that it is actually officially licensed too great yes that's so that's what makes it really nice my favorite part of this has got to be that uh upper right corner of that wizard oh i love that wizard i've seen this it's it's killer brian's done some wizards before and that's just some of my favorite stuff and then it's all there's the little hidden stuff you know like the the king or whatever with the little rubber duckie around it with another crown that's all angry down there in the bottom oh the grim yeah and then you just get the things like the bourbon everybody loves the trick yeah it's it's bro it's a like quirky like thing that's already a like fantastic artwork but he adds the quirky weird stuff to it the prince with the ego over there and the mirror like just so many cool things and little things the tattoo on the freaking uh what is he's not an undertaker what it what are those uh i know the executioner the executioner yeah so it's just crazy cool stuff like that that brian adds in there that makes these back glasses just what they are one of what i love too is you can replace your medieval madness bad glass with this yeah you can really showcase it there yeah what greg and i like to do we like to pull uh put them up as art pieces yes so we'll get these framed we'll put them up in our collection and now that we have four yeah we've only showed you three there's another one coming yes but all four of them step oh it just looks so nice in a hallway or something uh and always especially if you if you light them from the back probably do some lip frames i would like to do these adjacent to my playfields like they would really work well with playfields and the next one we get to show you oh man you got to go out and buy these get them get them what before your well we'll talk about our favorites trim level for each machine and then maybe the one that we objectively think is the one that's kind of needed whether you really need to go up or down they started this kind of back in 2010 stern pinball came out with avatar yes uh avatar didn't have a premium it was a pro or an l8 yes the only thing that really changed you got a chrome package with the le you got to believe a back glass that had the lenticular thing going on you had a couple extra figurines you had the walker the cage shoe guy that actually moved up and down so little subtleties they're not a big thing they were just warming up to the trim level idea on this one i'm fine with pro i think for what you're getting in the avatar game it's not the deepest game yeah the deepest game you're not getting additional code per se so avatar i think it's fine with the pro plus my other argument would be the chrome that they plated those older sterns on did not hold up as well as like a pinballplating.com chrome yes so it's nice but a lot of times you'll see it show its age and the figures add a little bit to it because it's already kind of a baroness game it's kind of barren um there's not a lot there so it adds to it but i just don't know if it's worth what you would pay yeah and they're not particularly expensive machines these are prettier yeah like if i was going to take a pic sure i'd take the led yes but for that game pro is fine i pro i always going to prefer an led probably but for that one i stick with the pro agreed then they went to tron now this is a big one tron again no premium model greg but in 2011 tron legacy came out yes uh they had a pro i think they they didn't even call it pro at that point it was just a regular edition and then they came out with an le yeah ellie's nowadays go for a short load of money yes a lot of money they have the chrome package yeah you do get in multiball daft funk multiball yes you get that and you also get the le light wired ramps yes standard yes so to me kind of on tron it's a tough one because that's a real tough one they're both expensive games those leds are crazy they're passing green now but are we going to take into consideration being able to mod these games sure if you can mod it to the level of the fun like like the light wires you can mod to the le level yes that's why i want to ask that question because chrome then that takes into consideration you can't multiball you can't get that daft multiball can't get it man that ellie is neat though it is i think if i'm going to spend that much money even on a pro i'm going up to le really maybe on tron but i don't know because the you can and now you don't have to mess with that el wire because it's factory yeah it's paint ass installed i've done it before yeah i'm gonna go the pro on this one i think you get you get pretty much everything the multiball whatever multiple whatever but you're gonna upgrade it you could yeah what are you smoking today you're going l.a out of the gate here yeah trump pro pro trump pro pro do you think he'll ever remake it a lot of these are going to be pro i think they're going to remake it trump yeah i think we'll see how they're trying to yeah probably they're they're doing good with disney they're doing like stern's doing good by disney so 2011 stern also came out with one of your favorite themed games this is transformers love it robots in disguise i love it now same kind of thing no premium really there's just a pro and an le this is a game that you've researched a lot because you've thought about buying one on numerous occasions i'd go l.e ellie has the powder coat yes ellie has a couple mechanisms that are different yes you get a couple extra i don't know extra figures but extra mechanisms in the game um off hand i don't know anything else different about the l8 it's the autobots versus deception yep the split powder coat on there i hate that i hate the lights i actually don't mind it you would think like listening to it and hearing it then it's just not very good purple one-sided it's not bad though i like it but yeah i'd go ellie that's one of the very few that i'd go le on oh they're not horribly expensive go pro really yeah i get maybe ellie because they are not that expensive no they're not that expensive the price difference between the two i mean you can yeah i mean this is i hate that powder coat huge i hate the powder coat i like it i hate it yeah but aren't there still some separate decepticons there might be yeah yeah they're probably just not all of them are the combo yeah i don't think we'll go ellie on that one yeah i think it's worth le on that one okay ac dc now we're getting into the three-tiered model that's the very first premium premium led yes um i have some strong thoughts about this you've owned a pro yes i think quite a few premiums you got the premium loose you got the regular premium you got the back in black led you've got the let there be rock le you've got the regular then they vaulted it instead of the big pro angus space in the play field no lower play field yeah on the pro but on the premium le you get a lower play field