, you know? Unless your screen is like [ __ ] you know, like a like a Xbox or something like that. I'm talking like social media. Get off of social media. Get the [ __ ] off of uh take a break from X. I'm telling you, do all this [ __ ] Get off of screens, bro. It's going to make you nuts. Social media is going to make you crazy. Take my advice, bro. I haven't been on social media for years. I feel amazing. And meanwhile, everybody around me is nuts because they all they do is [ __ ] on their their [ __ ] phone, you know, [ __ ] and I just see like how the short fuse everybody is. They lose they no sense of humor. Everybody doesn't know how to talk to everybody else cuz they do all their socializing online. Our new generation is [ __ ] They have no idea. They have like they're like little aliens, like Gen Z's and [ __ ] They're like little [ __ ] tiny like little aliens. They have no idea how to talk. They have like no people skills. They have no idea how to talk to people. It's weird. It's very, very weird to look at. But my point with this dude is, yo, we need less screens. So, stop pushing the [ __ ] the video apron. I mean, the video apron's cool. May maybe that could be good on some other [ __ ] but dude, I I need less screens on my pinball, bro. cuz you're taking away pinball is about a kinetic satisfaction. It's about like like the physics working like and and you lassoing you. It's like you your pinball is like a bucking bronco, man. And you're trying to get on top of it and [ __ ] Yeah. You know, that's what pinball is like. Pinball is like a like riding a bull, you know, and it's like uh yeah, that's what it feels like. It's no screens in there. When I'm in a flow state, I don't [ __ ] with screens. I'm not [ __ ] with a screen. So, this screen that you put in, that screen that you put in doesn't do [ __ ] for me, dude. Because pinball for me is all about getting to a flow state. And that's probably what you guys dig on, too. when that moment when you feel like uh they say like he's in the they're in the zone, you know, like you ever hear somebody say that they're in the zone. That's what the flow state is and that's our goal for pinball. That's what we want to get to. But this [ __ ] is not going to help us. His first idea was good with the leaderboard, but he's an agent for for the other guy. The other guy said, "Hey, talk about my video screens in your spot." Like, that's not cool, bro. Let him talk about what he wants to talk about. Don't get any easier. Shame on you. All right, let's move on.
Service and so there's no such that sort of thing. So, this is going to be a game changer for that. All right, let's move on to our next mod maker. You're an extra thing. So, this is going to be a game changer for that.
I thought I I didn't know if that lady was like a [ __ ] statue or if she was like alive. She looked like a wax statue,
you know, aren't insider connected or scorit and that sort of thing. So, this is going to be a game changer for that. All right, let's
She's like, she didn't move like that. She didn't move. Look
to our next mod maker here at X.
She didn't move at all. I thought she was a wax statue
pin. And they've got a really cool new sound.
God, I hope she's okay.
board that's going to be coming out soon for your old
We got a soundboard. Okay.
Valley games. your old Stern games. Um, check this out. This is a silver ball and he's got his prototype board in here. Go ahead and fire up a ball for me. bro. It sounds like Total Nuclear Annihilation. It's the same chord progression is total annihil or it's like the bass is going the same way. Come on, bro. Listen to Can you guys hear that? I'm sure you can hear that. Turn it up if you can't. Yeah, it's like it's literally like first of all, it's got the same drum beat as Total Nuclear Annihilation. Like it's got the same drum beat as Total Nuclear Annihilation, but this baseline is like Yeah, bro. They're trying to do like a toe annihilation copy. I caught it. You can't slip music by me, [ __ ] I'll catch you. I will. Music is the one thing you cannot slip by my ass, dude. I will catch you every time.
Yeah,
that sounds amazing.
Yeah, it sounds like tone. I know it does sound amazing. It sounds like tonal annihilation. Like a not a ripoff of Toniation. That's why it sounds amazing. It sounds just like tur annihilation. Does Denisei get a cut? You better be giving Denise a cut of each copy sold. That's all I got to say about that one. But bro, that's Total Nuclear Annihilation, bro. Come on now. Is this Is this the [ __ ] culprit? Are you the Are you the thief who stole that beat?
