## Analysis

In Before the Lock Episode 22 features Rob (Electric Playground) and Davey (Stumblr) discussing their favorite pinball mods from 2024. They cover approximately 30 mods across interactive and non-interactive categories, highlight the Jaws ball leader mod by Trent as the standout game-altering mod despite controversy, and remind mod makers to submit entries for Twippies awards by the deadline. Notable mods discussed include the Pirates of the Caribbean shooter rod by JJ_LP, Goldfinger laser mod by Paul (Jazb), Pin Snake cleaning tool, and various custom lighting and interactive mods.

### Key Claims

- [HIGH] Trent, creator of the Jaws ball leader mod, has announced he is leaving mod making at least for the short term due to a new job and family relocation. — _Davey stated Trent recently announced he was 'going to leave mod making' due to a new job requiring him to relocate his Canadian family to the southern United States._
- [HIGH] The Chimy Changa truck mod by Masters of Pinball hasn't been brought to market yet and is still collecting names/pre-orders. — _Rob noted the mod 'won't be nominated in the twippies this year because he hasn't actually brought it to market yet.'_
- [HIGH] The Twippies will feature two categories: interactive mods and non-interactive mods. — _Rob stated 'in the tippies there's going to be two categories there's going to be an interactive mods and then a non-interactive mods.'_
- [HIGH] The Pin Snake cleaning tool solves a problem pinball owners have had forever by providing an articulated, cloth-compatible solution for cleaning hard-to-reach areas. — _Davey highlighted it as 'one of the biggest mods of 2024' specifically because it solves a universal pinball owner problem without relying on glitz or LED effects._
- [HIGH] Mod makers have until tomorrow (December 10th, 2024) to submit mods for Twippies consideration. — _Rob stated 'if you are a mod maker um you have until tomorrow uh to submit your mod for uh potentially being nominated for the Twippies.'_
- [HIGH] Jimmy from 86 Pixels created an affordable version of the Pin Lights GI enhancement product with more sophisticated technical integration than the competitor's offering. — _Rob noted the product was 'always really expensive' from competitors but Jimmy's version is 'much more affordable' while featuring a sophisticated app written in Flutter for iOS and Android._
- [HIGH] The Roger Sharp action figure giveaway is limited to 50 units and is signed by Roger Sharp himself. — _Rob displayed the figure and noted 'the initial run was limited to 50 um it's actually signed by Roger sharp here on the back.'_

together Christmas planning for you uh Christmas plany I've got all the presents pretty much sorted um which is rare for me at this time of year here um but London is unseasonably cold well maybe seasonably cold but very cold um you know we it's icy Carl Weathers it's miserable here in London at the moment man but uh looking forward to Christmas it's going to be a good time for sure for sure yeah lots of lots of festies coming up uh Christmas is uh well the Carl Weathers is not too bad here so I can't complain about that we got a we got a pack show for you guys um we kind of come up with this last minute but it makes complete sense we are going to be covering all of our favorite mods from 2024 um so we've got uh a couple couple kind of aspects of this going to happen uh one we want to remind everybody that the tippies were recently announced and if you are a mod maker that damn thumbs up keeps coming up if you are a mod maker um you have until tomorrow uh to submit your mod for uh potentially being nominated for the Tes I'll talk to you guys a little bit about how that's going to work uh there is a link at the bottom of the channel right now uh if you go to infor thock docomo of the page and you can submit uh your mod or really any mod um that you're interested in uh being featured in the tippies uh for potentially being listed um we're also going to be talking about our top five uh favorite mods this year we've got a bunch of honorable mentions we're hoping to cover about 30 mods on today's show and if you guys are following along definitely post anything in the comments that we might have missed or that want us to talk about um so before I get into that I just want to give a a huge shout out to uh all the folks on our mailing list uh about a week ago we sent out a survey uh asking about uh what Toppers you would like to see uh from the Electric Playground in the coming year um we had about 15 or so Toppers on there and we had a like a fill-in the blank uh as well and then anybody who entered um is entered into about seven prizes we're get away including this um super sweet uh Roger sharp uh figure I'll show you guys this uh Colin with kineticist put this out I think it the initial run was limited to 50 um it's actually signed by Roger sharp here on the back it's a legit action figure uh comes in the blister case and a little bag as well um but we're giving away one of those which is super exciting um and then we gave away some gift cards too uh so the one there's one game that kept coming up um in the like the that the like what what else would you like to see um kept coming up kept coming up um and uh well I'm gonna give you guys a hint um so um so the first person in the comments to guess what this game is um we're g to give you a $50 gift card and and your hint and and you can just answer anytime throughout the show we'll keep an eye out for it uh your hint is uh like a bee like a bee like a be like a bee oh God I'm really this is too cryptic for me man I'm afraid all right well maybe maybe if we don't get any uh solid answers throughout we'll uh yeah we'll simplify it yeah yeah so one more one more like a b um yes well it's it's it's a it's a light hit but it's one that kept coming up so Bo get back to that all right so um how are we going to do this Davey we are going to do live yeah y um there's a couple couple things to note before we get into this guys um Davey and I have obviously been following along uh throughout the year we see a lot of stuff we did some research before the show uh we're assuming that everything we're listing uh today was put out in 2024 but apologies if it wasn't um and then we think we know all the creators names but there's a lot of information on these titles names so if if we get anything wrong please uh let us know but excited to get into this so Dave you want to start us off yeah and just one other thing to mention too I mean obviously uh we sort of cover a lot of mods uh in the show during the year um but we miss stuff so if there's if there's anything that you feel like we should be talking about then please mention it in the comments as well and um and we'll Circle back if we can towards the end of the show and and cover those as well um because you know we we tried to cover everything but you know we're definitely going to have Miss some stuff um but yeah two 2024 what a year for mods hey and uh what a year for mods um and I want to kick us off uh with the mother of all 2024 mods um can you guess what I'm going to start with Rob well it's not going to be any of our stuff right so we're uh we're GNA eliminate anything anything stumbler um yeah I think it might I don't know I mean I think the one that you got really excited about was for Alvar I think that might be might be on your list I don't know not for alv no well look for for me the mod of 2024 for various reasons uh was the Jaws ball leader mod yeah and that's the that's the wrong hang on what not that one is that not that one why is my screen not showing properly hold on let me try this again so um for anybody that for anybody that doesn't um know about this mod uh here we go just getting this sorted share and then share again there we go Jo's balling mod this is by interactive pinball guy called Trent um when Jaws first came out everybody was complaining that the shark didn't eat the ball and very quickly Trent came out with a potential solution for this he was going to design a mod of a shark that was going to eat the ball and then reposition the ball somewhere else on the play field which sounded uh like a crazy amount of engineering to do on this uh and uh immediately um similar you know a lot of people sort of came out including myself saying that it couldn't be done it was going to be too complex or too weird it wasn't going to work it was going to get in the way of the game um you know this kind of mod is described as a game altering mod it is going to actually Chang the way that you play