I'm gonna teach crystal a few things. Yeah, very very reminiscent of that same idea you know I would like to take play field arts and start stacking them on top of each other and just see how much stuff is phoned in you know yeah they're just like hey take Metallica turn these into knives and crossbows and put some zombies on there right it's like using a facade body on a Jetta frame it's kind of talk sorry what did you just say so okay here's the deal with Metallica before I hit the button and the music starts getting really loud because we're gonna leave the music loud is much like ACDC you can change the song right but unlike a you see the song doesn't mean shit it means nothing okay it's just what you want to listen to while you're just blowing up the game all day all day long so it has your standard newer stern skill shot where you want to go through the blinking and line up here okay but the super skill shot is holding the left button down it'll come all the way around and on the fly you need to hit any major shot ramps so right right orbit right ramp snake's mouth captive ball sparky anything as long as you don't hit like one of these stupid pick targets you got it all right even getting inside of mystery works cool other than that my primary objective on this game is i just beat the crap out of sparky to get that multiball going okay and uh just like any multiball in this game there's a multiball here for grave markers so what you do is the second you got the multiball these picks right here you see these four little tron targets here those will start blinking some of them will be solid depending on how well you did before you get to the multiball but what you want to do is hit them all so they're all solid okay the second they're solid and this is during your multiball what when they all officially hit solid That green light above the snake will start blinking if you get a ball in there you get an add a ball your ball save Comes back you have 2x play field and you just start exploding the game. Well, baby. It's just The risk reward of that is you're hitting stuff that will just drain you immediately But if you light those up and get in that snake 2x play field all your jackpots are gonna be exploding Also, if you manage to hit enough pops this guy here this red arrow will be solid and I believe these little circles underneath will be solid too if you hit that. I believe that's also a 2x. Cool. To light up the play field. So let's just get into it, start playing, and I guess I'll explain the crank it up stuff later. We'll just get into practice because this takes a minute to get to. Cool. Ready? Yeah. All right. Fine. All right. All right. Amazing. Mystery. Metallica letter. That's Rance, right? Yes. But my recommendation is to always shoot Sparky to get that ball right out of the gate. Oh, and then you can go for Rance. Yeah. Now, it's a lot easier to hit Sparky with the left flipper. Okay. It is, because we don't play with a ball save here at Dead Flip, the super skill shot is even more dangerous than it should be. Okay. Because if I have this come around and shoot, and it hits that target and shoots right down the drain, my ball is over. Bye-bye. Player two. Also, you could try loop passing, which is, so if you power shot this and it comes around, if you do like a cute little drop catch, when it's zooming around real quick, what it does is you take a lot of the momentum out, and it just falls over here. It's dangerous because if you don't do it right it just goes rolls right into the center. I still haven't mastered any gun on the drop catch yet. Yeah. So let's see here. Here we go. Just like that. That's the problem. I was just demonstrating. Okay. This is what it looks like. Yeah. Oh, also, yeah, be aware that when this snake kicks out, we need to tighten it up so it's pretty much all over the place. It likes to shoot right down the drain. Sweet. No! Yeah! I did it! No, I wanna go for Sparky! Listen to me! Nope! Okay, okay. Now, here's how to really do the loop pass. All right. For reals. For realsies. Ah, wow. Just like that. Now, there's also something I forgot to mention with these shots. You see how there's lights in front of everything? Yeah. Like inserts, you see how that one's like glowing? Yeah. So what this is, is whenever you make a shot, like let's say we shot this left ring. That red arrow that's flashing would be on that left ring. And what that means is, so it's got a sparky light in front of it, a snake light, and a grave marker light. Right. So if I shot that ramp, that arrow's there. Now, if I hit sparky, it would light up the sparky light on there. Right. Now, if I hit snake, it would light up the snake light on there. And if I hit grave marker, it would hit grave marker, and then it would start flashing like that. But it's only on the left ramp? You lock in the shot you're going to hit. Uh-huh. And then, so I hit the right ramp, that arrow will be above the right ramp only. Right, yeah. Then if I hit Sparky, it'll light that light for that shot. Then it'll light the snake. Yeah, you've got to hit the shot first, then hit Sparky. Then Sparky will be lit here. Then hit Snake. Snake will be lit here. And hit Gravestone. Gravestone will be lit here. But if you hit that and then hit Sparky and then accidentally shoot this ramp, the arrow moves over here. You still get Sparky for that, but then you have to come over here. Anyway, what this is doing is, now that it's blinking, if I hit that one more time and then hit the captive ball, it locks that in place for your entire rest of your game. And then every time you hit that, you get a free shot to Sparky, a free shot to Snake, and a free shot to Grave Marker instead of actually having to hit them. And that stuff correlates with getting to crank it up. Because you have to hit all four of the major toys a lot in order to get crank it up mode. It's a little hairy. Yeah. But it's something to go for once you've figured out how to get your multiballs and stuff like that. Okay. So now that that... Oh, God. I got screwed. But now that that's solid, I'm good. And for the rest of my next ball, I can just keep hitting that all day, and it'll eventually just light up, crank it up for me. Instead of having to hit the snake a bunch of times, having to hit Sparky a bunch of times. The coffin is the only toy that doesn't have a shot associated with it, so you do have to beat that up on its own. Right on. That's the captain's ball? No. Yes. Yeah, okay. Coughin is captain's ball. And, you know, on tournaments they usually set them pretty hard, but not as hard as we have them here. And sometimes they're super hard, which is exactly what we have here. So that when we go out on the field and we're playing in tournaments, we're not surprised at the difficulty level. If the game is like mega hard, it's just regular for us. If the game's set up super easy, then we can just play like ding-dongs and not have to worry about anything. I think this is why the first time I played a tournament here I did not do very well. and after playing on the show so much, and then went to that other tournament, I did so much better. You get a little bit more use of the machine. You learn not to take stupid shots. I mean, that's not the case as of right now. But in a tournament setting, you learn not to take stupid shots because you don't know if the ball is going to come back. Sometimes, like the shoot-again lights are out on machines, and you don't know. So you just want to play as conservative as possible. Make sure you're fine. Oh, Nick's slap save is a good one. Alright, here we go. That's the only other one I want to wear is a slap save. Oh, like that. It goes straight in the middle and I'm like... Not going to do it. Not going to do it. Naughty, naughty. Naughty. I think I'm just going to do the regular skill shot right now. The slap save is an easy concept. you just need to make sure you're hitting it the right way. Because the difference between a slap save and just beating the shit out of the side of the machine and tilt-mantling them is that... Ah! God! It's a little shorter and jerkier. Like, a lot sooner than you would think it would be. Oh, no. There you go. Ah! To the barrel! Okay. Nice. Nice, nice, nice. Nice. Keep hands on the game, darling. It's hard not to do that. It really is. I mean, I definitely do it a lot, but it's only after I hit the game too hard and there's too many dangers. I just want to not help that third one come into fruition. Yeah, if you're on a Mac, download Webcam Settings and you can control all your webcams, even with OBS you can control blah blah blah, you're fine. Extra ball, I believe, is achieved by either hitting the snake enough times or hitting the coffin enough times. I'm not entirely certain. I thought you had extra ball. Extra balls aren't turned off. Yeah. But when they're turned off on newer stern means the extra ball gives points. So by collecting that extra ball, you get two and a half million points. Okay. And the 2x modifiers I was talking about, if you collect an extra ball with a 2x, it actually gives you 2x of a coin. So that's a $5 million extra ball. $5 million!