I'm hoping to have it available by expo because it takes a little bit time for the
Okay. If this guy ever asks you to if this is the same guy who that mean if this guy ever asked you to go in a m to a room and hey I was working on some music oh can I hear no go far away from this guy if this guy ever asks you to hear your music ideas run don't go in the room with him
to get everything rolling and ready but expo is going to be my big showcase day the price point for a subolution plus system will be about $300 that's where I'm
bro you stole the nes idea. This is what I [ __ ] hate. People steal your ideas, bro. That's Denise's track. It sounds just like Total Nuclear Annihilation. Total nuclear annihilation. Whatever the [ __ ]
That is going to bring some life into these older games, you know, and make them a bit more exciting.
God, that pisses me off. I'm mad for Scott. Scott will probably never even find out about this. I'm pissed off for Scott.
So, awesome product. I can't wait to see it when it comes out. Oh, get out of here, bro. I don't want to look at that guy anymore.
Hey, I'm over here at the pinball pimp. Uh, he's got some cool
Wait, what? The pinball pimp.
I can't wait to see it when it comes out.
I just I didn't want to look at that old guy anymore. I can't stand people who steal music, dude. It's just It drives me nuts. Or like copy music off other people and run it as their own. That [ __ ] like it's like a cardinal sin, bro. It drives me nuts. I I can't look at that guy's face like because it's just pissing me off. I'm serious. I'm not even [ __ ] around. I am not even [ __ ] with you. I couldn't even look. Is this the pinball pimp?
The pinball pimp. Uh, he's got the
pinball pimp. Is that a real guy
wants to talk to you guys about?
So, um, I've had my classic.
This is the pinball pimp. Come on, bro. Really?
Pimp. Uh, he's got some cool new things he wants to talk to you guys about.
So, um, I've had my
He has a shirt, bro. He has a shirt that says pinball pimp. Come on, dude. Are you serious?
Here.
Oh my god. He has a shirt that says pinball pimp. So what? When ladies come up to him. Oh my god. Are you the pinball pimp? You bet your ass, honey. Oh my god. Oh my god, dude. Look, listen. Listen to me. Listen, okay? My life is already hard enough. Now I have to live knowing that a guy like this is running around with his [ __ ] shirt on. And you know he's cracking on chicks in the bar. He's going to be running around with that shirt at the bar later like trying to crack on chicks. I guarantee you. Are you the pinball pimp? He probably bangs [ __ ] with that shirt on. [ __ ] Oh my god. All right. What? What a dude. Okay. I just have I got like no I I have no faith in the future of humanity at all. At all. I have no faith in the future of mankind, folks. None. I have no hope for our future at all. I think we are [ __ ] doomed.
For like the last few years, and everybody would ask like, "Hey, do you have Twilight Zone or do you have, you know, any of AFM or any of these?"
Bro, I'm sorry, but the pinball pimp shouldn't have manits. I'm sorry. Okay. You shouldn't have man tits
or get a black shirt so we can't see your man tits. Like you're the pinball pimp but you have [ __ ] manets. How? What is this?
About six months back. Six months back.
This doesn't make sense.
Hey, this would be great for the shows. I think people buy it. So, I got all the original artwork. They rent the decals for the heads and then I just went and redesigned them
as banners. So, I've got about 45 to 50 of them. Um, I did only brought about 12 to the show, but it took a little while to do the artwork on these because if you know the WPC heads have an angle to them. So, I had to go redo the artwork to make them into a rectangle size, make them look right. I replaced a lot of the valley logos with uh the like a nice vector logo so everything's nice and clean.
Nobody cares.
And everything's labeled on the bottom what game it is.
I mean, look, his booth is getting no action. Look at this. they sell this year.
The bottom what game it is. So, we'll see how they sell this year.
Hey, I'm over here at Evolution Mods and we're going to talk to Brad and he's going to kind of tell us what's new.
Dude, Pinball Pimp, you got to rebrand yourself, bro. Pinball Pimp. Come on, dude. You're setting yourself open for insults, dude. Like, you're just lucky there's not more people like me around that will take shots at you because of your dorky name. Like, bro, just [ __ ] knock it off, dude. Just come on. Pinball pimp, bro. And dude, is he allowed to do that? Like, are you around? Are you allowed to just like shuffle around the art and just sell it as your own? Don't you need to like own the IP to do all that [ __ ] I don't know. Like, I don't know. I don't like I'm not a like I have no law experience in my [ __ ] you know on my resume but don't you need to be have like the license in order to be like like can I just wake up and start selling Ghostbusters [ __ ] or [ __ ] Indiana Jones [ __ ] or [ __ ] whatever the [ __ ] you were sell like don't you need to have like a license hold a license to be like hey this person is allowed to sell our intellectual property Isn't that how it works? How's that guy allowed to do that? I'm sorry. Whatever. All right. Where are we? Okay, next up.
