## Transcript

Oh Guys, stuff has gotten bad. I mean really bad. I can't even move around in here anymore. I actually hate to say this, but I think I actually am an arcade hoarder at this point. I can't have room to work on projects, but I keep bringing new ones in. Like, this is the situation you don't want to be in. I get really excited, right? I see a new arcade and I want to pick it up, but then that one needs work and then I have new ones coming in and I just, I've kind of ruined the flow. The flow is supposed to be fix them, get them out, or fix them and keep them and I just I haven been fixing them because I keep bringing new ones in and I have no room It crazy Big Blue Not finished NBA Jam Not finished Simpsons. Not finished. Eat my shorts man. Road Blasters. Not finished. I hunger to be finished. Um, if I do road... Oh, shit, I think I broke this last night. That's not good. You'll bleep it, right? Yeah. Okay. Oh, Roadrunner. F*** this piece of shit. I... Nah, never mind. I'll start over again. So good. Really? You're on a flow, yeah. You sound like you're just getting flustered with it. Alright, okay, I'll start again. I'll just... Yeah. We're not playing this game, pal. It's recording. Okay. Look, guys, it's not as bad as it seems. I mean, there are arcades that don't work. Oh man, this is Qbert. Qbert's not finished either. But I'm gonna get to them. The problem I have is that I'm being caved in by arcades and it just I gotta so I gotta probably sell some things Like I gonna have to give some things up Cause I don have room to work on them now And I will say this and I know I gonna get a bunch of heat for this It hot as hell in here It 140 degrees Ask my cameraman So, what's the solution? I think the solution is I have to sell some stuff. But then, not only that, I gotta make sure I don't do this again. So, as a collector, this is sort of the thing that could be your Achilles heel. It's that you collect some machines and you get them cheaper because they need to be fixed, but then you see another machine and another machine, and the thing is you just started work on the one you got before, but now you're bringing new ones in, and now I'm at a point where they're literally caving in on me. So once the Carl Weathers gets better, I'm going to probably sell some machines from now until the end of the summer, and then in the wintertime when it's cooler here in Phoenix, I just gotta crank these things out, because it's just really bad right now. So this is what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna make a list of all the machines in this garage, and then I'm gonna prioritize which ones I need to get done first, and then which ones I'm gonna sell. That way, going into the winter time when the Carl Weathers better I be focused and ready to go But the key thing is I cannot bring in anything new And you know from watching this channel that I have a little bit of a problem with that I'm actually going to look to you to help me. Like, honestly, in the comments below, tell me. Stop, Ralph. Stop. You need to make this happen. You need to get this room organized. So just you help me. Be my accountability partner. That's it. I need an accountability partner. Ready? moral of the story is this don't let what happened in here happen to you and so i'm gonna clean this up i'm gonna execute the plan and then we're gonna be good so if you enjoyed this video give me a thumbs up consider subscribing to the channel put your comments below i want to hear from you and that's it for now guys we will see you on the next one you
