 Hello and welcome to IE Pinball. This is Carl D'Python Anghelo. I'm doing an after stream commentary here on Carnage bonus calculations. So you'll see on the left hand side of the screen the Carnage calculations and we have four items. Base, which is basically the Destruction Jackpot, Power, Tank, and Bridge. So right now they're at the default of 2%, 1%, and 4%. and then the 1x at the total at the bottom, that is the multiplier for your carnage bonus. So what happens is each time you play power, any of the monster or monitor items between power, tank, and bridge, it'll increase that multiplier by 1 as long as you're on the same ball. Currently all the values are blank on that screen because I don't know what they are. Once a kaiju battle is completed, I'll know what the destruction jackpot value is at. every kaiju battle brings a percentage of the points into the Destructing Jackpot, along with other items in the game like Rampage, Tier 2 Battles. But for the purpose of this video and for the purpose of the Pen Class Challenge that's coming up, we primarily are interested in the kaiju battles for building it, Rampage, and just a few other things that won't really matter for that. and so if you set the one ball it wants to make sure that you get I think a minute or a minute and a half of play my jet fighters will go right here so between jet fighters and a guy again I will have and that skill shot I'll have all three of my allies the skill shots are good right now the secret skill shots which is what I got that ally you know the two parts go drive but those for the actual tournament will be disabled qualifications so now with the kaiju bout completed we'll see our first values pop up in the calculations so now i know i have a 10.3 million value as my base or the carnage bonus so i could leave the city right now and pick up 10.3 million now you'll see that the percentages all just raised on the carnage calculations by two percent actually because one i got one percentage point on each of the on each of power tank and bridge for completing the kaiju and then i got another one for collecting the destruction jackpot they start at one two and four oh that's too early it's costing me here because Because my Rodan's gonna start. Stay in Tokyo. I wasn't ready for bridge. I need two more segments of bridge right now. So my Rodan's kinda wasted here. Let me see if I can pull a tank. The beginning of this video doesn't have much in terms of calculation. Because I haven't played anything yet. The first thing I will play you'll see coming up is a bridge multiball. And bridge has the highest percentage. So basically, the total points you earn in bridge, you get a percentage of that for your annihilation bonuses. And then every time you hit the bridge, attack bridge after lighting it, you will get that percentage built into the carnage bonus. And you'll see the calculations show up on the screen as it happens. That won't be until around the seven-minute mark in this video. It's somewhere around there. So if you want to skip ahead, skip ahead. you're going to watch me play bridge attack multiball right here and try to get a good value out of it. The right ramp you see that it's not lit for a jackpot shot. What it does is it builds the value of the jackpots. I'm worried that's not going to come back. Oh, I thought I had that. I was like, that went up the ramp, yes. So it's all about successive bridge, uh, super jackpot shots right now. Right ramp. Oh, get one more? Nope, didn't get it. So now I kind of want my Heat Ray. Yeah, take the Heat Ray. That'll get all the Jackpots right now, even though they're not that much. But it can get me closer to the Super Jackpot phase. Which is, I need now, I need to shoot... Two Capitols. These super jackpots are so important to collect to get a good value out of bridge. Without them, you're not going to get very many points. Super. One more. One more. All right. All right. This is a good bridge, actually, at this point. And you'll see the total for the bridge in the upper right. So it's at 159 right now. Pretty good. Does it matter which order you do things? No, it does not matter. Bridge just seems to be the most valuable because it's got the highest percentage for the annihilation bonus. That's why I'm doing it. Yeah, if I had full rodent, it would have been much better. Ah. So now I have to hit all the shots in order to light the supers. Because it's the third phase here. Light the double jackpots, which then lights the supers. Okay. and four billion you see the right ramp build jackpot this is four million four million is the maximum for the first bridge so you can't go above it dr. blueberry thank you for the sub how have your practice runs been going all right we go and unfortunately there's no there's no backdoor building Okay, so with bridge completed now, we get a base value of 1 million points added to the carnage bonus for bridge before hitting any of the annihilation bonuses. And the multiplier increases. So you can see now, on the bottom of the carnage calculations, we have a total of 2x. So it's 10.3 million plus 1 million times 2. And now I know the destruction jackpot value also, so I've increased that value. And now the percentages jump up because I hit another destruction