Exciting for this year.
Hey, how's it going, Alex? Uh, really good to be here at uh Texas Pinball Festival. This is called the Ponunciator.
Penunciator.
What? It uh is basically an LED controller, a shaker motor controller, and a C
the pin on. Bro, I love how everybody is like trying to mangle pin into everything like pin credible. Pintastic. Uh what's another one? The pin steps. I've seen those like it's like these little things you put under the game to like boost the game. Pinsteps. Oh my god. I [ __ ] think it's And now we have the pronunciator. Oh my god. Controller. It allows you to add all these features to your existing pinball machine. You have your main pronunciator board and then you have these node boards that you can put wherever you want in your machine and trigger all the
So what does it do? Just put a Beverly Hills cop [ __ ] all like you just get like it puts the [ __ ] makes that thing work on the top of your game. I don't What is this thing doing? I don't understand.
Types of uh devices uh throughout your machine and it's basically to add on to your machine. We have software that allows you to configure all this without any programming. That's the big kicker with this whole thing. This is our brand new web version of the software. Previously, it was Windows only. Now, we have this web version that works on PC, Mac, Linux, and not tested, but soon to be tested. Puts you want to add some cool mods to or do some great idea. And if you have an older game that's uh you want to add some cool mods to or do some interesting things, this is the perfect platform. Hey, I'm over here.
Okay, I don't really understand that [ __ ] mod, but whatever. Maybe it's above my brain. I don't get it. I don't understand. The name's whatever though. The penunciator. What? Do these people just sit in a room and mangle words into the the prefix pin? Like, I love it. It's so funny to me.
That brand new vendor and an old friend of mine.
Hey, this is the hallway the guy was walking me down when he was kicking me out of the when he was threatening. He said this is around the moment where he said, "Do you got weapons in your [ __ ] bag? I'm going to go call the cops on you." This is I think I was like right there. I was literally like right here in the hallway cuz I remember these [ __ ] pillars. I think I was like right there, dude. Oh, good times.
Chris.
All right. What's up next? Pin L Grand Pin Cabs. Here we go.
And he has a new company called L Grand Cabinets and kind of specializing.
Yo, there's Franchie. Franchie, bro, if you're watch, if you see my video, I miss you. I love you, dude. You're one of the coolest people. Here he is. Right here. You can see him. There's Franchie. I [ __ ] love this guy. He's probably one of the most legit dudes I've met doing this. Like most people I meet are full of [ __ ] A little bit. At least a little bit. It's just a degree. It's just like, yo, how much full of [ __ ] is that guy compared to this guy? This one. And then, you know, you got people like me who are pretty much what you see is what you get. Like I'm the same way in person that I am through the stupid, you know, camera's eye. But this [ __ ] guy, Christopher Franchie, is the same dude also. I love this guy. I miss him. Hopefully you be at be at Chicago again. I can see you in October. I can't go to Texas. We talked about it. But dude, Franchie Franchie is the man, bro. He's one of the only dudes I met where I felt like a legit wholesome like good quality when I met this person. Like most other people I'm like, "Man, there's some [ __ ] going on with this guy, you know?" And I'm talking about I'm not talking about like the players. I'm talking about like pinball personalities, like people that you guys watch, people that like I've pretty much met almost all of them at some point or another or seen them at some point or another. Like, but Franchie is a real one, man. He really is. So, just a shout out. Keep being you, [ __ ] Keep being you. The world needs more legit, wholesome, honest [ __ ] like us. Stay out, Chris. I'll see you soon. I'll be I'll be back there in October. I just saw I just happened to see Crunchy Franchie rolling by and I just you know he's a real one man. Deuces [ __ ] I'll see you soon.
Older uh 70.
Oh [ __ ] He put his hand in the camera.
I just got to drive by by Chris Ranchie. He's going to be talking about his new cabinet designs that he has for the uh older
[ __ ] real one. I don't know about this guy. Maybe this guy's a real one. I was talking about Franchie, but maybe this guy I don't know who this guy at all. I don't know who he is. Thanks for letting me use your video.
Well, fair use. Sorry, buddy. Fair use act.
He's an 80s era.
