## Analysis

Ken Cromwell and Steve Beattie stream gameplay of Chicago Gaming Company's Black Knight Sword of Rage LE pinball machine for Flippin' Out Pinball, joined later by Bill Webb. The hosts discuss the game's mechanics, playfield adjustments, design elements (including flipper lighting and sandworm animation), and engage extensively with chat community members. They also explore a charity fundraising idea involving signed playfields.

## Transcript

you you you you you you Thank you. What's going on, Pinball Land? What up? Ken Cromwell with my buddy Steve Beattie. What's going on, guys? Bill Webb's on the way. We had a little situation where Bill couldn't get to the podcast tonight because he had some stuff that was going on with the wife at home, so we are going to start without him. He should be here in a few minutes, so we're going to get on Black Knight Sword Rage LE tonight. So good times. Yeah, we've got affiliate status, Scott, so we are legitimized with Twitch, I believe. Very nice. I'm trying a different setup tonight. Are the mics okay? Can you hear us? We've got a different setup that we're running tonight, and we're beta testing, so to speak. So we'll see how this works out. And I'm also wondering how this is going to work out in chat, because with a new layout using Streamlabs OBS, I'm logged in as Flip N Out Pinball. So I don't know if Zach's got, if he can, sorry, Zach? Yeah, I don't know. I don't know what's going on, if he can actually jump in or not. So let's do this. Let's just jump into some Black Knight Sword of Rage, right? So Black Knight Sword of Rage, Ellie. Do you have a two-player? Yeah, two-player from Zach at Flip N Out Pinball. And we are the Flip N Out Pinball channel here. So we'll see what's going on. Feel my blade. Thanks for joining us in chat, guys. We had a couple of plays on this game on Friday night when we had the stream from my backyard. So if anybody has not seen that, I think that's archived. You can actually see that. That was a fun night. And the game is surprising. I shouldn't say surprisingly, but it's fun. It's a fun game. It's a flowy game. It's not as brutal as I thought. As you just drank, right? Yeah, that was a bad drink there. Good times. Let's see how this works out. Alright. That game sounds good, awesome. What's up, party? Hey! Bad boy Bill. What's up, Bill? You made it, what's up? What's up? So you could have been 15 minutes later, but you were driving. I was just talking about how this game's not brutal and I just thought. Oh, same here. Hey, you know what? I was going to say we could throw in number three here, but. Can you get a third player? Let's see. Nope, too late. Yeah, you're already on ball two. Too late. No worries, no worries. So let's go on to everybody tonight. Anything good? What up, people in Chats? God. Who? Yeah, we literally had a couple plays on Friday. It's not as brutal as I had anticipated it being. I wish there was a little bit more going on on that upper play field, but it is what it is. Lee, what's up? Lee from Supernova. What's going on, man? I'm ready for a nice stream tonight, man. Yeah, absolutely, dude. I want to play this Black Knight. I want to grand champ this bad boy and then have some after hours and have everybody call it a night so leave me here huh what up please what's up oh Dave Fogren jumping in the mix what up Dave what's up you maniac all right we're gonna start getting the party started I like it man all right so we're gonna caffeine up for this it's been one of those days are you still out from Friday? Are you recovering from the ball? I'm just out. It doesn't matter if it's pinball. Yeah, right? You know, dude, between Friday night was a late night and a long night. And then Saturday I was outside rearranging my daughter's swing set for a trampoline that's going to go in against my wishes. But the wife chose to do it anyway. And then same thing Sunday. And then I had friends over. And then crazy at work. So it's just been nuts. Right, though? Dave is ready to rev it up. Hey, shout out to Dave. Thanks for picking up my boards down in Plainfield, dropping them off. Dave is the man for that, man. Big thumbs up. He's our boy for that. And we got the BD back. BD is back from Europe. Back from Croatia. Now, when you fell asleep, dude, you made sure to zip her up so no one could steal some organs out of you or nothing. No, no. Yeah, maybe we were in those spots, but everything seems to be here. You know, maybe it lost a little of my mind there. Hey, my mind is whatever, man. As long as you've still got your kidneys, you can function. I'm functioning. We're good. All right. Just catching up a little on Chad here. You're going to buy us that. Yeah, dude, the PinStadiums definitely make a difference Yeah, PinStadiums all day Yeah, I've got to throw those on We're getting close, man They're going to go on World 1 here in a minute Yeah, we've got to have you over, man Check Demoman out and World 1 You haven't seen either one Demoman came out pretty wicked That's awesome I'm surprised you got to it as quick as you did I was waiting for parts on Whirlwind, so it was easy to transition, yeah. So what's this place that you're building a place at? No, I'm taking the swings off to one side and going to the other. Yeah. All right. We did miss those beady eyes. It's beady. Been a couple times in my life where I thought I might wake up in a bathtub full of ice. We're missing a kidney, right, Dave? That's exactly what we were thinking, Dave, with Beady over here. Yeah, yeah. So we just got done recording our podcast tonight, and we had Bill for the first time ever, not in the studio. He did the podcast remote from home today. Yeah, we're going to have to see how that turned out. So any feedback, we definitely appreciate it. Yeah, Scott, it'll be good to call in the next couple of days when I'm done being grounded from the life of being gone. Put them on. So, yeah, dude, I'm pretty excited to see how it loads. I was trying to get that camera on the LCD, and I was trying to let people see that furnace underneath it, that LED furnace on the game, because it's such a cool freaking thing on the upper plate. I love that on the backboard. Oh, yeah, it does. It would be cool if they could kind of implement that into the side blades somehow. I mean, because they do that with the creeping death stuff that's coming out now with those EL blades. Dude, you know some crazy people. Yeah, I know. Find a way to integrate that. Which will look awesome on that. You haven't tilted this yet? Extra ball? I got a couple dangers. I got a couple dangers on it. I do want the animations on this, though. We have the plumb bob or the tilt bob installed on this bad boy. Really? Yeah. Okay. We're going legit today. So what's everybody been doing, man? What's the word on a Monday night in pinball? Anything good? Plenty of bad. Yeah, the bad seems... Plenty of bad. Oh, you got an extra ball, bud. Oh. Oh. Hey. I didn't know. Sorry. I haven't said that. I missed it. Those are these scalywags. Oh, that's word of the day. Scalywags by Beattie. PinStadiums are fun on this pin, man. It adds a lot to the GI Light Show. Nicely done, Scott. Loving the PinStadiums. And I am just noticing right now. We are in a different screen than normal. Yeah, it's a different screen than normal. I think that's throwing our mojo off here a little bit. Then I got here a little late, so we're good now. So I had to migrate everything over because I was running, long story short, I was running two separate programs to do what one program can do. So everything is discombobulated. So everything's not right as far as our setup right now, but we're doing the best that we can. The stream has good audio. Thanks, man. The stream has excellent lighting, Scott. I want to turn the compliment for sure. All right, so with that song that I was just playing, does it eerily sound like that 80s song, Relax, Don't Do It? I wasn't paying attention. Okay, dude. If you focus, man, it really has some vibes like that song. I got you. I got you. Just a little quick post on Special and Lit. Let people know that we are live here. Yep. Yeah, so don't jump in. What's everybody doing? How's everybody going? Going this week. Come on, baby. We're going to have that song, and everyone's had Relax, Don't Do It. This is an interesting chat we have going here as we're both on our phones. I'm sorry. Yeah, sorry. I'm just posting. Oh, did you post? I posted a picture of BD on Instagram. Instagram? How's the Instagram going? We get a lot of followers, man, on that. Really? Not that I'm surprised. That's awesome. Because you're running Instagram. Bill's in charge of the Instagram, huh? That's right. Technology Bill in the house. Bill goes to Hollywood. Bill goes to Hollywood. Hey, nice fall there, man. Nice fall. All right. All right, Scott. Yeah, exactly. Zoolander was exactly that movie that's in. You know what other movie it's in? That Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock movie where she's the boss or whatever. Damn. Where Sandra Bullock's in the strip club or the bar turns strip club and the barkeep turns into the stripper for her bachelorette party. I know this was all completely pinball related. I'm not a big movie buff, but... Does anyone out there know what I'm talking about? It's got to be newer, right? Like 10 years old. Five, 10 years ago? Okay. Got to look this up. It is Tuesday night. No, not Frankie Ghost on Hollywood. I couldn't get anything going on. I thought the ball first was going to turn on. I had the ball first going on when I was on the upper play field. The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and... Player two, is that you or me? That's me, right? That's you. No, no. The movie was The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. Hi, hi, hi. Maybe some hard stuff. Yep, you got it, Dave. Scott, you got it. The proposal. The proposal. I got three. You want to go first? Sure, yeah. All right. So we're already on the board for tonight on the game, so I like that. That's good. Yeah, it was a good movie. Mighty double. Yo, dude, honestly, what's her name? What's up, Pearly? Betty White in that movie makes that movie. Betty White? Betty White, dude. Oh, dude, she's a great player from the old school. I know who Betty White is. Dude, she's got more one-liners, man. I got you. I'm going to need more drinks, so we're going to start talking about Betty White. Yeah, Betty White pinball machine would be the kiss. That would be horrible. How is that? That's like the whole Golden Globes stuff. I don't understand. I know, right? Hey, man. Betty White. I can't be the only one that thinks Betty White's an old-school pimp. Is she good? Oh, she good. She good. Yeah, that must be us, Linden. I called him on the way over. But he didn't answer. Scott, or not Scott, Zach. Zach didn't answer what? Zach didn't answer the phone call. What? Was that a distributor question, though? It was a distributor question. It was to ask about maybe ordering a special number of a game. Oh, hey now. Hey, Josh, what's up? Josh from Loser Kid Pinball Podcast is in chat. What's up, buddy? Thanks for joining us On the Flippin' On Pinball stream Black Knight Story Rage LE See? It's brutal right now We're going to be okay though I think we're going to blow up the machine a little bit tonight You know what? October Fest is fun, right? So... It's much more intense than outside outdoor prairie Yeah, right Exactly We're playing inside in controlled elements Relican played pinball Oh, we're just doing it We were talking about little Betty White Yeah, dude Sandra Bullock, when she started doing that You've never seen the movie So you went... when Betty White's like, just feel it. And Sandra Bullock's all, you know, from the window to the wall. Oh, I know where you're going with that. Oh, is that a magnum statement? I'm going for a magnum statement. Scott, you're really close. You might have gotten the game number right, or the game right, but I either want number 821 or 827. Told the wife. Ellie is 821 or 827. Told the wife that I was. Actually, I think that's taken, though. Both of them. I'm sure they are. Well, I told the wife, I'm like, everybody can get her birthday at 510. And she's like, don't do that. I'm like, why? She's like, I don't want a game that's numbered after my birthday. I'm like, okay. Very insulting. Well, then I better take 666 off that. Hey! Hey-o! So, she's only half evil, so we should go 333. You're going to love this stream. The first stream she watched is about her giving birth at Expo with Penn Stadium hooked up, and now you're talking about her birth. 