## Analysis

In this casual episode of the Slam Tilt Podcast, hosts Ron Hallett and Bruce Nightingale discuss personal pinball restoration projects, league activities, and speculate about potential 2017 movie-themed pinball games. Ron details multiple repair successes including fixing Future Spa (coin door issue), Hot-Dogging (EPROM sound), Embryon (GI/fuse issue), and acquiring a Metallica Premium machine. Bruce discusses upcoming Stern Pinball Night at Expo featuring the authentic Batmobile. The hosts then review a 2017 movie slate and pitch which titles could become pinball machines, with mixed enthusiasm for potential licenses like Star Wars Episode VIII, Justice League, Guardians of the Galaxy, and tongue-in-cheek suggestions like My Little Pony.

## Transcript

What do you say there, Tom? How'd you hit him? Boy, I tell you what, Dusty, I felt like a one-legged cat trying to bury turds on a frozen pond out there today. And I still got three holes to go. So what the hell are you doing up here? Hell, I'm completely out of balls. I lost every damn one of them. Craziest thing I ever saw. Well, don't waste your money in the pro shop. Couple of kids down there are selling some pretty nice balls real cheap. What you got there, fella? Uh, balls. Yeah, one dollar Hey now, wait a minute These look kind of familiar Uh, many balls look the same, sir Yeah I have two that are identical Coming to you from beautiful upstate New York, this is the Slam Tilt Podcast, a show about all things pinball. I'm Ron Hallett here with my co-host Bruce Nightingale. Yeah, hello. And welcome to Episode 7, The Force Awakens. Or the Pinball Awakens. A Pinball Awakens. Yes. And before we even get started, we had a post on our Slam Tilt Facebook page. Actually, a message. A message directing us to some YouTube video that claims to give conclusive proof that Jar Jar Binks is indeed the Sith Lord. Like the main Sith. Like the Emperor's boss. Yes. Yes. And we watched it, and I'm totally convinced Jar Jar is the man. Is it even a man? well that he was well you kind of think he's the man yeah but it's jar jar is the sith lord i am now totally 100 approved thank you aaron for giving us this video you know the link to the video i am now 100 convinced jar jar is the sith lord and i'm 100 convinced that bruce is high no pot brownies today either yes yes so what what's been going on bruce uh news uh i haven't really seen much at all except for uh they're going to have the authentic batmobile for the stern uh pinball night at uh during expo it's only one of four or five i think that yeah if i I remember those things like hardly, like they go like maybe 30 miles an hour. Well, it was a Bonneville that was freaking a tank. You know, it's like, you know, there is no turbines or what is it? Turbine. It was turbine. That's what they said it was. No, what was the expression? Something to power, turbines to speed. I can't remember. Damn it. Damn it, Jim. Damn it, Jim. But, so, yeah, other than that, I haven't seen too much this week. Nothing really going on with any new games. Nothing, no big announcements. Pretty much a very light, light news week. So how was your LED display? Did you find any answers? Oh, I didn't even look into it. I haven't played a single game of T3 since our last episode. Fail. Yes. That is a true blue fail. Oh, that is a true blue fail. No, I was working on the stars, so. Okay, so tell us about the stars. All right, the stars is done. Yay! Those who want to see the outcome, the fruits of my labor, it is on our YouTube page. Search for Slam Tilt Podcast on YouTube. You will see a video of gameplay of the stars. And the very last thing that wasn't working on it, I actually fixed yesterday, and I don't even know. You were talking about hackerific. The one score display has a digit out. and when I looked at it, it became obvious why the digit was out. On the display, there's a set of like three resistors in one corner of the board, and they were toasty. Like the whole side was very toasty. So toasty warm, right? Toasty as in scorched. Oh, okay. So, yeah. So I removed the resistors, And unfortunately, the traces did not survive all the heat too well. One of them lifted a little off the board, but I was able to preserve that one. But the second one, the pad actually just came off entirely. So what did you do? Well, I... Did you play Stitch in Time, Save Nine? Yeah, I tried, yeah. I put a jumper wire in, and, I mean, it looks so bad, I figured there was no way it would work. But it works. Hey! Hey! Hey! I buzzed out all the traces. I mean, they all worked. There was no reason to think it wouldn't work. It just looks terrible. But it does work. That's all that matters. Yes. So I'm working on actually getting the CPU repaired, and I actually got my custom ROM. I talked about it the last episode. Mr. Scott? Yeah, that I'll be putting in. So that will complete stars. Very good. So how about your projects? What's in the horizon for Mr. Ron? What is the next Zen project? No projects, really. Trying to sell the T2, probably. Well, the project would be any other games that break, which always happens. And whenever the Ghostbusters gets here. Whenever that'll be. Who the hell knows? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Where's my Ghostbusters? Yeah, yeah. You're screwed. Yeah. Okay, so repairs for me. Holy for holies. Well, this Saturday is league night for Western New York. We have 30 people in our league in Rochester out of Rochester, Syracuse, and Buffalo guys. And most of the league is based out of Rochester. One night is in Syracuse. We used to have one night in Buffalo, but that guy left. But we do a pretty good time. We go to seven different locations. And then we also go for the eighth location is the Museum of Play, which is a museum in Rochester, New York. And with all the 50-50 money and everything like that, we try to pay everyone's entry into the Museum of Play. So it's kind of cool. It's a good time. So I am the first person on the docket. I'm actually the president of the Western Air and Pinball League, and I'm the first person on the docket. And I've been doing a whole lot of repairs. I have the list in front of you. All right, show me a list. El Presidente. El Presidente. El Presidente. Si, senor. What have you been doing? Luckily, I have a lot of help with some of my repairs, and then some will be from Zach. Zach. Zach. The Zach attack. Yeah. So if you're El Presidente, so your games are revolting then. There's a revolution going on. No, I'm actually getting everything down to the wire. First, let's talk about what Ron hates the most right now in my collection. What would that be? What's the game that screwed you? That doesn't mean I hate it, but yeah, Future Spa. Okay, Future Spa. Figured out what's going on with it completely. Uh-huh. It's because it took coins. It's because it took coins. Yes. Okay. When I got it home, it had the new CPU board when we last left Pocketeer. And it did not do the jamming. It did not do the tilting. So I'm like, oh, what's going on here? So let me put the old board back in. It didn't do the tilting again. It shouldn't have done the tilting with the new board. It didn't do it with either board, new or old. Now that's weird. Oh, it gets better. So I open up the door, go into the solenoid test and check out some stuff. And I reset all the solenoids and I go into switch test. Now, when I moved the door and opened it and closed it, on a Bally coin door, there are three coin slots for most after 1980. The two outers usually are 25 cents each. And back in 1980, Bally made, you know, a third coin slot for Susan B. Anthony quarters. Or dollars, actually, sorry, token, you