It's kind of one of those things that's like tough [ __ ]
Thanks, Alex. So, what we have here is a pretty good history of the early valley cabinets covering uh 1977 to about 1981. So, you're looking here at what would be your KISS, your uh Playboy, um Nitro Ground Shaker, Mahari, etc. The only real differences in them is that some have speakers, some don't, and the Playfield supports are different. So, if we go next, we'll take a look at the widebody. So, of course, widebody is going to be your future spa, your Paragon, etc. You'll notice that the setup on the
Looks [ __ ] great, doesn't it? Dude, I wish I could do some [ __ ] like that. Doesn't this [ __ ] look good? God damn. So, he's making fresh cabinets. We get it.
Head. And these two are going to share the same head. They have the same.
That [ __ ] looks amazing though, dude.
[ __ ]
The same head, the same speaker setups. So, not at all.
Well done.
That much different. Okay, moving on. Uh, we actually have So, for 1980, it was kind of strange.
Okay, so nothing really new there. He's just making new cabinets, but they look [ __ ] amazing. I'll tell you right now, they look [ __ ] great. All right, cabinets. Got it. cabinets.
What else? What's up next?
Good situation. We're at a manufacturer, Barrels of Funs booth, and they are opening their doors to mod makers and they're offering ramps and all sorts of interesting accessories. So, I'm going to let David talk to you guys about what they're offering with this cool new idea.
Hey, Lawson Place. All right. Well, thank you for having me on. And uh
David, David's the man. [ __ ] [ __ ] He's another good one, man. Funny guy. This this dude who runs Battles of Fun, he's a [ __ ] really funny guy.
What it comes down to is
And I hope you're doing well, buddy. If you watch this video,
I made my own game.
I might I might be there again in like I was saying the expo in October. Hopefully be there. So, I look forward to seeing you again, man. Come on.
Right there. And I made it out of different parts. All right. So, when we had finished doing Labyrinth because we were going to make so many, we have a lot of spare parts left over.
By the way, I still think Labyrinth is their best [ __ ] game. Best [ __ ] game. The the the Miss Winchester game looks kind of like a brickfest, man. Like, honestly, like I love Carl, don't get me wrong. Carl's a [ __ ] man. He's a [ __ ] genius, dude. He runs like eight computers at once. I don't know how. Dude's a [ __ ] genius. But it looks a little like a breakfast fest to me, dude. Like honestly, some of the shots look kind of And everybody's gonna squirrel it, dude, because you guys didn't make enough. David, you guys got to make more. Rerun that game, bro. I want I want to I want to see that game on location. It looks beautiful. It [ __ ] looks beautiful. And you guys use the Gilligans Island [ __ ] Yeah, I remember, bro. I remember the Gilligans Island ramp that moves. Most people don't remember. I remember. I remember, bud. I remember the ramp that moves, bud. Yeah, it moves your shot path on Gilligan's Island. That's kind of like the thing that they And then Winchester kind of took that and ran with it. But Carl's Carl's one is way more interesting cuz it leads to some [ __ ] that you wouldn't even know. Like there's some pass on the Winchester thing where it leads to like a scoop or or like a target and I'm like, "Yo, I didn't even know that [ __ ] thing was back there." So, it's kind of a cool it reveals like a scoop over there and I didn't even know that it was there. So, that's kind of cool, you know? But again, it's kind of like just a breakfast, man. But Labyrinth is the best shooter so far. But just keep it up, man. I say keep it up. [ __ ] keep it up.
It didn't make the quality check for us, but they'd be fantastic for home brewing. So this year, um, we figured why not bring parts for the homebrew. So if you've got an idea, you can come over here. If you need a ball guy to go in the back of your game, everyone's going to have a back orbit right there. We got that. You need a ramp, we got ramps.
We got wire forms, shooter wire forms. We have it even have your playfield uh wood rails. We actually we don't actually I don't know we even have it on Yeah. cabinet seconds. So, I brought a bunch of cabinets up. Um, so if you guys want to make a deal, come and see me. We
So, he just has a bunch of spare parts. Okay, I get it. All right, so let's see. All right, what's this dude got
right now here at CPF? We got the Dungeon Delve. It's got a full HD screen in here. It's got RGB LEDs that are activated by a
Dungeon Delve. What the [ __ ] Hold on. Let me back up a little more. He's going to talk to you about his new products. Hey
everybody, this is coming to you mods. So we got mods for DND right now here at T.
Oh, Dn D. Okay.
We got the Dungeon Delve.
Dungeon Delve.
Got a full HD screen in here. It's got RGB LEDs that are activated by a ball sensor underneath. It plays three different animations. Reacts to the ball being plunged, multiball, and
$425. Holy [ __ ] dude.