yeah um with two flippers you get drop targets uh you could drop targets yes on the premium le we'll get back to that you get a train in the back yeah that looks good on the premium melody you get the dancing angus figurines yes it's premium right it's premium melody and here here's the deciding factor it's not just the other mechs and stuff uh i think that this one is going to come down and some of these other games will too it's going to come down to how you want your game to feel because those drop targets soften that ball a lot which does not make it as brutal nor as fast as what that pro does with the solid stand up targets and no drop targets that game is brutally fast and it can be very difficult and those drop targets soften that ball and you don't get as much ricocheting and bouncing off so i think that some of that will come down to your your how you like to play i think he's softening it up here and i think he's 100 correct um the pro plays so much different and inferior in my opinion to the premium le it's not even close uh now if the pro were to have had just the drop targets alone you keep the train you keep the dancing guys you keep the lower play field you keep the lucy art those seem like a lot of things greg but if you just gave me the pro with those drop targets yes i'd go pro here and somebody was making a drop target kit were they really at one point i think for that wow i think don't hold me to it but i think like a long time ago you also get a light show that's a hell of a lot different too on the premium yes uh you get the total light show kind of i would go premium definitely i could create an led though yeah it's still premium i don't i'm not conv and the bell dude the bell in the premium le is a lot better too it's not you it's a pass-through instead of just a hit in the back yeah it's it's substantive yeah as well very good this one's not close no no definitely premium i think ac dc premium is a great game i think ac dc pro is a good game almost an unplayable game sometimes with those stand-up targets it's not funny and that's that's a lot coming from us because we like brutally difficult games and that one's just like let me give the fly something to eat that one's just uh i don't know it it's not fun no it can be a little tough it's a little over the top do you go premium or ellie i'm premium there's very few leds that i care about the back in black is no it's neat black and blue it's give me the lucy edition i think lucy i like the lucy she's a little pink purple for my taste but i like it i do oh that's the next one x-men they did away with the premium again they just went pro or they've got an le2 version of the ellie wolverine and magneto yes the things you get you get a beautiful back glass no matter what wolverine or magneto on the la's you get full powder coat this beautiful you also get a moving ramp yes moving ramp dice is that the iceman yeah i believe iceman ramp um what uh you get the uh the guys that come out yes of the play field yep is there anything else on that one i'm 100 going ellie on this one 100 absolutely it's not just the extra mix and toys that you get it it ultimately comes down to the beauty of europe yes i'm with it easily and the magneto is the magneto magneto is the the mirrored back glass of that magneto the x-men led is good magneto may be one of the prettiest machines and again it's one of those things to wear that you're not stringing too far price-wise so it to me is worth going ellie on that's a good game underrated game whether it's the pro or the l.a yeah terrible call-outs aside it's still a good game i think a lot of the uh competitive players are going to disagree with us there because the the moving ramp is a pain in the ass yes you got the things coming up out of the play field almost not even needed yeah um so but i'm going at least though i'm going to la as well i agree man where are some ellie and here's i don't i don't have much the avengers the avengers in 2012 by stern pinball the original avengers uh you get the um either the pro or you get a uh did they call the blue one the premium they may have but it's powder coated just like an alley and then they had the hulk edition which was the green yes uh beautiful games all of them really pretty they are pretty the big differences on that what are the big difference i don't think there's much i have no idea i'm not familiar with the game oddly enough like well the hulk ramp is different or the black widow ramp is different on the premium le um and then the the hulk area i think is different um but other than that i don't think there's no a whole hell of a lot no i'm okay with the pro i've owned an avengers pro on this one it's well worn i do think that the blue one the blue is just stunning the blue is stunning if i bought one personally i'd be going for that blue edition yeah but that's just i like pretty things uh but i don't think you have to go to the alley on this one the pro's a good game underrated game a spell-a-thon that's a good game now this changes stuff metallica 2013 stern's metallica a lot of differences on this one and i yes you get the pro version yes um you still get sparky you still get the stan uh in-line drop targets but you just have plain white gi plain white gi you get the uh the snake that doesn't move his mouth like he does on premium lease no hammer no hammer physical ball lock under the play field hammer uh a rising cross yes that comes out this artwork is yeah nice and there's a lot of it's kind of like ac dc there was road case there was the road case the lead metallic is kind of ugly yeah it is i'm not photoshopped band like the the thing even toys not the hammer not the cross and all that so those are nice little additions but to me premium monsters looks good the freaking rgb okay in the premium or the l.a show again the light show is where it comes down to because i tried playing with like i had a pro that um uh my my buddy hoagie let me borrow spinners you don't get oh there's ownership yes yeah you don't get any spinners and he had added the spinners and then he had the light kit had to go through i can't remember who made that light kit yep yes the total light show yep that he installed and i was like oh these these pros are amazing this is great then when i played a regular pro i didn't like at the time i was fairly new to pinball you can mod it it was horrible the regular pro was horrible like that light show added so much to it the spinner sounded so much to it like so to me it comes down paying that additional price not for the ball lock literally just for the light show it adds a ton to that really that big of a deal it's that big of a deal to me it adds that much to it it's too bright and stagnant there's not enough that goes on it's it's a freaking game that requires like a lot going on i think the pro is fine wow i thought i literally thought we were going to be in