Yesterday I wrote a banger of an article (if I do say so myself, I always look at it in terms of how excited I would be to see it if I hadn't written it lol) that Stern Pinball's next Remastered game will be KISS ( Stern Pinball's Remastered Game for 2026 Will Be...). Today we got a look at the preliminary layout of the layout for Jack Danger's next pinball machine for Stern. As a refresher...back in November during a presentation at the Dutch Pinball Open, Stern Pinball's Gary Stern and Jack Danger announced that Jack is not completely done designing machines. He is going to create a complete, licensed game on his own schedule, showing how a whole game is made professionally, working with various people at Stern Pinball to design, build and code a game. Once the process is done, he will have created a fully playable pin with code, art, etc... It is unclear if Stern will mass produce the game, but it seems as though they will. Fast-forward to today. This morning Jack shared a picture and a video of his preliminary layout for that game! As far as what the them of the game will be, last week Jack Danger floated the "Tank Girl" theme out there. At the time, I thought that it was more hypothetical, but based on the tank in the newly shared playfield images, maybe that is going to be the theme. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, Tank Girl is a British post-apocalyptic science fiction comic that debuted in 1988. It went on to become a movie in 1995.