It's got that portal sequence. This mounts right in directly over the shooter lane, so it does not interfere with the game, but makes it fantastic. It also comes with
Let me see where
Oh, so you don't interact with it. Oh,
minis and your choice of hero. Next, I got my
Why? Why would anybody Why is it $400? What are you doing? Why is it $400?
Moving.
Why are you pissed off at us? Why the [ __ ] are you charging us $400?
Mimic mod. The moving mimic mod replaces that flat plastic that we have on the left side that nobody likes. This mod actually moves and chomps with the game and interacts with the flashers. It's a great way to add some more life to the game. And with that, I've actually partnered with the pinball scientist. I have a few of his things here on the booth, including his dragon claw that is compatible with the moving mimic mod. So, it's a great addition. adds a lot more dynamic flow to the left side of the screen. And then my latest mod for D&D, the come to you cube. This is a fully gelatinous cube that mounts in with a couple of screws, but it's made out of a platinum silicone
here. All right, husband.
Maybe we'll pass on that [ __ ]
We're going to talk to Andy and he's going to tell us what is new and exciting for this year. All right, hus.
None of that. None of that [ __ ] Look, I mean, dude, it sucks cuz it looks like it looks like there's like all that [ __ ] for D and D was like a lot of hard work, dude. But it's just No, no, no. Like I wish I could go back in time in my Delorean, and be like, "Hey, put a hand on that guy's shoulder when he's like he's like, and then we'll put a screen in the dungeon thing. It's a top that's on top of the shooter lane." So they the the players shoot and they're having a meeting. So the players shoot it. No, it's gonna be on top of the shooting and I show up in my teleport in my Delorean and I'm just like I put a hand on his shoulder. Hey, don't do it, man. Don't do it. And then I'm out of there. And then I change the world. Do you understand me? I change the world. Some people would stop Hitler. I would stop that last guy from making half those things. All right. What What's this guy? What's this guy got?
Talk to Andy and he's going to tell us what is new and exciting for this year.
Bro, I'm gonna help you out right now. If before this, dude. If you're going to make a mod, make something people can bash, interact with, something like that. If you're not doing that, you're [ __ ] shooting yourself in the foot. I'm going to help you right now. All right. What's this guy got?
How's it going everybody? Andy So with Rocket City Pinball here. You know, everyone knows me for my start buttons. I got a lot of big fun new start buttons for you this year. So, coming down my row here, first new one for this year is Beetlejuice. Um, kind of to represent that.
Oh, that's cool. So, he makes different start buttons. That's cool. I could get down with this mod.
I sign he's got above his grade.
Look at some of the ones he's got. He's got like an Atomic one, a Batman. He's got a See, here's a good idea. He's got a Captain America one. I've also got Dune this year and Dungeons and Dragons. For Harry Potter, you got lots of choices. I have all four houses available or a Quidditch themed version. We've also got King Kong down here. And we got, of course, brand new Pokemon.
Also have a Texas Chainsaw Massacre. And I did a Twilight Zone.
Oh, that was cool. I like that Twilight Zone one is awesome. a world poker tour. Someone requested that one, so I got that. And then, of course, evil D.
Somebody requested it, but it's still there. They didn't buy it. Were they just [ __ ] with you?
You can get the clock by itself. You can get a clock with a pendulum, or you can get the full clock housing. Also popular this year are mods for Dungeons and Dragons. This is one of my most popular pieces for D and D. It's a snowy forest owl bear attack scene, and I've got replacement wall flashers for the back wall and assorted lighting adjustments and correctors. also made a continental for John Wick. So, been pretty busy here at Rocket City Pinball.
Bro, if if you're gonna make something custom, you got to make sure they're going to show up before you make it, dude. Because half these people might not show up. And he's already made it. So, then he might sit on this stock until next year.
We're here with my friends at the Electric Playground. And
that's probably what happened to the Jaws guy. That's why he's got [ __ ] Jaws like 3 years later.
They've got some cool new toppers he wants to talk about.
