I sit here all day with no major news and the second I sit down to dinner with my family something breaks LOL. Details on the much-discussed new run of Spooky Pinball's Total Nuclear Annihilation (TNA) machine were just announced. The Company is doing a small, 250 unit run of an upgraded version of the game, priced at $8,995. As previously alluded to, the new TNAs include lit drop targets, super cool-looking "Nuclear Green" plastic protectors, custom metallic powder coating, the new powder coated display as well as most of the optional upgrades that were available during the first run of the game, such as a shaker, speaker kit, art blades and knocker. The machine's coin door is powder coated in this run, when it was not previously. The option to upgrade to the company's fancy "Butter" cabinet art is available, but is not included at this price. The price is a little steep, but what New In Box pinball machine isn't expensive these days? Orders open to members of Spooky's "Fang Club" on September 1st at 10:00 AM Central. They require a $2,000 non-refundable deposit. Spooky Pinball stated that it expects to finish the entire 250 unit run in less than six months, potentially much more quickly than that. The Company only has enough TNA parts to produce this many units at the moment, but it did not rule out another run of the game in the future.
