Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Good evening, everyone. My name is George, and this show is Don't Panic Flip. Hey, Neoria. Hey, Durbin. And hey, iSkiDo. How is, how's everyone doing on this, uh, wonderful Monday night before the week really gets started tomorrow? Pinball Princess Jillian, Iron Thoughts, iSkiDo, yeah. Hi, I'm on day four of COVID, actually. I tested positive on Saturday. Hi, Mr. Hardluck. So this is the first day where it worked out pretty well. Hit really hard on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Thank you, Durbin. Chaotix, welcome to the stream. Internet, thank you, Yeah, it's a lot of time between, was it Friday, Saturday, Sunday, not a lot of opportunity to interact with other people. So I've been on, I feel like, a lot of streams this weekend and was really looking forward to tonight's stream. Did you know Pinball Princess Jillian, my daughter, was with me on last Monday and that was well outside of the range. Regardless, when I thought something might be happening on Friday, I had met up with my ex on Wednesday, which put her well within the zone. They ended up staying away from me. And well, and good thing too, because I took a test on Friday, I'm sorry, I took a test on Friday that came back negative. And then it got a lot worse on Saturday, tested positive on Saturday, and I'm sure I'm still positive as of today, but I did a full work day today, and things went pretty well. So nobody else seems to have caught it just as of yet. I did hang out with Janelle, who you guys have seen on stream on Thursday. She is quarantining right now. We'll see if she ends up getting it, because she's not feeling all that well. Yeah, Queen Dark Lady, I work from home. Exactly, yeah, sorry. Clarify, I work from home. So, yeah, there's no giving this to anybody. I've been super safe, and I've been quarantining since I started feeling something on Friday. You smell awful with Durbin. I like it, yeah. So, you guys, happy Monday. I'm happy to, like I said, interact with other people again at this point. That feels really, really great. I hope everybody had a great weekend. Mile, like, last second adjustments this week. We had some people potentially coming in tonight, but there's a lot of people not feeling well, to call in. Maybe we can get Surreal in at some point. If he happens to be on, that'd be awesome. Chaotic! Chaotic! Wow, that is so perfectly aligned right there. Don't panic flip. I mean, you're paying your money. You must be a billionaire if you're wasting your money watching someone else play pinball. Chaotix, throwing me the prime. Two months, on a two-month streak. Chaotix, my hat's off to you. In fact, hold up. I can say that I actually have a hat. So, Chaotix, my hat's off to you. And welcome. Enjoy the ad-free viewing. Welcome to the panic room and those sweet emotes. Maybe Durbin was just trying to say that George looks full of awe. I think, I'm sure that's what it is. And, yeah, Pinball Princess Jillian. I know a lot of people, because COVID is spreading so fast and quickly right now, who are not as lucky as I am to get it and hopefully get over it as quickly as I have. So, yeah. Is there a Watch George Puker team? No. And thankfully, I've not had any of that. Just, yeah, just congestion, mostly, and sore throat, body aches. and I did sleep for, I think, 15 hours two days in a row. Getting a booster tomorrow, which is neat. Neoria, yeah. I am due for my booster. In fact, I was due just before New Year's Eve was the point at which I hit six months. So now I think I have to wait two weeks before I can go get a booster. Thank you, Durbin. That's appreciated. But what do we got tonight? More total nuclear annihilation. And check this out right here. Not only are we running some cool new firmware for TNA, but we've also have reincorporated Scorebit. So looking forward to seeing what kind of updates we're going to get to see here and also what we're going to get to see in the new firmware from Scott. Chaotix got ours, made us tired and kind of achy for a day. Yeah, Chaotix. I'm assuming that's like a light version of the achiness with which COVID gives you. wasn't an old, oh wait, CoolScoreBit? Oh, no, Durbin, ScoreBit. So, I don't know, Durbin, you may not be familiar, but there's a company called ScoreBit, which makes a product that integrates at so many different levels within all of the pinball machines. Essentially, I think everything after EM, right? Like every single solid state. I, I spell Grat, I, what? Even if, Dervin, you are totally familiar with Scorebit, I'm going to use this as an opportunity to talk a little bit about what Scorebit does, because the platform is amazing, and that's Jay Adelson, that's Brian O'Neill, and a group of, I'm guessing, several other developers whom I can't think of off the top of my head, but they have a piece of hardware that physically connects to the the pinball machine, provides internet access. And on top