know, dollars. And my third middle slot is for Susan B. Anthony. Unfortunately, I did not tape it off, and unfortunately, somebody put a quarter into it. And it went down, and it didn't get rejected completely. It was sitting actually hitting the switch. So when I open and close the door, the switch would then get activated by the quarter. That same Switch, Switch 11, if you look at the Switch matrix, Switch 15, which is the slam tilt, and Switch 14, which is the left spinner, are on the same Switch matrix. The same column, row, something like that. Row, sorry, row. So, I'm like, why is Switch 11 going off? So I had to go to the books, find out what Switch 11 was. I'm like, why is a Susan B. Anthony? The center coin was active. Why? So I opened up the coin slot, and, of course, I put a Susan B. Anthony acceptor in there, popped it out, two quarters, pushed, like, wedged together right against the switch. Got them off suddenly. Dink, dink. Because what happens in a bally, they blink, blink, blink, and it actually dinks at you. Like, dink, dink, dink. It stopped dinking. I'm like, okay. So when I closed it all back up, didn't even put the hopper back into it, played a game. Didn't tilt. Hmm. So then I wanted to prove it right. I held down this 11 switch, hit the 4X target down, and hit the spinner, and guess what happened? It tilted. It tilted. Yes. So needless to say, if we never took money at the show, which, of course, I did, and somebody didn't put it in the wrong slot and jam it up, so why why did it work though with the uh the new cpu board because we were opening and closing the door okay and it moved it was very slight but it was actually it was on the hairy edge so that so that was the first pain in the ass that was the first pain in the ass okay oh god so now i move on to hot-dogging. Zach brings over an EPROM, and I have sound now on hot-dogging. Is it the right sound? No! Some of the pitches are right. Like, 90% are right. But one of the pitches is too high. Okay. That's right, it makes, like, just sounds. Ding, ding, ding! You know, that kind of stuff. Instead of being, like, Bradlee Ching, Bradlee Ching, Bradlee Ching, it's like, Bradlee Ching, Bradlee Ching, Bradlee Ching! So it's a little different, but beggars can't be choosers. I got sound. Great thing. You just have this special collector's edition hot dog in with a different sound. Yes. Expert hot dogging number one. Boiled hot dog now. Yes. Now it's boiled. So now I went, I'm like, well, now I have an extra CPU board. Let's go attack Embryon. So I put the CPU board in, boot it up, you know, put all the jumpers for the Alltech, boot it up. runs fine. So about five minutes later, I was cleaning up a little bit in the room. I'm like, let me go play a game. Mistake. Well, big mistake because guess what? All the sounds went away. I was getting like, beep, beep, beep. So I turn it off, turn it back on. Now I have no sounds. What the F's going on here? So I go back to Blackjack or, you know, pop open that CPU saying, maybe it's a wacky CPU. Reconnect. Nope. So now I'm going, Okay, why did I lose my voltage? So I start checking all the common tip points. I check 5 volts. I check 12 volts. Both are good. I'm like, what the F is going on here now? So a little later on, I start reading up on the Internet, and somebody goes, check the negative 5 volts. I didn't know there was negative 5 on a valley. Well, negative 5 is created from the GI circuit. I don't know how, but it's somehow negative 5. and I looked. There's no negative 5. Why don't I have negative 5? So it says go back and check the GI circuit. I have it underneath my spotlights right here so I really can't tell. I have two fluorescent bright lights so when I'm working on a game I don't have to have any flashlights or anything like that. So I turn off the fluorescent lights and I turn on the machine. I don't have any GI. Blue diffuse. Don't know how. Don't know why. Pop the new fuse in. Guess what I have? I got sounds. Yay. So three for three. Now, if Ron is actually looking, we're actually right next to the Freedom again. Freedom Firewood. Nope. We're calling it Non-Firewood now. What's Non-Firewood? Is it Kindling? Nope. Not even Kindling. Not even Kindling. The only thing that's killing me on this game is I'm trying to turn off extra balls. No manual. No. I mean, so there's no manual even on the Internet? Nope, nowhere. Nowhere, nowhere. So I'm going to put out the call again. I will plug you. You will plug him. Oh, wow. Okay. If you actually have a manual. I don't care if it's a PDF, anything for freedom. Solid state it must be. And? And? We are now back up to 36. We're back up to 36? So what could it be that you've picked up? Finally. Could it be that thing that we've mentioned several – what, two shows? No, actually, I went back – I actually listened back, and we were talking about this on episode two and three. Oh. So it's been like five shows. You're listening to yourself? Well, always, because I want to make sure I'm not wrong. Oh, okay, okay. So it's – I have to make sure that I'm giving the right answer first now and back then. So, yes, I have my – finally, a pinsider was not a tool. Ah, so we like pinside now. No, no, no, no. I only like this guy because he actually came through. And now I have one of my holy grails. Holy grails. Wait a minute. You already have Medieval Madness, so it can't be that. I got that. I got that. It is? It is. It is? It is? I'll let you say it. It's your game. Metallica Premium. Yeah, Metallica rules. And he's got ACDC, too. It's the Beavis and Butter collection, as I like to say. It is. It is. It actually looks... I have it next to the Lord of the Rings, and it makes my Lord of the Rings look dark and dingy. It's so bright. So those awesome LEDs, so have you converted? No. No? No. No, no. But it looks great. It plays great. It had 150 plays on it. so shout out to the one pinsider who came through now I'm on another quest okay what's the next request oh the quest for quicksilver yes yes which we mentioned in the last episode did so how are you going to find that they didn't make many of them I know we'll find it eventually but we will quest for it and we will try to get it done so needless to say I am almost ready for League Night. The only thing I'm going to work on now is... I'm going to turn the monitor a little bit so Ron can see the back of it. Centaur. Actually, the flippers are all working perfect now, as I said. I'm putting the plastics on. I'm putting on the last pieces of metal, so hopefully it powers up, it boots up, got sounds, got everything. I can even go into intro mode tonight, so if you really want to hear it, guys, I can go to the fun stuff. Oh, please, let us hear it. Oh, all right. Boy, you twisted my arm. Let me go power it up so I can actually prove to people that I actually have purchased this. We're going to build a show. Wow. Oh, my God. He's moving everything. Oh, no. We're going to lose. The call's going to drop. We're going to lose the recording. Nope. I use wireless to write my whole thing, so we're good. Oh, my goodness. You're insane. I am insane, people. So he's got it pointed right at the attack from Mars now, just to upset me. Am I mad, John? Yeah. Hold that, too. Did that come through? Yes, that came through loud and clear, yes. Over loud, probably. No, no, it sounded fine. but uh yes so now it is all that the best part of centaur except for of course playing it And it plays itself And it plays itself Sometimes people forget They just like eject balls and like what going on Is the game broken? It will eject balls, so I better turn it off. Give me two seconds, guys. Hold on. And