agreeance you can you can mod that pro out like you said you can add the spinners like you said you can add the light that light show is horrific to install horrific you're replacing every socket it's no was 2.0 swap but no yeah no no i don't think you need it i really don't and a lot of people argue that the hammer gets in the way yes yes visually the hammer is not it's such a cool feature though the hammer is not god so bang it through the play field it's still stunning i'm going pretty much sure i i i might disagree for that yeah but i don't think it's needed i'm going to tell these people i think the light shows needed think the pro wow it's nice to disagree with it anymore let's jump over to jersey jack pinball in 2013 when they developed a game changer in the industry yes the wizard of oz yes now a lot of people are going to be like well wait wait a minute wizard of oz there's no big differences here it's just this is before jersey jack it even changed it's the kids it was in my ear it was in my ear did you hear it acknowledge me acknowledge me [Music] kevin hart the fly they want to be a part of the show i'm a flag i collectors or their limited edition from their standard edition uh but there are different they're different editions yeah it's your first ones that came out the emerald city that has that uh radcal clear-coated uh cabinet beautiful the wood for an apron you get the powder coated rails and emerald you get the standard it's all just stainless you get uh some of the toppers are different and then you get your ruby red the ruby ring that's a favorite by a lot and then the most recently was the yellow brick road edition which took out the monkey mech and it took out one of the gate things but it it added glitter to the play field which is it's a lot of these people think is ugly banana it's really pretty in real life and you get that wood apron back on the yellow brick road edition so which edition do you go and does it matter i i don't think you can go standard the stainless looks horrible now you can always powder coat it but you get that direct print glossy cabinet that you can't get no i mine is down to ruby red or emerald that what apron is impressive you know what addition i say whenever you're buying a wizard of oz just don't buy anything that's not 2.0 board system you will thank me later that's that's the edition you go to what else is the standard missing nothing anymore no it misses nothing that's when jersey jack was like we're to build one game and it's aesthetics only damn i don't know then maybe you go that premium and just powder coat or the standard dough the standard's the rarest thin powder coat well that's like that with most of their games like honestly hobbit same way hobbit's very rare i think you go 2.0 ruby red is the most beautiful yeah right under that though i'm going yellow brick road over emerald over emeralds because emerald i think 95 percent of the emeralds made do not have that 2.0 board system uh so that i just oddly enough prefer that yellow too like that that powder coat is is gorgeous the litter play film the wood apron is kind of what gets me i know you lose your monkey that sucks but it that that playfield is something special and if i were buying a wizard of oz i won't because i don't really like that game it is a great game but if i were buying one for my collection it would be the yellow brick road you wanna know why why because if i'm lining it up next to my gnr next to my wonka next to a dialed in the yellow brick road has the new cabinet oh it doesn't have those old cabinets that you're gonna stick out i like definitely uniformity look at back there look at the beauty that's turning right up with all the toppers back there you can't beat it so that's what i'd go it doesn't really matter just make sure you've got 2.0 board system next one this is interesting this is interesting this is a hard one though star trek by stern 2013. i don't think it's that hard i think it is really tough you got a pro a premium and an le you were never a fan of the premium even though they powder coated the premiums back then yeah i didn't like it so you're pro you are missing the the feedback that's you to the left flipper is that right yeah it's going to kick it back to the left flipper instead of a buck that goes in the water not get a laser show don't get the laser during your call or not calling a klingon multiball mm-hmm uh you don't get the warp ramp lights yes one more update yes if you do not get the you get the uh actuating on the pro you get the the ship that just goes but on the premium ellie and it holds it down yes you get uh no you don't get any powder coat no powder coat it's just standard premium you get all of that stuff but red powder coat yeah you get all the other things that the le has but it has lighted rails the phasers amazing and inset too because you get them on the inside too the fastest it is insane and then the heads you get the insignias that are backlash in the heads to me this is like it's what all it's what all le's moving forward should have always been and and to me this is if i was going to splurge on a game and it's a fantastic game to begin with and kelly is mine you're forgetting one a really big one too because stern doesn't do it very much anymore great and you get full rgb on the premium yeah every every insert is rgb yeah that's and the pro is just white yeah and they've got a couple colors in the uh yeah the star trek insignias you get the color changes but everything else is your gi is mainly you're gonna sit here and tell people not to buy this pro oh it's a great pro it's a great game and it's a good bang for your buck still but if i had the choice like you can you can okay so here's here's where get like i would want to go ellie i don't think you have to have the le but that feed back to that flipper that's whether you go premium or le it it's a big difference the laser is okay it's neat see now he's getting you but that that feedback is way different and i think it's it makes it makes a difference i think the premium is the bottom of the list i'm just trying to figure out do you have to go l.a you don't have to go for me this game gets a little stale for my play yeah for my style of play so i think this is one of the best introductory pinball machines easily so i think i think i'm going pro i think i'm going pro just because you don't need everything else because if you're adding everything else i think you have to add to the point of the le and the price difference is so substantive that i don't think you need it you get the same game the same games there it is the same game man i've never seen a prettier jump in models like like it's just yeah i think i'm going pro here pro is the one that objectively i'm trying to say pro okay if we're going if it's going to be objective if it's in my collection it's cle because that that's a game changer i'll do that