the game because on the uh the pro and the premium version uh you know the ball doesn't go down there it doesn't get repositioned elsewhere in the Playfield so it is changing the game somewhat um and I was doubtful whether he was going to be able to pull off the engineering of it um but he did and it was uh very successful uh and he did a really fantastic job on it um and sold a bunch of them um but obviously there's always going to be detractors um for a mod like this for a game altering mod and I think it took its toll on him um Trent I don't know what he knows from but Trent um just recently announced that he was going to leave mod making um at least for the short term um he's got a new job uh I think uh uh where was it maybe Carolina or something like that he's Canadian um so he's had to pack up his house move his family uh and his you know young child uh down to uh you know the south of uh North America and um and he's giving up mod making for the short term now um you know whether that's just because of the new job um or because uh uh the you know the the mod itself was so controversial that it was you know a really trying process for him uh you know it's very possible that that was the case um yeah Jo's ball leader that's my 2024 mod um of the year uh purely because it was so massive and so controversial and created so much drama yeah I mean we talked a lot about this one when it came out as did the entire pinball Community uh sorry to hear that he's got a little out I've definitely heard that from people it's like you're going to kind of get to that point where you know you hit a bit of a wall for whatever reason I hope uh he found a lot of joy in it and and finds the time to come back um my question for you Davey is if you have you played it with this mod I haven't no have you I haven't no I I haven't seen it in the wild I'd be excited to uh we were a big proponent of a of a ball altering or a mod ball yep guy altering one of those things yeah with for Bond Bond last year um but yeah I definitely could see how that could wear on somebody which is too bad but um no I want to play it it's definitely uh definitely technically super impressive so exactly I mean and this is the this is the awful thing like if um if it was that mod that turned him off or burnt him out of mod making I think that's really sad because you know look Trent is a huge huge talent I mean the fact that he could pull this off uh was hugely impressive and I think it would be really sad if he was you know removed from the scene uh as a result of this mod because you know we're going to miss out on you know many many fun interesting mods for him in the future and I think that's a really sad thing so Trent if you're listening man uh we got you back and um you know I hope you get back into it at some point mate because you'll be sorely missed definitely and congrats on that mod so yeah so again uh because we have a lot of mod makers watching uh hit the link at the bottom submit your mods uh tomorrow by the end of the day tomorrow you'll need to submit the mods uh all those mods submitted as well as a bunch on this show and a bunch that we just find are going to go to a panel of nine uh industry professionals and community members that are going to then vote on those and those are going to be the official nominees for tippies which voting starts on January 3 and the show itself is in February uh hosted at the Wormhole this year so they switched it up and they're going to be doing a special event at the wormhole in Houston uh instead of tpf this year um so yeah so uh moving on and and I also we got one guest on on the game uh I'll give you guys a hint it's a it's a WPC I think a WPC 95 game um so you can kind of narrow it in on that range all right so I I didn't know we were doing uh our official best mod of the Year well but I will say yeah sorry about that yeah sorry to drop that on your mid show man I I will say that this was absolutely one of my favorites um this is the chimy cha TR chimy changa truck mod by all right a pimball um we covered this one on a previous show earlier this year um I just I just love you know adding this to the universe especially on like the pro which doesn't have a fully uh form I don't even know I don't know if it has on the premium either but the the painting on this is amazing the lighting on this is amazing um I loved watching this video I didn't know these guys too well but obviously they do some really cool stuff and I got to learn a little bit more abouted do you know do you know these guys well yeah I do he was he was at Expo this year actually hanging out with his um lovely girlfriend um and uh yeah like so chimy truck mods running a lolly board so we sort of communicated a lot um just on exactly what BART wanted um you know uh you know in terms of the fire effects that he wanted coming out of the flames and stuff um so I think I think mate that this one actually won't be nominated in the twet this year because he hasn't he hasn't actually brought it to market yet so I think he's still collecting names um but you know a wonderful Choice nonetheless um and it's just really it's really great to see you know B uh you know coming coming along with every you know mod that he's doing I've actually got another one of his later in the show that I'll be showing um and it's just really interesting to see sort of where his videography and editing and stuff has gone from you know the original mods that he was doing to this you know he's really taking it to the next level um so yeah really exciting stuff from masters of pinball and um you know we're going to be seeing a lot more great stuff from him I bet definitely definitely and we're getting some notes about audio on the video is too high I don't know if that's was that related to the screen share or I'm not sure yeah it was man yeah yeah was don't know if you're sharing your screen or the video Oh I thought I had it muted but uh we we'll try that again on the next one uh but yeah I didn't realize it wasn't didn't realize it wasn't brought to market yet otherwise I'd be on it but um very cool and I hope to see you next year yeah man all right Dave okay all right so let's let's move on to the next one then so this is uh this is one that we featured on a show um uh earlier in the year and uh it's a mod for a game that I don't even own um but purchased it anyway just because it was so completely awesome um I've since met a couple of people who live next door to this mod maker um but never spoken directly to the mod maker uh themselves their name uh they go by JJ LP on pinside and um they've created a mod for Pirates of the Caribbean which is the Pirates of the Caribbean shooter Rod uh which we've shown many times before I mean this is an absolute work of art um each one of these shooter rods is uh completely individual um so all the detailing all the detailing that you see here is all uh individual and unique uh for every shooter Rod when you buy one um you get sent a uh a set of uh maybe 10 that you can choose from so you know all these Barnacles and everything are all unique and individual um and you know this is all solid wood um you know beautiful sort of brass detailing around here um and look you know I am not a shooter Rod guy at all I I really don't like shoter rods um so for somebody to create a shooter Rod that um blows my mind is is a real uh well I don't know what it is but you know hugely impressive work I think it's definitely one of my top mods of the year um you know it's not cheap but huge amount of work goes into them uh it also comes with a or can come with a shoter rod cover uh sorry a shooter Lane cover um that's done in the sort of the similar pattern and style with the Barnacles and the green seaweed and and things like that you know it's really weighty uh I'm not sure what the um skill shots are like on Pirates of the cariban and you know cuz shooter rods you know you know detailed shooter rods this always affect sort of intricate skill shots so I'm not sure what the situation uh is on that for Pirates of the Caribbean um but you know maybe one day I'll pick one up and I'll install this and and you know love it more and not have it in a box on my shell waiting for a show where I can show it off uh yeah what do you think of the uh what do you think of the shooter I made I know that it's a little bit uh a little bit Marite that one you know some people think it's you know well you know by its very nature is sort of hideous and ugly isn't it it's meant to represent you know uh under the sea monsters so yeah what what do