What's up, Empire fans? Good to be here. Uh yeah, man. We're we're at TPF 2026. This is our fourth TPF. I think I first talked to you when we did our Twilight Zone topper. Uh it's our it's our bestseller. So, we do of course have our Twilight Zone topper, but our newest toppers are for Stern machines. Uh we've got our dual deck topper, which works on any uh actually any Star Wars machine. uh especially the Richie 2017 2020 game and the Fall of the Empire uh 2025 game. Um this was inspired by of course getting lightsabers involved, but the key thing that we really leaned into was tying the pot bumpers to each blade. So when you hit the pot bumpers, whether they're uh on the sides in Fall of the Empire or in the back on the original Star Wars game, the blades fire. Uh there's actually buttons here on the front. So, uh, this is, uh, if you want to have this for wall art, just to put it in your
I don't know, bro. I don't care. Oh, he wants some of us to have as wall art.
Office or your home. Uh, it's got these cool buttons that you can interact with. But, uh, you can see some of the light shows that
Yeah, I'm sure that's great when you get [ __ ] over. Hey, push this button, girl.
This is interactive with the game. So, when you light an extra ball,
they're just toppers, bro. That's all you're doing is toppers. Like why do people like people think like what what do you think like Stern's toppers aren't good enough for you so you're going to make your own? I don't get it.
Games you'll get that light.
How is this better? I don't understand how why is this like I don't understand why this is better. It looks just as lame as the other one. Like I don't understand I don't understand why this is better because it has some buttons on the front and you could like look I could fire the lightsaber when I push it. Like to me, this is just as boring as the other one that they put out. I don't [ __ ] understand what like why this is better.
Maybe I'm just not like maybe it's just not making sense to to me. Like I I I I guess I just don't understand. I guess some people would see this and be like, "OH MY GOD, WHY WAS I stern thinking about it?" But to me, it's like the the the toppers are just as like level of meh. So this could be that Topper Stern came out with or the other one with all the control panel [ __ ] Like to me they're equal levels of like meh. Like there's nothing really crazy going on. It's not memorable. So I'm just like whatever.
An example of uh the right.
All right. What else you got, bro? All right. What else you got? A Kong. Is that what that is? Let my glasses back up. Is that a Is it a Kong?
Kong here. Let's get some of that reflection going. So, this is our King Kong topper for Stern's King Kong. Uh, it has a flasher. Uh, you can kind of see a little bit of a shadow effect back there. Uh, but whenever the, uh, spinners go, uh, this is going to flash, uh, this shadow on your back wall if you have a
I mean, dude, you should have played the game with this hooked up to it, bro. Like, you're doing yourself a [ __ ] disservice by explaining. First, you shoot the splinter and then this flashes. It'll flash in your face like like dude, just set it up to a game and play it. And then I want to be like like I have a [ __ ] like sensory brain. I need to see like you describing me that it's going to flash and it's going to pop and but like I need to hear it. I need to [ __ ] That's like saying, "Hey, well that we're in a minor." Like, "Okay, I know what a minor is, but I need to hear the chord to know where we're at." kind of thing. This is the same thing here. You're telling me that this gonna flash when I shoot that? Set it up to a game and show me what it's gonna do. This is your moment, bro. This is your [ __ ] moment. And you got it in a cabinet. Hook that [ __ ] up to a [ __ ] game and let's roll, bro. Come on, dude. This is your moment to move toppers.
And you got it in the [ __ ] cabinet. I don't get it. I don't understand, bro. I don't get it.
This actually has some custom video code that some folks did on pin side. There's an SD card here in the side and you can actually put any video you want on it. It comes with some precreated graphics that celebrates the many movies of King Kong and you can also swap that out. So, you can see that kind of going there. It comes with nine or six different animations like that. And then there's some code on Pinsai that you can get the videos on. But yeah, this is a super easy install. It's powered by the machine.
What else you got?
King Kong and the Dous light shows that indicate different things. Uh, so these uh these uh
and then the Twilight Zone one where it kicks a ball over there. Why doesn't he put more wire forms on it
and various light shows that indicate different
See, the one with the wire form is cool cuz it's got a ball that goes through it. The Twilight Zone is cool cuz I like I like the the you know the ball that'll go through, but the other ones don't do anything.
Uh so
Oh, you big deal. You big [ __ ] deal. You put a video screen on with some shitty clips from Pinside. Wow. Who cares? Like, you know what I'm saying? You want me to No, dude. No.
