## Transcript

Tonight we are going for the new wizard mode, the gang's all here. I have all sorts of fun details to talk to you guys about that. I'm very excited to try to play to it because it's going to be a whole different way of playing Scooby-Doo. Stop starting modes than I have done before on camera. You know, before it was always about hitting enough different modes, stacking multi-balls, getting as high score as possible. tonight, going for the gangs all here. It's a little different strategy than what I've used to. It's going to change the things I want to achieve and not achieve, so that's going to be super fun. My lord. No, it starts a case. Fun times! That's going to be super fun. Strategy-wise for which character to pick when you're trying to get this wizard mode, I would suggest Scooby, because it makes it easier to beat the Malt Shop mode, which is the hardest of the character modes, in my opinion. Daphne is also a good choice. I'm going to pick Daphne. I'm going to pick Daphne, actually. I think she might be the better choice, because she stops the roaming shot. So we're going to pick Daphne. Also, I just, I like Daphne. Okay, so obviously, as you guys know, the character you select, their mode will be lit first over at the left scoop. I'm probably going to explain this wizard mode a bit before we enter it, because it starts pretty quick once you're in it. And I don't want to try to explain it while I'm playing it, but hopefully we get it a few times tonight. Are you serious? Action button to pause the Frankenstein roaming shot. And there you go. One character down. Right? Yeah. All right, one down. Let's go ahead and keep lighting other characters with orbit shots. We did not want that, so I knew I was going to have this issue. is starting modes, starting cases, is now not desirable. So it's going to make it harder to get to... Not desirable when you're trying to get this wizard mode. If you're just trying to streamline your way to this wizard mode, starting a case is going to make that strategy a little bit harder because now I've got to play through Charlie the Robot before I can get to my next character mode. So that will make it more interesting. And bounce and tap dat ass. Blah blah blah blah. Warm up game. Warm up game. So, here's the other thing about the character modes is they're also the easiest ones to kinda like cheat your way through. So, since I'm streaming I'm gonna try and play them to their fullest extent to be entertaining. But if you're just at your home, you're just like, gosh, I want to see this wizard mode more than anything. Like, so bad. You can really just kind of fudge your way through these character modes. Like, right now, I could hit the action button and we'd be done with shaggy mode right now. I'm not going to do that because that's boring and lame and stupid. One hour later. Done. All right. Moving on. This is getting to be a good sandwich. Oh, that was close. Okay. Oh, shite. Cash out. All right. We're warmed up. We're loose. Malt shot Scooby. So, as the screen says, we are shooting drinks before they are gone. Fill the drink qualifies the bookcase. Action button refills the drink. So, you have the flashing inserts on the center here, right? Those are representing your malts. and hitting the action button refills it. So as you hit the flipper button, it changes where the arrow, the yellow arrow above the malts is going. So when I move that yellow arrow above the malt and I'm hitting the action button, I'm refilling the drink. You can see how I'm moving it across the play field, refilling the drink, refilling the drink. Now, you want to hit a drink shot that is full. Nope, I blew it. You want to hit a drink shot that is full. And then that will let you shoot the upper playfield So you have that red roaming shot on your upper playfield but obviously your upper flippers aren activated Hitting a full drink shot will activate your upper flippers notified by it flipping at you up there. Now when we're up here, I'm going to quick refill my drinks. A big key. When you're Scooby, you're able to hold the ball and refill drinks. And I'm also going to wait for my shot to be where I think I can hit it, like right there. I missed. There we go. Alright, so we got one. So, anytime that the ball is paused and stopped, it's waiting. I'm using that to refill drinks. And I do believe, as you finish the mode, you want to keep your drinks as full as possible for a bigger bonus. So when we get up there, and we trap up Dabnball... No! Oh. Whoopsies. I love this mode because it makes you use the action button a lot. All right. That's Malt Shop Scooby. No, don't start a mode! See, like that. I should have trapped up, held the ball, and shot my shot safer. Instead, I was kind of like half paying attention. I flailed around, and I just shot a magnet shot. That's going to start me in a case when I'm trying to get into this character mode. Those sort of things. multiball. so I should really try and prioritize a good character mode to have that with, which Fred's plan seems like a decent choice. Yeah, Fred's plan, honestly, the other ones, you kind of don't want Scooby Snack Multiball because you could mess it all up. Like in Daphne mode, you could be hitting the green shots. It could kick you out and fail you. Velma's Glasses, you could be hitting the targets, which will draw out Frankenstein. You don't want that. Ball's going to go up into Daphne mode anyway. Get effed hoser anyway Let's do this mode in Scooby Snack multiball. This will be fun. Oh boy, this could go south in a hurry. I might kill Daphne. Well not kill her but... Which way is it moving? This is gonna get really hard towards the end. Oh yeah, I already hit a green shot. This is gonna be so tough. I don't think I've ever played this mode with this going on before. Shoot! Shoot! Backhand! Catch. See, because I'm not good at, like, the juggling during multiball. I'm not too great at that, you know? Oh, and we missed. And I hit another green shot. Man, I knew this was going to be a problem. That's okay. We kind of wanted to drain that. Okay, we're gonna let that slide over. Backhand. Don't worry, Daph. I'm not gonna let you down. Cancel case mode rules. See, I like it