you think of that one yeah I mean I I'd have to be a pirates owner to really appreciate it fully but I feel like if I were I would I definitely am curious how that shoots because like you I kind of like a very specific feel on it it's so heavy too so you know it will affect like a a soft plunge skill shot so I don't know what the situation uh you know because I've probably played two games on Pirates you know my entire life yeah I guess I'd be curious to know how how important the the plunge is although I think is I think you can actually drop it in to make it go up to the top so but hey maybe maybe it makes it easier it it's gorgeous and I definitely think that um there's no one doing stuff quite like this so definitely hat off just the uh yeah the skill level you know the artistic skill level involved in putting something like that together is just you know off the chart so that's what really impressed you know when you see stuff sometimes you don't you don't even know sort of you know how they've gone about doing it to that level of quality and it's inspiring you know from that degree um you know I just love stuff like that because it sort of you know stuff like that pushes us all further and I think you know that's what this uh the quality level on this one is like very cool all right my next up is the uh light up flying UFO by Raiden uh G Raiden gorby uh Raiden um this is one we covered now Davey did I does this one qualify or did I mess this one up too I think so man I think it does qualify y I'm just getting my next mod ready but I am listening yeah yeah all right I'm GNA kick that audio down for you guys but yeah we covered this one a little bit earlier this year super cool add-on for Foo Fighters I love again the painting on this one uh the detail I love how he does his uh his Cloud effects um which is actually similar to the last one we saw as well but love how it brings in lighting next to expression lighting um it does cover a little bit of ball path but not in the way that you know some mods you might complain about um so I thought he did a great job there um and I think he's got maybe a couple other mods too that he did for Foo Fighters as well this is the food fighter UFOs you're gonna get one um so yeah great great price I think it's really you know well done for for how much it is as well um have you seen this one in person Davey by chance or I've not seen it in person no um I'm just trying to think what I've got I don't think I've got any of Raiden G's mods um I haven't picked any of them up um he doesn't tend to be on pinside that much um he was I think selling a lot of stuff on Etsy for a while um but uh sort of frequen you know the Facebook sort of pinball mods groups and and and places like that but not so much on pinside um but you know he's done a fantastic Foo Fighters topper if you remember the the bomb that sort of had this really great remote control that sort of uh that worked it um and he's done sort of that control panel that you can see there to the right of the ramp as well um yeah you know what a great mod maker and he's you know he's always coming out with these great things um and yeah I knew you were going to select this one because I remember showing it to you I think during an earlier show and I I remember you being really impressed um yeah look the cloud effect that he's that he's done there particularly the clear one not so much the colored ones but the clear ones that he's done are just you know really beautifully done um yeah great great choice definitely all right uh what do you got next Dave okay so uh so you uh look I'm not sure whether this one qualifies as well whether it was in last year I sort of had a bit of a question whether it's hard there's definitely not that information is not particularly readly available yeah yeah I mean I think all I've got to go on is um like the the the time that the uh pinside post first came out um so I think this one does qualify because I think it is it it's like March 30th or something and I think what is tpf sort of around the 20th of March or something like that isn't it so I think it came out maybe a week after TPS so that it must qualify on that basis um but this is one by uh jazb um and you know it's one we've covered on the show uh uh full disclo why is my so is that is that coming through or am I still on my screen shares let's uh let's get rid of that sorry guys so this is one full disclosure that I did the uh um hang on so what I need to do window there we go that's going to be better now I'm I'm sharing tabs rather than sharing screen that's the that's the problem so uh full disclosures I did the electronics on this one um but this is by Paul jazb and it is the bond uh Goldfinger mod um and what I find so uh great about this one was a was the idea that Paul had to sort of uh integrate it in the game in such a way that it forms a miname um so the laser you know has pulsating LEDs to make it look like the laser is burning closer and closer to Bon's crotch much like it is in the gold finger film um and the idea of the miname is that you hit the ramp um a certain number of times so that you can shut down the laser and save bond from getting his knackers uh boiled by the laser um so so yeah if you then there it goes you've saved Bond his knackers are intact and uh you can Bond can go on fight another day um so yeah it's just a really cool idea um to create a game within a game um you know something that probably you know I'm I'm unaware that anybody's ever sort of tried to do something like this before um and it's just a great sort of use of sort of interactivity um that uh you know just makes makes mods sort of more enjoyable and more fun and and um you know elevates them you know against sort of other mods that sort of you know just do lighting patterns or whatever it is so yeah for me um you know this one this one was uh you know a great mod uh what do you what do you think about this one mate I have this mod I love this mod uh I was kind of reluctant uh to get it initially because I had a helicopter there that I really liked and I had built like a custom you know mount for it it was kind of a DIY thing but I got this uh from Paul Paul sent it to me and it's great I mean this is definitely a musthave in my opinion there's a lot of options for what goes up there uh but the fact that that you mentioned it has interactivity um it makes a lot of fun and it's just really well executed um so definitely definitely a big fan of that one fantastic all right cool so I'll drop another hint on our little little side contest we have going um the game is out of this world all right so see what you guys do with that uh okay so this one I came across uh this was a deep track on Facebook uh it looks like it came out maybe January of 2024 have you seen this one Davey I haven't mate no I have not um so I'll show you guys what this thing currently looks like on the game um it's this little gold object over here on the right and that's where the ball kind of rotates um going back uh it's by maybe Anthony Pepe let's see I had some notes oh no this is by pfx pin mods do you know that company okay yeah yeah I've heard of him y yeah yeah um and I admittedly I've been playing the new uh Indiana Jones game the great circle have you heard about this PC Xbox game just came out I'm a classic Lucas Arts game fan Jones ATA so I'm feeling I'm feeling some indie right now but uh yeah this one really popped out to me because I just love that scene from that first movie where he kind of swaps out uh the pin snake guy is what colins says um that sound right to you Davy is he uh yes it is yeah it's the pin snake guy amazing cool yeah so uh just really you know simple in terms of you know what it is for for a lot of the mods that we have that we're reviewing but I really like how it's executed um we do have uh in the tippies there's going to be two categories there's going to be an interactive mods and then a non- interactive mods I would say this one falls into that non-interactive mods Zone but very very nice uh nonetheless yeah really beautifully painted isn't it like there's obviously you know there's a lot of detail in the um the structure that's underneath the idle um and then he's just done some really nice sort of dry brushing effect uh you know over the over the surface of that um uh yeah really really nicely done um and uh why don't I just jump straight to the pin snake then because that is uh next one Pake yeah pin snake man yeah so uh look okay so there's now this is a super simple mod yeah but it's one of my top ones let