6-6-6. That's great, man. You know what, man? She's entitled, man. She's carrying my child, so it's all good. Yeah, no, so I think we're going to try and get Wonka, the LE version. Ooh. Yeah. Yeah, buddy. Ryan's in chat. What up, Ryan? A little different than being outside, huh? Yeah, what up? Where is the worthy challenger? That's me. I'm the worthy challenger. You know what? All right. Honestly, if we got Wonka, we probably would do a couple of streams for my house on that one. And Steve's, because I know he got one on order. Yeah. Yeah. And then, no, honestly, the son's birthday, dude, it's so up in the air. It could be subjective. So I don't want to get a 10-16. Well, they don't make a 10-16, but I don't want to get a number named after whatever. A number 106 over October 6th for his birthday. But all good, all good. Ryan, what's up, man? It was awesome hanging with you on Friday, brother. Yeah, dude. You're a good dude for sure. And thanks for the beer, man. I've got a lot of spotted cow in this house. that, yeah, if you want some, compliment the Ryan Kuyper. We've got like a lifetime supply of spotted cow here. So feel free to help yourself and take some parting gifts with you. Compliments of Ryan, who is self-proclaimed stick of it. But I appreciate it, man. Some good breweries out in this country. Yeah, absolutely, man. Some good breweries. There's a lot of great breweries everywhere. Chicago's rocking. Chicago's rocking. California, Arizona. Indiana with three Floyds. A couple others. And everyone should have a pinball, right? Yeah, I agree, man. Everybody should have an Oktoberfest at least. I'll be worried. So, have you guys noticed how the sand... Oh. You're right. Yeah, dude, that could be... We're going to steer clear of that sky. We're going to drop that right where we left it, right there. Right, right, right. Did you guys notice how the sandworm looks like the graboid from Tremors? All right, I thought it was going to be another wife joke. Yeah, it is. Is that what it is? It looks exactly like the graboid from Tremors. Kind of cool. They're not using stock images. We'll ask Chuck Ernst, because Chuck Ernst is coming in to do the podcast with us within the next two weeks. And he's the graphical art director for animations at Stern Pinballs, so that's going to be a good time. We're going to have to ask him where he got the inspiration for the sandworm. of the sandworm? Yeah, dude. Did you see the image of the sandworm? Yeah, I've seen it. Absolutely, I've seen it. A lot of Steve Ritchie in this game. Oh, yeah. My son goes, He goes, why is the voice acting so bad in this game? And I go, it's not bad. It's iconic. It's Steve Ritchie. He's like, is that why it's so bad? Is he an actor? I'm like, well, I'm sorry. Ray G is. And I'm Mortal Kombat. I was going to say, dude, he did a lot on Mortal Kombat. I don't know what he's expecting. The flipper lights are great on this game. And nobody really talks about them. I'm going to point them out for those of you that might not know what Dave's talking about. Show us the way, Ken. Right. See, these flippers normally are not lit up. There are two lights coming from spot, like holes in the apron that are shining directly into the flipper area, which I think is really, really cool. So, nicely done. Yeah, I haven't seen the retro mode yet. Have you guys seen the retro? No, I haven't seen it yet. So, yeah, we'll see what we get to that. You can get a little float on it. If we go on the menu and cheat it. Hey, you know, it's not like lifting a little glass off to see how something works, right? You know? Actually, the first thing I did after Demoman was done, man, is I lifted the glass off and got to see the end mode. I wasn't going to. Did you really? Oh, yeah. Oh, nice. I got rid of the other one, man, and I never saw the ending mode, so I had to do that. I'd love to see the end mode on this. I did every single thing. That was like a crazy 2 billion or 4 billion score on that game. Team Low Prices. Hello. How are you? Thanks for coming in chat. Good to see you. What's going on? I'm kind of pumped up about playing this last night. Now, Black Knight Sword of Rage gives a completely different playing element than Octoberfest. Like, we're on Oktoberfest, it's kind of like you grab your beer and you're with your buddies and it's kind of hokey and it's fun. Yeah. And you're having a good time with your buddies. It's like sort of raised, like, it's a little bit of adrenaline, man. You're going up there. Like, I'm a little bit keyed up right now. No, a little bit. Like, seriously, like a little bit. I'm just like, all right, let's go. And I'm waiting for my turn. Like, I want to get back on the pin because that's the one thing that sucks about playing like three, four player games. It's just the downtime, you know, and I'm trying to find my shots because we just moved this down into the basement and so everything's slightly off from where it was when we played it out on the patio so we'll see how that goes taste is in retro mode magnus a button pops out of the cabinet that's awesome that's a that's a cool yeah yep we are going to really get down to some action here. I feel it. Dave wants to know, Steve, did you get that upper dialed in getting bounce? No, we haven't messed with it. I got here right before we started streaming. So how did, oh, okay, all right, Ken got the loop champs. So what Dave's talking about is, in Black Knight 2000, you know how you have the post and it kind of bounces up the flipper? this one Dave was saying one of the machines that I think MGC, one of these posts kind of gave it a little bounce if the ball came around a little bounce to that flip right there instead of just going straight down well I've been like hammering the lockdown bar like giving it a front bump give it a little bit of track excuse me guys I just want to take a peek at this yeah I don't know if there's adjustments up there yeah I feel like any one of these kind of bumped out would... Let's drill some holes. Yeah, it's an L.E., guys. Let's not... Hey, I got the drill in the car, man. Don't tempt me. I got the drill in the back, guys. Let's keep it going, man. All right. Three-player games. Hey, what's up, Dennis? How are you, buddy? How's Washington, D.C.? Are you still out there? Is the crease a lot? Wow. Yeah, he's in. He's in the house. Now it's going to get all crazy up in here. I love it. Oh, yeah. Ain't no party like a Creasel party. Nope. No? A little, uh... I wonder if that was an adjustment or if that play field day was just drilled a little off and that's what made it bounce. I mean, dude, you can manipulate it by putting a ring on it. Yeah, I struck one and it stuck in the... I think, no, I... Oh, I was going to say, dude. Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, you know what? We'll have to try that maybe on the next stream. Yeah, we'll have to try manipulating one of those posts, man, to get the pounds. It doesn't look like we can do much up there. I mean, it's straight through the place. Hey, Dennis, while you're in D.C., man, you're going to go check out some of the sites, right? Go sit on Abe Lincoln's lap and, you know. Lincoln's lap. Dude, absolutely, dude. I mean, you might get arrested while you're out there doing that, but it'd be a good time. No, honestly, D.C. is a beautiful, beautiful place, man. well, the monuments and stuff are anyway. So, dude, if you get some time, man, you definitely gotta go check that out. Good boy, uh... Is Jeff back? D.C.? D.C. H? Jeff. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Neighbor Jeff. Oh, yeah! Oh! Jeff with a G. Okay, I get it now. I get it now. Dude, he's got a jaw. Yeah, he's got to be back here. I think he's got to be back. Yeah. I missed that guy. Sorry, I've got to catch up on Trey here. Sorry, good job, Trey. Tradition never dies. I'm reading now. No, no, no, no, no. It's like an instant drain. All right. You know what? All right. Tradition never dies. So, you know, with your comment with it, you know, is this like Aerosmith? All right. But you know what? What's going to happen when they say Aerosmith is done and they got Steven Tyler to sign a bunch of the premiums or whatever? Is that game going to fly back up kind of like Pirates? I think that's a pretty cool game. Maybe it's because that's a band that I liked growing up. It's one that I'd like to own. It's not super high on the list, but it's definitely on the list. Hey, beautiful art again on that game. Oh, yeah, it is. So, yeah, maybe we have this bobber set a little tight here. No. You know, if God would say it a little nudge, and he can keep it alive up there, but we're nudging. I'm getting some tilts. Yeah, Dennis, yes, that is a full bottle of Fanta, and you missed the full bottle of Starbucks that I have drank very fast. Yeah, you just have to predict that it's going to go over there. You don't have time to react. Just by staying awake. actually going in there. Team low prices in the house. You know what, though? I mean, I think that can be said about a lot of games, you know. Dude, I'm sure when Class of 1812 came out, you know, and Adam's family came out, like, right after, no one gave two cares about Class of 1812, and it's now that, you know, prices on Adam's family are ridiculous. Dude, it's a price, you know, it's a down payment on a condo at this point. Dude, think about it. I mean, dude, if you were to catch a restored Adams family, you're talking $10,000. It's true. Dude, $100,000 condo, you know, you're still going to need PMI and whatever. Whatever. I'm the king of the premeditated Magna Save on this game. If I'm having a ball that's over 30 seconds and I see the ball going to the right side in any sort of fashion, I'm just slamming on it. I don't even care, man. At least I feel like I got my youth out of the MagnaSafe. Plenty of times I hit the MagnaSafe and it doesn't even go in that area. My car keys are stuck up on the glass for some reason. I don't know what's happening. All you care about is getting it saved once, right? Right. Sorry to hear that, Dennis. DC is a cool town, man. Oh, I'll have four successful MagnaSafes. Well, dude, you're just playing odds at that point with how many times you smack it, right? So Dennis from Eclectic Gamers Podcast and the every other week co-host of This Week in Pinball is asking for your help. He's asking to either email Jeff at This Week in Pinball or Zach at This Week in Pinball Podcast and tell them the Market Trends shirts are a really stupid idea. All right, so Dennis, in full honesty, when I heard that, I was ready to text Zach and be like, Dude, I'm in on that shirt, okay? And what stopped me is knowing that you were not a fan of it. And that's why I still have not said that. But I would be in on that. I think it would be a cool idea for a shirt, but out of respect for you, I will not do that. Yeah. Scotty A is like, hey, thanks for reminding me to order a shirt there, Dennis. Ryan said that he had lead night the next day after he was at our house that night to play Friday for the Black Knight Sorcery. Outdoor stream. And the guy who hosts the league just got his Black Knights ordered. Did you light it up there, Ryan? Did you take care of business? Did you get warmed up with our two and a half games we had outside for Black Knights? Someone took my turn. Oh. What player are we at? Player one now, which should be you. Yes. Alright, so Steve took my turn, so now I've got to wreck this game on my turn. So I think it's... I'm going to take one of your turns. I'm going to take my turn. I'm player three. Ken was one, right? No, I'm player two. All right, Steve, you're back up. We don't want you getting cold. We don't want you getting cold. You just take everybody's turns. You go to Croatia, you come back, you don't know the freaking... You're speaking in code and taking people's turns. We've got to play a little bit more than we did on Friday. Yeah, Friday, for such a long day, I think I played a lot of lacquer two or three times. after like nine hours of a day to get in there. So it's good to be able to get down here and literally play more games already tonight in like 30 minutes than I did all of like Friday. Yeah. But Friday was cool. Dennis, nothing below, man. That's why I said no to the shirt, man. So hopefully you know that. We'll have to get something else. I don't think we have to settle. I don't think we have stealthy picks. So Dennis is a little concerned about the potential market trends t-shirts. Hey, if it makes you feel any better, Dennis, when Dr. Phil was around, and there was the whole Ken Cromwell. There was some dude out there that was trying to make you screw your Ken Cromwell t-shirts and wear them at a pinball show. So, hey, nothing is worse than a shirt that says, Screw you, Ken Cromwell, and your name. And your mom's like at a pinball show, and she's like, why do all these people hate you? But not that my mom would be at a pinball show. You never know. Lord Helmet, if you didn't know there was a pinball stream on Friday, then we don't need to send you anything, I'm assuming, right? Oh, that was an imposter then. Yeah, that was an imposter. Yeah, we can't have that. No way. No, Dr. Phil did not get a shirt. That's why Dennis doesn't get a shirt with Market Trends. Player three. All right, I'm up. No, it was my turn. I'm up again, right? I heard. Correct. He's player one and three. I don't know what happened. He's a part-time player one. Yeah, so, Lord Helmet, your trans light, I still need to pick up at Stern. Steve Ritchie was out for eight days, but he wasn't at work, so I assume you want his signature on there with the rest of the Stern team. And then I have your lit frame from Brad at Lit Frames. So we just got to, I don't know, I'll probably put the trans light in the frame and ship the frame, I'm assuming. And we got your email. Thank you very much. So we'll get that out to you for sure. I do like the upper play field on this. I didn't play a pro, so I can't be a completely good judge of character on whether it's going to be better than the pro or not, but I do like the upper play field. You know, Scotty, I think you make an interesting point. We probably should at some point try and do something for charity, man. Either find a junk play field and have everybody we know in the hobby sign it somehow some way, maybe an expo or something, and around Christmas time, dude, do something for charity, man. Pick a good charity for kids, and all proceeds go to charity. Either raffle it off or auction it. Well, I don't know if we could raffle it off. I think raffles are... Oh, yeah. Well, let's not get into raffles. No. We could eBay. We could eBay it though right Oh my gosh Yeah but then what are you going to do with the eBay proceeds Donate them to charity Oh yeah I suppose so Tradition Never Dies wants to know what all three of our professions are. Street pharmaceuticals. Just kidding, man. This one doesn't seem to have a reaction. He may not like that. No, no, no. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Actually, I work in the construction industry. Ken? I'm in the commercial signage industry. What does Steve Beattie do? We just sit at a computer all day. I do web development. Web development for Steve. Is it me? Player two? All right. I mean, I want to see what it's going to be. Web dev. You know what? I like Munster, so I think even if we all got a Munster's play field and had everybody we know kind of sign it, I think we're going to have to focus on that around expo time, and I might take the lead on that one so Ken can have free time to worry about other stuff. But, yeah, see if we can get a lot of the people we know to sign that. I mean, I think that could make some big numbers, especially if we push it on eBay for 10 days and say, hey, this play field, we got signed by everybody and all the proceeds are going to go to charity for a good cause. It's going to be a great thing. So, you know, I know I've been on it because there's lots of people that we've talked to that I would love to have a play field with their signatures on it. For sure. You know. I'm trying to get my third lock on that upper play field, and it's just not working out for me. It's a little hard up there. We just got to make sure Ken and I don't sign said play field because we would devalue said play field. What a foul. Hellhands back. Hellhands. What up? So. I suppose I should probably try to complete the mode here. Oh. Oh. You don't want to mark up the side of the cab? I like your style. Yes. This one's got some nice rails, though. You're not marking up the cab. No, no. Dude, this is a. Dude, you saw the speckles in the rails, right? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I probably can't see it from the screen. No, it looks beautiful, though. There's some business. So, Bill, I got most of your score there, man. Is that what it is? You're going to take everyone's credit for scores. All right. Head Boss Hog, what's up, dudes? What's up, Head Hog or Head Boss Hog? So where did you get Head Boss Hog? Where did you get that? Head Boss Hog? Head Boss Hog. Boss Hog. Wasn't he on Dukes of Hazzard? Wasn't it Boss Hog? The guy, right? I think so. these slightly obese gentlemen. Hey, hey, hey. Hey, Zach's signature. Zach's signature? Yeah. Yep. Absolutely. Absolutely. That would be cool, though. You threw me off because you took my turn. I'm ready to blow this game. You threw me off because nobody got off. This game is starting to piss me off. So are we going to... I'll tell you what. I like this game. It's fun. It's fast. But you get the occasional game where you're playing for quite a while. This one wasn't so hot, though. No, this was not a good game. I think a respectable game, you've got to be like in the $250 million. Just be respectable. So how do we get to the retro mode? Does anybody have any idea how we get to the retro mode? Joe Bob, it's an LE. If you give me a second, I can tell you which LE number it is. Yeah. Number two, five, six. You ready? And this game will be for sale. All right. Yeah, so this exact game is for sale. So if somebody is either in the Chicagoland area where we're at, you can contact Zach at Flippin' Up Pinball, and you can pick it up here, and we can help you load. That's too far on for some reason. Are you serious? Yeah. I think Steve's fired. I can't help it. Turn it off and turn it on. We're not going through four players. So now you get to see how the game reboots. Dennis, I think, dude, fun and slow is wide body. And for that wide body, I'm going to say Demolition Man. In all honesty. Yeah? Yeah, well, you haven't seen my Demo Man. Demo's fast. No, it's not. I don't think Demo's that fast. Hit those wings. Demo Man? Well, all right, so I'll take that. I mean, mine might be a little faster because I might have bumped up the coil speed on mine. All right. Like Warlanes and Rage to get retro. Okay. Okay. Warlanes and Rage. All right. Sorry for the hold, I guess. Let's load it up with three games. I gotcha. Now, listen. With this game, though, when you press the button, it doesn't... I think that's what matters. The LCD is weird. It doesn't show, like, player one. It just shows you, like, a static screen, and then you're pressing it to try to start a game, and then you got four. That happened to me a couple times. Right here. Yeah, right. So it's like you're on player one, but you think you're at a timeout screen. So, if Stern is watching, and Tim Sexton, if you guys take a little feedback, when you hit the start button, instead of bringing the title screen up, maybe a Player One started animation should come up. Because I've double-hit that a few times. Thank you, Ryan, but you're not proving my point that it's a slow game. No, I think it does play fast. It's not a crazy game to me, which is why, I guess, in my mind, it plays slow. What's up, Albert? We gave you some love today on Special When Lit. We recorded tonight, so we'll try to get that uploaded tomorrow. And congratulations on 200 episodes, buddy. Yeah, that's a feat, dude. 200 episodes? Now, Ryan, when you were over, dude, did you actually get your name on that? Did you get to enter your initials on that game? Lord Helmet? Yeah, we've talked about it, but we shall see what the future holds. I think we have a set list of what we're going to be streaming in the future. So I think the next two or three is going to be the next two or three titles, I think, we have locked down of what we're going to stream next. Oh, you should have, man. That would have been an honor to have your initials in the game. So Ryan came over on Friday And played Demolition Man, Whirlwind And I don't think we played anything else I don't think we did And he just lit up Why should I think you did High score Whirlwind And probably Demoman Yeah, you definitely should have Thrown your missions in on that Brother I know when I go by Steve's house and I get my initials I'm putting them in as you should as I well you know you earned it but yeah this is definitely a fast game hey now don't break it it's a good thing it's an L.E.A. I was getting ready for a little tilt rage. We don't have the budget to buy this game, so. Sort of tilt rage. Sort of tilt rage. Oh, wow. All right, here we go, here we go, here we go. Hey, thanks, Dennis. Trying to get the feel of the game, man. I felt like I put a couple games on it before I brought it down here. Yeah, I found my shots, but then it's like right now I'm just kind of finding my shots. And I can't take three weeks to find my shots like I did on Oktoberfest. We just need to attack and blow the game up. So we need to be scoring a little bit better here. Yeah, we're scoring around. We'll be all right. I got most of my points just from the skill shot. That's all right. Yeah, the skill shot. And again, so this game is for sale. And then if you wanted to have it shipped, I mean, we can actually... Yeah, we can figure that out. It's set up and then contact Zach and flip it up him ball. He will let you know what needs to be done. I don't even know what he's asking for Black Knight. But I imagine you don't see too many unboxed Black Knight Sword Rage LEs for Sale yet? No, no. So I assume you get a pretty decent deal. Yeah. Chris? Chris Haper in the house. What's up, Chris? Hey, glad I made it down safe, man. I heard Zach dropped that off on Saturday. Man, that dude's a beast with getting stuff out. Yeah, so our Oktoberfest that we streamed here the prior three, four weeks went to Chris Haper in St. Louis. That's slap underscore save underscore. You're liking it, Chris? Are you digging it? What is your favorite thing about the game and what is your biggest pain in the ass thing about the game? I'm going to press remove. Like the war in the back. Yeah. And then raise. I don't know what raise is. I think it's over. I'm sorry. Yeah. Turn back once. The gate's open. That's a little bit. All right, so Chris, what's your favorite thing about the Oktoberfest? I know what we really liked about it, but it's time to hear the person who bought it what they think about it. Oh, Chris, that was the Oktoberfest. Yeah, the one that was here, dude. Dude, I was in Frankfurt, Germany, and I didn't really experience Germany, but I was like, man, Oktoberfest. Should have brought this down here. There was all these little dolls. There was like the pretzel carts in the airport. Yeah, the barrel shot's definitely cool, man. Barrel shot. How cool is that? Two physical... Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, MagnaSafe. See, this is why the MagnaSafe can't be here. Because, like, I was, like, hitting for the MagnaSafe, but I was just slapping nothing. It is definitely modes galore, man. They've got some really cool animations in that and fun stuff. I'll take my turn. See, you heard this time. Nah, MagnaSafe's frustrating. It is. You got one. That's my goal tonight. All right, so this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to get like a little mini. I'm going to tape a stick to my chin that goes to the actual button, and then I'm just going to bump. I know, that's a little bit crazy. So Chris likes the barrel shot. I like the barrel shot. Modes galore. Yeah, all the tents on Oktoberfest, there's a ton of modes. So many shots. Likes the up and down ramp. Yeah. Yep. Yeah, the hole saw. Yeah, that works. Dave's keeping track of Magna-Staves tonight. Let's go to Dave Thalgren with the total of the Magna-Staves. Dave, what you got over there ready? He's like, I only want successful Magna-Staves. One and a negative four. Yeah, right. Would this machine be included in the top five hardest to use Magna-Staves? Yeah, I mean, probably. I mean, it's just hard to react in time to get the Magna Save. I feel like I'm on, like, a delay. Like, when I go for the Magna Save, it has already passed. It still hasn't. I think if you own the game longer, I think it registers quicker. You got me, man. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to sub to the Flip N Out Pinball channel. I'm not asking anybody to sub because I don't know that we stream enough to warrant subs. but I want to see if... I don't even see a place where we can do that. Maybe we're still under review for affiliate status. Yeah, we could be. Not a bad enough stick. Come on. Yeah, the up and down ramp is cool. Hey, don't tell people, man. I could see people getting goofy on the whole song this game and get a regular lockdown bar. You can't. I guess somebody was talking about trying to move the... Yeah, to the right flip area. But there's no room to put it there because of mechanics or build. Okay. It can't be done. Dude, but what if you put it underneath the right... Wow. You can't do that either. Get brutal. There's got to be a way to put it in the general area. Yeah, thanks, Albert. I appreciate it, man. I know we were... It said we reached affiliate status, so maybe there's another step that has to be taken. I have no clue how that works. We'll have to look for Zach at Flip N Out Pinball to figure that out, maybe. Here we go. What's up, Terry? Yeah, we could definitely hotwire that sucker. No doubt. Oh, yeah. No doubt. Would Bill drill an LE Black Knight for a Magnus? Hey, man, sometimes nothing's sacred. Or you could do what the Def Leppard drummer did, man, and have the kick pedals for when you use a Magnus. That's what I would say. Hey, dude, all good. What up, Kerry? What's up, Kerry? Kerry's here. I'll start ricking for him. Just passably late enough. Hey, Dennis, you're kidding me, man, but I've built some stuff for less noble purpose than that, in all honesty. Aw, Kerry, dude, whatever time you show up is on time. Yeah, we'll have to try that. Super Scurpy, I'm not sure. Oh, okay. So we have to send in tax info and sin numbers and all sorts of stuff. Blood type. That makes sense. Yes. Yes, you can come here to be unfollowed. Yes, we are quite the controversial people, I'm told, sometimes. Hey, thanks, Dennis, man. Hey, are you coming out to Expo, Dennis, or no? No. I think Bill is thinking Lego Movie 2. Everything is not awesome while he's building Whirlwind. Oh, no, no, I'm ready to. You guys will find out. Well, you guys are here now, but Rowan will be leaving at some point. Yeah. Yeah, it's going. It's just too nice to be in my basement. We need some uglier pins, man. You know, stuff that we can play. Upper play field is quick. It's real quick, and it's a little hard. The whole loop thing, I think Ken got four tonight. Luke Chandler. I'm having trouble with it. That lock shot's not too bad, though. No, no. Oh, that's a shame, Dennis, man. Hey, dude, next time you make it to Chicago, dude, we definitely got to throw back a couple. I have to check out the Lego movies, so I understand the reference. I haven't seen it, dude. I just seen Pixels for the first time a couple weeks ago. Oh, Lego movie blows Pixels out of the water. Really? Oh, yeah. Okay. All right, so I'm kind of watching Ken here. Ken's on fire. He's on fire. Oh, there you go, Batman. Hilarious! I don't know how much whirlwind is worth, in all honesty. $57,000. I don't know, man. You know, when you get games like Gilligan's Island that people are asking $10,800 for, you never know. I know what I have into it, and you guys will want to listen to tomorrow's episode. It might be worth... No, it definitely cannot be worth more than Gilligan's. No, definitely not. But you guys might want... Would you rather have a Bill Whirlwind or a... A $10,800 restored Gilligan's? Yeah. The world wasn't that great game. I still regret selling mine. One of my few regrets out of getting rid of pins. It is, dude. You know, the problem is... Thank you, Ryan. The problem is I'm just too nervous with it being in the house. Yeah, it might be worth that nine. No, I'm kidding. Dude, I don't think that mine's worth that nine. Oh, great. I'm glad so. I will consider that. I will consider that. You know, I have lots to trade. I'm looking for 2-4-1s, you know. Oh, yeah, yeah. Steve's the wheel and deal and master over here. You know what? Honestly, I want to go after the Wonka Elite. So that's where a lot of that's coming from. And Ryan knows. Ryan was actually one that played it. One of the first two. Actually, him, Jason, and Ken were the first three people to play it besides myself to make sure everything functioned. Nice. Buck Rogers. Now it's getting interesting, Dennis. Buck Rogers is available. Yeah, I need to get over and play a roll in before it's considered routed. Yeah, it's only got... It's got 10 more plays than it's... I think it's got eight plays on it right now. Maybe 11. Yeah. No, that's the next game. You know that, Scott. Getaway will have that mirror. I'm trying not to talk about that, dude. He's knocking it out, man. That's what I talk about. Like, do you want to play? Yeah, I'm on the next thing. Ah. All right. Yes, Kerry, he can cradle very well. No, Neil, that's not a joke, man. I