to where you don't have to have that yeah you don't have to have the le some of these things you have to have a premium le the walking dead 2014 you guys that follow us know exactly where we're going here 2014 stern pinball walking dead you get your pro model ugly premium model still ugly and the le arguably the ugliest you do get a powder coat with the la where you don't get premium uh you get a crate feel and a mirrored back glass with the le yeah you get an extra magnet in front of the well walker on the premium ellie you get a crossbow that comes out of the apron you can shoot the ball on the premium led walker bombs you get a left you get a walker bomb that is huge code where you can initiate and reactivate a multiball right before you're about to drain your last ball and you get a lift ramp on the left ramp that shows another bash target under there thanks john board and what else what am i missing that's about it oh no one of the really important things premium ellie you get a three-dimensional uh aquarium head in the back right oh that you cannot buy for your price but man whatever so where are you i want to hear you first on this because you you have you have like you you have a lot of history with all three models of this this game i still think that walking dead is the greatest code in pinball history i agree i think it's one of the most underappreciated layouts in pinball history 100 agree i think it's ugly as [ __ ] agree the call outs are atrocious agree the sound upgrade that fans have done is phenomenal yes one right answer here and it's the pro okay i think the pro's the right answer it's smoother there was a better game you don't have the rejection from the the left ramp that that ramp flap you don't get the rejection of that no uh you do not miss the bash to the best choice cool under there for the uh what's the chick's name uh yeah the uh the bicycle girl i don't want her under there that is a that is a a weapon you have to obtain like that's an easy weapon to get yes if you can just repeat that left ramp that's a lot better than bashing out of control bashing under control that game is brutal as it is and the flow of that game is very underrated too it has a lot of good quick smooth flow and that pro is the quietest smoothest playing game that i think i've ever played those plastic ramps that's true like are just butter everything that borg did was butter and i like the extra magnet don't get me wrong i like that walker bombs are the only thing that you can't justify the price for walker bombs but the walker bombs are where it's at i think if you're buying that game you're you're binding because it's going to kick your ass and if you've accepted that then you don't need any extra help with the walker bomb no you need to flex showing that you have a damn good pro that shoots better than people's more expensive premium and is easier as well and that's exactly what it comes down to is it shoots better it it is it is not anything about us they don't matter how beautiful those other games were that pro shoot shoots so much better that you would have to go pro regardless regardless i think the pro is the better game regardless if it was in my collection unequivocally pro and there's another game back here that we might touch on as well that's similar kiss 2015 a lot of a lot of aesthetics here on the kiss the ellie has a mirrored back glass which is gorgeous and the red powder coat uh the premium is very much like a stern at these times not powder coated and then your pro the differences are there's not many i i have not owned kiss enough times to really know the only big thing i know is you get that there's a pulse stanley or something the ball that goes across the backboard on that magnet that's part of my french [ __ ] awesome that's cool as hell yeah the ball floats like i missed multiball that's kind of awesome so that's cool i think the rgb is different on the premium led because they're hard to find they're really hard to find i've only seen a pro you get on the uh led like metallic cabinet um what else is there i don't think there's all that's right i think there's something else with jen gene simmons um i think there might be something else with the the star child area it's pro we're blanking on this one you know you're on there too i'm le for me it's ellie it's gorgeous this game is gorgeous i don't think you need it yeah objectively yeah prospects pro bro like the same star trek situation still getting the game yeah but if it was going in my collection i would actually buy a kiss la bloom or not i would yeah if they have the topper because if you don't have the toppers best topper medieval madness remake by chicago gaming company 2015 when they came out with this game greg they came out with an le they were like here's a thousand leds this is all we're doing oh [ __ ] we sold those really fast here's a standard without the powder coat yes um and that's pretty much it yeah without the powder coat for the same price and then they remade it yet again two years ago one year ago two years ago something like that with a royal edition with the insane freaking topper that rgb full rgb that's like the monster bash then the xl display but you can upgrade all of your older medieval madnesses to those accessories as well but where does the price fall to upgrade versus just buying a royal similar yeah it's similar they just say royal you don't have to have it because if you can upgrade the special edition also came out with the extended it just landed on the top or in the package that topper you can buy the topper but that's what i'm saying like if you're well yeah yeah but what do you need do you need the topper i think we're making a valid point here for these people standards all you need and you just a la carte the hell out of it the way you want it i'd just go standard it's fine i guess i'm fine with that yeah no no no not a lot of big differences speaking of castles game of thrones 2015 by stern pinball this is a big difference this is tough for me most people prefer the pro yeah because it doesn't have an upper play field that most people don't like it's smooth and flowy no stopping all three models are not the prettiest the premium model doesn't have powder coat but it's it's blue it's the prettiest i disagree but you like the lemon the ellie grill me really i like that i like that mirrored girl i like that walkers like the blue of the cold the wall yeah i like snow i like adding the blue but i don't mind see here's where the weird thing it comes in is is i like that pro i like the flow of it i like the smoothness of it um much like walking dead it's a very smooth flowy game but i i kind of like that upper playfield and i like the look of like i don't mind the dragon okay all these people shut it off oh i know i know and it's hard it's hard like it blocks your ball you don't know where your ball is but i kind of like