Just hitting the ramp all day, that's all you need to do to blow the game up. One trick pony, kids. Nailed it. Joey. Two free games in a row. Are you counting the matches? is. That's just the game rubbing it in my face. It's like, oh, you want to play again? Oh, wait, it's on free play. It doesn't matter. Okay. Oh, it doesn't matter. Sorry, bro. You hangry? You hangry right now? Swip! Alright, we are getting drones all day. That's a nice little drop catch there. So we need one more shot from Monger, so let's get him up. Shall we? Stop this. We're going to shoot the left orbit if we can make it. It's a little earlier than I think. There it is. Try to live catch it on the left. Beautiful. Clip it off of his knees. You don't want to hit him directly. Just like that. You don't want to hit him directly. That's me hitting him directly, by the way. There we go. If I had more luck hitting them in the freaking crotch than I did the knee. So there's that. Tip it over. Hit the loop. Or hit nothing. You know, it's your choice. Oh, that would have been nice if it went up there. Or hit nothing. You know, it's your choice. Oh, that would have been nice if it went up there. Control play, kids. Control play. Let's see if we can manage this. Oh, that's gone. We've got to get a cradle separation over here. There we go. That didn't work. That also didn't work. Let's try a little deeper. Oh you sick sugar! Smelly piece of... Ding dong. Alright, there's War Machine. So now I guess our next plan of attack is get bogeys going and then hit War Machine. I'm the fly, come on baby. Oh, alright, on the fly, come on. My man! My man. So this affords us two balls to make jackpots with, and you're getting jackpots with every... There's an add-a-ball, which I desperately needed. needed. Hello! That was an add a ball, you big dumb. See, I think, uh, I think this is confused. I should have had another ball right there. That is the objective of an add a ball, is to add a ball. You shirt. That was cute. Not a lot of time. You don't have much time. You don't have much time because you're about to drain. Diver's 19. Pumped for tomorrow is an understatement, man. I am beyond pumped. It's going to be awesome. Lots of cool guys. You know, the pinball elite of Illinois, which is, like, ridiculous. and we get to go and try to fight those guys. I, unfortunately, am paired up immediately against Zach Sharp which is just you know walking in and some dude throwing a yoga ball in your face and then you just walk home crying but it gonna be fun it gonna be a lot of fun um yeah all the dead flips in there we got uh nick campbell's playing art dodd i'm playing zach sharp brad Zac Stark is playing chuck jackson Stan Sala who's going to be in our league soon or I guess he's dead flip already screw it he's playing Joshua Henderson I think Josh Sharpe someone I can't remember it's going to be intense man and we're going to stream from the finals so you guys can at least see what's happening on one of the games hear everyone that's going to be swearing at the top of their lungs, and then when finals come around we'll ask what game it's going to be and set this up on one of those machines and then I'll bring a little wireless lav mic and do my best to commentate what the hell's happening. To the best of my abilities. Boop! to the best of my abilities. Tense Spence, man. It's been a while. I haven't seen you in a bit. How are you, buddy? If you're not familiar with Iron Man and you're just joining us, this game is notoriously a ball buster. Because they just, you know, made the shots tight and put frickin' targets in front of... Anyway. Don't get angry. You're fine. Everyone's happy. Are we able to stream the battle? Ardgor, I'm going to stream... So there's going to be 16 people battling, so that means there's at least eight games or eight different machines going on at any given time. So what we're going to do is set the stream up on one machine during most of the battles, and then when we get to the finals, whatever machine is picked for the finals, we're going to ask and set the stream up on that machine so that you can actually see like the crazy head-to-head action that happens when you get down to like the final like four and two people. It's crazy intense. I'm not doing so well right now. Also an understatement. Just got to play a little more controlled and I'm playing like a jerk. Olé! Coming down. So typically you can backhand War Machine, but we want to stack it with Monger because Monger is almost ready. So we'll shoot in orbit, bring Monger up, then hit War Machine, use War Machine to beat up Monger, and call it a day. Now we just need to not drain. Beautiful. Oh, Artcore, you want to see me versus Zach? If we don't end up on a machine that we're streaming on, you'll hear me swearing like a sailor, I promise you. Little baby flip there. How many shots is he going to take, kids? All of them, that's what he's going to do. so something awesome that uh zach sharp told me when i was talking to him and i was flabbergasted at how amazing of a pinball player he is i was like dude you know you can play people one-handed you know you make all your shots you kill everybody it's crazy and what he said was he goes, I don't always make my shots. I just, yes, you know, I've played longer and I will make probably more shots than some people, but I practice recovery. And recovery is almost as important, if not more important, than making your shots. Because if you shoot your ramp and it goes