believe that mirrors can be implemented in the pinball machine. It's pretty cool. That will be a focus in a couple of future cabinet builds. Nice. And either people are going to love it or they're going to think it's completely stupid. Hey, innovation. You never know. Now they're hands are rolling. I know, right? Yeah, it's number 256. Oh yeah, dude, he is killing it. Actually, I think my Transformers, the one that I'm rebuilding, is number 256. It's crazy. That sounds... Yeah. Number LE-256. I'll have to check that out when I get home. Thank you. Absolutely. A little uplighting there? I should. Two magazine successful days. Second successful magazine. Nice. Nice. I'm sorry, Steve. What were you saying? The one machine you see at the shows that's all plexiglass. Oh, yeah. That dude was crazy, man. You've got to be blood for punishment to polish that thing up. What a plexi bottom of Penn Stadium town on a mirror pointing out to the underside. That looked cool. Hey. You know what, honestly, I like both. I really like the standard and I like the LE, but you know what, honestly, I don't know how many new in-box purchases I'll ever have. I've never purchased a new in-box. So if I'm going to do it, I want to kind of go a little higher up. Yeah. And I want to go with the LE. And honestly, if I get it, I'd like to get it with my daughter's birthday for the number. So. That's cool. Nice. Are you playing the, uh, Transformers is kind of a mother. And if it's not set up right, it's really brutal. Oh, here's retro mode. Oh, it's in retro. Dude, I am so surprised they were able to get the rights to that image. I'm already getting pissed off. Steve, it reminds me of going back to your house. Stop it! Stop it! You know what's funny? If somebody plays this on location and doesn't know about pinball, they're going to think the game is broken. It's like all the shit broke on the game, and they started playing like some boot screen or something. I don't know what happened. and 2K. We're getting requests for our karaoke skills, Ken. Oh, is that what it is? Yeah, dude. Great. Do you know if you're playing Transformers Pro or the LE on the stream next week? I don't want to hear any of that. Extra. We'll never play. Oh, Ken got so... We can drain extra balls. He got frustrated with us that one night. If you get it, you take it. Or truffle shuffle. Or tuffle shuffle. But I'm not. You did? Bill, our full set was almost perfect. We had lots of practice. We did, man. And honestly, I think we were so in queue when we were inebriated. Oh, that was great. You got to move closer to the mic, brother. Hey, man. You know what? I've never played a Transformers Pro, so honestly, I'm curious to hear your thoughts on it. Some people like the flow of the pro better than the LE, but, you know. Yeah, Scott, you did get to play that. I brought my LE out to Expo. Okay. Yeah, you played the second one. The one from Hurricane Sandy. He's going to get pulled out, and I'm going to start working on that now that World 1 is over. We're seeing a grand champ here, folks. I don't think so. That was nutty. Yeah, it was definitely the second one, though, Dennis. Neil, you know what we were talking about a little while ago? I think by next week I'm going to modify something here. Not permanently like drill the playfield or anything. Maybe a bigger rubber. Just a little something. Just so it's got a nice bounce. Yeah. A little washer in one of the posts or something. You can move the post. I'm not drilling a hole in that play field. That's what I was saying because I have a BK2K, and I like how it kind of spits the ball out to the flipper. Yeah, it will put an extra rubber ring on there or something. Yeah, we could definitely do a thicker post in the middle. That's not a bad idea either. Dave, no, I did not see a slightly roasted demo man in New York. Bill needs some water damage. No fire damage. Fire damage can't be any worse than water damage. Hey, you might as well get them all. Earth, wind, and fire. So I've got to have one that's in an earthquake, one that was in a natural catastrophe flood, which I got in a fire. I like it. Hey, Dave, send me a link. I'm definitely curious to check that game out. You know what though, man? I'll never forget playing... Oh, you're right. Oh, yeah. It was. Dude, Dennis is like the Wikipedia of old pinball. Man, he knows his stuff. You know. And not just Valley Williams or anything like that. You know what though? I will never forget playing Black Knight 2000 at your house. Man, I do really, really enjoy that game. Yeah. All right, Bill. All right. You have some cats enough to do. We both have some cats enough to do. I would demonstrate where I think we're at on this, but it's a family show-ish, and I don't want to be giving those kind of hand gestures because we are definitely in the hole. We are way in the hole. Killing it. No, no, no. No, super scurvy. Dude, Dennis knows all, man. It seems like you. Gottlieb, Williams. I'm sorry. I can drain this. No, no, no. I want to see you roll this out, man. Here it is. There. What did you do that for? I didn't do it. It wasn't on purpose. Okay. Or was it? No, it wasn't. Dude, I have to shake your hand. That was a great game. Thanks, man. I feel like there was a lot of pinball there for not a lot of points, so I obviously don't know how to exploit the scoring on this. But that was fun, man. You get a good adrenaline rush doing it. You got the retro? Yeah, I wanted to see the retro, so we can get this game out of here now. What are we going to bring in next week? Where's Zach? Where's Zach? Dennis says, I think a lot of people in pinball know the classic Bally Williams games. They've received a lot of love in replacement playfields, back glasses, et cetera. I mean, more and more get a chance to see them. Super scurvy's in chat. Trending up this week, Dennis is now on to the classic Bally Williams games. And thanks, Albert, for the shout-out on the 15-minute game. Chris, the pin turn. What's up, buddy? Dennis the Dude, he says. Earth, wind, fire. Ain't ever getting remade, though. Good times, good times. How many people have played Black Knight Sword of Rage? We got a lot of people in chat that have played it. We're about an hour into the stream here. Chris wants a Pinball Market Trends t-shirt. Really? Little Market Trends? Yeah. Dennis, what did you think of the Pro Man? Because I know Black Knight, typically, people associate that upper play field. And I've heard stories that a lot of people think that the Pro plays really, really well. I'm torn on the upper play field on this model because I feel like where you can get some action going, I still feel like it's just missing something maybe, but maybe it's just because I haven't gotten comfortable with the loop shot. And the lock shot, for whatever reason, is tough for me. It is tough. It's quick. It's real fast. It's really close to the flipper. Yeah, Dave played premium with Steve. Chris wants to play, but he hasn't seen one yet. They're going to be out in the action zone here, huh? You just want Ken, right? Yeah, that's good, man. He says, Dennis says the pro's fast. He can't hide behind the catapult multiball. Bunker Punk likes the pro. He's guessing the upper play field is more to a barren play field. Yeah, I can kind of see what he's saying. Harry Hardy missing some targets. Yeah, it's missing some targets, right? Thanks, man. You got five records on that deal. What? Did I get the Stock Grand Champs score on that at least? I don't think so, but you got like... What? Are you serious? Where did I finish up? I was watching. I was watching. No worries. No worries. I mean, it's just kind of like a stock score, I'm pretty sure. Here we go. Replay at $138 million, dude. Brad Hopkins, what's up? Brad likes the feel of the shots on the pro. Hey, it's Joe Bob. the pro loops right back to you. It's a much more in-your-face kind of game. Yeah, the pros typically play faster too, and I think a lot of it has to do, I don't know how it correlates with Black Knight, but on pros, you don't have drop targets. Drop targets tend to slow the ball down a little bit versus a stand-up target. You get a quicker rebound or quicker ricochet. So I think that's why a lot of times the pros, because you have that cost-cutting feature of the pro, to use a stationary stand-up target versus a drop target, you'll see more speed. Yeah. So that's kind of cool. There, you want to go again? Down? Yeah, let's go. Let's do it. All right. Let's play this bad boy until about 9.30, maybe hit a little after hours, 9.30 to 10. I like it. We'll call it an evening. Quick little stream here. Yeah, I don't know what's up with the bits, man. I appreciate you asking, Chris. So we were told, or at least Twitch said that we've attained affiliate status, but there might be more things that we have to do in order to, like, I don't even think we have anything added as far as receiving bits, like payment information or anything. I have to talk to Zach and see how it goes. Where bits are not expected, Zach did say that we are able to receive all the benefits of bits. So it's cool if you guys want to throw a couple our way, and it's absolutely cool if you don't. More importantly, let's hang out and have a good time playing and talking some pinball. Yeah, I love having a good time doing this, man. I think that's the only reason why we keep doing this is because, dude, it's always a great time. And we get to catch up with all the people that we don't get to talk to on a regular basis. Yeah, the Bitglass I set up for, like, bits and follows and everything. I think if somebody follows, like, Neil W., thanks for following, man. I appreciate it. I don't know if anybody got a message on their screen that somebody followed. I tried to set that up. I have no idea if it's working or not. Yeah. Come on. But, Neil W., thanks for following the channel, man. Yeah, thanks, man. Wow, wow. Yeah, the night is pretty awesome. Yeah, I agree. Really cool, so it. Thanks, Dennis, for your insight with that. Yeah, we'll see what happens with that. And Neil didn't see a message. Okay. Well, Neil, thanks, buddy. I'll see what the heck happens. I don't know what's going on. Hey, more importantly, you guys are here and we're having a good time, right? All right. Not really sure what's going on with that. Not a bad run for five seconds. We'll just say not a bad run for five seconds of play. Bumping out 3.4 minutes. That's right, man. Pretty good within a two-minute window of playing. I've done a lot of scoring under a minute. Put it to you that way. Actually, that's where I perform best. I was just going to say that. That doesn't sound right. Timo Preiss says, so out of current available sterns, where does this one land in the list rating-wise? That's a good question. I don't know. I don't have enough time on the game to say either way. My initial feedback is that it surpassed my expectations for the game, and my expectations weren't low, but I'm not a big Black Knight guy in general. I never really got into the older Black Knights, so for me the theme wasn't something that appealed to me. So the gameplay for me is what it was going to come down to, and I wasn't sure if I was going to like the upper playfield or not. So far I'm having fun playing the game. And I think if anybody knows me, I talk about pinball experiences. And the experience so far in Black Knight's been fun. Is this going to be fun weeks and months to come? I don't know. I am pleased that there is some transitions and breakup of the music. Because I think when we initially saw this being streamed, it was a lot of the Ian Scott. It was. Like, raster. And it just never seemed to let up. Yeah, but now it seems like it's broken up a little bit. Terry gets a lot of fun in 60 seconds. Yep. When he lacks in size, he makes up with speed. BunkerPot says, the real question is, why get rid of Deadpool? That's a great question, man. The reason I got rid of Deadpool, in all honesty, and I love Deadpool, was to get my money set aside for Waka when it finally ships. So that's how much Waka impressed me. Because Deadpool's probably got to be one of my top five favorite pinball machines of all time. And my top current stern is absolutely Deadpool. And that was a game that really transcended. Scott Ian. What did I say? Ian Scott? Sorry, Neil. Ian Scott, Scott Ian, whatever it takes. Thanks for the correction there. But Deadpool is, that game started off kind of slow and sluggish and really game-steak. Yeah. Tanyo Klyce and the team over there knocked it out of the park with the evolution of the code. And it was really when they started allowing you to stack modes where the game was just so fun because you had so much going on and you could really start blowing up the score. And it didn't feel as segmented. You didn feel like you were stuck chopping wood in different parts of the game because you could bring in another element of the game to piggyback on what you were doing Alright what do you feel about Ghostbusters though I think you like Ghostbusters I like Ghostbusters, too. That's another one I like. I think you like. So that was the last DMV game that Stern put out. Yep. So from the DMV era, I mean, there are a lot of great games Stern put out in the DMV era. So what was the first LCD game they put out? Very good. It was zero-smith. No, Kerry, honestly, no beer today. Kind of tired. So if I start now, dude, I'll be sleeping under the machine. I'll have Bill's chair. Yeah, yeah. Steve's my drinking partner for this. Iron Maiden. Oh, Batman 36. Yeah. Batman 66 is cool too. Was that first Stern? LCD? Yeah. Dennis with the correction. Alright, so you know why I kind of forget that? It's because it was a It was a Kapow title. It wasn't a Stern. The first Stern was the first Stern with ACDC. I think Dennis might be sending some sending some negative thoughts your way. Yeah, it was... He might have been sleeping a little bit, but that's all right. Hey, how we doing? Yeah, it was good, man. That was definitely a good time. I'm surprised you made it, man, because you had quite the adventure. I don't remember any of it. I think I was sleeping. No, you weren't. You were yelling at me a little bit. Oh, okay. It was a collaboration, though. No, dude, you were yelling at me, dude. You were holding the phone. Dude, after I did, I might have had a couple of beverages that I shouldn't have. You know, you were there to set me straight, so that was good. Oh, really? All right. Yeah, that was good times, man. That was good times. Yeah, we need to do a special in-lip backyard gazebo night again. That was awesome. Be an outside. It's great. All right, Dennis. You are right. Aerosmith is just the first one that pops to mind, though. What did Dennis say? Dennis says Batman 66 is a collaboration with Kapow, but counts as Stern available in reward programs and everything. No, no, no, no, no. I'm calling Shanigan. The question was first Stern. It wasn't the first collaboration of Stern with another company. Aerosmith was Stern's first solo effort with an LCD. So we can't, we're going to get into technicalities. We have to look into the root of the question wise. You know, can we double down and say which one had the best code first? Batman 66 or Aerosmith? I think Aerosmith had the better code when it first came out. I think Batman 66 would smoke it now, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't want an Aerosmith. Yeah, it was just showing. And actually, at that expo, if anyone went to that expo the year that that came out, the three machines they brought to the expo, they had such limited code, they didn't let anyone play it. Okay, so Bunker Punk says, we didn't save Stern's first solo machine either. Touche, touche. Hey, you know what? All in good fun, man. Chicago Monkey Joe, what up? He says 446 Alumni says hello. I'm not sure what the 446 Alumni is. Nor am I. I know who that is. Who's that at? Smokey Joe. Chicago Smokey Joe. 446 Alumni. That's somebody that knows where we're at. Is that Deppro? Smokey Joe. Where's Smokey Joe? Chicago Smokey Joe. Didn't realize you were streaming tonight. 