like not knowing what's going on in there it is a completely different game and i think that it ultimately comes down to taste it does come down to taste it's not really this one is particularly better because of this it's just kind of like an ellie dragon on the side though yeah the dragon looks awesome on that and the you get the um the le trim flipper if i was going to buy one and i could find a decent price i'd go premium over the pro wow objectively too objectively i just think the pro of the premiums the better game uh yeah i like i like what the upper play field brings to i like it that my shots are kind of hidden and i can't see where they are it feels like a castle yeah it feels like it feels hey there i don't mind the the upper platform it's not a fantastic premium le also had a left orbit issue that didn't flow as well yeah i mean the orbit but i i don't know i could maybe take the orbit the pro i see the argument for the pro easily but like i said just like i think it comes down to that one is just a purely a preference on if that blocker right ramp is a lot worse on the premium led because the right ramp clunks up to the upper plate rather than flows around that's not terrible i think objectively the the pros the better game but i'm with greg 100 if this is in my collection i'm premium ellie all day long plus you get the rgb full insert yeah on the premium multiball yeah yeah yeah i think i personally prefer the game of the premium you get that whole upper plate that i love i like that upper plate i would go premium on it but if i'm telling these people yeah but again play them both this is one that you need to play with ghostbusters one of our favorite games ever 2016 here stern pinball magnus slings on a premium le yep not traditional no no hologram hologram no subway a ramp that goes into the play field and back out amazing a twisty around ramp rather than this half-assed pro up and back yeah better artwork arguments different on the pro the slammer make just comes down the valley swings down and comes down um i'm going with the pro because because uh because it's a better game i'm with you 100 too but i know i don't know like i can't tell you exactly why it's the weird thing is like just the other stuff's not needed it's gimmicky the magnus slings are cool yeah gimmicky if i'm playing pinball leave my bottom third alone yeah and that's where that i don't really like it the subway is a beautiful it's amazing thing but it's not neat it's not that smooth cool little right ramp up to the top where it comes up and then comes back down on the pro that's actually the i love it it's one of my favorite ramp shots i like the thing i'm crazy nope i like it too it feels good because it's tight and it's smooth and it's neat like slimer mech if you as long as you don't have a malfunctioning slimer no that's fine i don't need that if he's in the way around i don't know you can make the left ramp is so much smoother so much smoother when you're doing loop and supers boom so much better the premium if i was going to buy another one i would probably personally try the premium just because i haven't owned it and i'd want to throw some time on it but i played it extensively i played you know an led extensively the la's so hard not because ellie is gorgeous with the green and the slimer on the side of it but i played it extensively on location it's good but i still personally prefer overall the you don't need all that other stuff i would recommend pro because i think the pro is a better game it is better i really think it's a better game but that game is so great you can't go wrong with the premium led no the hobbit 2016. not a lot difference here just trim level and looks of the of the thing you got the standard you got the l8 you got the special edition then you got the smog edition then you got black arrow edition at this point they were just trying to make them and sell them um they're all the same besides trim so my preference would be black arrow yeah i got black arrow or smog i like black arrow because if you guys are buying them on the secondary market you know the black arrows are going to have all of the factory upgrades that they earlier instead very good so yeah i'm going black arrow okay um batman 66 2016 and came out with a premium and ellie and a super le yes you had to do a video for super la to get you one of those nothing is different on them uh because this is no pro model so just aesthetics only yeah now we do know the mix with the le and the super le you do get a topper that you can't buy unobtainium with a bad signal on the ceiling you get the glitter powder coat you get the hyper chrome sides on the super ellie you get limited edition stuff on the super lea like adam west himself calling out your name yes all good but for 14 well i don't even know what they go for now if you were to see one on the market super early yeah over 20. it seemed ridiculous right 20 thousand dollars not worth it to me no not worth it you just go the premium premium premium premium if you want that game i'm not a big fan but if you want that game premium and if you're a giant fan by all means like anything if you're a gigantic you know adam west i like the art on the premium translate more than i do the other ones yeah yeah the catwoman edition does not look bad there's a camera there's a lot of stuff that's not bad but yeah you just need just the regular premium nothing special on that game attack for mars remake 2017 the big difference is here nothing on the gameplay but the nothing on the lighting either this is before they went rgb lighting uh the le is going to give you powder coat and an unobtainium topper yes that you cannot buy but the alien that bounces up and down but you're getting the entire game in the classic yep special edition la you get the extended extended display though and it's just a on your standard you're just uh stainless powder or the stainless stainless trim but it's a very classic feel it's what it is it's the classic it's good and i don't think you need anything else the difference is the differences are also on the the ufos you get more ufos lit in the special over the classic yeah and then you get multi-colored rgb lit on the led then you do the special classic for you yeah i'm fine it can't ever upgrade that display size no i mean oh the display is great but i don't know it's just a good game it's tough because of the display but you don't have to have it but it does add it adds a nice effect nice upgrade i think you got to go l.a on this one if you're telling me i get an sc and i can buy a topper later okay if you're telling me i can have a classic and an upgrade to the xl display later okay but you're telling me an alley has two things that i just have to have if i'm going to own a uh uh arguably a dated game and that is a topper i can't buy and that's an xl display that makes a high res ellie on this one for