## Transcript

oh my God the one game was insane that's awesome bro oh my God the flippers feel I got to tell like everyone was like tell us how the flippers feel yo they are dialed in no yeah please they are so dialed in I mean not literally dialed in you guys did like these um sweater like these dirt like what are those letter Jack Letterman Jack have my letterman jacket do you guys do anything like that for the it all depends on what we can get away with on the license right so like Avatar with Disney and light storm they're like don't make any t-shirts okay we won't make any t-shirts but there's other things like uh translites and stuff like that that we can that we can push as aftermarket things cool but it really all depends on the licenser like G&R SL like like whatever you want I don't care you want that logo is great is that if like super chill about it he was incred wow so what's over here can we walk in this direction this is where we do all incoming inspection so all the parts come in through those three bay doors and then we inspect every one of them so can I go in this direction you can yes but thing outside of the actual work cells is the only thing I'm going yeah to you know there's there's lots of tools there's lots of tweaks and techniques for making things you know come out perfect so like has a blowtorch and a blowtorch is used for taking scuffs out of ramps taking scuffs out of playfields cuz it's just like microabrasions and a blowtorch very quickly can remelt the plastic or the clear coat and make it look perfect again so sweet yeah you're um let's see I'm trying to think there's any yeah some Elton John playfields these are the support tubes come in from our you know what I actually thought there were chairs for a bit oh sorry thank you I was like I was I thought chairs I thought there was a bunch of chairs Jersy Jack and place or whenever they need to sit no it's like over here oh that's my phone so there are there only parts for Belton John and avaton now um technically there's some more parts in there um but yeah that's all we have pulled out onto the floor right we've got spare parts for customer support right so there's parts of every game back there um that customer support picks when they need someone has a IO board that went b or someone wants a new decal set or something right you got spare parts for every they were doing the playfields over there so these these are all screws from this point here they're all yeah nut bolts screws and like part of the assembly line the operator you can come in here we have a little kit like don't uh yeah so we have a little kit at fro watch which is like a little kit that Marco sells of like pinball screws yep so you guys are not like creating new screws or anything generally infrequently as we mechanically can yeah right we try to use the same screw everywhere but it's not always possible right so definitely makes production a lot easier when there's only like we don't have to worry about switching the you know so this is actually really good timing because there's no one actively working if there were someone actively working I'd ask you to not go into their totally oh yeah yeah but can I walk over here because they're on break this is actually perfect timing sweet one of my favorite favores why is not anyone else doing that yeah it's a it's a23 how much struggle has that3 part other operator other manf here3 help our customers no or you forget then you hear the ball yeah it's the little things right it's quity of Y yeah I like the stations how they all have the the pictures each one just you push it down push it down the like x x they oh you showed us the those little guys down here you just have all of these yep and these ones are all individually colored like they're just a bunch of different I mean there obviously there's some of the same kind of colors so these all came from vland toys and there's six different versions and just grab the next one on the line and and there like everything gets like pushed down these super cool I love this too this is so cool you guys were show you were showing it with the this is the smaller the mini Playfield mini Playfield Krabby yep is this also McFarland toys no this was sculpted by that was sculpted by Mark by Jersey Jack employees I don't know if it was Mark himself well he said that was the only one that they had to not use the because if the toys interacting with the game yep I don't think the toy makers think about it big steel ball handling it so that one had to be made out of different material actually not a big but it's still a little so this is cool stuff oh yeah they take that mini play field they set it here they plug it in and they verify that every switch every coil everything functions the correct way before they loaded onto a play field over there right it really stinks when you've got something fully built and some small part isn't working got to take the whole dang thing apart so they verify so every one of those playfields is tested and we know that it works before they bolt it onto there not to say that something can't happen in the assembly process but it's just like yeah but you want to make sure all the wires are check it now are good cuz once you put it all in together you're like well what you don't want to go back get the final test and our final tester like yeah right spend half an hour taking it apart yeah back Jack and his partner Nick Nick you Campbell um yeah so I think it's actually Nick's X wife who was the model for the wicked witch cool and so yeah they they filmed moap of her doing those actions that she back but they still represent everything as dots as dots and this is a lot of USBS just like plugged in how many is that and the reason that's designed that way again like yeah to say we don't think about things right it's like we think about literally everything possible we don't want a lot of cables that don't have physical retention hanging down just because gravity will drive them out eventually so we have these at a 45° angle we didn't want them completely horizontal cuz it takes up so much more FL field real estate this is the optimal path for cable retention as well as minimizing the footprint and so this power is what this is like like a like a USB hub yeah so this USBC cable comes from all the way from the backbox from our motherboard and then splits out to all of the light boards that are around the game these are two of the uh hot rails that are wired in the game and power man I wish I had I would say I wish I had a rotis but you have to get the you have play build out you can't do that at occasion but these are so cool nonetheless yeah the ability to work on them you know one thing games eat is shipping Y and so generally speaking any game we piece out work on a workbench put it back in that has to be thought about absolutely and we've all done nightmares I'm sure you've had games that likew up with the nightmares which is why like dunsen roses up a Playfield comes off with four screws and Pirates comes off with one screw whole Playfield slash back and Pops right out we never had a problem so this area over here is my fun playground a prototype shop yeah so like that blue machine far over there in the right hand corner that is the robot that has cut every white wood ever made at Jersey Jack wow and this is our metal shop we have a laser yeah so I can dream up a park out a sheet metal and be holding it in my hand in honestly 10 minutes formed all like I laser it I laser it I pour it on these other tools and now I can hold it onto my game so you're physically going yes that's the time's up for break so now Ione come back this is my it just looks like the color like I'm sure when Elton was down here too and like all the other games when they're all lined up it's super super fun I'm just pushing them down the line thank you so much of course even you know just Factory things right something like it's a breake not the game Canal it's also a safe place set an operator can lean right I don't want people to walk over the lines ever but you know sometimes you need to get over here yeah you need to get into so cool thing about the day night how it works