446 Alumni says hello, and Batman66 is the best. Who's Smokey Joe? Yeah, Dave, we've talked about this. I have like three games on Batman. I don't think it's going to smear this game. I mean, I think you're kind of right. I mean, the shots are kind of brutal, but I still think it's a cool game. Three, man. No. Dennis, I'm going to call you on this one, man. Out of love, though. So I thought they came out with Aerosmith in February of 17. Ooh, Bill. Well, challenging date. You know that's bad, and I'm pretty confident if I'm having comic banter with Dennis, because Dennis knows his stuff, man. Ken's got the Magnus name down. Yeah, you know what? I've seen that, Chris. But thank you for the insight that Jack Black is picking the pinball. Maybe we'll have to send a shout-out to him and be like, Hey, Jack, you want to talk pinball? Yeah, I've seen that too. Yeah. Wow. All right, dude. We have to shut the stream down. What was that? All right, so I was right that the pro came out in February. The LE was March. Premium was April. Wikipedia agrees with Dennis. I have the LE data is what Dennis said. Dennis, the fact that I was even close or whatever. Hey, dude, that's nothing but respect for you, man. You are Wikipedia pinball. I just like you being corrected. That's why I'll throw some crap out there. I think Ken's saved four balls. Four right now. Four Magna saves. Hey, Dennis, dude, you are the man with the knowledge, man. I appreciate that, but, hey, dude, I just love talking smack with you. So all good, brother. Oh, that was dirty. Yeah, yeah. Oh. They were close together. Danger. Danger. Starting to get a little aggressive with danger. Yeah, it sounds like. What's going on over there? Now I'm just hitting the magnet thing to trap it to go over the four over under, so I'm good now. Nice. Ah. Ah. Well, what is Pat Lawler's favorite music? I'm still saying it's NWA. Straight out of pinball. Straight out of pinball. Straight out of pinball. I would almost dare to. I'm sorry? Handle it. I would almost dare to. Listen, it's all tongue-in-cheek, brother. All right, did Lawler ever get back to us on his favorite musical choices? He did not, Bill. He did not appreciate the email, I'm pretty sure. I will have to drive over to Jersey Jack and find out. One of those things. One of those things. I love Waka though oh not the slot machine sounds of Willy Wonka you'll see Albert the game is solid it'll be good and you know what Vickis Dale who is the new guy that did the sound on Wonka he literally came over from the slot machine side and have literally done a Willy Wonka slot machine so that's probably the mode that he's in he will learn and that code will be updated and And, yeah, I think you're going to see pleasant changes. We all know that Jersey Jack pinball, they don't abandon their code. And, you know, if this game is as big of a seller as it potentially can be for Jersey Jack, I mean, it might be up there with Wizard of Oz. I can see a lot of updates and a lot of effort being put into the game. So just me speculating, I suppose. All right, so have you played Roadshow enough to kind of in your eyes to say if you like it or hate it? What's that? Roadshow, have you played enough not to say whether you like it or hate it? Yeah, no. I've played it enough to know that there's a lot going on in Roadshow that I don't understand. Good game. As far as collecting the tools or passing on the tools. I will say that I don't really like games with heads on the play field and not in the funhouse. Yeah. So from that, it's kind of a creepy factor to me. Even the old Twilight Zone episodes with the ventriloquist and the dummy and stuff. There's something weird about that. I can't put my finger on it. It freaks me out. Like, it's not clowns. It's those dummies, man. We're just keeping it warm for Ken. Ken's just over there playing. I don't have enough time on Roadshow to really give it a... It's a great analogy. I think it's kind of cool, though. I wouldn't mind having one one day, but, you know, it just hasn't worked out. Roadshow's a good game. There's a lot going on for the $3,000 price point. I think so, too. But you got heads? All right, so you say that, but, dude, I... Funhaus, I've had Funhaus and Rocho. Dude, I've seen the people that do up the airbrushing on the Funhaus, dude, to make that thing look creepy. Oh, yeah. Dude, I love that, man. That would be the only reason why I would buy a Funhaus is just to have it look creepy. You could do that with Rocho, too. No, it wouldn't look the same, though, man. You could do something cool. Yeah. Something different. Like Sparky on Metallica. True. Now, Kerry, the one thing I'm going to say, dude, is I guess when those heads go, dude, they are a pain. to rebuild. Not that that's a big thing. Alright, maybe mid-threes now. I still mine at 3K. Yeah, tradition never dies. That's the only con, I think, is that well, I mean, it's all personal preference, but dude, rebuilding those is really kind of a pain. Oh! Alright, 3K better remain. Alright, Dennis, are you afraid of the thing going full Chucky, man, and waking you up in your sleep? Going full Chucky, is that what you said? Yeah, the Funhaus doll. Yeah. I won't own one because of, you know, it's not a great pin to me that calls out to me, but. I think that's just. Oh, Zach's joining us. I wonder if that's just your CPU, Zach. I'm not sure. Yeah, Rudy as a mime or a clown would be pretty good. Yeah, it should be at 360 feet. Oh, what's up, Zach? I was concerned. I didn't know if you could get in on this because everything's sporadic with the channel right now, man. I'm trying to fix some stuff. I'll talk to you later, but bits aren't working. Messages aren't working. For some reason, I don't have the Penn Stadium logo on there. I'm just noticing now. So when I migrated everything over, I messed up. So, Scott, my apologies, man. Scott is a big sponsor of this channel. And this game is eliminated by Penn Stadium. So I'm just noticing now the logo's not there. So pardon our dust here as we get through the construction phase here. Oh, my bad. Bill. That was ugly. We lit it up last game, though. Ken initials every game. I don't know why we even... Villain Steve? Dude, we should have a point spread for this. I agree. Dennis would like a funhouse painted with a many head. I think that would be pretty good. That makes sense. Yeah, we were talking about that. Yeah, all right, so the stream is in low quality mode. What's going on? So it is an LQ. It should still be... Nah, Zach, you're good The stream is in low quality mode? What does that even mean? No Can you guys adjust 720, 1080? Yeah, so, I mean, we're running 720 at 60 frames per second on the playfield So, I don't know Okay It says 360p source Really? Huh I wonder if that's something on our end Yeah, well, is everybody else having the same thing? Is the stream looking a little lacking tonight? Yeah, 360. Hey, coming at you live on HD. 360. All right, so I'm not going to... I don't think I'm going to try to mess with this now. Wait, Twitch is outputting 360 max. Hmm. All right. Interesting. Okay. So I'm sure it's a settings thing here. And, again, my apologies. Thanks, Ian and Kate. Thanks, guys, for letting us know so we can kind of work through this. Yeah, so we'll play one more game of Black Knight, and then we'll go to after hours, and we'll go to trying to clock with after hours. And I'm wrapped with Puffy up. And then I've got some work to do on my end. What's Ken working on tonight? this I gotta figure out what's going on and I gotta edit a podcast tonight and tomorrow morning so hmm let me check something really quick here let me go to the output of the stream here that is a meteor that's in the background just a little FYI scott says yeah confirm 360 interesting i could uh well i mean i could shut this thing down and relaunch an obs instead of streamlabs obs and it should come up regular but No, I think we've come too far to turn back around now. Yeah, all right. Well, let's get one more game of Black Knight going. All right, let's start it, man. And then we'll... These are theirs, but, you know, let's do it. You want me to go first and start us off? Yeah, go for it. Guys, totally my apologies, man. I had no idea. Otherwise, I feel a little bit bashful right now. My bad. Exactly my apologies, man. I because it's getting rethemed, so I haven't touched it. I haven't really put any games on it. That's for me, anyways. Yeah, spinner rips. I want to stream this media when it gets rethemed. Brian Holderman is helping with that. You want to keep playing, too? Sure. I think I play better in 360p, actually. Yeah, Ken definitely plays better in 360p. I do 1080. or at least 720. Yeah, I'm whatever. Bill and I work on it. Yeah, we're 1080 people. 1080. Even 4K. I'll be grand champion. Yeah, we can do a black and white meteor pinball screen. Everybody bust out their old tube TVs. Yeah, get the CRTs. Fire them up. Get the CRTs. Oh, that sucks. Yeah, you know what, man? Dude, technology is great, but we're always still playing with however it goes. But we're going to make it work. Thank you, Kerry. It looks great in person. It does, man. I think it looks awesome. We're seeing it in 4K. 16K, I don't know. I don't even know. 2020. I did open that. I can't play anymore, man. That 360 is totally... I'm all just brought on the 360 stuff now, man. I wish that would have come to my attention. You're playing through. It's like an hour and 29 minutes ago. Well, dude, you were playing for 45 minutes. Yeah. Can't tell a lot of pinball tonight. Fanta should be a sponsor. Who's Chicago Smokey Joe? Okay. Somebody from our block, I'm assuming, right? Yeah, he said something, St. Charles, Batavia, alumni. No, he said the 446. Geneva or something. Right, right, right. I was kind of paying attention. I'm still complaining with settings. My fear is by changing this, it's going to crash. Don't do that, man. Panther's good stuff. But it's caffeine-free, more importantly. Yeah, we should. Stand up for ten seconds total. Yeah, right? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Well, evidently it's broke. Because anything below 720 feet... Thank you all for calling us out earlier. People are coming in like, oh, look at the quality of that. That's great. No wonder I don't know. You've got to be kidding me. Hey, it looks great on the mini-scooter. See, that's probably why I didn't notice. Probably. What if not? I'm all aggravated. I didn't even notice that in the setting. See, this is what happens when you try to make improvements. You've got to take a couple steps backward before you can move forward. No, I can't change it. Video bitrate, we want that at least 10,000. Well, it's at 1777. So Chicago, Smokey Joe is Kansas. Let's not change that. Is that your, is that our buddy? He said Kansas. Oh, you know where he is? Oh, what's up, Joe? Joe? You are fighting a big tonic. Oh, jeez. Yeah, you can't go wrong with the cold, guys. Oh, uh, little Stellens over there? I believe that's Stellens. What's up, Joe? What up, Joe? Yeah, we're harsh in the mellow, man. It'll be better. Yeah, I'm not going Coke Orange for too long. That one I'm going to have to take a hard pass on. Oh, that sounds... No, it's Head Coke, dude. Oh, dude, no. Head Boss Hog, I don't know about that, man. This thing seems pretty brutal. Uh, no, I don't think this thing's shallow at all. It's a Sutton. Oh, I had no man to save. Yes, you were. Coke Peach. Of course they do. To the 360 million creatures. Is it a show, R. Carey? Is that a show or is that like a sitcom? I've heard about it, dude. I'm a big fan of like, let me rephrase this, I'm very intrigued by like nuclear disasters and that stuff. Not that I'm a fan of them happening, but I like know why they happen and stuff like that. Ozark's starting again, I think, in another week. Anybody watch Ozark on Netflix? I haven't. Good show. Oh, Jason Bateman, it's awesome, man. It's pretty good. All right, that sounds actually cool. If Bateman's in it, that's got to be all right. Oh, it's great, man. It's great. Kim Noble, the sitcom. Call the writers. I'll have to check that out, man. No, I'm playing like an idiot. No, you're playing bad because the stream quality is horrible. It's a bad