me and i don't care what color black or green i can't uh damn i can't argue with you i think you at least have to go see on this one just so you get that display that i go s sc i'll go see yeah i'll go up because classic yeah i'll get on sc for me okay definitely an sc star wars 2017 by stern pinball people were hating on it people still hate on that game this is probably i don't know what you're talking about this is probably the most debated we get heat for this the most no i'm saying between you and me oh yeah this is the most debated between models either you listen to someone that's right or somebody that's tight right the pro is different from the premium le in that the pro doesn't have one of the coolest toys sorry one of the coolest toys in pinball history that lift ramp that goes up and has magnets that sling this ball around into a hyperloop uh other than that what are the other things so that's not much millennium falcon's that yeah but who cares about that belly you get custom trim yeah and custom back glass yeah this trim is okay it's nice i normally and i know exactly where he is he's well my favorite game he's going to be right there he's 100 premium i not on the original releases you really i love the la i just yeah but okay loving it but but they don't need that i hated the artwork of the premium but they don't need that that's you're being you're being subjective at least premium you're not objective okay exactly pro is not where it's at i love the pro i did not think that the hyper loop was needed i argued this for years you did this for years so after further evaluation listening to this guy i talked to my good friend sean davis a few weeks ago kentucky state winner kentucky state champion john davis and sean said man i used to not think that i needed a premium or anything he goes but when you're a good player and you can load the balls up into that damn hyper he goes when that thing is going with all those balls loaded up in there really he'll shake it weighing the machine he goes there's no better there's nobody challenge nope you try to get two of them up here yes too and then third ball comes out three two three and then four yes and that's what he said he said there's a highlight of the game nothing like it and he goes it is a moment that yes so i have completely reversed course eight crow and now i am if i ever buy another star wars it will be a premium oh greg's licking proto today [Music] sadly thank you this entire series i don't care how many times they've done it is uh is the comic book premium that i got back there i think it's a prettiest you got boba fett on one side you got darth vader on the other you've got the uh darth vader uh back glass there yeah you gotta go there it's grown on me i used to not like it so much but but i do now like it it encompasses something about the 70s for some reason it feels like that feels lunchbox yes artwork feels a lot better so randy martinez great job you've got to go at least premium on this game premium comic and you get wire forms and and metal ramps instead of the plastic plastic yeah so premium that is that is the way to go with it that's the sdtm special right here knocking through these guardians of the galaxy 2017 do you want groove hands or do you not want nobody gives a [ __ ] pro what else is different pro you know what's not everyone that opens up shitty ass outlets did you get him no he's gonna kill him thing about my own attention to the lighting like [ __ ] who cares about the lighting especially when it bounces off that [ __ ] lane and right to the outline all you need is the pro for me personally i really love the theme so i love the groot hands i love and yeah the aftermarket one someone was john no they do not know they're too bold something's wrong i'm still looking for guardians ellie i'd own one aerosmith aerosmith 2017 either you have an upper play field or you don't yeah you don't need it you don't need it nope that was fun you're going to lose a shitty drain out of those pops it's not even that fun no it's not a good upper platform not that fun and you always get the toy box it doesn't matter yep pro jackie's there everything's all you need bro dialed in 2017. the only big difference here between a standard and an le would be that your la you get the different lighting the ramps lighting rgb lamp writing which which i think is actually important yeah you go at least ellie yeah are you going to need the collectors no ellie daldin yeah it's an la game pirates of the caribbean by george jack pinball 2018 only aesthetics again there's nothing different but you get one hell of a topper in there no it's not you're wrong the standard did not have uh the stars the night sky yeah aesthetics and the backgrounds yeah but that's kind of like that's not just like you don't get spinning pop or so that's worth mentioning okay fair enough uh and then uh the le you don't even you get a stern powder coat on the le remember black yeah i'd go stern armor up i'd go straight i'd go with the deli a lot of times i'd go stern too yeah but i'd go ellie at least l.a not collectors no with that one-of-a-kind no it's shipping about it's amazing but you don't have to have it it's all good there you go ellie iron maiden legacy of the beast 2018 by stern pinball the big difference is here you get figurines on the premium led you get a powder coat on the led and a physical ball physical ball lock and a diverter and the left ramp opens up and uh physical ball lock that's a captive ball that you can kick it back out yes that's a big one too cool stuff but i think the pro is needed easily smooth shooting game deadpool 2018. i how many pros that fell with a deadpool yeah so you're missing the disco ball disco ball on the pro figurines yes on the pro drop targets on the pro miss and drop targets return to the right flipper from a left orbit instead of getting stuck up at the pops you get that little ramp at the end lane all nine three-dimensional chimichanga truck yeah i would go for personal preference i would go premium if i was gonna buy another one just because i really like the game okay but i think the pro's all you need the pros the fun great game you can see and here's we were talking about ac dc before greg how those stand-ups they matter yes this one is preferred with the drop targets because it makes it more but it's not with the stand-ups yes oh you mean prefer but it's not neat yeah it's not brutal with the stand-ups exactly deadpool pros where it's at and i would argue that the cabinet art and the back glass are might be the best of the bunch on the pro yes i that this is where they went from classic to the special edition they go full rgb yes then i'm talking gi yeah this thing tells stories with this lighting um and then you get uh not much different sc and the la's got the extended display the led's got the uh the powder coat and the topper which where was the full