But this one is cool cuz it's actually got like again, I don't want to watch a [ __ ] video screen. How many times I got to tell you this? I want to see the ball moving around. I want to can see some kinetic energies with the ball, dude. And the ball interacting with [ __ ] That's what I want to see. I don't want to watch [ __ ] videos. How many times I got to tell you this? So, I don't care. I don't necessarily care about your [ __ ] Kong video with the SD card and great, wonderful. I don't want it on my [ __ ] pinball machine, dude. What is wrong with people? They can't get it in their [ __ ] heads. You know
these uh the King Kong and the dual
like these [ __ ] won't be happy until there's a video screen on every surface of the goddamn pinball machine
on special here at TPF. Uh but we are currently uh building and shipping you guys about
we're done with that guy.
Hey, so we have uh two new products that I want to talk to you guys about. We're coming here at Pinsound with my buddy Nicholas and
Pinound Guy.
He's got some cool new products he wants to talk to you guys about. Welcome everybody. So we have uh two new products. The first one is I love this accent. It's a replacement DND display and you have some cool, you know, some cool uh feature on it. Let's say you want to adjust the brightness. You don't want to open your backbox and you can be like a Jedi. So you will put your hand there and you can adjust the brightness.
Whoa. You see that?
Put your hands there. Don't want to open your backbox and you can be like a Jedi. And you could be like a Jedi. Yo, look at this, dude.
So, you will put your hand there and you can adjust the brightness.
Look at that. He's turning down the brightness with his [ __ ] hand. Dude, this is what I'm talking about. Here we go. All right, we're back. We're back. We were We were We were lost for a little bit. We're back. All right, we're back.
Yeah,
that is a cool [ __ ] idea right there. That's cool. And the last one is a rocket CPU for any white star machine.
Bro, that's pretty cool. You can turn up the brightness like this. And then yo, that's cool.
So seagull's turn. It will replace your CPU and you will get the advantage of a plus soundboard. So you can play with new soundtrack. You have can connect an external subwoofer adjust the equalizer in all in one board and the yeah the famous rocket CPU for any WPC machine the pin blasters and of course pin vision that everybody knows now there are many many machines there you can try with pin vision at the show
all right I am a big fan of pin sound one of the earlier adopters of their pin sound boards I think the first time they ever came to the TPF show I bought a a couple for my games and I've been using them ever since. I've actually even created uh some sound packages for their uh for the games. So, anyways, go check them out. I'm over here at Graphic Dimensions. First time at Texas Pinball.
Yeah, that pin sound was cool, bro. Yo, I love it. That was dope. That was really cool. All right, that might be the best thing. It's going to be hard to top that. Like, that is [ __ ] cool. That's really cool.
Oh, and he's going to talk about what they do. All right, we only got a few minutes left here. I mean, that's going to be a hard bar to That's Dude, that's going to be hard to beat. I'm going to tell you right now, that's going to be hard to beat
for their uh for the game. So, anyways, go check them out. I'm over here at Graphic Dimensions. First time at Texas Pinball Festival. And he's going to talk about what they do.
We'll make the playfields, we'll make the uh the back glasses, trans lights. Um pretty much if you can imagine it, we can make it happen. I mean, there's there's no doubt about that. So,
here.
All right. So, this playfield, this was um Cayman Kai who came to us and said, "Hey, I want to get a playfield printed and cut." So, we did the CNC work on it, did all the inserts. Uh she already had the artwork done by her artist. We printed it and then did clear coat on it. And, um it came out, I think, pretty spectacular. I mean, I I've had a sign shop for about 25 years in Chicago and I've always been in the industry. I've always been in pinball and I worked for several pinball companies. I worked for Alvin G and Daddy East and Sega Pinball and then did a short stint with Jersey Jack. This is a print
Alvin G. Dude, they're from like the early 90s. Really? This [ __ ] was Alvin G
on a bottom third that we offer. So if you want to start out having your own making your own little uh you know homerew or whatnot we
So he's doing like that's kind of cool. That one looks pretty cool
for this.
So he's doing like new playfield like imagine new imagined playfields kind of thing
in a blank version. Uh so we'll cut the bottom third so you can throw in some slings and some lane guides and then you can start working on you know your layout and design work.
250 for that [ __ ] blank of wood, bro. Just figure it out yourself. Seriously, that's like a 250 dumb guy tax. Dumb lazy [ __ ] tax for you cuz you didn't want to figure out where to put the holes in the [ __ ] board. Yeah. Look at that's like that's $250 you had to pay. Like how much does that board cost? Like [ __ ] $15. Yeah. And we put all the holes in there because you're too you're too dumb, fat, and lazy to learn geometry to figure out where to put the [ __ ] holes. So now give us 250. This the way it works, [ __ ] Bro, why the [ __ ] does that cost 250? It's a dumb guy tax. Dumb fat guy tax. You're dumb fat guy. You didn't want to learn. You didn't want to use the [ __ ] internet. the God's gift to man. Ask Croc. You can ask Groc anything. Where am I supposed to where do I put the holes in this wood? Crock will tell you exactly. Save yourself money is my point. There's no reason why that should be $250.