quality stream. It's like I'm looking at 360. The last time 360 was good was on Xbox. It came out like nine years ago. Ozark's awesome. Ozark is great. Yes, yes. I can't wait. Yeah, I've heard Stringholm was good. I can't hit that damn thing on the slide. Zach, don't fire us from streaming because of our video output mishap today. I totally blame myself. Is the audio okay, at least? Everyone said the audio was okay. All right, we're good. Yeah, I can say Ozark is quite bad. You fuck me. I think Chernobyl's on HBO. Okay. Okay. I also come for the HD, but not high definition. All right, thanks for letting us know. Yeah, we were hoping the audio didn't take a hit there. I think everyone's just sitting here. Well, dude, Ken's on fire on this game, dude. I'm going to have to take this home tonight. We're up and out in like five, ten seconds. Dude, yeah. 15 minutes. I've been playing some floor pins, but I'm thinking. I'm going to have to bring this game to my house for a week. Let's stream it by my house. Hey, now. Yeah, that's not what I meant. Come on. What do you think he meant? I have no idea what Zach's referencing. Neither do I, but that's all right. It's Zach. No, dude, it's going to my house before it goes to another house. Did you ever actually get anything? Dude. Play better. I love these animations, man. The animations are cool. Ah, thanks, Zach. Appreciate it, buddy. Hey, well, at that point, I'm bringing it to work, man, so, you know, I can get to love at work. And Ken is walking away. Retiring. Oh, Rick's Ken's retired. Yeah, I don't know. Yeah. Dennis and Zach, dude, I am staying out of said T-shirt debacle. I support both of you, though. Nice, Dave. Yeah, man. I'm going to have to bring this by the web house. I'm going to have to bring this by the web house. So we need to drop one up over here then. You can't just take the special one. Oh, I can absolutely tell. I'll take your Wizard of Oz. That's fine. All right. If you want to help move it out of the basement, no problem, dude. It couldn't be more polar opposites weight-wise than Black Knight Sword of Rage and Wizard of Oz. Right. Like a 100-pound difference. Oh, that's not that bad. No, it probably is. Yeah. Hey, Zach, do me a favor and hit me tomorrow, man. I've got a couple of questions for you. Yeah, it makes me wonder if Dennis would be getting some. Yeah, yeah, he'll meet him tomorrow, Jack, or later on. That's fine. Yeah, I wonder if Dennis would collect royalties on that. Game over. Player two? No initials? No, man. Oh, come on. Hey, as soon as I found out we had a quality issue of the stream, I... It's probably from the snowstorm we're experiencing right now. The internet's being throttled. Also known as Ken's basement. That is 55 degrees. It's always nice. Chicago, man. You never know. You know what? Preserve the playfields of the pinball machines. You never know in Chicago. You can be shorts and t-shirt. You go in some dude's basement, AC's on, it's 40 degrees down. We're going to do a quick pause for station identification here on the Flip N Out Pinball Network. And we're back. All right. Hello. All right. Everybody, welcome to the After Hours segment of the Flippin' On Pinball stream. We want to thank Zach and Nicole Mennie for allowing us to stream the Black Knight Sword of Rage LE out of the Special Inlet Pinball Podcast Studios. Thank you, Zach and Nicole. I am Ken Cromwell. To my left is Bill Webb. To my right is Steve Beattie. And at this point, we go into After Hours where you can ask anybody anything so we can start conversation and chat. If you've got your kitties watching the stream right now, They probably went to bed because it was in 360 and not 720. But if anybody's up, put the kids to bed, grab your favorite beverage, and let's take the next 30 minutes and close this bad boy out. Absolutely. Clip it out after dark, Dave. That's right. That's right. Sounds like a taxi after dark, Dave. I think I went to bed when Ken had a 50-minute... I feel, yeah, we might have gotten refreshed. Epic. Yeah, no, it was fun. I like Black Knight. Like, it's so you're always on your toes. You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah. It's frustrating. You want to come back and battle again. Yeah. Yeah, right now, like, I want to, like, play again or throw it out the window. You know. Bill and I. Yeah. We'll get some time on it. Throw it out the window. It's going to end up my. I'm kidding. We ain't going to throw it out no window, dude. See me later with a. Kevin's blowing that game up back when he thought we could see what was happening. Right. That never happened. They're a good quality audience. I was like, I'm just going to go to the $25 million slot and call it a night, man. I'm going to play more like Steve and Bill right now. This is fine. Do you guys feel like with more practice you could dial in the upper loop? Yeah, you know what? Yeah, it's quick. It's quick, but it's exponentially quick it seems like. You know, you get one, you get two is faster than three, three is faster than four, and then at one point you had four. Yeah, I think you threw your name up with four. At one point, you're just hitting. Magna save isn't that big of a deal, as some people seem to think. Most games I play, I don't even use the magna save button in all fairness, but knowing that that is there, if I'm having a decent ball and I see that it's going towards those right outlanes, I just hit it for the sake of getting control of it and dropping it in the inner lane so that I can cradle up and take a shot. But it's not really like a reactionary where it's going to the out lane and then you can kind of take your button or your hand off the flipper. I'm sure, like, he's in professional. Mine's, like, too quick. Yeah. I see it going. By the time it's there, it's already down. You know, honestly, it's like Wizard of Oz, dude, with the upper playfields, man, where you've just got to be on your toes, and it's just a little bit of getting used to it. Yeah. You know, to make the loops. I had five Magna Saints tonight, Dave. I don't know if you were not watching. Yeah, Dave. Dave? Dave with the miscount. Oh, snap. Oh, yeah. So, this is where we get to kind of sit back and relax, and we get to watch Dennis and Zach, sound off in chat, and then we field the occasional questions. So this has become the Welcome to the Dennis and Zach Show, brought to you by Flip and I Pinball, and hosted by Special Winlet Pinball Podcast. Here we go. Need the magnet save on the lollipop rail. Yeah, I mean, it might be a little more helpful, but it'd be nice. I was talking earlier about moving the button to the thumb area of the lockdown bar. I want it on the floor. Give me a little kick pedal, a little drum pedal. That wouldn't be hard to do. A little drum pedal? Yeah, then you don't need to, you know. Hey, man, there's nothing that a hole saw can't fix. Yeah, well, you can't unfix that. What's the shittiest thing that's happened in pinball this week? There's been a lot of drama. There's been a lot going on. Anybody have anything especially disappointing? Or what's the best thing that's happened in pinball this week? Chris the Pinturn says he's got a heater. Haven't got to listen a lot to podcasts this week. Yeah, that's all. Twip was the only media to comment on the Nitro situation I'm aware of. Do you have thoughts on the topic or wish to comment? No, I don't really wish to comment. I think the evidence is out there, and you've got somebody that there was an unfortunate circumstance, and I think that's got to be dealt with between the individuals that experienced that. You know what? That's my take. And she made a post. He acknowledged what happened in the post. I mean, at that point, you know, everyone kind of knows the situation, and he didn't refute any of it. So, I mean, I think that just kind of needs to rest where it's at, and things just need to take their course now. And that's as far as I want to get on that topic, in all honesty. So, unfortunate situation that had happened, and we don't like to see that. That's about the last thing I want to say on that. All righty. I think it's about time for me to get out of here. Let's talk about everybody. I'm pretty sure. IRS. Ken, can you opine on who is more difficult to deal with, Zach or the IRS? Luckily enough for me, I haven't had to deal much with the IRS. Zach's always a pleasure to deal with. Oh, yeah. I would say probably the IRS potentially will be more difficult. Now you're involved with Zach, so now you're talking to both. Let's talk Franchi next. Okay, well, here, I will say this. For those of you that know recently, Chris has unfriended every pinball person with the affection of some Stern employees and some personal favorites on his Facebook page. Tonight, Chris actually emailed me an official statement about him leaving a part of pinball, and that'll be on the Special One Lit Pinball podcast tomorrow, which should air around 12 o'clock noon. So it's kind of Chris's last remarks for a little while. And he asked, he let us have the statement and we made it for him. So you can catch that. We wish him all the best. Special One Lit exclusive. Hey. Oh, yeah. So stay tuned. Good times. Did everybody get a chance to see the really cool Black Knight sort of rage promo that Zach put together for that Friday night stream that we did? Did everybody see that? Did anybody not see that? Because I could play that real quick. I thought it was a really cool thing that he did. Not because we were involved with it, but because it was just kind of awesome. Zach, can I play this? Do you mind? Or do you prefer that it's over and done with since we're in three? Hey, for the effort he put in. Since we're in three. Run it anyway. 360, nobody's going to see it anyway. I'm going to play this for your viewing pleasure, if you guys don't mind. Zach loves his own work. I love his work. It's a good one. This is a damn creative guy, man. And when he gets an idea, he doesn't just half-ass it. He goes at it full force. So let's go ahead and check that out. Here we go. Thank you. Thank you. That was good times. That was awesome. Yeah. Somebody. Zach's trying to catch us up there laughing. I like it. I like it. Yeah, so that was a good job, Zach. I appreciate it that you knocked that out. Yeah, awesome video. Fun night too, man. That was an experience. We all had very long days, but it was a good time. We all had long days. Well, dude, you had the longest day. We all had long days. Yeah. So Steve, he's in like, where were you? Croatia for like two and a half weeks. What's up, Azzy? I was up for 24 hours. Gets off the plane. It's all good, bro. What's up, Azzy34? Steve rolls off the plane, leaves his wife at home as he drops the stuff off, and then comes to have some drinks. No, no, he slept for an hour and then left. Oh, did he? I thought she just slowed the car down and he jumped out. No, I got one hour of sleep. So you talking rolled into the ditch and slept there I got one hour of sleep Hey dude you were still high considering that here By high I mean breathing on your own and you know eyes were open Yeah I was You know you were still operating the phone, showing what was going on. How many shots did you slip in the Fowler's drink? You know what? The thing with Jason is Jason's lost a lot of weight recently. He's been on a hardcore diet. Yeah. So, I think he's just calorie-restricted, so. So, I slipped like eight shots. I'm a little tired. Just a few. So I brought over some wood for reserve. Poured everybody up a little glass. Actually, I think Fowler and I enjoyed it. As good as it is. Zach, what do you want to see on this channel? What's coming up on the Flippin' Outstream channel? I think what's going to happen for us next week, and I was saying earlier, we have Chuck Ernst coming in and he's head of art and animations, the art animation department at Stern Pinball. So he's going to come in and he's going to do a podcast, and I think he may just stream with us after the podcast because we roll right into the stream after our podcast. So it will be fun having Chuck on the show, and hopefully he comes on flipping out. And I'm still holding out. I hope to get Steve Ritchie to play Story of Rage with us here at the Special Unlit Pinball Podcast Studios. He was supposed to come into the stream on Friday night. He had gotten back from Denver and was violently ill for like eight days. He had double pink eye, mucus. He was out like trout. So we'll see. But after Black Knight, Zach, you've got another release coming from Stern. A lot of people are speculating that it could be Jurassic World. There are others that think it could be Godzilla. Dinosaurs seem to be popular themes. You've got Elvira coming up. You've got Waka that's coming up. I know, Zach, I don't know if you are able to share this or not, but there's another pinball machine that's in the works that you've got some exclusivity with that we might get to see something. And who wants to see an Ultimorphic P3 at some point? I want to see some P3. And that would be great. That one might not really be great. Well, that one might just be streamed from, I think, Flip N Out Pinball Studios out in Indiana because that's a beast. That's a beast that thing is heavy. Both of them, Kaz McCart. Yeah. Yeah, we'll see. You should do it, Zach. Stream that puppy. Get it going. Absolutely. And I am thinking I am in on a Wonka. So I was actually contacting my distributor earlier about such questions on maybe being in. So we'll wait to see if I get a call back from said distributor. Oh. Wait for Zach to be like, what the F, man? You have like five voicemails on your phone right there. Oh, dang it. I missed a few, didn't I? How about we get one of the first game number four Multimorphics? Yeah, let's do it. I like them all up. Jaws. I don't think Jaws is coming, man. I think that's just a spoof. And I'm trying. I mean, do people really want Jaws? There's a lot of clamor for it. I don't know, man. I feel like there was. Not a lot of people know about Multimorphic, and no one at my pinball league this evening had ever heard of it. That's what we just got today, right? That's the problem right there. You need