I'm back. And so that was my Centaur little do-do-do-do sound check since I failed last time. Now I had it all ready with balls and everything ready to rock. I had the balls to the wall. Oh, God. Some except for our fans. Yes. Wow. So that's like several games fixed and a game purchased. He's on a roll. I am on a roll. Hopefully, everyone out there can, you know, if you notice, people are commenting now to us and giving us some ideas. So we're going to go with the 2017 movie idea after this. But, Ron, have you thought about Central New York pinball? I can't do it. I can't make the drive. I can't make the drive. Well, I'm unfortunately probably not going to make it this session either. Because I have to go to school for work a couple times during the next month and a half, two months. And missing two out of the five months, you can't make the playoffs. It's numerically impossible. Playoffs? Playoffs? So, needless to say, I will not be in Central New York. I like the guys. I play with Eric and Jason, and they're actually members of Western New York Pinball, and there's a lot of other people like Dave Cohen and everything like that. Unfortunately, I cannot do it this year. Well, luckily the season ends December 30th, so hopefully in January, if everyone can restart back up, I'll be able to jump back in for that. I'm a member of the No Pinball League. No, you're a member of Albany Pinball League. Yes, it's me. It's you. I'm the president, the secretary, and the champion. Yes, yes you are. I'm a league of one. I had somebody actually mention to me this week, actually, the guy who I bought the Metallica from. I went out by myself, and he's like, oh, it must be pretty nice being single. I'm like, well, I'm not single. He goes, well, how many games did you say you had? I said, I have 35. This is going to be number 36. He goes, and you're married? I'm like, well, how many games do you have? He goes, I only have one. I'm only allowed to have one. So he sold me to Metallica, and the day before he picked up a brand new Hobbit. Schmog. So he's only allowed to have one. This guy had a $400,000 house. He had a really nice house, really nice car in the garage. But when he said he was only allowed to have one, that makes me say I'm pretty lucky having my wife. Because my wife puts up with a ton of shit from me. Yeah, we all do, Bruce. Don't we love you? But I'm going to give a big props to my wife, Kathy. She does put up a lot of crap. If anyone who came here last year for Pinnapalooza, she was the one upstairs taking all the money and making food, and she really does help me out a lot. So it's a big props. Hell, anybody who allows me to have 36 games in the basement and puts up with my crap, got to be nuts. Got to be nuts. Got to be nuts. Any more interesting parts of that story, picking the game up? Oh, it was a 10-hour drive. 10 hours? Oh, God. Where is this person? He was south of Sandusky, Ohio. So you went to Ohio for this game? Ohio, where it's round on the outside and high in the middle. Good Lord, that's too much driving. No, it wasn't. It was great. And I was worried about the new backbox on Metallica. because Metallica, and this is a new run. This actually came from, it's actually newer than Ron's. You'll have ghosting. Oh, I'm sorry. No ghosting. It's perfect. But, yes, mine was built in March 31st. Okay, yeah, that's newer than mine. Probably the same run, though. Oh, it probably is. Yeah, I think it is. That's kind of funny. So we both ended up basically with the same run of game. Which is the second time we've done this. Yeah, because it would have to be this, because it's right around, right after Papa, which was in March, was when I got mine. That's when they were making them again, because they had one of them at Papa. So yeah, this is probably the same damn run. Yep, so this is the second time we have a close run of each game. The other being Spider-Man. Black Spider-Man. Black Spider-Man, yes. What is it like? How much off in the serial number? Like one or two? Two. Two. We are off. So there's some LE that's in the middle. We should make it some kind of quest to find the Ellie that's in the middle. The missing Ellie. It's like a trilogy. We're missing The Empire Strikes Back. We are. You can't be missing that. No, no, no, no. But luckily we're not Han Solo and getting shot and killed. So you drove 10 hours. Drove 10 hours. You see this big house and you're thinking, oh boy, I'm going to go see a cool collection. Nope. Not at all. one game. But, nice game, you know. Smog, you know, Hobbit. I'm not fully on board with it yet. The shots are a little eh. But, it's beautiful. The display is beautiful. It's still not sold on the gameplay. Although, if you check out our YouTube channel, again, cheap plug, you can see at least the aftermath of a game we had on it. Yep. You can see Eric Russell beating both of us. Eric Russell crushed us both. Yes. That's what we like to say in here. So other than that, I drove 10 hours, got the game back home, and then I put it in the garage, and I did nothing that night. I slept. Yeah, good idea. Yeah, and then the next day, I had a couple members that came over with Neil Parrish, and we set up all four games because I had the two other games from Blackjack and also Future Spa. We set all three up. We got them all in place and no issues. So we're knocking on wood. I did fix blackjack with the wiring. So I had to cut it when I took the head off because it was wired, you know, not in the harness. So I had to reconnect that and redo it. And a lot of repairing this week. And now I have to probably work on a vector soon. Hi, Kevin. A vector? A vector. A vector. Yes. I hate that game. I know you do. I don't mind that game. Oh, wait a minute. I should save that for a later Games You Like, Games You Hate segment. Or maybe you could say it now. Well, I don't have one I like right now. Oh, boy. I was saving this for another episode. Okay. But vector, I'll go off on vector on another episode. Okay, good. At least we know what you guys get to see what we're going to have in the future. Yes, yes. But speaking of the future, the movies of 2017. Yes. It's a big list. It's a big list. We're going to go through this list and see which ones we think. Thumbs up. Yeah. Thumbs in the middle or no freaking way in hell. Or for Stern. Or JJP. Or JJP or even Highway. Well, the funny thing is with Highway, they already get a thumbs up. Oh, because Alien? Alien comes out next year. So they win in some ways already. If they get it out by next year, which they should. They should. Yeah, they actually seem like they're on the ball. And it seems like they're starting to ship now more Big Lebowskis, I see. Yes. I was listening to Coast to Coast Pinball. Shout out to them real fast. and they were talking I was listening to one of the older ones actually it was the newest one with Gene and he said his is shipped so they're starting to ship them yes I remember the first time I played that was actually Expo 2014 when I got to play one ball on it it broke and I literally have never played it since I played a couple versions of it. It's not bad. I actually don't mind it. It feels more William-esque than even JJP's in some way. Yeah, yeah. Feels very solid. But let's get back to 2017 movies. 