We offer full blank playfields that uh if you want to just go straight from the from the get-go there. Our wood is actually custom made. It's not the wood that you could go out and buy at Lowe's or Home.
Yeah. Look, that one's 75 bucks. Look, see, that one's 75 bucks. So, it was $175 for them to put the holes in the right spots. Yeah, bro. Because the other one is identical to this one. The only difference is this one has no holes on it. So, but the first one they showed us had all the holes in the right spots. Oh, whatever, man. Come on.
Is actually custom made. It's
these [ __ ] at these shows get away with murder, bro.
Not the wood that you could go out and buy at Lowe's or Home Depot. Uh we have the maple top and bottom on nine layers of birch. Uh so this is actually an 11.
They made King George's mattress and boxing out of this [ __ ] wood. All right, look at me. You know,
layer that's got the thick layers.
It's like roy the wood of royalty, you know,
the little skim layers. This particular
Queen Elizabeth was buried in a box made from this wood. You know,
art is Brian.
It's the greatest wood you're ever going to [ __ ] see.
Uh, medieval madness alternative. So, a client of mine, Blank Brian Con went to Brian.
Yeah, man. Those are like I I like the color. It's just a little too busy
and said, "Hey, I want the art."
It's like that's the problem with this dude's art. It's just like a little too busy. You know what I'm saying?
The art. He came to me. We printed it.
It's not bad, but it's just a little too busy.
Cincinnati show not too long ago. Um, this will probably be at Expo in Chicago. And so, just for grins, I went and I threw the print on the bottom third just to kind of showcase, you know, some of the colors and stuff and everything that we could do. So, the rotisserie is Bob Neis of Ramps Pinball Manufactur.
Oh my god. He'll sell you that rotisserie for $1,000. Look, it's show only $1,000. Good lord. Okay. That all he's got. Okay. Is that Is that all?
Move these based off your playfield length where the positioning is in the back. These we can also ship because we bolt these together. They'll ship in a one of the boxes in the bottom.
All right. Invaluable resource to the homebrew community right here. So, we're seeing more and more of that as a theme this year at the show. I mean, there's a whole homebrew community in the corner here and all these great new companies coming to. Enjoyed watching it. Stay tuned to the channel. Uh, my next video is going to be some mods for Beetlejuice from Back Alley Creations. So, there you go. All right, there you go. There's some amazing mods for for you. And we saw a little walkthrough of Texas Pinball Festival. Man, they are just like every year, dude. Just more and more and more vendors, man. I don't know if that's a good thing. Like, I'm seeing more and more people and more and more vendors, not more games. Like, that's not good. I'm seeing more and more lines. I'm seeing more long lines and people bummed out like because they got to wait so [ __ ] long. Everywhere you turn around is a [ __ ] line, you know? But that was the problem when I was there, too. Even in the tournament, they didn't have enough games for the [ __ ] tournament. And the cues were like 30 [ __ ] people long. 20 30 [ __ ] people long. I remember. I don't dude, I don't drink anymore. So, my memory is like that. I remember a lot of [ __ ] [ __ ] But yeah, dude. It was It was the same thing. It was the same. It was literally the same [ __ ] thing. So, now it looks like the same problem, dude. And what's up with all the games that are off already? It's like the first day, second day, and we got a bunch of games off already. They're [ __ ] broke already. Come on, man. What is this? Yeah, but dude, we need less vendors and more games, dude. Get these [ __ ] vendors out of here. Kick the flipper guy out of there. The precision guy. Yo, it's been real. Get out of here in his spot. Put more games. We need more [ __ ] games. You got people in there. It's like a [ __ ] the welcome to the the line ride from South Park. You know, you're just standing in a simulation of a line. Everywhere you turn, there's a [ __ ] line. I got I want to go play Stars. There's a [ __ ] line for Stars. What is this? You know, cuz there's not enough games. You [ __ ] need to bring more games, dude. And it's not just TPF. It's like a lot of these pinball shows, man. You get more people in and you're not bringing more games, you know? Bring more games, [ __ ] That's all I got. Peace.