jackpot. That's why it's so important to get all your destruction jackpots. Look at the status report and it's going to show me what my bridge value will be. Come on. I actually I at 7 and they 12 million So that quite a bit better than the last game 7 million what did I say I got 3 oh because also defeating the kaiju raises it a percentage I forgot about that. Haven't tried you wax your machine yet? Yeah I've done that before I want to get another ball lock and then I'm gonna hit try and hit the mecha target break ball save like on the last game more multi balls I can play the better you know or I can use them to get annihilation all right so we're just going to take that so the only annihilation bonus i can get during this is bridge because that's all i played so the multi balls are a safe way to get your annihilation bonuses So ideally you want to have more done I just fell into this Alright So there's the first hit on the bridge You can see the value increase By 12,535,000 So we have to hit switches right now To relight the bridge so it's lit now it's pulsing and it was hit right there and so one of the other nuances here is i do have rodan running at 2x however the value that goes into the carnage bonus is the unmultiplied value so while i'm getting 25 million, I believe it is, per hit. Only 12,535,000 is going into the carnage bonus. All right, one down. Godzilla's heat ray is ready. Hold the action button to charge. Nope, that's dead unless I did that. I think it was worth it. It's only one danger. Oh, Rodney. No, no, no. And this is, I'm not trying to make it look easier than what it is. Basically, I want to make the video that shows you what the values are. So my plan is to have a running total of what I think the carnage bonus should be, like, on the screen. So you can see. That's the point piece. Right now, at least. And that total at the bottom, it's missing the hundreds digits. And that's going to tilt. Oh, my God. It was going to take me a couple more hours to get that in there. So I stopped it here. I'm going to let the ball start to remove that ball from there. so i've started tesla strike here tesla strike is is power in here once this finishes we'll have a base of 1 million for power the multiplier will increase to 3x and that's really where the big scores come from the multipliers and then we'll have another destruction jackpot after every power tanker bridge completes you have a destruction jackpot you want to make sure you get that so you can increase these percentages ok I do still have super train for allies also haven't used that yet try for the rage combo oh boy okay so now i'm in danger zone now's where i start questioning my my choices i kind of want to get tank going here so i'm gonna go in the select state let's see uh let's see what we get right now right now we'd have a 2x multiplier on the carnage All right, this is a way to preview your carnage bonus because there's no status report for carnage bonus. But if you try to change cities, you can get a quick glimpse of the total. 204, 114, 960, which is basically what I have there. Like I said, I don't have the hundredth digit on the total at least. I'm just going to take the tank because I don't have my ball save on the left out lane anymore. and I'm in Rampage, so now I'm stuck. What I can do during Rampage is I can finish a Tesla Strike, but I can't do anything else. I can't play my tank. I just want to make sure that I don't die here now. The ball save is so long in Rampage that it's a good way to start, it's a good way to finish Tesla Strike. You cannot start it, but if you already have it running, you can finish it during Rampage, and Rampage does increase the value of the Destruction Jackpot. Another little trick to Rampage is if you ever have another animation, like if you can get it running with something else like there, like how it was at the start, it doesn't start the timer until it finishes the previous animation. But that's why I was able to get those five shots on him. On the left. That's going to finish off this, that's right. I can't get annihilation bonuses during this, so stay over there. You'll see the total just change. We have 3x scoring. We have 3x multiplier on the carnage bonus now because power had been finished. The test of strike finished. So we have the base of 1 million. And then the 3x, which put us over 309 million now for our carnage bonus. If we were able to catch that right at this moment. You cannot collect annihilation bonuses during rampage. I'll go for it. It's just dangerous. Oh, boy. I did not feel comfortable there with the... trying to hit that shot. And this, I'm going to ignore it now. If I was playing regularly, I wouldn't. But this shot can be draining. So we'll just time this out. Sorry Get ready for a tank No I want to hit the destruction jackpot that going to be lit right now Before I play tank. So I've increased the destruction jackpot value on the carnage calculations. We're now at 326 million. If I hit this, I get another percentage added to the power of tank and bridge. Done. Now we're at 6, 5, and 8%. Those are for future collects. So if I hit the bridge now, the bridge will actually be worth 14,290,000, which was hit right there. My next imposter will actually increase the value