2017 in the movies, ladies and gentlemen. This time is for real. Yes, I have the list. He has the list, which he's covering up my webcam with. I can't see Bruce. There you go. Oh, my God. Of course, he can't see me. Yeah, so everyone bust Ron's chops to get a webcam. Maybe we should start a GoFundMe. Yeah, GoFundMe. Yes. Well, yeah, GoFundMe for a new laptop. I have a good one. So I can record without my computer fan bleeding into the audio, and I have to cut everything out, which is painful. It really would save a lot of time if I just get a frigging laptop. It would. Yeah, it would. So let's do it. Let's go through the movie list. Okay. Star Wars Episode VIII. Hell yeah. You've got to make that. I think that's already taken care of, honestly. I really do, too. I really do, too. Yeah. Thank you, Steve Ritchie. Yes. Justice League of America. I can see that. Yeah. I can see that. Have they done a DC one? No. Well, they did in the past. Superman. Atari did in 79. Yeah, but I mean, has Stern, have they ever had any kind of relationship with DC? No. See, that's where maybe that could be one of the other companies. It could be. I would lean more towards them. I mean, if it's Marvel, you know it's going to be them. Yes. They just have a working relationship there. So now let's go into the Marvel movies more. Wolverine 3. I'd say no. They already did the Avengers. I know. Guardian of the Galaxies. Guardians of the Galaxy. Yes, I can see that one being the one. My mother might actually buy that one. God, she loves that movie. Spider-Man? Nope. No, they already made it. Yep, already remade it. That's true. Thor. Again, he's in the Avengers. He's in the Avengers, I agree. Now let's go off a little bit. Transformers. They already did a Transformers. I know. Could they re-theme it? To do what? I mean, they already, okay. Could you re-theme a bad game? Well, they could. If they're going to re-theme it, they'd have to re-theme it in, like, classic 80s Transformers, like the animated. That's the only way you could do it. That would be the best way, actually, to do it. Yeah. So, ideas. If Stern's listening, that's a great idea. If they're going to do 80s animation, they should do one of the other movies coming out this year, or next year. Well, I'm coming up with some. like Smurfs. The Smurfs. What a great license. Could you imagine the exclusive blue LE edition? Oh, God. And everyone would complain that the shade of blue isn't correct, or it's too blue, when it's the friggin' Smurfs. Or the voices are not perfect. They're not correct. Well, to me, the only way they could do it, they gotta use voices from the original cartoon. I mean, some of them gotta still be alive, right? They can't all be dead. A couple have to be, yeah. I think Gargamel's the only one that's dead. See, he was the one I'd want to hear. I know. Me too. And Gabrielle, you know, what was it? Cat was Gabrielle. No, it was Azriel. Azriel. That was it. By the way, fans, forget the fact that we know all this stuff. Just pretend you didn't hear this. We've never watched the Smurfs. We have no idea about it. I have a big old L right on my forehead, boys and girls. La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la. No, I did not just do the Smurfs theme. I do not know it. I have no idea. Anything about the Smurfs. Let's move on. Okay. This is the one I think everyone on Pinside is going to jump on. My Little Pony movie is coming out next year. Oh, definitely. Definitely. Again, just the L.E. Like, maybe they'll have, like, the, actually, My Little Pony. Was there any unicorns in that? I think so. Okay. We'll have the unicorn edition. Oh, boy. I can grab onto that shaft. Yeah. Yeah. We're fine, butthead. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you're pretty juvenile. Yes, I am. Another movie from our 80s, Power Rangers. I don't know how, okay, what's the audience for Power Rangers? Well, think about it. All the people who were watching the Power Rangers in the 90s and the 2000s are now always... Are 40-year-old dudes with money are going to buy a Power Rangers game? They're 30-year-old dudes who are still at home. Keyboard Command, I mean. And have money. No wonder you call it the Pinside game. Oh, dear. We just lost more viewers. Oh, man. I'm sorry. We love Pinside. Okay. What else we got? King Kong. another you know the you know stern slash data east actually already did king kong fortunately it never came out and it's a cool game i've played it it's a great game but uh i i like the trailer i don't know if i don't know wonder woman another dc i think since if they're going to do justice league they don't need wonder woman yeah because it'll just be part of the Justice League. Why just get one when you can get them all? The Mummy? The Mummy. Another Mummy? They're redoing it with all new characters. So no more Jason Neil Fraser anymore. Wait until you hear who's going to be in The Mummy. Who's going to be in The Mummy? Are you truly sitting down? He's the only one that's jumped up and down on Oprah's couch. I'm sorry. I'm not familiar with this. So let's give you another hint. Oh, let's give me another hint. He's not going to tell. Okay. Is he going to be someone I even know? I don't watch movies typically. He did the Mission Impossible movies. Oh, Tom Antonio Cruz. You got it. So Tom Antonio Cruz. New Mummy. In the New Mummy. Okay. Did that really need to be remade? I mean, that just was out in the 90s. I know, but wait, there's more coming out. Oh, is The Rock going to be in it again? Is he going to be the Scorpion King? Hope so. That would be great then. more 80s and 70s flashbacks, Planet of the Apes. So what do you think? Yay? Nay? I think that's a possibility. Yeah, but it's called Congo and it's already out. But no, you make the furry Congo. The furry Congo. You put all gorilla hair like they had one year at Expo. Yes, they had a Congo with hair on it. Yes. Yes. So you make that the Ellie version for Planet of the Apes. That's the Ellie. you get the fur oh man okay here now we're going to uh really fun ones they're gonna make another jumanji uh refresh my memory what's what's that robin williams oh is that an animated one or no board game where robin williams you can tell how up i am on any new movies it's not new It's from the 1980s. Yeah. Well, no. The original one was in the 90s somewhere. Maybe even early 2000s. No, it was not new. Yes. Oh, now you're going to make me go into the e-games again. I'm going to make you look it up. I'm saying late 90s, early 2000s would be my guess. I will say late 90s. Yeah. Jumanji. There we go. And? Oh, 1995. Okay, that's a lot earlier than I thought. Yeah. Because my movie viewing, at least going to the theater, kind of stopped in the early 90s. I guess there's going to be a new one, possibly. Robin Williams' Hologram. Nope. Who were you just talking about a couple seconds ago in The Mummy? Oh, The Rock. You got it. He's in The Rock. Oh, yes, yes. I think I read that somewhere. Yes, he's going to be in that with someone else. Yes. I forget who. Okay, here we go. Now we're going to just ridiculous and stupid movies, but anything's possible. They're releasing a new movie called Chips based off the TV show. Wow. Wow. Let me guess. Eric Estrada will make a cameo. Of course they will. Yeah, he probably needs work. But Chips, really? Really? So it'll be like, just re-theme a Harley Davidson and make it chips. Boom, there's your game. There you go. There's your game. See, we're thinking. We're already making money for you, Stern. We already making money Stern Actually there two more One I actually going to say seriously is a big possibility I been saving this one Okay. First is the one that's going to be the vein of Ron's funniness. Six billion dollar man. So the Bally turd wasn't enough. No. Six million. Now we need another turd game. No. Please, Stern, do not make Six Billion Dollar Man. Yes. We'll suck as bad as Six Million Dollar Man. I love that. So it's a billion dollars now to do his bionics. You got it. It's a lot more expensive. You got it. Maybe he's