to create the awareness for Multimorphic. You can't market it to pinball people. You have to market it to people that aren't pinball experts, somebody that goes into a showroom and they want to pick up stuff from the game room. You have to have a multi-morphic there. And what is Jerry's new blockbuster title? I mean, what is it? Is it Jaws? Does he have Jaws? I don't know. Dennis, thank you. And then Zach is definitely my distributor. Just giving them a little bit of crap today. No, but we called him right before we streamed, so that was just, you know. I wasn't going to pick up the phone on stream anyway, so. Yeah, I don't think the Jaws is coming, man. Albert, we are going to start call-ins on the after-hours portion of this stream starting next week. That was classic. I did set up a separate number so Zach's not having to field these calls remotely. But we'll have that set up next week so in the after-hours people can call. I think that was bouncing to Nicole and then to Zach. Yeah, I don't know. Zach, did you hear any flack about the phone calls coming in at like 10.30 at night, or was the phone off and all was good? It's like we're waiting for him to reply in real time. It's like, are you there? What's going on? Oh, nice. Yeah, I think the phone calls are pretty cool. So you didn't get any trouble when you got home for the slew of phone calls coming in at night. Well, dude, it was, you know, he'd be on the phone, and, dude, I'm sitting there on the other couch just watching, you know, another notification saying you got another call. Dang, dang, dang. Got another call. You know, and he's on the phone like this, not, you know, like barely. I don't even know if he saw it, but, man, it was pretty entertaining, man. I'd love to know how many calls we got that night, in all honesty. Yeah, right. We probably had, like, eight or ten calls in the short time that we knew. Oh, no, it was way more than that. Way more than that. Oh, that's cool, man. Hey, at least she enjoys it. She loves when the business phone calls. I'm sure she does. And then Dennis thinks the stream was sad because Sammy Pinball didn't call. But you know who did call was Alvin Jones. He did call. So that was kind of interesting. I've never heard him call in live before. We've got to get Zach to get up. I'm not going to. I will keep that to myself because I can see that escalating some stuff. So Albert's already, like, blocking his phone from us because he doesn't want us to have his personal number, I suppose. So just use star 67, man. So Dave's saying it's hard for the callers to hear you guys, hear us. Well, no, I mean, because this is all going to go through our mixer. We weren't set up. See, when we did that Friday, it was all impromptu. Totally. So it was literally Zach holding up his phone on a microphone. I got everything that's going to be coming in through Google Voice through the mixer. So it'll be like you're listening to any other talk show or radio show or somebody's calling in for prize, it'll be clear, man. Listen, we might mess up the visual aspects of the stream quality tonight, but we're on top of the audio. It might look like sketch quality, but that's fine. Right. Our audio is going to sound great. No, we're not going to be putting your Google numbers up. The Google numbers will not be seen. Just trust me, you're going to see a little transition next week that I think is going to be fun when we get into after hours, from video and lighting and from audio and call-ins. Yeah, yeah. I've been working with Zach on it, and it's going to be a nice little addition to the show, I think. Zach says, listen to a podcast next week for a unique perspective on a recent IFPA championship. Oh. I like Dennis' statement here. I'll let you read it, Ken. I do not own a Dr. Dude, and I'm not sure I'm the mix master, but. Thanks, Dennis. No, that is actually Etch-A-Sketch. It was kind of hard to do frame by frame, but we found a way to do it out. So the media re-theme is a surprise, man. It's going to be space-themed, and there will be tastefully illustrated women incorporated into the theme of the media re-theme. So the only thing we're thinking right now is I think I'd like to stay with the color scheme of media, which is like that black, red, and yellow, or the option is to go completely off the wall different. So it will not be space balls. I almost answered that for him, but I didn't want to ruin your thing here. No, it's good. It's good. So that's kind of the only hang-up right now is pay homage to the original color or just change it up since it's rethemed anyways. Yeah, what's up with the hover? Penn Stadium, are the new hover products easier to install? And Chris doesn't have any experience with them yet. I can say from our standpoint of just putting the basic PinStadiums up, It's not a difficult install at all. It's very quick. So I haven't seen the hovers in person. Looking forward to see what those do. I'm not changing the high-pitched sound, man. Part of that Meteor re-theme that appealed to me was that I didn't have to go in and change any code or audio. And I sound like I'm going to pin sound to Meteor. I don't think that's even possible. I think Escalera shenanigans could be pretty funny and be pretty popular YouTube videos. Oh, yeah. Facebook videos, you know. Yeah. Anybody who has an Escalera and brings a pin down or up should record that and send it to Zach. Okay, so, Zach, what is the weightlifting on that thing, just out of curiosity? Like the capacity weight? The capacity. I want my distributor to tell me what it is. I don't want to guess. Oh! 1,200 pounds. Okay. So we're getting into, like, your mama jokes here. Well, we're pregnant people. So you can put, like, four dialed-ins on one Escalera. Yeah. Three plus JJPs. There you go. That'll do it. You know what, though? All right, but, you know, one of the sidebars of using one of those is you can move safes from a first floor to a second floor, like a gun safe. I've actually used one just for that purpose, which was not cheap to rent. So buying it would have been a much better experience. Pasty34 says, build a pinball DJ booth for your call-in shows out of an old pin and then have Bill with an afro inside of it hosting and spitting tunes from Total Nuclear Annihilation. And Zach's commenting that three JJPs are about the equivalent of a Honda Civic. I think a smart car. Cheaper to buy and resell. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Honestly, yeah, I think it would have been. We get stuck in that situation again, dude. You'll be getting a PO from my company for one because that's where we really needed it. And we've used it more than once. Nice, man. I can see you spinning some stuff, man, some TNA. Because I refer to you as Bad Boy Bill every so often. And for those of you that don't know, like in Chicago, there was a DJ, a B96, and his name was Bad Boy Bill. and he always opened up with, bad boy Bill, funking it up. And he was just like a mix master. So that's the bad boy Bill reference, though. I can totally see that, Bazzy. Nice. And Bill, he says that Bill's a sound speaker nerd, right? You are. Yes, I am. You can ask Ken. Best speakers out there right now. Dude, it's all a personal thing. But my best SPL level was about a 155.6. SPL level for everybody. Medical level. And then Ken actually heard my car now with its small little stereo and got to watch the windshield flex a little bit. So what did you think of it, Ken? Yeah, it was good. It was Bill driving at that point. Oh, I don't let Bill drive me anymore. Not after Texas. Oh, come on, man. No, I'm kidding, man. I was just a little anxious to get there. Just a little bit. Zach wants to know if Flip N Out Pinball should get spooky distribution and then Scott brings over game number two to stream. And then Penn Stadium, Scott, wants to know what your favorite subs are. Honestly, they would be the Eclipse Aluminums from, like, the 2000s in all honesty. Like Quizmos. No, no. Or Jersey Jacks. No, wrong. Okay, so I'm home theater. I do SVS. Yeah. SVS subs. You might like this, though, dude. I did put a PCR. What sub did I put in my Whirlwind? This is going to piss me off. You guys read for a second while I look this up. In the Whirlwind, huh? Yeah, dude. I went baller status on the speaker for Whirlwind. So Chris the Pinser says, Zach, if you can team up with Spooky, he needs an Alice Cooper Nightmare Castle. He'll go ahead and take that off your hands. He'll be your first customer. So there you go. I heard her here first on the Flip N Out Pinball stream. And he's on the hook for it now because he's got a public commitment to buy. Yeah. So I would go ahead and snag one. See you on the Internet. Is there any particular reason why you're not? You distribute for everybody, Zach. Why have you not distributed for Spooky? Because it just hasn't come up or wasn't there when you took the business over? And while he's typing, it's a PRV sub in the mid-range sub in the Whirlwind. Oh, and Scott, two 12-inch type bars on a 1200-watt Alpine type bar amp, 1200 mono with a four-channel Alpine amp as well. Oh, okay. All right. Might be worth something looking into. Yeah, all right, but you know what, though? Here, Team Low Prices, I can see exactly why he doesn't, because Scott doesn't sleep now. So, you know, I'm sure he's got quite the list of stuff he's doing. So Zach says their Discord network is small and doesn't need them anymore. Yeah, that makes sense. That makes sense. Neil W. says that he would buy El Scobar Nightmare Castle, or he would try it before buying it. More fun to watch than to play, in his opinion. I do want to thank Neil for following tonight. Neil W., thanks for following the stream. Yeah, thanks. Good to have you aboard, man. Good to have you in chat. Good to have you back, hopefully, every single week. We have Dennis says, I think for Space Gambler, the speaker had issues. Replace, don't recall exactly the type. It says port on it. That's awesome. Zach says, what pin would everyone like to purchase next? This is some real risky after hours conversation. What's going on with Power Audio and what pin do you want to purchase next? It's so raunchy. You know what's funny? all three of us are pretty much in on Iwanka. I'm 100% in. I was building. If I saw the whirlwind like I'd like, then I think I'm going to be in on Iwanka, Ellie, but hopefully we can get number 821 or 827. Probably 827 first and 821. If not, then for my wife, 666. Scott's getting Wonka Ellie also yeah it's a cool game that's good times very nice people have to play the game Deadpool Pro Deadpool is a great game Deadpool is awesome Zach that would be incredible to see that a nice restored CV do you really want to restore a CV though in the event it gets repopped by CGC because that would be the only thing I would like to get and would they do a Circus Voltaire with a DMD XL under the play field, that would be sick. Yeah. That would be kind of cool. That would be unbelievable. It would be the entire backboard. I know. It would be the whole backboard. I would love that. All right, so I'm going to pose this question to everybody in chat, though. Would you rather have a CGC game or an original game? You know, because there's pros and cons to both. I'm going to go CGC. I'd go CGC as long as it wasn't – I would rather have an original than the classic edition of a CGC. Classic's their entry level, which is like their one-to-one rip of the original. But I would like to get in on the alley or the special edition of CGC. They have good points. Original for repairs. But you know what? Yeah. I don't mind calling CGC and saying, hey, I need a new board. No, yeah, they're warm. Easy enough for me. He's great. I've dealt with them before. See, the nice thing about having the CGC is it's a game that's brand new. that you don't have to F with, which you shouldn't have half the problems of a 25-year-old pinball machine. A lot of the replies are remake, remake, remake, no question. I sold my Valley Williams for CGC for the newness, but a fully restored Valley Williams may feel much different. Yeah, I'd imagine. Chris likes the CGC games. Weird pops in our location, they break a lot. Well, there you go. That sounds fun. I don't like having some of that going on. A remake, but I think cost-dependent, of course. Yeah. I'll tell you what, man. Your Attack from Mars, Ken, with the PinStadiums on it and that topper looked absolutely incredible. It was a gorgeous machine. There is no regular Attack from Mars that could look like that. The UV glow on the PinStadiums on Attack from Mars is one of the coolest. That play field is reacting to that UV, and it's just like, those oranges. You just go into an epileptic seizure. It's awesome. I loved it. I love my seizures playing that game. You love that seizure. Who doesn't love a game that works? And if you're going to spend the money, you might as well spend the money right and get something that works. Cactus being remade is going to be interesting. Now, obviously, they're not going to have the Cactus Canyon continued code. Oh, yeah. Ellie Topper. But they have to kind of. Oh, trending up? Trending up. They have to do something with the code, right? You can't sell it as is. Rumor on the street was that they had found the guy that had originally done the code. I don't know if he's going to finish it or whatever. But I really liked what Eric Priepke did with paying homage to a lot of the other games and Cowboys vs. Aliens, all that stuff. Those are the fun parts of that game. And I didn't know a lot about that game literally until I saw the review that Zach and Greg did on Straight Down the Middle, a pinball show. So if you're wondering what we're talking about with the Cactus Canyon continued, you can see a really good review and coverage of that game on their YouTube channel, Straight Down the Middle, a pinball show. So check that out if you can. What toppers is Stern currently selling? That's a great question. I have no idea because I usually don't buy Stern toppers, in all honesty. I'm not a topper guy unless it comes with the game, usually. So on Attack from Mars LE, it came with it. That's a great topper. Yeah. See, you