It's a new year, 2026. We're going over the averages from 2024 to 2025, talking the overall market and seeing how it where Stern, Jersey Jack, and Spooky all landed for 2025. It's this month's pinball market. All right, we're going to talk the overall market right now and we're going to go C by category starting with the oldest one, which is electromechanical games. You know these by the bells and the chimes and the reels. Everyone loves them. their iconic dirt down on average 9% with 147 sold. The average selling price was around $1,244 compared to 2024's average of 1371. Next in this lineup is early solid state. This is when circuit boards and displays started getting introduced into pinball. They're down average of 10% with 141 sold. The average line price for these was about $24.92. And compared to 2024, its average was 2776. All right, up next is Alpha Numeric, they're up average of 10% with only 75 sold for this last year. The average selling price in 2025 was 3522 and in 2024, the average was 31.89. So, it is great to see some of those averages coming up for Alpha Numeric. Next, Golden Age DMDs. These your immunable madnesses, Attack from Mars, all those Bali Williams from the 1990s that you love. They're down 6% with 130 sold. Average selling price for 202500 compared to 2024 where its average was 59.68. So those are starting to come down a little bit. Modern DMD, these are your Lord of the Rings. This is your 2,000 Sterns essentially. They're down 7% with only 88 sold for this past year. The average selling price for 2025 was 6376. We compare that to 2024's average of 6862. Okay, last on the list, LCDs. You know them, you love them, you love playing them. Their games from 2015 to today. They on are on average up 1% over the last year with 430 units sold. The average selling price for 2025 was 85.63 compared to 2024's average of 8459. Overall sales are still down though from 2024 only 1% and really it's marginal in 20251 sold. 2024 1,158 sold. It's still up from the information that Ted Finley sent me. Ted Finley owns pinball prices.com. This is where I get most of my information. Thank you, Ted, for sending this over to me. One thing that caught my eye in the information I was looking at this, uh, speaking of the overall market, when he started doing this, it's been over a decade. In 2026, sorry, in 2016 and 2017, there was only about 100 to 200 games sold per year. And now, when 2018 hit, the resurgence really started happening with the used market with more than a,000 games sold each year, even to last year. So, I know we're talking that the market is down, but honestly, for the last decade, the market is still pretty much holding steady from where it popped up in 2018. We've just seen a huge influx in price. So, it's good to see that there's still demand for pinball machines. All right, I know you want to hear about them. Stern Pinball right now. Let's talk about what is down. This game is iconic. People love it. So, it's interesting. It's starting to trend down. Lord of the Rings is down 5% from its 2024 average of $9,500. In 2025, they were selling around nine grand. Highest for the year was around $11,000 and the lowest was 7,400. Walking Dead Pro is down 15% from its 2024 average of $6,500 and it went down to 5,500 in 2025. The highest for the year was 6100 and the lowest was 5,300. I find it interesting because there was the rumor of Walking Dead coming back out, but only the premium and the LE was remade. So, the Pro actually kind of is still its own limited edition, quote unquote, because of the limited qualities and it not being remade. Venom Premium, this should not come to a shock to you at all. If you've been listening at all this year, you know Venom's taken its hits, but it is down a whopping 29% on average. The 2024 average was $9,100. The 2025 average 6,500 bucks. It really dropped. Highest for the year was 7,200 and the lowest was $59.99. This game, I'm telling you, it's a fun game. And for a premium, you're getting all the the features if you would of a full-fledged top tier game. You're just I I don't know what to say for Venom. I I I don't see the why there's so much hate, man. It's not hate. Devaluing of the game. This is if you're looking to get into pinball, this could be a great place to start your pinball collection. Just saying. All right. Up. Kiss Pro is up 5% from its 2024 average of $7,400. In 2025, we were averaging $7,800 with the highest for the year 78.50 and the lowest was 5,500. It's going to be interesting because the rumor mill has shifted from AC/DC being the next remake from Stern to now Kiss, which would make sense