got more bionic parts. Maybe he has, like, I don't know, bionic butt. I don't see that one happening. Yeah. Yeah. Now, J.J.P. has said that the third title for Pat Lawler, I think he said many times that it's going to be an original. Yep, yep, that's what I heard. But who knows? Maybe we'll get the fourth one. This is what I think could be the fourth one for JJP. Okay. Blade Runner 2. Blade Runner 2. Yep. Okay, you really think it's going to have enough of an audience? That was a cult film when it came out. I know. But what are most pinball machines anyway? They're cult games. But that was never, that never was that big. when it came out. It wasn't. Did you think Transformers was going to be great? Or like a big cult game? Yeah, but Transformers made a crap load of money. Blade Runner did not make a crap load of money when it first came out. Wheel of Fortune? Yeah, because they picked a bad theme. That was a horrible theme. And it sold accordingly. As in not much. They still do weird things. And I think this could be the one. How about Highway? I'd say Highway doing that more. Especially if they do like Aliens. Maybe I'm saying that because the original Alien was Ridley Scott. Blade Runner was Ridley Scott. So maybe that's why it's in my head. It's like, yeah, they could do that. But I think that would be – I was saving that one for last, saying that's the possibility. I think that's the wild card in my 2017 movies slash pinball. I would think it would have a – or it should have a killer art package. it would have a kick-ass art pack. It would be very dark. Like Alien's going to be. Yeah. Yes. So, now we go to our favorite part of the show. Okay, what's our favorite part of the show, Bruce? Games I like or games I hate. Oh, okay, so we are going to do this. Of course we are, because I'm sticking you into that corner where you've got to swing your way out of it. Alright, alright. Games you like. Okay, let me do this. I'll do, we'll keep it with the Ballys. Games I like. Harlem Globetrotters. Oh, be still my heart. Yes, yes. Steven Bowden would be proud of you. Why would Steven Bowden be proud of me? He likes Harlem Globetrotters? I think he does. I actually think he appreciates that game. So, and that's our Steven Bowden. Our Steven Bowden reference, yes. So, okay. Why do you like Harlem Globetrotters? Because it's Paragon with – it's a smaller Paragon, basically. It's Paragon in a regular size with just the flippers flipped over to the other side. And I feel like I've already said this. I guarantee if I go back to a former episode, I probably already said Harlem Globetrotters. No, you have not said Harlem Globetrotters. Okay. But you have talked about how we've talked about Harlem Globetrotters. Okay. Maybe that's what I'm thinking of. Yeah. I love the inline drop targets, tap passing, spinners. Actually, it's got a little more going on. A little something over Paragon with more spinners. Three spinners. Three spinners are always better than one. Yes. Plus, that's a great rule with the spinners. When you hit the drop targets on the right, it increases the value of your left spinner. Great rule. I did not know that. Yes, it does. I never have a chance to aim. Most of the time, it's just save ball and flip. So when you hit the first drop target, you don't get a multiplier yet, but your spinner goes up to 100 points. Then you hit the next target, it goes up to 200. Then I think it's 500. No, it's four targets, so it's 1, 2, 1,000, 2,000. 2,000. Okay. Yeah. You can kill that spinner. Juice those spinners, baby. Yes, juice the spinners. Okay, so let's see. Great game. I totally agree with you on that one. I will definitely give that a thumbs up. But I can't vote for that one. You can't vote for that one. So now, games I hate. As mentioned earlier, Vector. Vector. Vector. It's almost like Bally said. It was Bally's really kind of their last ditch. Throw everything at it. You throw everything at it because video games are kicking our ass. We're going to go all out. We're going to have two playfields. It's a two-level play field. We're going to put the display thingy in the middle. We're going to have like an infinity back glass with the two different back glasses things. We're going to have speech, multiball. We're just throwing it all out there, and it's a turn. Three kick-out holes up top. This is a game that I played at a show. I was just – I wanted to get multiball. And I figured like, damn, this is so hard to get multiball. Something really cool has got to happen. And it doesn't. it just says like one line and it just kicks the balls out and that's it it's like yeah it's like is there any kind of display any kind of anything give give me something begin or be an attack yeah do a light show something give me something nope just like i think he says one line and the balls just come out and there you go yep have fun yep have fun and it's just i mean i like the fact that I'll give it props in that I tried something, like it's this fictional game, because if you play it it's like some kind of bizarre game they made up called Vector, like a game within a game which looks like it's some kind of skate thing, and you score goals, and there's saves, and all this. I like the idea, the concept, but it's just it never was fun to play, and it's got the stupid linear flippers in it, and when you're trying to hit it in the upper playfield I just, nope, nope. Not doing it. Next. Next. Okay. Games I like. Singy-bingy. Ron's going to like the first one because it's one of his. Rock, rock, rock. Roller games. Yes. You got it. Well, who doesn't like roller games? It's only the greatest game ever. It's Steve Ritchie's greatest game by far. I totally agree, but I love that. Even though, guess what? I've never owned it. It's just hard to believe you've owned everything. I know. It seems like it, but nope, I've never owned it. Great game. Great sounds. Great rule package, actually, for a System 11. Is that a C or a B? That is a C. Okay. The rule package is really tight on that because you've got the Devastators, you've got the, you know, go for the wall, you know. You could actually be set up for multiball and go for the wall really kick ass when you're plunging your next ball to kill on it. And sudden death. Go for the wall, which is random, unfortunately. I know, but you could really crush the game. It's a fun game. It's fast. It's Steve Ritchie, of course. You know, you get the flow. You get the Picard, a.k.a. the high-speed shot at it. Yep, yep, the high-speed shot, which he's only used on God knows how many games. But it's the greatest shot ever. The best part about the game, in my mind, is when you lock a ball, and while you're playing the game, the game will, once in a while, shoot the balls out of the lock area. It'll shoot out of the lock, and it comes around in a circle. It's to simulate like you're on the track racing around. Yep. Yes. Great, great, great. Now, Ron and me, I would like to see Ron actually, on his game, put the European sound ROMs in. Oh, yeah, because the music's different. It is different. Yeah, it is different. The thing is, the only thing about roller games, I'll say negative against it, is the multiball start is lame. Yes. Roller games. When you lock a ball, it does all this cool light show. Especially, I have an earlier production roller games with all the extra flashers in it. So when you lock a ball, it gives a really cool display. And you're like, oh, man, I can't imagine what happens in multiball starts. It's got to be really cool. and it literally just cuts all the lights off in the game and just goes, Roller Games, Roller Games, Roller Games, and then gives you the