rgb sc sc in delhi go see yeah you get that extended display that you can have it with an rgb in that yeah gaming i have at least that that rgb is where it's that's the game changer not my favorite game so personally i wouldn't buy any of them but i like it not real deep but take it for what it is the beatles in 2018 just aesthetics gold platinum diamond just aesthetics i prefer and think the gold actually looks the best art package and trim lights will agree all the monsters 2019 gives you a lower play field on the premium le the le is a stunner it really is a looker they're all lookers this all look great but pro's all you need lower play field is like that right on the premium yeah well something like the black and white if i say that's a main preference i can see somebody upgrading going with that but you don't need it if you're not going to care about the black and white again lower play field it's pretty dynamic it's got ramps and everything you can get a multiball going down there and up here at the same time the ball is too light i don't like it that's not a good i don't like that i don't think it's a good lower play field i think this game people still ask for monsters i think it goes to the basic homeowner that doesn't that likes the theme and doesn't care much about pinball because the code is lacking we love dwight code's lacking you go pro yeah he's like great shooting game oh one of the best black knight sort of rage 2019 Steve Ritchie says when i make black knight games i make them with upper playfields yeah every black knight's got an upper play field except for the pro bro the pro has no upper play field the premium le does yes le is a beauty too yes it is a beauty but is it needed i think the pro is the best game agreed i don't like the premium that's better oh if you want to fall asleep get up there on the top play field and it never has to come down i agree so don't you get an extra multiple yeah it's still just like the trunk it doesn't matter it's not gonna it's not that big of a game changer for what you get for 99.9 percent of the rest of the game i'm trying to think yeah objectively that back there is a pro i own it yep i would never own a premium or an italian i completely agree with you willy wonka and the chocolate factory 2019 we got a standard and ellie and a collector's edition what are you missing in this now you are missing an upper uh physical ball off yeah is a fun neat thing but i did not miss it didn't miss it did not miss it artwork substantially different you don't get any gene wilder on the standard nope on the cabinet in the back glass but something he's got a topper one-of-a-kind topper you can't buy nothing special you get a mirrored back glass on the ce you'll also get red everything as well as a glitter play field on this the ce is gorgeous you've seen one of the best looking games i've ever seen it's pretty but none of it's needed you if you want to play a great freaking game probably one of jersey jack's best games my favorite jersey jack i think you just go standard you don't need anything else i think you need ellie at least oh you need ellie at least you think that ball lock matters that much yeah i think it's a game changer because it carries over from game to game which is cool and that game is dark it emits so much extra light with that upper play field because of the the lighting around it i think you have to at least go ellie got too i couldn't justify the price no standard i disagree jurassic park oh near and dear to you 2019 you don't you don't buy premium leads nope i had to buy one you bought a premium i think that the raptor pit raptor pit gate comes up on the premium led holds the ball holds the ball back off you become and then you've got a moving t-rex head who grabs the ball through multiple modes it's not a one-trick pony it's not one time and then he's programmed to do things differently sometimes he grabs the ball puts it back in the ramp another mode the rampage he shakes it and throws the ball do you even get a helicopter blade that spins yes with thinner ones horizontal best sounds in a spinner i've ever heard yes amazing stands out every time what about the uh you also get the pop bumper caps that are mosquito they're not real great lit apron but we forgot about all these lit apron kind of yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah for things yeah premium melodies always have the metal aprons i think on this one you gotta go premium i prefer their artwork too yeah i do i i think the artwork is the best out of the three um if you get a mirrored back glass in a premium that's even better how the hell are you gonna get a mirrored bag glass and a premium who knows but you need it uh if you could it's a perk but the moving t-rex head adds so much to that game and honestly i think that the the raptor pit is the biggest addition some would say it's easier to have that raptor it is easier but it's cooler it's just the effects everything that go on and adds to it greg's right again you have to go at least premium here now this game is one of the greatest games ever made so if you go pro you're not wrong you have that fantastic but it's one of the coolest toys ever made you're not losing anything you're not going to be like oh this sucks like you're not losing anything in gameplay or anything else you know what doesn't break on a pro though what the t-rex yeah because there's no movement i know but premium is a hundred percent way to go elvira's house of horrors in 2019 will elaborate on this this is kind of like batman so we get we get a premium we get an la and we get a signature ellie with her couch and a signature and and stuff like that yes premium fine it's just aesthetics premium is fine i like the artwork on ellie got her laying on that couch all right why is she still hot she's old the she's still on distress of dark darkness under the shade the allure the eye makeup is it yeah okay and the hair and the boobs ah i was trying to projector under the apron that maps out different images and you get a telekinesis ball lock that's one of the coolest things if it works if it works and uh what else do you get again i think that everything is cool but you have a great code you have a cool ass shooting game that's still code is the number one thing on that game all of them look at the uv light kit on anything yeah i think that all you need is the pro because i'm curious where you're going to go with i disagree but you have to have the projector you have to have the projector because it's the innovation if this was just like you're giving me iron maiden a ball pass that we've seen before and stuff or if you're giving me that's fine but when you're telling me that this is the first time they've done this innovation and it's that dynamic i just needed to be honest i need it to be because otherwise it does feel a little better it does feel better especially if you