me turn that down just in case it's coming through um now look pin snake is just a a very simple 3D printed tool that has been been designed so that you can clean areas of your pinball machine that uh have that that are difficult to get to with any other kind of sort of cleaning implementation now typically the way people have managed this in the past is by using a screwdriver with like a sponge or a or a towel or something uh you know attached to the end and then trying to get under ramps and things that way um but uh so there you go pfx been months um but this is designed so that it sort of follows the uh ball path around sort of difficult turns uh and and uh you know uens and things so that you can clean um those difficult to reach parts of the game now let me hide that and show that and move him and here's the pin snake you can see it sort of you know it's all articulated and sort of bends really nicely it has these uh velcro um dots down the side so that you can attach your uh cleaning cloth stick your PIN snake on wrap the cloth around and then away you go now the reason why this is for me uh one of the biggest mods of 2024 it's just because it's a it's a problem solve it solves a problem that every pinball owner has had with their game um forever and you know nobody's sort of solved it in any other way than sort of wrapping a screwdriver with with a cloth and now we have this now uh you know the the the maker of the pin snake knows that it's probably going to be ripped off you know quite quickly um so he's been sort of you know working really hard to get as many of them to Market as possible because you know it's a very easily copiable idea but you know you know credit to him he he he created this out of nothing and to you know to solve a problem that every pinball owner has and so that's why for me it's just a genius mod because you know it's it's doesn't go for all the glitz and the glamour it doesn't go for the big reveal it doesn't go for the LED effects and stuff it just solves a pinball problem um and you know that's what all great mods should do so yeah for me Pinn big mod of 2024 awesome awesome all right I am the pressure's on now I gotta get all these you got all these like valid points for why these are the best and I'm throwing stuff out there all right let's see what we got here uh so all right so the game is out of this world but not scared stiff um let's just go with be more specific here it's a space themed game um so Davey any any guesses there oh no we can't well you know I mean I'd automatically be going for attack from Ms but obviously it's not that because you've already done that done um and you said so it's definitely a w pc95 I think it is I need to do some research on that on my next little uh little break um okay so so this is my this is my fourth one um and huge fan of this one uh because it just looks like it should have come came in the game and obviously that's a big thing for mods I I love you know it's a comic book theme game venom um he laid into the words that are in the game on the the cabinet various places I love how he did the lighting uh just fits really well there uh so this is by CR arcades um who does a ton of really cool stuff um I think that um of all the things he's done uh this one I felt like does just the best job of theme integration at least that I've seen from him in a while um I haven't seen it in person uh but um I can I can tell by looking at it can't have audio there uh I can tell by looking at it that it's it's it's a really good fit uh fit for the game uh so definitely kudos to him on a great uh great mod and I think that came out this year I'm hoping so anyway do you know Davey I'm not not 100% to be honest um I know that he did I know that he did a bunch of Venom mods um because he did he did the the arch around my Venom law is terrible so I don't know what the characters names are but the the character the you s you know the the new Newton ball uh strike where you push what's his name back up into the uh whatever it is the yeah laboratory or whatever right so he's he's done one for there um I think he maybe did a third one as well uh oh yeah he did the um he he did sort of the uh the Venom canisters uh that sort of you know have sort of a really cool sort of wraparound effect um uh plus really nice lighting as well so he had a couple for for Venom um but I agree this is probably my favorite of his from Venom as well um and then more recently he's done a whole bunch for Jaws as well of which I'll get to in in a sec uh during during the next section um but yeah great great mod from CR arcades and um it's really cool to see his sort of progression over the over the last couple of years from Venom now to jaws and you know every time he comes out with something it seems to get more and more sophisticated and integrating more sort of elements and more lighting so really really cool stuff from him nice nice okay right ready next okay man good friend of ours um by the name of Jimmy from 86 pixels came out this year ah yeah finally whoop whoop 86 pixels with the pin lights okay so uh now the pin lights isn't a unique concept um obviously it's borrowing from another uh competitor's idea um but the competitor's idea was always really in aordable can I say that um quite expensive and Jimmy came out with uh a much uh more affordable version um of the same product and yet with I guess a lot more sophisticated uh you know technical sort of integration in the sense that you know he's written um a really great app for it uh that controls uh all of the different maybe I should describe what it is first so the pin lights is a sort of a GI enhancement product um it uh is two strip lights that go down either side of your game um to uh light it up to a greater degree so that uh games that might have been you know a little bit hard to see uh for various reasons whether they had uh whether they had so you can see sort of the strip lighting let me kill the sound just in case even though Jimmy has a lovely melodic voice um so you can see strip lights sort of go down here um all adjustable um I think some of them have got UV uh really great uh app written in flutter I think uh for uh IOS and Android I believe lots of control over the various aspects and the interactivity I think it hooks into both the GI and and a flasher as well so that it uh can sort of um you know go on and off with the game lots of cool sort of uh engineering features like the ability to sort of I think um unplug them really quickly you can see sort of Jimmy when he moves the Playfield this is one of the problems with lights like this is they always have to remain on the Playfield whereas Jimmy sort of introduced the concept of being able to unplug them easily so that you can remove them entirely when you lift the Playfield things like that um now obviously this isn't a New Concept and stuff but what Jimmy has always done so well in my mind is the way that he sort of manages his business and it's always been an inspiration to me like you can see uh here his interaction in Threads is just Next Level you know he he responds to all the questions you know really uh insightful and uh detailed way um he always you know you know he's never demeaning or uh frustrated or at least never comes across that way and it's actually his tone you know I sort of you know I sort of have always read his place even before I sort of got into mod making as just a really great way of of interacting with the community um you know and so I always you know look through his threads uh you know and just have a lot of admiration for him for that you know it's not only a great product but he manages that product so well very cool I'm I'm being told you can hear the 3D printers going in the background so trying can can you hear him going can you hear him going a little bit but you know look man this is this is this is life right this is the life of of a maker they're they're turning out they're turning out okay all right so I've got some I've got some random stuff I don't know all right I like this one I like this one because it's for a super obscure uh game um do you know uh the game um class of 1812 I do yeah yeah it's a gut Le y okay definitely know that game never played it I thought this I thought this was I thought this was hilarious and I'm just I get excited when I see people doing stuff for random games oh my God yeah we have a actual Beating Heart um this game has a lot of very crazy things going on with it it looks like they only made about seven of them um but it's it's it's a ton of fun there's