ball and that's it. It's like, what? That's it? Actually, the best light show in the game is if you finish Sudden Death. That is actually, that should have been either the jackpot or the multiball intro, especially when the previous game he did was Black Knight 2000, which is possibly the coolest multiball intro. To have one that was so lame was, well. I like the game it is buggy though for those who don't know they did make a good number of them however it is based off a show and the show actually the company that made the show went bankrupt before the game was released so they had this game that they're going to release of the show that's not going to be on the air anymore well luckily it was sponsored so yeah it has all these advertisers on but But they still made a good amount of them, but what they did to cut costs is they cut a lot of the flashers out of the game as the production run went on, and they didn't really make many fixes to the software. So it does do things, and it does this in Pin Mame, also the simulator, where you'll be playing and the soundboard just reboots occasionally. You'll just hear the dong, like it rebooted. You want some other fun? Tilt and then watch it screw up the match animation as it's not synced with the video. It'll do that. Did not know that. Yeah, yeah. If you tilt it, I can't remember if it's the second or third ball, but it might even be any of the balls. It'll screw up so the match doesn't match the sound cues. It'll be off. It does other weird things like that. You could tell. Stuff that probably they might have fixed had it been not canceled. So now I have a new project for you, Mr. Ron. Oh, a new project. What's my new project? I'm ready. What do you have for your roller games? What do I have for my roller games? Oh, yeah. Oh, God. See? Yeah. This is the challenge. I'm challenging you this winter. This winter. Oh, man. That's one hell of a challenge right there. What Bruce is challenging me on is original prototype roller games. and by prototype, prototype, I mean maybe the first four or five. Like, not even the samples have these. Originally, instead of the five stand-up targets on the left side, they were supposed to be drop targets. And through the many years, actually, many years the game was in storage, I still managed to procure all the parts needed to basically rip out these stand-ups and put the drop target back in. And the software does support it. Yes, yes. Which that was an interesting story because you had before, was it Planetary Pinball had the rights? Mm-hmm. A guy named Wayne in Australia had the rights. And one thing he did do, he let, I believe it was John Wart, Mr. Roller Games himself, who he has, what's his name? The site where he makes, we'll plug him. He does e-profits. He does E-Proms. Give me two seconds. I'm trying to. While Bruce looks that up, he burns E-Proms. You can buy E-Proms for any game from his site. I believe. That Pinball Palace. Sorry, ThatPinballPlace.com. ThatPinballPlace.com. Get your ROMs there. I believe that's where I got my roller games. And you'll see it there. It's got a special designation. But he got, I don't know if he modified it. Modified it himself or got someone to modify it. But basically they took the production, the latest version of the production code, and just added back the drop target reset to it, which is nice. As opposed to things like, I believe, like the Dead World mod and was it Judge Dredd? You have to have like the prototype software to get it to work, which kind of sucks because then you don't get, you know, fixes and other things they put in later. With the roller games, it's cool because it is the latest code they had with the drop target reset. That's the only part they added. And I have the wiring, what I'd have to do to wire it up. The big problem is going to be just drilling through the play field to actually put the T-nuts in and stuff to actually mount the drop target bank. Just do it. The funny thing is what I have, you could do it, if you want to use the original parts, what you would need is the five bank drop target bank from Bad Cats. I believe there might be one other System 11 game that had but there's like only two. Or you could do what I did which was the Judge Dredd. You use like, it's a combo, you use like the Judge Dredd bracket but with like the System 11 targets and like the board, the Opto board. But you heard it here first folks. Good luck on that. Good luck on that. Oh, okay. And I actually played one, actually a central New York guy in Syracuse. He had one. He put one in his roller games. It did play good. I mean, it made actually spelling the Williams thing and, like, getting the drop. You could actually aim for the drop targets. You could actually complete it. It actually made it play better. Do you remember who that was? He was one of the Salt City guys. he's in Syracuse. Eric might know who it is. I can't remember his name. Yeah, and he would do all his own work. He put that all in there. He did all his own shop jobs, all his own board work. I wish I could remember his name. I can't remember his name. But all his games would always be set up like he'd have them all in like five ball, like the super easiest settings possible. Because he said he wasn't a good player, so he had his game set pretty easy. So when I would go over there, I would just play forever. Well, the only two I know, possibly Joshua. Who else? Hold on. Or, give me two seconds. Let me look up. Citrullating Conversation! Yes. I'm going to look at my friends on my... I'm going to go to Central New York Pinball. Groups more. Hello, I'm George Takai. I sponsor Slam Tilt Podcast. Oh my. Uh, but, uh, so games I hate. I know it's going to make. We're going to start. Oh, you did. Okay. You said roller games. That was so long ago. I know, but it was. I had to make a good conversation out of it because it's a great game. It's a great game. But what's not a great game? Oh, people are going to be pissed off at me again about this. I love when I do this. Twilight Zone. Are you serious? Totally serious. It's the greatest game of all time, Bruce. No. Yes, it is. Pinside told me it is. Yeah, Pinside can tell you a lot of things. IPDP, I think, says it's the greatest game. It's the greatest game ever. No. It's a turd. It's a slug-fast turd. Oh, my word. Now, see, I don't like Twilight Zone either, but I will still say it's a good game. Brewster says it's a turd. How can you say it's a turd? I've owned one. I play it. I, I, it's just so stop and go. It's like, I'm going to go by your rules now. Okay, my rules. What did you say last week? You said, IJ, hit the shot, watch a movie. It's almost like that for me. It's not that bad. Yes, it is. And then you get a, and then you get the sound. The only thing good about the game is Powerwall. Really? The only good thing. Not the power field, the cool power field with the magnets. No, that's not cool. The gumball machine, that's not cool. It's just the Powerball. Powerball. Wow, yes. Feel free to send your hate mail to Bruce at slamtiltpodcast at gmail.com. Again, that's slamtiltpodcast at gmail.com, where you can write to Bruce and tell him why he's wrong. No, because guess what? I'm not wrong on this one. Many people don't want to be stigmatized. like oh look you know he said you know my favorite game is bad no it's a turd yeah but you're saying you're saying like it's stop and go but it is very stop yeah but that doesn't make it a bad game oh it terrible oh it just a style of play you particularly don like i don think anybody does you don think it uh not like I sold my game The best thing I ever did I bought my game That the one I went