don't have the uv kit if you have the uv kit maybe that's your argument it does throw it does feel better but it doesn't need it a great shooting game and a really great rule set but not a heavy premium and if especially if you get the telekinesis ball lock that locks in the air on the backboard got to be premium my preference i think the ellie artwork and the mirrored backlash and the trim colors oh it's so much better than the premium that i'd almost say if you're going stranger things go ellie splurge yeah i really do i can see that argument i just wish that the projector was a little i just wish that yeah if it was a little bit more they should have went gray on everything it's it's blurry we have these lights all right a couple more teenage mutant ninja turtles 2020 not a lot of big differences but a lot of differences yes i think that was a great way to put exactly very good so on the premium le you get a spinning pizza that spins both ways you get a physical ball lock in the van that is cool when the doors come out and the balls come they come rolling out you also get a diverter that you can manually switch the path on the ramps rather than just stopping and not even switching at all yes those are the big things i think right yes i think that you can personally get away with the pro i believe you and and agree with your honor so smooth shooting great game and i have an led it's coming from a guy that owns difficult no matter what it's one of those things to wear that it's always obviously a plus but again the pro is all you need after a beautiful game that's all you need exactly the whole game is there the pros agreed avengers infinity quest okay 2020 one of stern's recent releases by Keith Elwin keith that one is really good with pros yes we know that you're the whole game the thing you don't get is a 3d molded power glove that's a deep cut for you guys that were but it's not really great it needs painted it needs some it needs some detail yeah you also get an additional ramp it's very innovative that goes up in the air and really barrel rolls yep um you also get a spinning disc the spins on the pro but it lifts up physical ball lock visible subway under it with a voc that then comes back out all great features all great features but those features are not needed really a pro still shoots fantastic you don't miss that ramp that much that ramp is a super cool feature but you don't miss it but i like the spinner on the pro you get an extra spinner on a pro it's not bad it's still a night shot objectively all you need is a pro that's all you need exactly most of these are going to be coming from a guy that's got a premium nelly 100 pro's all you need guns and roses gosh do you have a little patience this this one's tricky jersey jack pinball 2020 this one's tricky because they changed up stuff drastically they changed up you don't get an upper play field you don't get a base uh wire form you don't get a physical ball walking or stage like you don't get powder coats no you don't get mirrored back glasses you don't get a topper you don't get uh you know the roving stage lights that's a big one that's huge you don't get that yep what else don't you get there's other stuff i don't think you do do you get translucent pics no uh and you do not get color changing uh the the hexagonal lights i think are all white and the biggest one the light rails they're all just white no color changing but you still get all the color changing it's still live shield it's better than anything else this one you you cannot go a standard we're crossing it off you've got to go to an la i agree with you there but do you go l e or c is the c you need it see you get the extra light bar you get the glitter play field you get a physical mechanism different than an led the first time they've done it nope the the uh what is that called um it goes into the coffin or the yeah i know i don't know i don't know we went blank because it's on there it's even written sorry sarcophagus no no coma the coma it's called something though purgatory or something like that but it goes in the apron physically locks it but that's needed ellie ellie and i think ellie is a fantastic game too with the uh concert posters and the last one i prefer to see artwork myself with the uh the chrome red cows but yeah whatever that is better in person but ellie is the way to go you don't need to see too much money okay led zeppelin our last on the list i will say before that uh-oh the ce guns and roses may be the most beautiful pinball machine ever made name me a pretty one that's striking name me a prettier pinball machine because it holds its own against wonka every so next to that one it looks better than walker that art is definitely grown on me the powder coat matches and it sounds better and on the ce you get the under cab lights and the back lights the rgb with the light show i'm changing my mind you go ce that gives you the full experience and if you're going to go for the innovation that is the pinball experience of gnr you have to have the fullest experience in that ce ellie's perfectly fine people he's perfectly fine but you're not getting the experience that you are for 20 000 absolutely if that's what it takes if you want the best experience possible nice led zeppelin last one this one's tough i don't know why i like i like the spinner and i just comes out of the platform spinner too and i like the lights and it's got a magnet in it holds it takes the bowl back into the play field like a skill lights are the number one thing for me you can add those i go pro expression lighting first time they've done that um you get the spinner that comes up uh it's not worth a two thousand dollar upgrade it is it is yes oh really yeah so you got more experience with me so i gotta go i cannot hold hard that spinner's a deal jailbreaker well like when we went and dropped that one off to our buddy rudy like like it it made me because i played that pro that you had and then when i played rudy's there at his house like watched him play that's where my mind was but i just didn't know if i could go there logically but i don't have a lot of time yeah that's what george jack needed to do on their standard they need to add the rgb light rails but no uh premium you got to have it because that spinner is just fantabulous i'll take the word for it i love it i think that's it yeah so for those of you who have asked us what do i go pro premium la collectors all that you now have your definitive answers not only with our biased uh preferences but what what we think really you have to have or don't have and most of the time you're going to be fine with a pro you're going to be safe with a pro but there are those instances where that you will not be and you need them you're not going to be as happy no you'll be as happy you'll spend the money exactly and sometimes don't spend the money nope not worth it you don't need a