know what? I mean, honestly, you're talking about a lot of kick-ass games here. You know, Monster Bash is a cool game. Medieval Madness, that's like a drop the mic and walk away. Attack from Mars, the LE remake, just with the PinStadiums and the UV glow, kick-ass. Yep. Cactus Canyon, I've never got to play one. I've never played one either. I'm going to call Wally in the next month or two. He's got one? Yeah, dude, he built one. Oh, jeez. Yeah, let's go play it. Yeah, well, he built it. Tell him we need to stream it on Special One Lit. I'm pretty sure he'd let us. That'd be awesome. What will the Elvira Pro not have? Oh, just Elvira. No Elvira. Yeah, yeah. What's the Elvira game going to be called? What's E3 going to be called? I was thinking this. Elvira continues? How about Elvira House of Horrors? Horrors. Okay. You know what I mean? Yeah. That would be kind of cool. With an H. With an H. No, with an H. Yeah, no. Trust me. I'm not going down that road. It is the after hours. I know. So a little questionable is fine. But do you think that, like, the risky call-outs can be there like you've grown to appreciate on Scared Stiff? Dude, you've only had, so the, I don't know, man. Elvira Haunted Hills. That's not bad either there, Josh. A little risky name. I like it. You know what I'd like to see? I'd love to see the... She's got a 59-4 Thunderbird with a custom grill. I'd love to see that somewhere in the mix on this game. I could see her 59 Thunderbird that was restored. Dude on the side of the cabinet, man, that looks pretty sick-ass. Like a Munsters coach. I think that would look awesome. Haunted Hill. What's the Thunderbird and what's the grill, Bill? Okay, so I'll find a picture of her car and we'll post it on It's a car reference It's a car reference, yeah Dude, she actually owns a 59 Thunderbird Hey, Zondrick has followed He's been in every single chat Dennis, thanks for following the channel five minutes ago I appreciate it, man Thanks, Dennis We have a couple new followers tonight Had to put you guys in the closing credits Alright, does anyone give two Elvira Matches of the Dark is her whose name is Oh, Minster. Now we have the title. Elvira Stain, Manchester, Missouri. Elvira, Manchester, Oh, man, I absolutely look like Matt, Matt, Matt, I can't, if Carrie, I can absolutely read it. And I don't know why I'm looking at the monitor there because it's far away. I've got a computer right here. Because it's bigger. I'm after it for the win. Oh. Good times. Yeah, man. You know what? I've had plenty of eyes. We're looking at 360 beer here, guys. Come on. Oh, sorry. So we are at 10.07. Let's rock this out to about a 10.15. And then we're going to shut down after hours for tonight. But then I promise next week we'll be back bigger and better than before. Loser Kid says, I don't know if you guys want to get into this, but why is ACDC Lucy considered objectifying woman, but Elvira Scared Stiff isn't? I don't know. Yeah. I don't know, man. I don't know. Is it really? I don't know. I didn't realize it. I don't know. I don't know. You know, I could see Dialed In lending itself all to a re-theme, but, you know, it's really just what would you re-theme it as to what would be a good game to re-theme it into. I think I brought that up as a potential re-theme on Twip when I was on there my first or second time. I think you did. And I think we do see a re-theme at some point. I mean, if Stern's going to re-pop Woe Nelly, Big Juicy Melons three or four times, I don't see why Dialed In couldn't get a reskin and then change just like a plastic housing of a mech or two, and you can make it something different. I don't want to see Toy Story be like a re-themed, but if it was going to be re-themed out of anything, Dialed In would be pretty awesome. There would. I think for it. The Goonies. Yeah, Goonies would be good, man. Goonies would be a good thing. You know what else I thought would be kind of cool? Does anybody remember the movie? It's Steven King, based on a Steven King book. It's Maximum Overdrive. And it's like when the Earth's passing through the tail of Halley's Comet, and all the electronics on Earth become self-aware, and they have minds of their own, and they're just attacking the humans. And this group of humans gets stuck in a truck stop, and the trucks are just circling. The semis are circling the truck stop, and they're trying to escape. Figure of what we're like at one scene. Yeah, it's a pretty cool – that would be kind of cool, man, because you could have some pretty cool loop shots with that. I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. Josh doesn't understand the whole re-theme of Whoa Nelly. Just put that layout to pasture. It's a search for more money, man. It's easy. Do you think they re-themed Beatles to Sea Witch and offer it at a lower price? Like Sea Witch 2.0. No. No, there's no way. Do you think they're going to sell the license off and go back to Sea Witch? Yeah, because the license costs money. So then you keep the license in-house with Stern. You do see which 2.0. You put the game out for $59.95, and you sell 500 of them. No? I was going to say, dude, you'd have to be at least $6,000 because it still costs you. So Zach doesn't think it would sell fantastic. I agree to a certain extent. I think part of the charm of the Beatles pin is that it is Beatles. But I wouldn't mind seeing another layout. I wouldn't mind if Stern repopped a Meteor or a Stars or something and did something with it. And it doesn't have to be a license. Just improve on the existing title. That would be kind of fun. We're just making it more reliable, in all honesty. And with how little stuff is on there, I don't see how that would be as expensive a game to redo. No, I'm looking at it right now, and it's... I mean, there's not a lot to it, but... No. I guess it's just all the setup and whatnot. Yeah. Zahner says, maybe not a Sea Witch, but I think the layout gets reused cheaper than Beatles was. Could be. And then Neil W. says, if you want a Sea Witch art, you could buy the original. Yeah, you can buy the original, but Beatles shoots better than Sea Witch. So if you like Sea Witch or you can't afford a Sea Witch or you can't find a Sea Witch in a good condition, you can get a Sea Witch 2.0 that shoots better than the original, looks better than the original, and it's brand new. So that's kind of where I was going with that. I like the Beatles, man. We went to play Munsters. We played that Beatles, and I really liked that game. That was pretty cool. Very cool. Dave says, I think Beatles price makes it a no reskin situation. Plus, it's kapow. Loser Kid 3 is Josh from Loser Kid Pinball Podcast. I get the whole more money thing, but I feel that the layout detours from sales. Case in point, only 200 Primus were made. and now all of them are sold from my understanding. Yeah, that was a real niche, niche, niche, niche game. I think that was a Zombie Yeti passion project that kind of just got some wheels, and they did it, and it's out there. Eventually those games will be absorbed by the market. Yeah, no doubt. I mean, I think they were talking about doing it as a Boy George or Primus title originally. Boy George. I'm kidding. I'm just joking. I was like, that's in the dark. What's going on here? It's in the dark. How many Wonelly reskins can you do? Infinite number of Wonelly reskins. 40, 50, 60. Now, I thought this was cool. Like, you can take your S or your, you can upload Primus code on a Wonelly, or you can take Wonelly code and upload it onto a. Primus or a Pabst. Or a Pabst. And you can play those games because it's the same layout and the same boards. So from what I've heard, if you own one of those games, you can download the code for any of those games, and you can plug it in. The art's not going to change, obviously, but you have a different game with different sounds. That's kind of cool. All right, Chris, the pin turn. I have to jump in on this. So I was watching a movie from the 90s the other day, and no, Ken, it was not Weekend at Bernie's this time, but it was Kid and Play's House Party, and I was like, damn, that would actually make for some pretty good one-liners on a pinball machine. Get in play. We would smell like some. To a bunch of... Lee said, my friend has a can crusher and did the exact same thing that you said, Ken, and with a different game code. So yeah, that's kind of cool, man. That is cool. Something to do. Very cool. Primus Music makes that layout fun, in my opinion. Yeah, it could be. I'm not a big Primus fan. I know like one song in the South Park theme, but anything different, you know, that's instead of my Primus. But anything different. I like music. Hell, Bill is music freaking. Oh, I love all different music. He's like a sponge of music. Same here. From everything. Since the taxes in Illinois are going up, prepare for a process increase. Everything's going on. Yeah. Price increase. Or a process increase. Yeah. White man can't jump would be pretty cool, too. Does it say process or does it say mattress? I don't even know. I can't. I can't even see, man. I need to get the theater goggles out. There's a whole background. Right. It's weird, right? Yeah. It looks like 360. Yeah. Yes, Dennis, I can see. Kitten plays Haunted House Party with, what's his name? The guy from Mad Boys, spinning in the background. Kid. Kid had the hair. And then. Where are the comedy pins? I can name 50. Yeah. Pretty sure Bill Cosby's out. But you could do like a Rodney Dangerfield or a George Carlin. I don't know that one-liners from comedians would stay funny, though. That's the only thing. You'd have to have like an HBO Comedy Hour pin, and you'd have to be able to upload different content like every month. Otherwise, it's the same jokes. That would be my only hang-up with that. I've heard people talk about Shippo. Okay, Shack would be pretty cool. Carrie's looking to get a Lyra mattress of the dark. Let me know when you find one. Oh, jeez. I'll have you go more. It'd be cool. Ace Ventura. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I see where you're going. Oh, you're talking about comedy movies. I'm thinking comedians. Yeah, me too. I was like, oh, okay. It's like, here we go. Chappelle's great. Vacation. Oh, yeah, Christmas vacation. Oh, we already got a vacation. Yeah. Yeah, we did get a Vacation America pinball, but that doesn't count. It might be very low on that totem pole. Look at the time. Dude, last thing I'm going to say and then we can run this out. Shut it down. Dude, what about a Richard Pryor pin, man? Pryor would be good. Pryor would be hilarious. I mean, dude, completely unfamily friendly. You'd have to put a cover over the machine when people came over. Like, my age, I'd prefer a Chappelle. I worked with Chris Kidd-Reed on a show for VH1 and he was a pain in the ass, says Jobber. Sorry, man. I believe it. It was that damn hair smack in the top of the door frame, wasn't it? Yeah, Josh, we recorded this podcast right before we jumped on stream. So we started recording at 6 and it's 10.15, so we're rocking it out. Neil, I'll give you that one, man, especially when he's the milkman in the one episode. That was pretty interesting content. You ever see the – yeah, I don't know how risky we want to get on this, but when we're talking – I didn't say what it was. I just said he was a milkman. Going to after after hours here soon? Join us. Join us later in the flipping out after after hours. Yeah. All right. Well, I think we're going to kill this unless you guys want to keep going. Ever change, yep. Yeah, no, we'll kill the stream for now. Again, my apologies for the video quality tonight. I had no idea. Had I known, I would have made the corrections before we jumped on. It was a simple mistake on my end. I switched over to a different interface for running the software and didn't realize that I didn't tap into all the settings. So my bad. I want to thank Zach from Flip N Out Pinball, Zach and Nicole, for allowing us to stream these games. Tonight's game was Black Knight Sword of Rage LE. Now, this game is available. If somebody wants to pick up this game locally, you can. We are out of the St. Charles area. We'll help you load it up. And if somebody is looking for a Black Knight Sword of Rage LE that's been unboxed, excellent opportunity for you to get a game that's rare as far as an unboxed game goes. At an affordable price, you can contact Zach at Flip N Out Pinball. I want to thank Scott from Penn Stadium for sponsoring the stream, and he illuminates all these games, and he makes them special when lit. So I do appreciate that. I want to thank Steve Beattie for coming in, a buddy of ours. He's been on our streaming adventures, pinball adventures. Absolutely, man. It's always good to see you. I want to thank my co-host at Special Win Lit Pinball Podcast. We all got to thank Ken for putting the stream together. Absolutely. And Zach for sponsoring and honestly just letting us do what we do, man, letting us have free control, free reign on most of this stuff. Yeah. It's always fun times. He hasn't black flagged anything we've done yet, so we're still in the clear. Not yet. He's probably going to black flag the 360 stream quality, but that's going to be one thing that we'll figure out. That's all right. One stream at a time. The virus mattress. Yeah, the mattress of the dark, which is I don't know poor Cassandra Peterson I really wish we could use that as the title for tomorrow's show but no one would get the record you know what I'd like to do is when Elvira comes and we'll shut this out when the machine comes here for us to stream it'd be great to have Greg Freras out to stream it with Cassandra Peterson now that would be an epic, epic stream that would be Very much so. Weirder things have happened when we've asked for things to happen. So we'll see if we can put that in the news. Yeah, we're going to put that out. We'll see what happens. But for Steve Meadey and Bill Webb, I am Ken Cromwell. Everybody have a good morning, good afternoon, good evening. And don't forget to take some time out of your day and watch some streaming pinball. So long, everybody. Peace out. you you you you you