down to Virginia for. So that's the second longest trip. I went down, got it from Virginia, brought it back up. Had it for like a year. Tried to get into it. Tried to get into it. That's another good thing about the movie. That's the only good thing. It's got golden airing in it, man. Another reason it's good. Come on. But I sold my game and went from the sale of that, got me by Black Spider-Man. Nuff said. Yeah, yeah, you're right there. Okay, I'll give you that one. I'll give you that one. Okay, so we're going to go backwards a little bit. How about Jeff Benarnik? Who? The names we're talking about, which you remember from Syracuse. Oh, Jesus Christ. I'm just flipping back. It might have been Jeff. That sounds kind of familiar. Jeff is very good with games, so maybe it was Jeff. Is it Tall Guy? Yes, very tall. Like tall, big glasses. He's got a brother who's smaller than him. Yes, that's Jeff. Okay, that's Jeff. So it was Jeff. Unfortunately, we just said his last name, so I'm sorry, Jeff. No, I've known Jeff for a while. He's really good. He's in the pinball stuff still, too. Well, that's a game I hate, Twilight Zone. Terrible. Terrible. You're wrong. No, not wrong. I hate to say it. See, that should be a segment on our show where we just take a game we have the exact opposite opinion on, which is tough to do, honestly, and just argue about it. People love that. No. No? No. Like you still haven't realized how awesome Dirty Harry is yet. No, I haven't. Oh, we're winning them over. You have one. That's the one few games you actually have. You've got to play one that works, which is hard sometimes. Well, I will say Jim Metzler, when he gave me his for that time when he was moving and sold his house, I had it for like a year, and I played it, and I liked it. That's what got me into it a little bit more. Then we have two of them in League Night at one point, so I had to get used to it more and more, and I've actually grown accustomed to Dirty Harry. Yes. I have. I like it. That sounded weird. You've grown accustomed to Dirty Harry. I like the Dirty Sanchez. Oh, sorry. Oh. Oh. Oh, more editing. More editing. Fail. Oh, you're making my job difficult. Oh, I love making your job difficult. Yes, yes. So I think that's enough content. You sure? Because I think we need to. Well, we always need to pay the bills. But, you know, that's just a matter of course. Any new material. Well, don't forget, as you saw, when Aaron put in his thing this week, saying that Jar Jar, even though it wasn't pinball related, he brought up something that we talked about. So, Aaron, you get the plug of the week. Plug of the week, ladies and gentlemen. Aaron, you get the plug of the week. Oh, my. Oh, my. Hi, I'm George Dekai, and you're getting a plug of the week. Yes. So, congratulations, Aaron. See, we told you if you bring up something good to us or you tell us that we're doing pretty good, I'll plug you. I'll plug you in like a bunch of different voices and a bunch of different accents. Whatever you want. Yes. Yeah, I'll tell you, boy, if you want Hank Hill to plug you, you are the man. I'm going to get me on that. Oh, Boomhauer? You want Boomhauer? Yeah. See, there you go. King of the Hill Pinball Machine. Oh, that would be awesome. No, no, no. I know what my holy grail pinball is. I'll tell you what, man. What's going on? I'll talk about it. Pinball, man. What? You get Tom Petty on it, too. That's true. He came in later, didn't he? He did. But you would get Tom Petty on it. Peggy Hill. I love Peggy Hill. No, my dream pinball machine, I've told this to John Norman, and he agreed with me totally. And I'm going to say it to everyone in the world, so hopefully somebody picks it up. Your dream pinball is? It is Mel Brooks movies. Mel Brooks. Each movie is a mode. Spaceballs Young Frankenstein Blazing Saddles History of the World Part 1 You just go through all of his movies Spaceballs I think it would be better as just a single Either you make a Spaceballs or a Blazing Saddles But I don't think you'll get that much If you're going to do any of them it would almost have to be Spaceballs just because of the Star Wars tie-in God, that would be great Spaceballs Spaceballs Spaceballs? Oh, shit. There goes the planet. And what pinball machine was in Spaceballs? There was two. There was two pinball machines in Spaceballs. Yes. There was the Space Invaders in the Winnebago. Yes. And there is, in the diner, it's, I believe, a Knight Rider. It is a Knight Rider. Yes. Yes. I want to make sure. So, find the pinballs. In Spaceballs, I believe, is one of the few PG movies with the F-bomb in it. Really? Yes. Oh, I did not know that. You still have a chance to press the self-destruct cancellation button. It's out of order. Fuck, even in the future nothing works. But it's a PG movie. It's not PG-13. It's a little trivia. It's probably not the only one. It's one of the few ones I can think of that actually has an F-bomb in it that's still PG. Great movie. But that would be a great pinball machine. Okay. Mine's Beavis and Butthead. But, you know, I always say that. Yeah. I just – you can get Mike Judge. I mean, you do every damn voice in the damn – boom. You have one guy. Hire him. You got all the voices. Do all custom speech. That would be kind of cool. I mean, like I said, you have – me and you have the closest to the Beavis and Butthead collection, basically Metallica and ACDC. Yes, of course. We just – I'd like to get a Beavis and Butthead topper and put like, you know, Butthead topper and ACDC, Beavis topper and Metallica. Actually, Eric does too. Yeah, yeah. Oh, that's true. And so does Jason Plourd. Yeah, pretty cool. So four of us have the Beavis and Butthead collection just in upstate New York alone. Yeah, yeah. Cool. So let's pay the bills. It's time to pay the bills, butthole. Come on. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, so don't forget first is my website, www.pinballlifter.com. Check us out. We do lifts. We do helpers. We do wheels for jacks. We do everything. Use your brain. not your back. We're not getting any younger guys. That's the first thing. Second, let's go over some shows in the area. Upcoming show report. So, first, this week, Friday, the monthly pinball tournament at Trapper's Pinball. Trapper's Pinball is in 5950 Butternut Drive in East Syracuse, New York. It's going to be Kiss and Ghostbusters. Your top two scores on each game will get you four attempts max on it, and there's pizza and beer and everything there. It's a really nice place to go and hang out. Trapper's Pinball? Trapper's Pinball Club. So they have, like, stuffed animal heads over the games and stuff? Yes, yes, they do. Okay, okay. Yes, of course. God. This Sunday, World Pinball 2016 hosted at Modern Pinball from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. It's going to be a main tournament. consists of like a World Cup soccer style bracketing. Modern pinball in New York City? Yep. The Super League people? The enemy and we're plugging them? You see, we're fair here. I plug everyone. Oh, yes. I'm going for everything. Regional stuff. Yes. So I'm going regional because if they ever see, they might say, hey, listen to this podcast. So Flippin' with the Greats, Sunday, September 11th, 2 p.m. in Middletown, New York at, as what you usually say when you talk about... The world-famous rock fantasy. If you're not... You're not... Oh, yeah, what, if you're not... If you're in jail... Oh, yeah, yeah, the only way you'll miss it is if you're in jail, and if you are, break out. You can also go for, you'll pay for the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge. Although that doesn't really make sense here. No, not