halfway up and it's coming back down, you need to know how to stop that ball from going down the drain. Especially on a game like Iron Man. If you go halfway up that ramp and it doesn't make that corner, that is just a 99% rate down the middle. But Zach just knows how to read the trajectory and maybe slap it in a direction that you would think is completely wrong, but he knows that it's going to move at that micro fraction of an inch to tip the rubber under the ball, cradle it, so he can get it back into play. And that definitely, like, humanizes him a little bit to think that that's definitely something you're able to achieve. Because it's not just him with, like, this RoboCop vision, like, nailing shots, you know, shooting flies off of frickin', you know, ice cream cones. I don't know where that analogy came from. Gearson the machine called my name It likes to do that a lot It likes to do that a lot lot Alright. Enough fooling, let's start schooling. Did I just miss my frickin' skill shot? Are you absolutely kidding? 100,000. Shoot the rats for Poki's glory. So that's the ramps up to bogey. Uh, I don't know if I want to take it. I shot that early because I got scared. Uh, do I trust that? You know, I might do monger and leave bogeys where they're at, because, yeah, I think that's what I'm going to do. There's like flubber on these damn flippers. Trusting a bounce pass on this game from anywhere above, like just above the slingshots is just out the drain. Too clean, too clean. Stop it. Oh my god. The rubbers are so bouncy. Look at this. Look at this crap. Tip it over. Alright, good. So that shuts your bogeys off so I can't actually start bogeys. Now we need to get it. There you go. Get him up and just start beating the crap out of him. Then once you've knocked him back down, you can collect his 3 million jackpot behind his head. There's an add-a-ball. So now I can flip willy-nilly. Give me a ball, please. All right. So 3 million for the spinner behind his head. I almost hit it. Oh, you... Oh, my God. We're making some... We're making some poor choices here, kids. Bounce over. My man. There it is. So now we want to hit an orbit again to bring him back up and start beating him up some more. We'll let the shaker motor calm down. There you go. There's that freaking bounce again, man. That, it's like... Intense. Are you seeing this, like... Rape to the out lane from a dead bounce. Two more drones? Alright, I think I want more machine... Don't be sad. It's only a game. It's only a terrible, hard, amazing, beautiful game. And I promise I will not break the button off of this one like I did fishtails when it aggravated me to no end. Are you guys excited to see State tomorrow? I mean really. You get to see... We're going to put people on Twitch that you only see in freaking documentaries. Just your pinball heroes ready to dominate. All right. You know what? I think it's gone. I think the thrill is gone. The mojo is gone. My life is gone. I just need to go get drunk and cry in a pillow. Munger is what I shopped for and what I accidentally got with the Red Orbit. All right, we need one hit for a multiball, and we just keep cramping the ball away. There it is. Tip it over. Oh, I got juked by the spinner. The spinner just dodged my shot. So there's an add a ball for no reason. There we go. Just needed to slow the game down for a second. Oh my god, you're the worst And the best, I love you Okay Okay, so We need some drones up in here Chrome? Just needed the one. Okay. Oh, no. Beautiful. My man. I know it's difficult to concentrate, but speaking straight. Yeah, dude. Playing pinball and talking to you guys at the same time is a defeat of strength, I have to say. it's like when you work and you're in the zone and someone taps you on the shoulder and you're just like tunnel pulled out of that zone but it's becoming a little more natural it's like we've done this for 18 weeks and it's becoming a little more second nature i'm sure you know it's getting easier i have to say that but uh sometimes i do have to like sort of glaze over Alright, here we go. Uh, war machine. It's not what I hate. Come on, baby. Oh, gosh, that was it. Alright, we'll try a backhand. These have been working out pretty well for me. Not right now. Oh, you sad, sad pinball machine. Look at this crap. Look at this crap. Mark three completed. All right. All right. There's the jackpot. So now what we want, oh, we want to get whiplash because once we get out of this multiball. Chisnet. If we can light up whiplash, we have do or die. One shot. Kill time. Oh, you want to... I was about to squash it, but if you want to play one or two more... Gotta go. I got dinner. Alright. I'm going to check that place out at... Oh, I left my name up. What's it called? What's it called? I gotta go because I gotta walk to... Leave that open. No, you can close it. Love you. Goodbye. See you tomorrow at 11. Here. Here. Okay. Yo, wear your fanciest clothes. All right, Internet. I have to go get some beauty rest because I have a ridiculous... Ridiculous day tomorrow. We're going to stream. It's going to be awesome. We get to play some of the best people in the freaking world! It's gonna be nuts. I love you guys, thanks so much for stopping by. I'll post the link for next week's games. Tune in tomorrow, 1pm. It's gonna be out of control. And I promise games you haven't seen before, and I promise people you haven't seen before, and I promise swear words you haven't heard before, it's gonna be amazing.
