 So we're going to be utilizing my Deadpool Pro today to check out what Penwoofer has to offer. This is something I've never touched before. I've heard nothing but good stuff about Penwoofer. So they were kind enough to reach out to me and they sent me all of this right here to upgrade my Deadpool Pro. and that's what we're going to do in this video to see what I think about it. Let's get started. So honestly, I have no idea what all they have sent me. It looks like a little bit of everything. So what I've got here is Spike 2 Dynamic LED Speaker Light Kit, the Bass Boost Unit Instructions, the Spike 2 5.25-inch Speaker Plates. Don't know what this is. This might be the amplifier if I had to guess. Yes. Okay, hold up. First of all, let's take a look at this thing. it already it already feels quality just in the density to it feels nice not gonna lie feels pretty nice and rugged all right let's put that over there we've got spike two that's all it says oh man okay so a bunch of wiring and all that all right don't even know what that is yet let's see here and then we've got looks like these are gonna be my new backbox speakers if I had to guess I don't have my do I have my pocket knife yes I do of course I do all right all right so it looks like mr. pool is definitely gonna be getting a nice little upgrade from the regular old pro speakers to these five and a quarters then this must be dual voice coil woofer for ohms let's open this bad baby up All right. All right. Looking forward to this. So that is what Penwoofer has sent me. I believe this to be the entire, like, I don't know, this could be a complete, like I said, a complete audio makeover. So I've got all this stuff to install, but I don't really know which one I need to do first. So I think I'm going to start with my backbox speakers and the speaker panels and stuff like that. So I'm going to do that first. Now, this isn't going to be an install video, guys. I only do a how to install video whenever there's not currently good enough materials out there or I feel like the materials provided isn't sufficient. I have already kind of skimmed over YouTube right now and they've even suggested on their emails that I watch the Hurry Up Pinball tutorials. So we'll see what they have to offer. and let me tell you what hurry up pinball has every video that you can think of when it comes to installing pin whooper products and among many others if you have not subscribed to the channel by all means i'll put a link to their channel in the description down below by all means i used his walkthroughs and tutorials on how to install this i didn't need to add anything to it so if you're looking to how to install this by all means check out hurry up pinball there's the old and busted the new hotness this has also got the the pixel wave LEDs light everything so that a basically one speaker done and we move on to that one alright both sides when it comes to the speakers are done Oh man. All right, moving on to the next thing, whatever that is, I don't know. Both speakers are installed along with the PixelWave LED speaker light kit with this board right here. It's all wired in, we are ready to power it on to see what all we got. So let's turn it on and, oh. that already looks pretty nifty and so I got the remote right here we wanted to do I'll turn them off okay I can't see what colors what ha already went to red right there for my Deadpool now they got patterns I think so this is the brightness so if I want to turn them down like that I want them cranked up now I just don't know if we've got Wow just don't know about patterns yet mode there we go there we go so I'm gonna get to play with around with this to see what I like best oh yeah that that might be it right there guys a little bit red with what looks like some pink I'm gonna go through this I guess and figure out which ones are which one I want to go with oh I like that one too either way so there's a one step down we've got speakers installed we've got the lights for the speakers but I don't have the speakers actually connected to the system yet or anything so okay I went back through and did some wire management using the zip ties that are with the kit so now it's a lot cleaner things aren't just flying about or anything so I've just kind of got my remote right there so that shouldn't go anywhere shouldn't have any issues it looks like it's working just fine to me so the only thing I need to do now is actually connect the speakers but I'm guessing that's gonna be later I don't know but that's where we're at right now I have now installed the sound system so we have this board right here this board right here the speakers are all connected up got all this per the instructions got all the excess cable going down here and wired over the subwoofer is installed and let me get this play-fill out of the way now the play-fill is out of the way we've got the pin woofer subwoofer and all the way over here to my amplifier and evidently I need to make sure all these knobs are at 12 o'clock and then power the machine on and then I guess that portion's done I mean everything I've got is installed with the kit so far except for this base boost unit instructions this has got like another board bunch of other cables and there's the anti-rattle tape for my glass I'll see if I need that or not probably will but I don't know what this is yet so I'll get to that eventually but I think we're ready to try it out yeah I can tell the difference yeah I hope so they look a lot different but But did the other ones look like... You couldn't see them. You couldn't? No. They were like that? Yeah. Oh. We'll start a game up and see if you can notice a difference at all. I'm Deadpool and these are my... That was an ID! That must be hard, losing all the time. I don't know anything different. You don't know anything different? It doesn't sound a little bit deeper on the bass and everything, a little lower, a little bit louder. Yeah, it's definitely louder. And that not even turned up all the way Really Oh yeah I can get a lot louder Let me pull this out right here It's your time to lose. Use the flipper buttons for some next top lane skill shot. It's deeper. Hold the left flipper button for super skill shot. It's louder. player meet plunger i'd like to keep it at a volume that's not too loud otherwise mama's not gonna like me playing this game so there you have it the product is completely installed in my cabinet the only thing i didn't install was the external subwoofer like board attachment thing i don't need that because honestly i feel that the subwoofer that they supplied me with is plenty for what i needed for if i did an external subwoofer to make it even more of a bass drop i would only be able to play these games when the wife isn't here so i'm perfectly content with the amount of bass that the subwoofer with this particular unit was provided to me for i have no issues with the the amount of base that I'm getting right now. So how do I feel about this product? Let's start with number one. I've got some bullet points right here. Number one for me when it comes to products is the customer service. So if you buy a product, if there is an issue or questions or something like