probably there's probably only seven working eting there probably is I played one one time uh but um I don't know where he sourced this or if he made it oh my God he's got a coil in there I guess coil Co there goes up and down so um and it is interactive with the game so if you guys ever see this game definitely fire it up because it's a pretty rare one any any class of 18 what is it class of 18 27 whatever it's called class of 18 12 class of 18 12 class if anybody has a class of 1812 and they don't have this mod in their game shame on you shame all right that is awesome I love that all right back to me passing the passing the buck back to me we're into my honorable mention now but you know whatever so just going down the list aren't we so let me try and find my where are we okay here we go so uh right now uh let's switch to let's switch to this one now uh this is the latest version of jazz jazz bu's Atomic Godzilla which was a massive mod uh for Godzilla um Paul did an incredible uh figure for to replace the main Godzilla figure uh in Godzilla um because the main Godzilla figure is is pretty lackluster in Godzilla you know it's an amazing game but the figure is weird and not aggressive and has a weird expression on its face so Paul did a a figure for that for that position and this is the updated version of that that replaces that same figure cuz they reuse that same figure in the topper um but with a new pose and it's bigger um and it uh uses sort of light sensing sort of the same similar sort of light sensing as as you guys use in a lot of your Toppers Rob um to trigger the effects in his uh spines so that when the effects go off in the topper um Godzilla follows along with that so let me just switch that out um and pull this one up um so that you can see him sort of doing his thing uh in the topper uh um so you can see the difference between those two is quite significant yeah um we just fast forward um so not only has he sort of done the figure um but he's also created this uh acrylic um backing for the clouds the cloud always look like a bit of a marshmallow sort of thing you know not very uh explosive or aggressive um and you know the the acrylic uh that he's done just that just that added acrylic completely changes the dynamic of that cloud to turn it into you know much more sort of explosives type thing um and you can see that's the effect that sort of occurs when um when the cloud sort of gets ignited which is you know controlled by the game so the cloud gets ignited by the game and then the Godzilla topper sort of follows along without to make it look like he's um he's uh you know charging up his spines when that uh explosion occurs um so yeah it's one of my boards in that one as well um but you know Paul can always be uh relied upon uh to do just the most amazing sort of expressive figures um he owns a toy company so has a lot of you know amazingly talented people working for him who can produce stuff like this um you know works for some some incredible toy companies so you know whenever he's going to um you know put his mind to doing a figurine uh type thing it's always going to be you know absolutely Ely amazing and then this is no exception very cool well to keep on the theme of Toppers and Godzilla topper specifically um this is H this is one I I I really like I love I love the Simplicity of it um let's see if I can get a bigger image here uh but it's just this uh this this wording or this uh these characters that I think are in a couple places on the game in Japanese um and it's got a really nice subtle lighting effect I mean there's a lot of Godzilla topper options obviously we have a couple as well but I thought this was a really nice one um to kind of augment that world depending on how you've modded out your Godzilla this one is by Matthew Manden which I've seen a couple things from him as I was searching uh on Facebook uh but um ve very very nice uh subtle effect I don't know if it's interactive at all but uh I I really like yeah Aesthetics of it yeah yeah absolutely like um you know the way that he's lit that sort of that side edge um is really quite clever um yeah and I I remember seeing this one and sort of commenting on it um to that effect as well because you know it is quite hard to sort of do Lighting in a way that um you know looks really clean and natural and nice and stuff and so yeah I was I was impressed with this one as well I thought it was really good and and you know good sort of uh alternative for you know more expensive Toppers out there I guess and back to our hint so I'm going to remind you guys the hint was like a bee and um it's a widebody it's a widebody yeah keep diing all right I'm gonna do another topper um uh Tim Proctor uh hit the scene I think this year for the most part with a ton of uh pretty amazing uh five of five Toppers I think he did one for Jaws this one's for I'm sorry for Godzilla this one's for he did Iron Maiden but this guy's work is incredible like obviously he's doing this uh for a living in other Industries probably before this uh but just does some really cool stuff and uh it's all it's all very limited but very nice work yeah I was wondering whether you're going to bring uh these ones up because uh yeah I mean he just kind of exploded onto the scene with these didn't he you know um you know I hadn't heard of him at all and then suddenly you know he dropped something like this and like whoa you know like the detail level um and the skill level involved in putting together something like this is just next level um so you know very impressive stuff and uh you know you can see why people uh you know have been so Keen to put them in their game because you know they are very impressive things um you know if you if you really go for the the diarama um style or you know what they are because that's that's really you know what they what they excel at is that realistic sort of Di um you know style of topper um but yeah very very cool stuff indeed all right Dave back to you back to me man okay so uh this is one you mentioned earlier in the show um and it is by a mod group called tpmf uh they hail uh from that well they Dutchman um so they're from the Netherlands and uh they were originally working I think last year or the year before um working on a lot of alien mods um so they did various sort of alien um things and uh more recently sort of uh switched to elvar briefly to do a mod and that's the one I'm going to show um this is the gappa angry mod um the gappa angry mod um so by Carol and Peter from tpmf and gappa sits behind the U main House of Horrors in Alvar looking menacing um and having various lighting effects uh that are triggered by in-game events uh like balls going over switches and things like that so there's various sort of Flasher effects uh to simulate the lightning and things like that um and uh you know changes colors depending on the mode of the game and things like that um they've released two versions uh of the mod um one which is the color version and another one which is the black and white um to go along with alvara blood red kiss um and I've got the blood red kiss version here uh the sculpt was actually sorry sculpt was actually designed um I think by Pet's daughter might be might be Carol's Daughter actually um um but she's done a she's done a great job I think you know she's only young this is her first ever sort of uh sculpt for a pinball machine she's done a fantastic job on that um and they painted it really nicely too um so I asked when when they said that they were going to send me one which I was very pleased about they asked me which version I wanted and I I I I uh optimistically went for the blood red kiss version just on the off chance that I'd actually get hold of one one day uh but it's not eventuated yet but I still hold out hope so if uh anybody is local in the area and wants to give me their blood red kiss then uh I'll be uh your friend forever very cool we did have a question about are these the tppy nominees I think Kong's RS asked that so so uh these are potential nominees for the tippies there are four tppy categories uh this year it's best interactive mod best non-interactive mod uh best OEM topper and best aftermarket topper um and basically any any mods that are nominated or identified through the form which is at the link uh below at inbefore theel lock.com we'll go to a panel of nine uh industry judges and then they're going to select the official uh mods that will be nominated for this year's game so we wanted to we wanted to do it in a way because there's so many mods out there