making people deal with the consequences of their decisions like I'm doing right now. Okay, let it rotate, let it rotate Backhand, oh, fail Don't Okay, thank you I prefer hitting the right orbit more than the scoop The scoop takes a little bit of time It can be kind of risky Or we can do that too Oh, and I just threw it around the Oh, poor Daph I failed her Oh Ball two Oh, I think we can salvage this. I don't need to hit either of the left orbits, so we can just avoid those. We need three modes this ball. Hell yeah. Okay. Okay, so they're all lit. We just got to focus on... I do love the rules in this mode Okay I not upset about that fail Okay we just gotta get through the Velma targets here, the Scooby Snack targets here. Okay. This'll be the one. Oh, it starts a case. Ah, we were close. Ah, let's see. That's all right. Fun times! Lord. Oh, la, la, la, la, la, la. Stop starting modes, you idiot. Oh, dummy. We need to beat this mode. We really need to drain out the outline. This is the one. Oh, you should have nudged. Okay. Dylan, is there an option in the menu? I never checked with you on that. If I hook a key... Let me pull the keyboard out of my back pocket and hook it up to the... Oh, yeah. I can feel it. Stop! I'm gonna... I'm gonna... I'm just gonna get distracted. And I'm just thirsty. Really thirsty. Oh, no! The creeper got me. Oh, man. Pinball's hard. It's time for supper. It's dinner. It's called dinner. I picked Daphne, didn't I? Well, it doesn't matter because I drank. Shoot. No, it hit the magnet. I want to use a potty word about the situation I'm in in this gameplay right now. Oh, I'm stressing myself out. What have I done? What have I done? If you give me reverse flippers, I'm driving to Dylan's house. Here goes! Yes! We didn't hit it. It's going well. I'm happy that the creeper is lit, if we do have to deal with a case. That's a good one. That's... twice. No! All Looney Tunes TCM! You son of a... Dude, just hit the V-U-K dot! Good thing we got all night! Because we're gonna need it. Oh... I could use a sandwich, I'm pretty hungry. It's late. That's one of those times you usually just reset the game after ball one. We are going to hit two things and cash out. I'm not... Whew. What are you even thinking? I'm getting really mad at myself, guys. Holy balls. Oh. Oh. Okay, actually, last try. If I don't get it on this one, I will skip us to the wizard mode, guys. Let's start this first one off. Oh, get up there. Thank you. Woo. Okay, next one. No more chokes. Focus. Only focus. There we go. Alright, this is a tough... It's like the last really tough one to get through is this one. Alright, get me out of here. Thank you, thank you. Next character mode. But it probably looks like I had a plan. Skill issue. It is! It is! Hit a couple. Frickin'. Alright, one more here. Cashed out. Okay, we just have to get through Velma mode and then we're there. Chris Cable, you are missing out on my death. Velma mode Okay just get through the freaking Velma mode and get back into the freaking scoop over there Oh, jeez Louise. Go get her, Dracula! Oh, this is on the internet forever. People will know I did this. I'm so sorry. Okay, so if I shoot that left VUK, we will be starting the Gangs All Here Wizard Mode. What a journey it has been. Let's hope for a good shot. That was not a good shot. Ah! Okay, Gangs All Here Wizard Mode. As I said, Scooby-Doo drop targets are your jackpots. You shoot the shots of the gang. you fill those out, they add time to your limited ball save. There's unlimited ball save for a set amount of time. Shooting the gang shots will increase that time. So the time starts at 60. By filling out my Fred shots, for example, it will add more time to my overall countdown. And it is a mini ball, multiball. It's five. Yeah, it's five. Okay, so by filling out Fred there, I just added more time. You can see it's up to 73 now. So what I try to do is I try to fill out all the characters and then just go to town on the jackpots. You do really want to fill out all the characters though, like that's pretty important because it will maximize the amount of time you can be in the mode for the jackpot. Also check out that headless Spectre, huh? Super happy to have him in this game. Let me know if we should do Sleepy Hollow as a theme. I would love to do that. Sounds super cool. Okay. Daphne's going to cause us problems. I can feel it. I can feel it. She's going to cause me hell. So if I fill out the Scooby shots here and the Daphne shots, I will have, like, the maximum amount of time truly added that you can have. And, again, every time I hit a stand-up target, that's a jackpot. So, you know, we're doing pretty good here. You'll definitely start seeing some new high scores in this one. Assuming you're crazy enough to get to it. Okay. Now, here's the other thing. Because it's unlimited ball saver, if you're trying to prioritize collecting character shots, you can let balls drain. You can let them drain as much as you want. Like right now, I'm probably going to let some balls drain so I can focus on getting up to that Scooby shot. Yeah, because if I'm having a hard time getting it under control because there's so many of them, I can just let them go. I can just let some go and go for that Scooby shot, which actually I'm going to do. Oh, I swear I hit that. We need more time. We need more time. We're already running low. Running low. Okay, there's some more. More time added from Scooby there. Now we need to fill out the Daphne shot. That's one more. Okay, one more shot to Daphne. And then we will have the maximum time to have been added throughout the multiball for maximum scoring potential. Super fun to try and fill out all the characters. Like, I'm down to just that one shot here, and I know I'll have done, like, the most I could with this multiball. Man, I feel like we gotta hit it. We gotta hit it. We got 19 seconds? Oh, that could have been it. So when that timer is out, the mode ends. Unlimited multiball is over when that timer runs out. Oh, I thought I could get it at the last second there. Okay, so we didn't get it. Pretty close, though. Get out of the way, Scooby. You want to watch. Whew. Gang's all here. We made it. Wow. That's going to be super fun.
