We talk about all kinds of things, like puns, naps, what it's like to be a parent, StreamTech made some real progress, by the way, on the wireless microphone post earlier today while I was in a meeting. And it's funny because the last post, I actually got a lot of people questioning whether or not this device is really worth it and you can just get away with USB. And so I prefaced this one with a lot of like, why would you be interested in going completely wireless right Because we using a wired mic but a wireless headset to hear the music But wireless mics combined with a wireless headset allow you the freedom to walk away And then you can't be heard very nicely as opposed to now where it sounds like I'm no longer anywhere close to the screen. So, and there's other benefits to that, right? Like, if you are bringing in remote people to talk with, You need, unless you want to create a potential echo or really mess with the audio to not have an echo but still have it played out loud, you can avoid all that by doing headphones and wireless headphones, obviously, if you can, because wired would be a struggle if you have more than one person here. So now you need multiple wireless headphones and multiple wireless mics in order to mic up multiple people like we did last night when we had, it must have been seven people remoted into the stream for chatting purposes. and it was myself and Bumper Nugget physically here playing pinball. So to be able to achieve that, you need some really interesting hardware and that requires some splitters. The GoXLR is really nice with that, although you don't need the GoXLR, but it's great for dialing in all those settings. So that is a lot about what that is and I'm spending, I feel like, an inordinate amount of time defending even the need for something like that. It's silly. Echo the Dolphin, hardest game ever. It's the hardest game ever because there's no rule showing you what you have to do in order to get the game started. You start off in basically a fish tank, and you have to jump as high as possible to initiate basically like the end of the world, and it opens it up. I got frustrated. I probably spent four hours swimming around trying to find the initial exit and gave up. before I came back and just started playing around and doing jumps up top and on top of the water and finally triggered whatever it was that started the game.