we're seeing some that a lot of folks have never seen uh we wanted to give all the mod makers a chance to submit their mods uh so that it wasn't just you know us coming up with stuff um I am the committee chair but I felt I talked with Davey about it and we felt like that was a really good way to do it so I think there'll probably end up being a couple hundred mods that are presented to our nine uh kind of prejudges and then the top 30 across all those categories um will be the ones that you know ultimately everyone will vote on on January 3 of 2025 um so any moving on no not Judge Dread not Demolition Man um you guys are getting closer though I think just search for what the what the wide bodies are and it's out of this world and um like a b getting closer all right like a b like a B is the main hit okay I'm going to do a couple quick hits um okay stuff that I thought was really cool uh you know in looking at these I was like if I own the game would I want it right um and this one is for Avatar it's a super skill shot makes some amazing shooter rods um this one is just really cool looking um I like what potentially the feel of it is oh I'm sorry it's a start button my bad I've got a bunch of different stuff um this is a really cool start button um and I'm not too concerned about the feel but it's it's got a great uh great look to it um and it just looks like you're looking into the world of Avatar almost um so very cool man I've not seen this that one umum why is itanium is that is that is that an avatar thing yeah it's an it's like the something to do that theying yeah yeah I get it yeah cool I think anyway I thought this one was fun you know you guys are are new to the mod World We There everything is modded I love this this is for ien this is for alien and that little thing comes out and grabs it it's just a little small uh little thing but I thought it was fun that they they put that together yeah that's wicked that one this is a mod that I own personally uh by ventom man it's for uh for the big leowski this sits over the scoop just a really nice uh classy uh update to the game and just really fits in really nicely so definitely a big fan of that one so kudos to vinto man am I pronouncing that right I know you know him d vinto man yeah Andrew is his name y Andrew yeah so very cool yeah okay cool uh let's uh let me quickly roll through a couple as well then in that case um let me just move my camera over so that I'm not um showing things too early this is is the kiss Nano topper um this is by Aro pinball uh in uh in my homeland of Australia and uh I don't own a kiss unfortunately but um I just I just really loved the idea of this you know it's very simple you know obviously it's the KISS logo um it's lit up um and goes sort of within the game so they I think he calls it a mini topper or something like that but essentially it goes within you know on the Playfield in the game um very similar to the topper of Kiss which is sort of a similar thing but you know as a Topper um but what I love about this one so much is the execution um if H you know if you can sort of see you know you know being a being a mod nerd these are the things you do when you get these you sort of just look at you know how you know I mean look at the look at the finish on that you know that is really impressive and I've not actually got a huge idea how he's managed that really um you know just very well executed uh mod you know beautiful uh wiring coming out of it and fixings um everything's just perfect like you know an OCD quality level mod you know even even the way that the uh diffusion uh plastic has been adhered to the front is just very nicely done um and you know kiss wasn't a big selling game so this is never going to be a big selling mod but I think he's done a right out of it and he deserves to because you know this is this is super quality um and you know when you get something and you're like not really sure how they've done it that um you know that it's an amazing thing so yeah that's one that's one um uh we were talking briefly about uh he used to go under the name slum cats on pinside but um now uh is now going under the name m of pinball uh and uh you mentioned the uh chimy changa uh truck mod earlier this is his earlier one which is uh the hell house mod um so this is the first one that I ever saw of his uh and uh hot mods John um sort of found him first I suppose and got in contact with him uh you know about this one um because I mean look at it just absolutely beautiful and you can see the uh roof tiles you know they're all sort of slightly different colors um and it's just like small details like that and the edge detailing that you can see sort of on the outside of the building here that just elevated it from you know a good uh 3D model to something you know much greater than that um and I think this is this has got sort of like a resin sort of insert in here that's that's lit up uh by a bulb so interactive with the game um I think the I think the hell house lights up at the front there too um but just really really detailed beautiful work uh from Bart uh on this one and you can see see him just getting better and better with every mod so you know he's going to be a big talent in the next coming years so watch out for him and you know make sure that if you um you have a Deadpool then you you get on to all of his stuff and I think he's buying a lot of the new games too so you can be sure that he's going to be um I think he's in on uh we we talk of fa bet um I think he's in on Evil Dead so be sure to watch out for whatever he's got going for that as well um another UK Moda um hot mods that I just mentioned uh produce these this year which is the Jaws spinner reels um they go over the fishing reel spinner uh on Jaws and also the upper Playfield spinner uh which is the steering Mast boat for AA um and these are these are a great idea um it was always I guess particularly for for the fishing reel it was always the obvious one to produce like a more detailed 3D fishing reel but where um John really excelled with these I think is the team up with Precision pinball um now John from Precision uh makes uh really highly engineered and skilled uh M flipper bats and bushings uh for all Pino machines and has been really successful uh you know over the years producing these so he produced um an I think aluminium mil uh uh spinner um for that that goes on underneath these so you can fit these without that but it's recommended that you fit it with them um and if you you know go online and look at um you know John's videos um showing these in action you can see that it just spins a lot more freely than the original one ever did um and really introduces a lot more um enjoyment for those spinners um because you know Everyone likes to rip a spinner right um and we talked uh we talked about um uh we talk aled about uh this Bond scuba kick mod earlier now you think this was last year's one right Bond scuba I think that was well you know what now that I think about it maybe it was I mean we've maybe it was this year yeah yeah I'm not sure man so okay so morals pinball wire forms um teamed up with a gumnut um gumnut 01 on on pinside and they produced this so this is another game altering mod they CED a lot of [ __ ] about it on b side for this which we've covered many many times um but they handled it uh incredibly well um you know and came out the other side with an incredible mod uh that a lot of people love and use um have you got one on your bond Rob I do yeah I I'm a big fan of it yeah great and um see I mean if you look at the Quality level of these wire forms too they're just absolutely beautifully done uh and welded and shined and you know it just really feels like a professional quality wireform um you know I mean this is the quality level or better that you would be getting in your game so you know they they absolutely produce some incredibly um uh you know beautifully produced stuff uh beautifully engineered and um you know I I love seeing you know everything that these guys do um you know even this uh laser etched um metal plate here you know you can just see how beautiful that is when I shine it in the light um you know just little sort of add-ons like this that sort of go on underneath uh you know just to elevate it even further are just really great so hats off to those guys as well for doing great work on that one very much very cool you got any more on video or you want me to I do man but you you go first no no more on video but a couple that aren't on video so you go next and I'll prep up all right I'm