that, you send them an email. How quick are they to respond back to you? That really tells me a lot of things about a particular company. And I believe that if you want to be successful and you care about your product and you care about your customers, then by all means, put your customer service first. So far, customer service has been pretty damn good. The response times of my emails are definitely within an hour or two, depending on, of course, the hour of the day. But my response back and forth with Dan have been very, very quick. unlike another manufacturer of a product that I recently had encounters with that took eight days. So, I digress on that. So, customer service, so far, no issues. Now, when it comes to quality of the product, I mentioned this whenever I picked up the amplifier for the first time. This thing feels solid. Now, granted, I am not like an expert at what a typical amplifier feels like or how much it weighs, but all I know is that by handling this and feeling it and everything, it feels top quality to me. So when it comes to the speakers, obviously they're better than what is provided on the Pro models, size and everything like that. Subwoofer, definitely much better kick to it than what you're going to get in your factory Pro and probably even your premium as well. And that's what I'll be able to find out with my Foo Fighters in the future. so quality i have no issues with that everything feels fine to me the quality the cables everything felt really good didn't feel like it was made of chinesium or anything like that so performance as seen in the video with my daughters i mean you could feel the vibrations from the subwoofer i think that's what kind of brings this product a little more of an oomph obviously is that you feel the game more not just with the shaker motor before that's the only way i would be able to feel this game is the shaker motor so now along with the bass thumping the way it does it kind of gives me a lot more force feedback and the sound quality is obviously there as well so next thing is ease of install um when it comes to the instructions i didn't utilize pinwoofer's instructions that they have available on their website i used hurry up pinball's website or not their website but their YouTube videos and they were excellent they helped me the entire way it was one of those where I had the video playing here hit pause went over there did the things that was requested in the video his documentation for it great so I have no criticisms or comments regarding that so when it comes to who is this product for this is for people that basically want more out of the audio package for their particular game I don know what this product is going to be for every pinball machine I don think that every game has a sound package that is like man if only we had more bass for it kind of thing Not every game is going to have that quality at them i don i don think but for those of you out there that like to feel a little bit more and like to rock out and just kind of i don't know just kind of you you just want music blaring or you just want a really good bass sound then this product is more than likely going to be targeted towards you if you're just perfectly fine listening to your game like yeah the audio is fine i get to to play my games it's all good then it's probably not going to be for you there's no way that our product can be for everybody but i think the target for this product are those of us out there that like a little more oomph in our audio and honestly i didn't foresee me pursuing a product like this because i was one of those where i felt perfectly fine with what i had but now hearing and feeling what i get with deadpool i'm gonna need to get something for my Foo Fighters because that's I think another machine that would really benefit from getting a little more oomph in it. One code's for $100 off, another code's for $50 off. so if the hundred dollars is all taken up try the 50 if that's all taken up then those are gone one of the main things that i had concerns about whenever this product was offered to me is that i didn't really know how i was going to be able to really show you the gravity of an audio product in video form it's it's it's one of those things it's it's difficult for me to be able to like show you something whenever it's mainly audio i mean i thought about even having a a decibel reader but it's like well that can change with the amount of audio the volume i have for it and it's gonna be very subjective and there's like no way to really prove to you kind of thing so that's why i put my daughters in there just to get their genuine reaction to the intensity and the vibration of the machine because they've played the game before kind of thing so them being able to feel the difference i'm hoping kind of gave you a visual aid on what this product can do for you. I wish there was another method for me to go about doing it, but essentially you're just going to have to take my word for it and hopefully you got a good enough sound system that you're watching this video on that you were able to hear the bass thump as well. But at least in the video format you can see that the speaker light kits are nice and bright. The mode quality, everything looks good when it comes to those. So by all means I do enjoy what these pinwoofer and the pixel wave speaker kit and everything looks like for this particular game now honestly it is a little bit up there on the pricey side but it's right there at the cusp of like okay kind of thing you're you're riding that fine line of like are you out of your mind and like all right because you have to throw in the fact that this equipment basically is ready to go I mean you don't have to assemble anything I mean obviously you have to install all this stuff but it's ready to go out of the package you saw me open the boxes as they were like yes there was a bunch of cables but when you watch the install videos it all makes sense and it is what it is and it's ready to go for you type of thing there is no having to google up or browse around to look for certain speakers if they're going to be okay or another subwoofer if you're going to this one's going to be okay is this amplifier going to be right you're knowing that when you buy this product what they send you is correct for your game and they even have documentation on their websites for what they believe the best settings to be but that's the beauty of it also is that you can make it what you want if you want more treble you can have it if you want no bass i don't know what's wrong with you but if you want no bass you could technically do that too but that's the joy of it having it down there by the coin door is that you can play it and adjust accordingly how you see fit be sure to check out pinwoofer's website link in the video description down below to see what all they have to offer for you pinball enthusiast and if you have already purchased pinwoofer products by all means let me know how you feel about everything in the comment section down below don't forget about the promo codes use them before they are gone and until next time guys peace out Leave it all behind Don't leave it Don't leave it Don't leave it Bye.
