As we head into the summer of 2026, it’s time for another Multimorphic production update. In April, approximately 13 months after launching Portal in March 2025, we finished shipping all 2025 Portal orders. Excitement for Portal has remained extremely high since launch, and orders continue coming in. Lead times currently sit at about four weeks for new machines, less for most game kits. If you’re familiar with the pinball industry, you likely know that a huge rush of orders always comes in on the first day of each new launch, usually even within the first few minutes. Regardless of the initial rush, our goal is always to fill all orders received from day-one through to the beginning of production within about a year of launch, and we’ve successfully done that with our last four game launches. With our next launch coming soon, we’re planning around the same goal, which includes increasing production capabilities to meet higher expected demand. In parallel with production, we’re always evaluating platform enhancements and improvements and doing our best to take care of all of our customers, new and old. P3s built today incorporate all of the improvements we’ve made over the years, and we continue to support updates to even the oldest P3s (built nearly 10 years ago) to bring them up to current standards. We believe this commitment to our customers is unique in the industry and underappreciated by the wider community, but current and future P3 owners can and should feel confident in their purchase. We recently created a new webpage detailing the improvements to the P3 Flipper Assembly so that all owners can be sure they’re enjoying the best flipper performance and reliability possible. If you don’t have the latest parts installed, we encourage you to update and to please tell other owners and operators as well. P3 Distribution: A couple of years ago, we slimmed down to a single U.S. distributor (Pinball @ WiseTrailer) and just a few international distributors (Retro Arcade Specialists in the U.K., RS-Pinball in most of Europe and Ye Olde Pinball Shoppe in New Zealand). We did that to reduce communication errors while bringing customer support 100% in-house (thanks in large part to our incomparable tech-specialist, Nick Baldridge) and while improving our platform performance and reliability. Because of the success of those efforts, we are now renewing an effort to grow our sales presence with a more complete worldwide distribution network. With that in mind, we’re excited to announce the following new P3 distribution partners: - For Amusement Only Games (U.S.) - Nitro Pinball (Canada) - Flip & Rex (Switzerland) Contact information is available on the Multimorphic webpage at https://www.multimorphic.com/distribution-partners/ … and stay tuned for additional partnership announcements coming soon! Related to sales, we’d like to thank everybody who’s been participating in the Multimorphic Customer Referral Program. We’ve met a lot of new friends and welcomed many new P3 owners to the Multimorphic family, and we appreciate everybody’s enthusiasm for pinball and the P3. The Referral Program will be ending at the end of June, but we’ll of course honor all referrals submitted prior to then. As we say before every new game launch and when the order queue is reasonably short, now’s a great time to order a new P3. When our next game launches, we expect the build queue to grow significantly and immediately. Thank you all for your continued support! – Gerry Stellenberg Multimorphic, Inc.