gonna jump around a little bit just show you more or less some of the fun uh random things that I found uh this is this is for Rush uh and it is the um this is the the dryer mod um a a dryer dryer for Rush and there's lots of places it looks like you can put it um it looks really well done uh for what it is um and uh if you got the game I'm sure you know something about you know Rush that this makes sense to put it in the game so I thought that that was pretty cool um this is a one of one but he he did he was selling it so I think it would count um this is the Deadpool hammock um so if you if you're interested in h getting a GI Joe esque figure of Deadpool and dropping him in a hammock uh that's that's pretty the awesome um getting a couple like you know broader Market stuff uh definitely got to give a shout out to coin taker for their Voodoo panels um these are a really nice and frankly I think affordable option for adding uh you know a clean speaker grill cover H sorry I gotta jump over this link um so the I think I think these are like a metal like an actual metal um grill cover for your speaker lights if you do speaker lights um I think that you can buy the lights from them so it's not included with this this panel but definitely a nice effect um in our promo graphic uh we highlighted the uh lit flippers which I think are pretty fun depending on the game uh so if you're looking to add a little bit of life to your game uh and you don't mind modifying the flippers which you know some people don't necessarily like doing but it's a cool way to add uh a little bit of life and then this is um one last one in this little segment um I I really like this mod um if I own this game I would definitely be grabbing these I I love that little effect and I feel like it really uh fits with the themes this is the oxy bottle mod from maybe Frank Hollinger uh but yeah nice nice little effects C custom C custom y okay um right so uh one of the other big things that happened this year was that jjp fixed their flippers right so that was that was that was big news now let's I mean when did so I might be getting my timings wrong on this um because possibly it was the time before wasn't it because Elton came out ages ago now when did that come out last Expo last yeah that was it that was the last Expo yeah yeah so I think I think I'm missing my timings on this but we you know worth a mention anyway because um two people came out with um uh cap fixes for old jjp games now I I think I have miss my timings on this so it won't be included in I well look 10 months ago so no this this is yeah I think I think it was yeah this is uh one we talked about for for gun roses right yeah so there were two people uh okay so Elton came out um the word on the street was that the reason why Elton Shan shot so much better than everything else was they' increased the capacitors on a flipper board within the game and so then everybody started thinking well if it works for Elton does it work for previous jjp titles as well which have always suffered from mushy flippers and it turns out that it did so people were started buying the boards and sticking it in their games and and finding out that it shot loads better as a result of those boards so people a cottoned on to the fact that they might not even have to change the boards out they could just change the Caps so the first person to come out with a solution for this was flip mods um that uh sort of uh created well sold the caps but also with uh sort of I guess an interface a cap interface so that you could um essentially if you Des solded the old caps and solded these ones in then they'd fit without um you know having to to do much stuff but obviously that solution required uh a fair bit of I guess Electronics reworking knowhow in order to desolder those caps so if you didn't have that that skill then you're a bit stuck unless you got a tech to do it um so another person came out with this idea which was to replace the fuses um with inline capacitors so that all you needed to do was remove the fuses stick these uh new fuses in that were connected to the Caps that you could then house offsite off the board somewhere um so this is Hercules um by skillshot combo um um I had a bit of a chat with him just about sort of various aspects of of this design just to sort of you know tweak it um to make it a little bit more user friendly and and he then and then I sort of you know we we lost contact with each other he's he's changed it a couple of times since then as well um so this for me is the the solution for that problem for for all game so if you've got an old jjp title uh that always feels like it's got slightly mushier flippers than your stone games then get one of these because you know you can you can solve it really really easily uh and cheaply with this Hercules solution um uh Diddy T Diddy who we love a lovely T Diddy who's been on the show this year uh Tom um released a mod for Jaws uh that's uh the lighthouse uh which goes sort of uh on the right hand side of Jaws um you know typical sort of t t Dy style um you know with his you know nice uh design skills and the lighthouse lights up um and so a nice little mod there but the interesting thing about this one uh is that he then took it and then did a topper conversion for the Jaws topper um so he did the lighthouse over the right hand side of the topper you can see there that's the original Stern topper uh on the left there and the lighthouse is now sitting there um and then he put a shark uh you know captured shark on the left hand side of the topper um and the reason why this one's so interesting is that we're starting to see a few more of these um topper conversions happening we talked a little bit about um the atomic Godzilla 2 figure that uh Jazz bue did uh for the for the uh Stern Godzilla topper and now uh Tom's done this uh uh conversion or enhancement for the Jaws Stern topper and I guess this is controversial L the ways because you know why should these very expensive Stern release Toppers even need enhancement you know um but obviously they do people are still buying them but then they're then doing these enhancements to them um this is an interesting one I think Tom did a limited run of 50 and that those 50 conversion kits or whatever he called them you know sold out I think within a couple of days so it was highly successful um and uh you know I guess sort of just speakes that there's a market for these types of things you know people converting uh Stern Toppers uh using aftermarket mods um so yeah that's that's a really interesting sort of you know um thing that's happened over the year I think uh in terms of the market um right do you wanna you want to take over Rob have you got some more yeah I'm gonna do how about I'll do three more and then you do three more and we'll wrap this up all right um what to pick what to pick um um I saw I really liked this from Rocket City um this is the rusa Roma HQ for John Wick um inspired by I guess something from the movie um but thought it was nice uh nice effect back in the corner um I I didn't know that he's doing full-fledged mods as much as you know the shooter uh start buttons and things like that but really really enjoyed uh seeing this from him I'm still a big fan of Wick um so definitely would pick that up if I had it uh this is uh a more recent release from uh Brad Brad Albright uh this is a just an amazing paintwork on a uh holder for 3D glasses for Jaws there's a mode in Jaws that has uses 3D glasses uh Brad just does amazing work the marketing around this is beautiful um he does a lot of stuff where you can actually see how he painted uh this and really appreciate you know how much work goes into that so could that one I loved his 3D renders too of all the pieces fitting together like you know just really the marketing behind this was just was just phenomenal um totally totally let's see I'll give you guys one more oh one more shout out to Rocket City I mean a ton of people are really big on this one uh because it fixes a problem and this is the uh Chum line airball suppressor so a lot of issues with jaws where whenever it goes over that Ridge I believe um that the ball kind of hops and I know that um he's uh helped out a lot of people with this um so not not an aesthetic upgrade but definitely a big big help for Jaws um did you does your jaws have this issue I did mate and I yeah and I installed one of these bad boys um to to fix that issue um so yeah um shout out Andy great great job on this one man andever if you ever thought your pinball machine needed a retainer