## Analysis

Cary Hardy analyzes leaked cabinet images of Stern's upcoming Elvira's House of Horrors pinball game, discussing speculated editions (Premium/LE/possible Super Elite), estimated $8K base pricing, and playfield layout inferences from low-resolution photos. He expresses concern that the game is being promoted too early while Jurassic Park is still in production, suggesting either a genuine leak Stern is trying to contain or an aggressive marketing push. The video covers cabinet artwork, probable shot layout, and notes that Lyman F. Sheats Jr. is confirmed as programmer.

### Key Claims

- [HIGH] Stern has officially announced Elvira's House of Horrors as their next game after Jurassic Park — _Cary Hardy states 'They officially announced Elvira's House of Horrors. I want to say a day or two ago by a quick little promo, distributors were releasing it'_
- [HIGH] Lyman F. Sheats Jr. is confirmed as the programmer for Elvira's House of Horrors — _Cary Hardy: 'evidently, Lyman is on the coding for this game'_
- [MEDIUM] The base model (Premium) of Elvira's House of Horrors is speculated to cost $8,000 — _Cary Hardy: 'I'm getting numbers that the base model which may be the Premium is going to be an 8K price marker. So just your base model of Elvira's House of Horrors is going to run you more than a traditional premium'_
- [LOW] There may not be a Pro Edition, only Premium and Limited Edition, and possibly a Super Elite variant — _Cary Hardy: 'there's a possibility of there not being a Pro Edition, just Premium and Limited Edition, and maybe even a Super Elite? Speculation, obviously'_
- [HIGH] Jurassic Park production is still ongoing and LEs have not yet begun or just recently started — _Cary Hardy: 'Jurassic Park is still on the line, and they have not even started doing the LEs. And if they have started doing them, they must have just recently started'_

- **[product_strategy]** Possible lack of Pro Edition; may only offer Premium, LE, and possibly new Super Elite tier (confidence: low) — Cary Hardy speculates: 'there's a possibility of there not being a Pro Edition, just Premium and Limited Edition, and maybe even a Super Elite? Speculation, obviously'
- **[market_signal]** Base Premium model estimated at $8,000 — notably higher than traditional Stern Premium pricing (confidence: medium) — Cary Hardy: 'I'm getting numbers that the base model which may be the Premium is going to be an 8K price marker. So just your base model of Elvira's House of Horrors is going to run you more than a traditional premium'
- **[manufacturing_signal]** Jurassic Park still in active production with LEs not yet started or just recently begun; Elvira announcement comes during peak JP sales, suggesting aggressive pipeline management or unintended early disclosure (confidence: high) — Cary Hardy: 'Jurassic Park is still on the line, and they have not even started doing the LEs... Jurassic Park is still on the damn line and you're still selling the hell out of them. Why would you already start showing off the next game?'
- **[design_innovation]** Cabinet images suggest house structure as primary playfield centerpiece with multiple shot modes targeting house elements (front door, basement, garage), potentially featuring animated or mechanical house interactions (confidence: medium) — Cary Hardy's playfield analysis: 'It looks like they titled the game obviously for the reason that the house is gonna be the primary source of shots. I want to say a day or two ago by a quick little promo, distributors were releasing it'
- **[community_signal]** Video creator concerned about potential takedown due to content policy enforcement around leaked images; anticipates video may be pulled until embargo lifts (confidence: high) — Cary Hardy: 'chances are this video may even get pulled due to the content that I am basically allowing to continue to get out to the public. If it does get pulled, then I'll just re-upload this whenever the embargo is over with'
- **[product_concern]** Low-resolution leaked images prevent full playfield and detailed mechanical assessment; only cabinet artwork and partial playfield layout discernible (confidence: high) — Cary Hardy repeatedly notes: 'these are kind of low res, guys' and 'you can't see what's going on on this side of the playfield' and 'very limited on what we can see clearly'

