I have a six-year-old, and we did all the classes beforehand, seven weeks of two classes every week on how to give birth and a little bit of how to be a parent and swaddling and all that jazz. and then they tell you at the end, you guys, it's time to come up with your birth plan. And this is where you write up into a paper, if you have not had a child, apparently you do this, and we did it, where you write onto a paper kind of how you want the birth to happen. And then you give this to the nurses at the hospital with a plate of cookies or brownies or something fun, and the nurses will often follow, try and follow your birthing plan as best as possible. It doesn't always work out. Well, ours didn't work out at all because I did not want to be involved in the birth. I kind of wanted to be back about 10 feet and kind of experience it from within the room, but not actually be there. And then they have a thing where, do you want to cut the cord? I'm like, no, I don't need to be that involved. Just when the baby is washed off, I'll be there. So apparently a bunch of people didn't show up at the hospital that night. They were short-staffed. there was two nurses, they needed a third, I then had to get, I, I, they're like, George, you got to get up here and, and, and hold things down, okay, I'm right there, and then, uh, when Zoe was born, they, uh, she asked me, do you want to cut the cord, and I'm like, nope, no, not, not even a little bit, and she handed me the thing, and she goes, you got about 20 seconds right now, you really got to cut it good, it won't cut easily, and I'm like, I don't want to cut it, but she was already off doing something else, and it wasn't important enough to listen, so, um, I don't know why that came up. Yeah, they were totally short-spathed. They didn't just force you into an oppression. They may have done that as well. I don't remember why I told that story, but I imagine there was some sort of a segue and somehow we got there. So switching back over to pinball, I'm going to catch up. By holding and both flip or buttons, you can choose to play Escape Nublar. This is basically a game that consists of only playing Escape Nublar because there was no game beforehand. you're spotted 12 rescues and a default path to visitor center additionally there are separate leaderboards for speed runs and high score tilting counts as an immediate mode loss uh main wizard mode awarded after playing visitor center secure control room and museum mayhem the goal of escape nuclear is to navigate back through the main gate to the helipad while rescuing any remaining staff and dinosaurs this is single ball wizard mode where you have three balls to complete the mode. So you want to go right side. If you go right side, you only have to clear four paddocks. We never ask you guys, what are you drinking? Oh, dice! So I tried to go pick up some more chill-outs today. That definitely is the go-to, but local liquor store was out. It's probably a good thing, right? So instead I'm drinking Avery Brewing's A Pair of Peaches IPA.