one does fishbone fishbone is the other thing that it kind of looks like right yeah but um oh yeah you know hardworking dude lovely dude always like seeing him at shows he's always got a big smile on his face and uh you know he's one of the good guys isn't he so yeah love love good a he um okay man uh let's quickly I mean we got to wrap this up don't we because we're sort of running out of time a little bit so I'm going to just be quick uh let's talk about the alien topper a little bit um this is by uh the art of pinball uh let me kill the sound just in case so this is the pinball Brothers uh promo for the alien topper um alien topper went through a little bit of a controversy in that the version that was shown to everybody at the shows ended up being different paintwork when it finally got in hand um and it was very late and you had to do a lot of the assembly yourself so uh you know I think uh po all theor uh you know was going through a lot of uh trouble in the country at the time and a huge amount of workload involved um in you know at that time too he was working uh on getting uh all of the uh you know Dutch pinball stuff for Alice together and he was trying to get this together for the pinball brothers and then there was all the the trouble that was happening in the country at the time as well um so you know I think I think uh whatever uh you know controversy occurred when people received their Toppers sort of blew over quite quickly um but I was always very impressed with this one um I thought the you know I thought it really sort of encapsulated sort of the you know the uh the mother alien uh uh from from that movie which I absolutely love um and uh you know I think I think that was great work probably probably until I saw sort of his sculpts on Alice it was probably the best work that I've ever seen them do um and then for me man uh yeah I mean I'm I'm up to the bits where I'm talking about your stuff now so should we should we talk a little bit about our own stuff now yeah what are you uh what are you what are you submitting or or do do do we want to guess yeah well oh well I'm just going to jump to it mate yeah big leowski topper for me um is probably my you know look I know the you know and I'm I'm going to mention your conqueror upgrade for Godzilla as well because huge amount of work um and you know amazing creative ideas went into that one um but for me TBL toer takes it out um out of the stuff that uh you've released this year um just because I think it it's perfectly executed um um integration of the theme and how it looks on the game um and I just think it's a beautiful beautiful topper um you know and and uh yeah that's my favorite of yours man so you know I think uh you know out of the uh out of the third party Toppers in this year that that for me is the pick uh but obviously uh you know we can't not mention the Conqueror upgrade uh for uh your Godzilla topper as well which we've talked about a lot um over the years and you've shown sort of the updates and the work and uh you know all of the iterations that you've gone through to get the uh the front facad that are looking as good as this um and all the testing that you did to get to that point um the screens at the front you know showing the you know the flickering sort of patterns and they're all you know unique shows you know really amazing uh engineering behind it you know I've spoken to your coders and engineers and stuff and they're all very uh talented smart people um and so you know that's that's that's a beautiful piece of work too and I you know I speak to a lot of people um over pm and stuff who just speak very very highly of you know of this topper uh in their game and they absolutely love it so yeah great work on those appreciate it thank you thank you well my uh my favorite of yours uh this year has definitely been leowski related to um Dave how many products did you put out this year man it's just like it's so many things it's so impressive but um well there's two two favorites I have I love I love the Hollywood sign I mean for for me to like take out something that I had previously bought and put something new in because there's a couple options on this uh speaks a lot but like this has more B bells and whistles than I even expected uh whenever I first saw it you know really really cool uh to see that and then I I just just love how you say buoy um so you're you're buoy buoy of death um this this one's really cool like I love things that bring more information into the game uh in terms of things you're communicating so you got this a little screen in there uh which is really fun uh this one moves back and forth so I thought that you kind of push some boundaries for yourself um with this one and I see you're doing that even further with your latest uh Godzilla building I think you've got this little fire element that comes out um so love seeing you know New Movement uh happening in the game um this is like your your your your the third uh building and it's like you put even more into this one if anybody can believe that so super cool to see thanks man thanks so much does this one qualify for this year are you shipping it or no definitely not I don't even think the I don't even think the buoy which I'm I'm sure I can never pronounce properly cuz I always have to think what country I'm in before I talk about this one because here I would say boy whereas when I'm in the states I say buoy and then I probably don't even pronounce it right then but I don't even think the buoy qualifies man because we started assembling it but it's not out the door yet so um man you're making me feel so much better about myself over here you got all this stuff and Sh like yeah do sh they're just ideas they're just Concepts yeah let's figure out what this game is at the beginning of the show I mentioned that we had done a survey we had over 250 people I complete our survey so thank you so much and at the end it was like do you have any other games because we had about 20 in there and this one kept popping up I mean seriously like maybe 20 or 30 times so it's WPC game not WPC 95 it is a widebody um it is out of this world the main hit was like a be and I'm going to add one more it was designed by Steve Ritchie uh can I have a guess oh no oh you've [Music] gone where have you gone Rob well I think I I think I know what the answer is um there you go it was it was going so well and then you mucked it all up at the last minute yeah am I back am I back yeah you're back but your audio is slightly delayed but we we'll make it work can I guess or are we going to let the uh comment section hasn't got well methodone methodone might have left us he gave a lot of guesses uh yeah what what is it Davey uh is it Star Trek next Generation it is it is we were uh super surprised but at the end of the day not really uh by how many people are looking uh for a Topper for that game so thank you everyone for waiting the IP infringement on that topper is real I know it's tough it's tough you know Star Wars Star Trek those are two that are very difficult so it's like a challenge of coming up with something that isn't um got the Enterprise on it you know so we'll see but yeah yeah okay man well I look forward to that um and it's a game that I own so if you need any help testing I am here we'll see we'll see well thank you everybody for being with us um he's walking poor poor poor methodo and he guessed throughout the entire show and missed out on the last hint which was Steve Ritchie and it was WPC not WPC 95 uh so guys by uh think it's WPC Security man I think it's wpcs oh jez I think it is nerd alert yeah nerd alert um uh for any of of the mod makers out there please uh visit the Google form that's at the top of the page in beforethe lock.com uh I'm a Committee Member for this year's tippies and we're just trying to get everybody involved uh get their names in there and then we've got some great folks uh across the industry they going to be voting on those and those uh top 30 30 titles 30 mods uh will go to the whole community on January 3D so uh Davey did you get your submissions in are you are you in the data man I did I uh did I did Subway Godzilla Subway and I did the TBL Hollywood mod so they're the two that I've submitted um I think they're the only two that qualify just because got got them piling up man piling up all right guys this is it for 2024 we hope you guys all have an amazing holiday and New Year and we'll see you next year with more great content appreciate it see you guys thanks a lot thanks for the year cheers see you Rob [Music]
