## Transcript

Hey everybody, it's one half of your favorite pinball podcasting duo, Christopher Franchi here from the Super Awesome Pinball Show, with a bit of a nasally voice today because Michigan can't seem to make up its mind whether it's going to be 60 degrees or 30 degrees. So we get a little bit of each every other day. It's delightful. Anyway, just here to clear the air a little bit on what's going on with the Super Awesome Pinball Show. perhaps it was a little premature to post a cryptic tombstone picture with our logo on it because we're not exactly dead but we've been trying to figure out how to discuss the things that we plan on doing moving forward in the future and since we did an interview with the Kevin Loza kids and we spilled the beans a bit about what's going on there i thought i should let you guys know what we're doing the super awesome pinball show is not dead but the bi-weekly show is we are sort of changing formats because we really just don't have the time like we used to so what we're planning on doing now is we're going to do a special episode much like we did with Guns and Roses. Every time a new game comes out we're going to have the designer and the artist and the coder on and we're going to discuss the game as close to the date of release as we can get. And then we're also going to be doing some random other things like I just announced my fireside chat with Mr. George Gomez which will be coming up soon. We also have some other ideas planned that we're kicking around. The only thing we really wanted to do was just kind of scale it back a bit because like I said we were running out of time. I'm busy working on three different machines. Christian was sort of neglecting his family a bit. It takes a lot more than you think to put a podcast together, at least in the style we were doing. So what we're going to do moving forward is we're going to pass on giving you the news because every podcast gives you that. We're going to skip the personal stuff because who really cares? I'm getting bored with telling you how much I hate Captain Fantastic. I want to throw it off the roof So we just going to focus more on the exciting things that we can offer you guys which is interviews with the pinball elite things like that and some special stuff that we want to do and just try out just to keep it fresh keep it exciting, keep it different. So you never know what you're going to get once we pop out with a new show. So that's it. I hope you guys are doing well now that this COVID is sort of kind of winding down, even though my lovely state of Michigan is in the news across the nation as being the state with the most new COVID cases, but I'm keeping my ass indoors. So stay the hell away from me and hopefully this shit will be gone soon. Looking forward to seeing you guys at some upcoming expos. I think I may be at the Chicago Pinball Expo this year. I don't know. We'll see how things go. But anyway, hope you guys are doing good. We miss doing the show. We miss interacting with you guys. Thanks for all of the messages we've got from everybody who was sad to see us go. So I guess we're glad to announce that we haven't gone. So we hope you're excited about that and we'll see you on the airwaves real soon. Take care. And don't forget that 2021 Twippy voting is just 8 months away! Me, my wife, the Jeremy Ham salad in my refrigerator, and my dog would love it if you'd vote for us! We don't think it's cool to beg for votes, but we'll remind you twice every show! All Patreon donations go not to improving the show, but delicious sushi dinners that I spoil myself with. Nya nya nya nyaaaaowww! See ya later! Hey, why did you always make fun of me? I don't understand. I don't understand. Here's my four twippies to prove that I'm better. It's a world-famous podcast. You just, you just, you just snap man enough to have me on your show. It would be the most ratings ever your crap show ever got. Who wants to sit around and listen to two hours of garbage? Anybody can get interviews. Well, except me. Well, I can get Ben Heck, but anyone can. Damn it. Twippy, twippy, twippy.
