Okay, if you're around later today, I have a video that's really stupid that I'm filming out here during a storm that you're gonna edit if you're around. If you're around this weekend, you have to edit this. It's the dumbest video I've ever done. Another stupid video? But dude, this has your name written all over it. You could make this interesting, trust me. Alright, I gotta go. Retro Ralph! Why am I out here in the middle of the desert, in the middle of a storm actually, with gunshots going off right there? I'm willing, willing to risk. I am willing to risk my life for this Arcade 1 of One Player Counter Arcade because reviewing games and reviewing Arcade 1s is serious business. So serious that I'm willing to risk my life in the middle of the open desert. Why am I out here? Because if I wasn't doing it this way, this just really isn't that interesting. It's really not. Actually, it's really uninteresting, but we're gonna make it interesting, because we're out here in the middle of the desert. Gunshot acting like a man, because real men play one-player countercades. You don't need four players, you don't need three players, you don't even need two players! You need one player, and that sucker's right here. See? Shots. I don't even care! Okay, that sounds a little close, but we're cool, we're good. We got this. Alright, we'll take a look at the box. that interesting like I said we'll crack it open and see how you know is this something you'd even want to buy especially at the price point that they asking for this thing let check it out okay the first test is the waterproof test So far it actually the box is waterproof I didn anticipate to do this test today because I actually didn't think it was going to rain but it is raining and man the box is standing up to the rain no problemo. Gosh Arcade1up you guys really outdid yourself on this one. 100% waterproof. A lot of people would probably say that it's a bad idea to do this in the rain but I don't think so. So we're going to unbox it. You know, sometimes on YouTube, you have to differentiate yourself from other YouTubers. So how I often do that is, you know, you could unbox things the normal way, or you could peel them like this. It takes a little longer, but I'm telling you, it's totally worth it because it extends the time of your video too. So this could have been like a five minute review, but it's gonna be like a good 10, cause to take the box off like this, it takes a long time. So to keep your viewers interested, you could change angles, have drone shots, any of those things are distracting to your viewer, so they don't remember why they even came. Cause again, it's not that interesting. Hold on, I'm almost done. The rain's coming down really hard now and people say electricity and water don't mix and that really good advice but we we got it plugged in I gonna turn it on now it looks like it loading This is good So far the machine as a whole is also waterproof but I don't know how well it's, okay, there it is, it's booting up now. I'm about to cover how many games are on it here in a second. I'm getting really wet. Okay, there's two games on it, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the original arcade version, and Turtles in Time. Now, the artwork is turtles, so that doesn't make a lot of sense, but neither does a one-player countercade, so I don't know. Why am I doing this? It has a light-up marquee, but it's probably not going to work anymore because it's soaking wet, but they did take the time to put one on here, and that's pretty cool, I guess. Let's give it a playthrough real quick. Here, I'm going to bring the camera in. Oh, God. As you can see, the song's been modified slightly. I don't know why. I guess because Nickelodeon's a bunch of assholes or something. I'm not sure. All right, let's give it a shot. Can you guys, can you guys see that okay? The screen angles on this thing are amazing! I can see it through the rain! How do you start the damn game? Okay, hold on. I don't even know how to s- Okay, there we go, okay. You have to hit the player one twice. One, I don't know, something. I'm gonna play as Donatello. As you can see, so far, the whole machine is waterproof! It's amazing! So, it's- that's not advertised as a feature of this product, but- But I would have put it on the box. I did not pay for this product. Oh no, sorry, I did, I did pay. I don't want the police coming. No, I did pay. I don't know why, and it's a lot of money. It like but in my opinion a one player countercade with two games I would say would be the sweet spot on something like that Over a hundred bucks just seems crazy All right well you know I'm not even gonna test the second game because it's really coming down pretty hard to rain. Okay guys I'm sorry I had to get inside the car and take refuge because it got really really stormy out i'm gonna see if i can this is so dumb i guess in a review i'm supposed to tell you whether i think this is a reasonable purchase and i'm gonna tell you for the amount of money they want for this i'm gonna say no there's a lot of ways to play these games they just released that nintendo switch cowabunga collection or whatever and it's got a bunch of games on it so i'm thinking you should probably pass on this one unless it goes for on sale for like 60 bucks or you're just hard up to play some TMNT. Alright, I think I should go. No one's watching this anyway. I should at least get an A for effort. Alright guys, if you enjoyed this video, give me a thumbs up. Consider subscribing to this channel, whatever this channel is. And put your comments below. I want to hear, would you spend a zillion dollars on a one-player countercade? But hey, the benefits? It's waterproof. And I don't know any other arcade in the market right now that's waterproof, so... Alright guys, I better get out of here. But we will see you... Oh! the next one