## Transcript

You know, I had a plan to come home from work and eat some chicken wings, maybe have a beer or a lemonade and just chill out. But turns out, Stern has allowed some photos to leak of their upcoming game. And so this is something I feel like we need to talk about. What's up guys and welcome back to my channel where I talk and do everything pinball. So if that sounds interesting to you, then hit that subscribe button down below. Something also to be aware of is that evidently there is a big giant, you know, thing going on when people are posting images of Elvira and them getting pulled because Stern's request. So chances are this video may even get pulled due to the content that I am basically allowing to continue to get out to the public. If it does get pulled, then I'll just re-upload this whenever the embargo is over with. So with that being said, let's get on with these images. We have two images, one of which obviously looks like the LE, and another image that looks like a Pro, but from the rumors, it might actually be the Premium. So let's go over some of the rumors, actually. This is all speculation, guys, no hard evidence. This is just basically a couple of things to think about. And that is there's a possibility of there not being a Pro Edition, just Premium and Limited Edition, and maybe even a Super Elite? Speculation, obviously. But another thing to speculate is the price margin for this title. And I'm getting numbers that the base model which may be the Premium is going to be an 8K price marker. So just your base model of Elvira's House of Horrors is going to run you more than a traditional premium. And evidently, Lyman is on the coding for this game. One thing's for sure, a lot of us already knew that Elvira 3 was going to be Stern's next title after Jurassic Park. Due to the fact that Halloween is just around the corner, it was kind of a given that this game was going to be released. I don't know who's done the artwork for this cabinet and these machines, but I don't have a problem with it so far. Jurassic Park is still on the line, and they have not even started doing the LEs. And if they have started doing them, they must have just recently started building the LEs to get them out the doors. Premium is for sure not getting out the doors, and yet they've already announced. They officially announced Elvira's House of Horrors. I want to say a day or two ago by a quick little promo, distributors were releasing it and stuff like that. So they already announced that this was the next title and just a little bit of what the LCD screen GUI is going to look like. But I feel like this is either an actual leak that they are trying to contain or they are really trying to rush this out to get sales and fill up the demand for this game. But I do feel like this may be a legitimate leak due to the fact that I feel that it's too damn early, guys. I mean, Jurassic Park is still on the damn line and you're still selling the hell out of them. Why would you already start showing off the next game and what it looks like and everything? So this may be a legitimate leak and that Stern does not want to get out. But they did reveal what their next game was already, which I still felt like I said is too soon, okay. So let's go over the images and here we have what I assume to be the LE, and that is obvious because you have powder coating as well as the side artwork inside of the machine. But as far as like playfield pictures and everything, either one they've already been pulled or two we don't have them yet. So I'm going strictly by what is available at hand and that is the cabinet artwork for two of the machines if not the only machines. So let's start with the back glass and it looks like for me the back glass for this model and the other model are identical. Let's take a look. So yeah, great. Yeah, this does look practically identical when it comes to the back glass. I like the art. It is very Elvira-ish. I mean, this is the art style on the cabinet, the font that's used and everything, and up here especially, this looks very Elvira-ish. I say Elvira-ish, I'm going to patent that term. But the artwork for this one is very appealing to me too. But the back glasses as of right here look to be identical. Yeah, they look identical enough to where I can't tell the difference on these low res pictures that I have. So scrolling down further onto this, like I said, these are kind of low res, guys, but I'm going to zoom in the best I can just to see what we can tell by these images. Maybe a little further back. So to me what I'm seeing is that we've got a left orbit shot, then we've got a ramp shot that feeds either probably behind the backboard right here and comes around somewhere on this side of the playfield or it feeds onto this wire form on the far left back to the arcade left flipper. It looks like there's some sort of coffin here, but this is low res. I'm doing what I can here. Then we have another shot that either looks like it's going into the garage arcade of the house or maybe down into the basement, and then you have another shot that looks like it goes into the front door of this house. And you can't see what's going on on this side of the playfield, but you're going to have a right orbit. I don't think we're gonna see another ramp right here. But that's what we've kind of got to go on. It looks like they titled the game obviously for the reason that the house is gonna be the primary source of shots. You're all going towards this house. So chances are there going to be a really cool lighting effects that go throughout this house. But what I'm curious about and what I hope is that we're going to get like some, I don't know, they're going to do a Medieval Madness type of thing where you hit the balls into the house and maybe the house might shake or things raise up and down. I don't know. But I would kind of hope to see that there's some sort of mechanical devices that go inside with this house. And that's pretty much all I have to go on are these particular shots on the back left portion of the game. So that's what all I got to judge by. You have of course your action button right here which will be used for who knows what, and then you have your typical Elvira pose right here on the side. I'm liking it. It looks good. If we want to try looking on this one, I don't see a drastic amount of difference on this. This looks like you still have your left orbit, your ramp shot that feeds to a wire form, maybe a basement shot or a garage arcade, and once again a shot that goes into the house. So damn, very limited on what we can see clearly. So going just by the artwork, I like it. It looks good. So going solely just by the artwork, I like it. I cannot wait to see what this thing has. But again, too soon. So that's it, guys. Just a real quick video to throw out there. Speculation is rumors as well as what has been leaked. Like I said, this video may get pulled, it may not. We're just gonna see what happens. What's your speculation, rumors, or information that you may have about this upcoming Elvira game with Stern? I would like to hear about it, so let me know down in the comments below. And if you haven't already, don't forget to hit that subscribe button down below. That way you can be notified of whenever I upload something for your viewing pleasure. Until next time, guys. Peace out. Thank you.