at all. No. It's going to be a three-strike tournament for that September 11th. That's between 2 and 8 p.m. I am really thinking about going to that one, because since I will have to be down there, I have to go to school that week. So it's in between. I'm going to be driving back, and it's close to where my school ends up, off of 84. So I might be there. Can you picture Bruce in school? I have a picture of you in a present. No, I'm one of the quiet ones in school. Oh, one of the quiet ones. Yeah. No, because if I act out, I'm going to be fired. test. Unfortunately, I have a lot of school coming up this next couple of months. It's going to suck. Okay, after that, we have Rock Fantasy End of Summer opens Saturday, September 17th. This one's going to be a little harder for me now that something else came up, but I think we're going to be able to get to this one, too. I think we're going to spend the whole weekend down in New Jersey. Because September 18th, I'm going to see my favorite band of all time. Ah, Kiss. No. No. They're actually playing tonight in Rochester. And you see where I am at. Okay. Electric Light Orchestra. Oh, okay. When you guys see me dancing, that's what I'm listening to. Yes, yes. Electric Light Orchestra, ladies and gentlemen. Yes. They are the shit. Are the shit. As far as Bruce is concerned. Okay. Is it actually Electric Light Orchestra, or is it just a bunch of guys without Jeff Lynn? Nope, it is Jeff Lynn. Okay. With Tandy, who's another original member, and a couple other guys. If Jeff Lynn is there, then at least you could say it's ELO. And it's called Jeff Lynn's ELO now. Oh, of course it is. Yes, well, you know, he has a name for both. Two more tournaments coming up. Strong Hearts Silver Ball Pinball Tournament. Remember I told you last week how the names are getting weirder and weirder? Yeah, repeat that again. Strong Hearts Silver Ball Pinball Tournament on September 22nd. Okay. At Cloud City Comics and Toys in Syracuse. We went to the last week, and I did not win a tournament. Wow. I know. Oh, my God. That was the something in caricatures? Yes. Yes. That was the quarters in caricatures. Quarters in caricatures. Why did you win? Why did you fail? I failed. I finished third. Oh, that's unacceptable. Eric finished second, and then Ryan, who owns the games and runs the tournament, won. So I think we need to convince Ryan to now be more like Nick and Kevin and just be like Bowen. Oh, don't play in the – Don't play in your own tournament. What was it back in the days of the Rochester game show? Yes. You had – I think it was Tim who would bring the ball bowler. Yes. And they would have the tournament on the ball bowler, which he would win. Every year. Every year. He would basically win the ball bowler tournament on his ball bowler every year. Yes, he would. It's like, dude, you shouldn't be playing in this. Come on. One more thing. White Rose Game Room Show is September 30th, October 1st. There's also two tournaments during that. There's usually a Classics on the first day, which is September 30th, and then October 1st is the main tournament. They do like DMD games for that. So, good time had by all. It's very low-key, if they still do it that way. It's a little bit. And I want to announce two more things. Okay. We're paying a lot of bills today. We are paying a lot of bills, but this is for, since we know we now have California people, right? We've proven now we have California fans. We've proven at least one person from California listened to us once. Yes. Yes. Good. We're good. So now we're going to plug where we're going to be in January. Banning California. You got it. Arcade Expo. 3.0. Can't wait to play again January 13th through January 15th. And I have to bring up, since we're speaking about California, another show that was gone and now is back, Pacific Pinball Expo. Yes, I saw that. I did see that. They didn't give much of a heads up that it's going to be in November. It's actually the exact same weekend as the Florida show I'll be going to. So basically three months away. Here we are. So I'm guessing mostly locals will probably be there. You won't have too many out-of-towners with that kind of short notice. You'd be surprised. Three months notice? Oh, I've gone. Well, yeah, but you're crazy. I am insane. You are insane. Because I have 36 pinball machines. Yes, yes. And I clearly am less insane because I only have 20. 20? Something, yeah. Did you ever sell Family Guy? Oh, yeah. I sold Family Guy. Family Guy is gone. Okay. Sorry there, Peter. That's not my balls. Looks like I'm not going to be scoring in your house anymore. Oh! So, yeah, we need – I think Ron needs another pinball machine, guys. Well, I do. Ghostbusters. No. No? No. Okay, okay. He's shaking his head. Sea Witch? No. No, no. Fail? Okay. Harlem Globetrotters? We can try to find you a nice Harlem Globetrotters. Well, I know where there's one already. No, I know where two are. In the area. Nick actually put a post out. Nick Lane put a post out this week saying he wants to try to trade his Jungle Lord or his Countdown towards a Bally. with spinners. And Zach posted saying, gripping his Harlem tight. No, but I have a hot hand. Or a hot tip. A hot tip. A hot tip's not a bad game. A hot tip's not a bad game. If you like spinners, it's a good game. Yes, but that big freaking flipper just annoys me. It does. It does. All right. Any more bills to pay? I think the bills are all paid up. Trying to not go that much more than an hour, you know. Our viewers might fall asleep. No, we're at 113 right now. 113. So we'll make it 115. Any final thoughts, Mr. Ron? Pinball is awesome. Get out and play more pinball. That's true. And be sure to check out our Facebook page. And hopefully soon, when Bruce gets all his games ready, maybe we can do some game room videos. When we keep mentioning these 36 games, you can actually go to the channel and see his collection and see my collection, and maybe other people's collection. Yes, hopefully. I wish I had a video camera as good as yours, because then I would do all the members for Western New York. yes yes well we can do a go fund me to get bruce a good camera yes there you go perfect yeah that's gotta be it okay all right thanks everybody thank you very much guys see you next time so now next one is rogue one right uh i guess so yeah next one is rogue one because han solo's dead now han solo's well no rogue one is before all that happened i know but han solo's dead this one yeah well no he's not dead he's not even around it's no but he's around he's around Well, he's around, but he's not dead yet. But he's dead in seven. He's dead in seven, yes. Yeah, and Chewbacca got all pissed off. Where was, you know, why didn't Princess Leia hug Chewbacca? Oh, God, you're going to get into that. Yes. Well, J.J. Abrams admitted he screwed up, and he should have done something there. So there. Is that enough? You apologize to the Star Wars world. Please stop. Please stop typing from your parents' basement about how you didn't like that. So, Pinsider, stop. Oh. Well, yeah, might as well make fun of that, too, huh? Ron, why'd you say that again? Of course, of course. Where are you recording this from, Bruce? Hello? Anybody home? By the way, Bruce is recording this from his basement. Yes, I am, but that, no, this is a mecca. So you are a keyboard commando typing from your basement? No. No? No. I'm talking. You're talking. And I'm sitting in a mecca. in a mecca. Yeah. And it's not your parents' basement. It's your basement. I've paid for it many, many times over. Yes, yes, yes. Okay, we'll try it again. Say goodbye, Ron. Say goodbye, Ron. Bye, Ron. Bye, Ron. Later. Later.