of the annihilation bonus as well. So it said 2x there, but remember, only the 1x value goes into the carnage bonus. Forget it, forget it, forget it. How many trains do I need for super train? I should really play that before. We're playing Sing. Again, I feel like this is one of the reasons the pro and the, you know, you can't get that in the pro. Super Train. Playing modes. See, if I was playing a real qualifying run, I would actually do it. I would do what I'm trying right here. Go for the train. I don't know. I'm gonna pay and pay for it oh no this is also building towards my Godzilla multiple come on where's that ramp all right so now I need a wallop shot or reverse building shot Does that work? And this multiball Mechagodzilla is another way to add to the destruction jackpot value, your base value, or a carnage bonus cash out. the large super jackpots here will be valuable for a cash out. Or alternatively, you can use the multiball to just build your annihilation bonuses to collect more. There's another bridge for 14,290,000. which is really times three because I'm at a 3x multiplier for the carnage bonus cash out. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. All right. But since I've played power, tank, and bridge on the same ball, I will actually have a 5x multiplier for the carnage bonus at the end. So when this multiple ends, pay attention to the total at the bottom, and you'll see it increase drastically because of that multiplier. All right, we're going to use the heat ray to get all... No, we're not going to use the heat ray. Oh, you've got to be kidding me. Can I get some? So Tank gets a base of 1 million. moved up to 5x which put us over a billion for the collective like if i cash out right now over a billion seems like the hardest part of monster zero is just getting power up so i'm starting monster zero right here unfortunately for this challenge for the tokyo carnage bonus monster zero has no impact so we're just gonna kind of skip by this right now it's a fantastic mode play it any other time right now it's just it's just pure points all right i'm in cash out point but i want to cash out he did it on a premium all right i i figured as much because i didn think he had a bro man destruction monster is lit okay once again this will increase the power tank and bridge percentage by one that why i trying to make these videos okay so all future collects now are at seven percent six percent and nine percent so my bridge is at 16 million 45 000 power is at 7 million 299 000 and tank is at 4 million 663,000. Oh my gosh. Alright. Because I'm no longer at 5%. Since I just got another destruction jackpot, I think I'm at 8 or 9% now, right? So yeah, I'm at 9%. So every bridge hit now gives me 16 million. So if I just grind away bridges, say, during Godzilla multiball, I can get a lot. because he's not he's he's just playing bridge to start he's probably just doing that over and over because the multiplier doesn't matter for for that i need to make sure i don't hit the scoop i was hoping i could hit the uh bridge but no So again here I'm going to use the safety of Godzilla Multiball to try and collect more annihilation bonuses. But you can see this is big now so every bridge hit is 16 million points. Exactly past me. Exactly. So 16 million times five is what the value is there. I'm going to get my atom already. So the other thing I haven't talked about yet really is how you get one multiplier for each item you finish. power tanker bridge that's 4x but if you do all three in any city it adds a bonus multiplier and that's why it's 5x and not 4x so if in a regular game you actually drain out you lose that multiplier except for that bonus the the so you have to cash out on the same ball you play power tanker bridge to maintain the carnage bonus multiplier the only one that retains is the additional bonus X you get for playing all three in a city. Damn it. I mean your plunge sugar back half the ball is so handy yeah you can see these values rapidly increasing I'm already at 1.46 billion because I can do that every every bridge shot adds about 80 million to the value get that out of the way shoot that there's another collect and we're gonna bounce that over and hope it survives yeah we're curious what the new version is i haven't i haven't actually heard what the fix is and good news is the new version didn't really change anything it fixed the bug that that mis-displayed tesla strike if you went to change cities while tesla strike was active that's dead oh it's not wow but that ball on the left was dead sure all right there's another one super jackpot is lit all this time my bridge is sitting over there which i really wanted i don't know i've always liked bridge so the real fun here is you have no idea what the value is the carnage cash out is you see it here that it's at 1.6 billion for me but playing the game i have no idea really i have a i have a general sense of how well i've done exactly do you want to cash out or do you want to keep building and be greedy and i kind of want to just cash out i think see what we get here max greed but if i don't cash out we'll never know what i get because i i have no mothra right now carnage is not in the instant info No. No. Put an 800 on the first one, right?