because Kiss was originally done by John Borg. And with John Borg starting to become the remake master be interesting to see what we see in September, October time. All right, next. Pawn 60th is up 6% from its 2024 average of $12,500. In 2025, it was 13,200 for the average. Highest for the year was 139 and lowest was $11,000. And I will admit, I saw this game fluctuating pretty hard and was seeing that it was going down in price over 2025, but compared to 2024, it is actually up from where it it was in 2024. Last but not least, the monster that keeps on giving and not destroying is Godilia 70th. And it might the only thing it's destroying is record numbers. Okay, it's up 9% from its 2024 average of $8,700. 2025 is up to $9,500. Highest for the year though was 12,000 bucks. That is close to an LE. And the lowest was 8,800 bucks. telling you, fantastic game. Delivers all the accolades that's coming his way. All right, up next to bat, Jersey Jack Pinball. On the down side of things, dialed in is down 9% on its average from 2024, which was 64.50. And 2025, its average was 58.50. Highest for the year was 12,000. And this was new in box. So that kind of skews things a little bit, but the lowest was $4,900. So you're seeing kind of extremes on that spectrum. And this one shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Guns and Roses Standard Edition is down a whopping 25% from its 2024 average of $5,600. In 2025, the average was 4,200 bucks. Highest for the year 5250 and lowest was 3600. Really, if you got a Guns and Roses standard edition for 3,600 bucks, in my opinion, you made out like abandoned. This game has great modern code. It shoots well. Yes, it doesn't have all the features as the collectors in the limited edition. 3,600 bucks though for a manufacturer that's still producing games at the high quality that they are. It's impressive. All right, up. It should come as no shock to you to hear that Pirates of the Caribbean Standard Edition is up 5% on average from 2024 of $20,000 to 2025's average of $21,000. Highest for the year paid 235 and lowest was 185. This is a game if you've always been looking for. Keep an eye out. Be patient. Um it looks like is proven it's going to retain its value. The only thing that could derail this is them remaking a Jersey Jack Pinball, but they have no plans to remake it. And I've asked them multiple times. I just don't think it's happening anytime soon, if ever. All right, the last one. And this one shocked me cuz I've been doing this for a year and I've been seeing these trends and it just this one came out of left field for me. Willy Wonka Collector's Edition is up 19% from its 2024 average of 10850 to 25 uh 2025's average of 12,900 bucks. Highest for the year was 14,000 and lowest was 11,000. It's a lot of chocolate bars and it's great to see that game kind of getting its due. Pat Laro did a great job with this game and the code from Joe Katz is just fun. It's fun to collect chocolate bars and just do what you do with this game. All right, the last manufacturer I promised to cover, Spooky Pinball. If you've been following me all year, you know what's up. But let's talk about the down. Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It's down 12% from its 2024 average 8,500 to 2025's average of 7,500. Highest for the year that was paid, $8,900 bucks. Lowest was $6,500. This is a fun, unique game. It is not exactly my cup of tea. It's But you know what? There's a lot of people that play this game and just enjoy it. So, if you're looking for a good another modern game, this might be it. And Scooby-Doo is the other one that's on the down list right now. It's down 14% from its 224 average of 8,200 bucks. And in 2025, it's was averaging only $7,50. Highest for the year was eight grand and the lowest was 6,500. It's a fun game. It's a long playing game, but if you have kids, this could be the thing that hooks them into pinball with the fun animation, the great voice acting, and the just some of the goofy like the the library case. Seriously, great game. All right, you could probably say this with me. I've got one game from Spooky that's up. It's It's done impossible feats. You know it. It's Evil Dead and literally it is up 50% from its 2024 MSRP release price of $10,000. In 2025, the average commanding price for a selling game was $15,000. Highest for the year we paid for it was $18,000 and the lowest was $13,000. Absolutely insane in my opinion. And really, outside of Pirates of the Caribbean, I don't know if there's another game that has shot up this fast, this quick. And I don't think Pirates of the Caribbean went up this quick.