of that, they have open APIs that allow you to access that information and do stuff with. Like, we're going to see, like, right now, it says George Fisher. Fliptronic, yes, thank you. I'm feeling so much better than I have for the past two days. I was able to work today without issue, only had to take a couple breaks, and I'm just jazzed to be talking and interacting with other people again. Um, and score that then, uh, just is constantly talking to its own servers to update information, very similar to the, um, to the stern platform, uh, except they have like a discord, right? Where, where you can talk to the developers and, and ask questions and integrate and build your own custom software to do things with it. Or out of the box, they have a whole bunch of stream integrations. Like this is a stream board that I built up in 10 seconds. It's, it's awesome. so that's that's what that's what we're trying to figure out tonight is the new firmware from Scott on TNA and it's integrations with scorebit so we'll get to see some of that Total Nuclear Annihilation thought that was also an older card game or possibly a board game might be a board game there was I think originally the game was called Total Nuclear Annihilation and I think then at the last second they had to change it due to a trademark infringement to total nuclear annihilation. And also I'm loving all of the purposeful misspellings. That's great. Slotronic, by the way, how you doing? How's life? I hope everybody's staying really, really healthy right now. You're a regular spelling bee. I like it. Let's get a game going. See how this is. That was great. Okay, and I think we're pulling direct audio now, right? Yeah, hopefully you guys can hear the audio. By the way, how is that matched to my volume? Can you guys hear it okay? Ooh, Fliptronic, been watching all of the Harry Potter films. New firmware re-enabled the shaker motor. I'm going to have to change that. Let's do that now. Can't that shaker motor shake the entire house? Yep. Okay, so we're going to shaker motor off. There we go. Oh my god, just then I could feel, like I could hear my bedroom upstairs shaking. That was crazy. Global, shall we play a game? You do. That was my best Joshua voice right there. Just Deathly Hallows left. Awesome. And so the first and second movies in Harry Potter were absolutely wonderful, right? They follow the books really well. They're also the most childish, though there's something kind of unique about them. But then the movies start to get good. And I really like Prisoner of Azkaban. I don't remember the director's name, but that director's take, I feel like, on where to go with Harry Potter was so unique, and I ended up liking it. Even though I didn't like it the first time I saw the movie as I aged, I really appreciate the style of the cinematography and just the way that that was done. Man, I almost had his name a second ago, the director. He was really, really good. and then after that I thought the movies were okay right up until The Half-Blood Prince and here's the issue Fliptronic says Half-Blood Prince is my least fave sorry, not Half-Blood Prince, once you get to The Deathly Hallows the movies aren't bad the problem is that the movies completely miss out on kind of what the entire series is building up to there's this whole concept of The Deathly Hallows which has been there And there's this reaffirmed belief and understanding in all of Voldemort's actions. By the way, huge spoiler for anyone who's not really into Harry Potter, but, you know, kind of a fan. That Voldemort wants power for the sake of power, not for knowledge, not for any reason beyond that. and you get to see him make so many mistakes and all of those are around not seeing the overall picture or caring or having those connections and friendships which allow you to do something with power that's beneficial. Chris Columbus did the first second movie and then I think Chris Columbus came back and did Deathly Hallows, maybe parts one and two. A Columbo guy directed Home Alone. we own three copies of every book and the movies, although a wife is an HP nut. Great. So Chaotix, you're going to get this then. What they started to illustrate and what you didn't realize was so huge at the end of Half-Blood Prince was this concept of wand lore, which nobody talks about, but it's happening constantly throughout book six, right? And maybe if you go back, you'll find that it was actually more apparent in the earlier books, and that was J.K. Rowling's writing awesomeness at the time. I don't care about, I'm not referencing her personal stuff, which we can immediately say J.K. Rowling is not a great person, okay? So all of that aside, just the writing of the books, you could see her start to set up the concept of wand lore and the fact that the wands end up owing their allegiance to the people whom beat them successfully in battle. and it's awesome. Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir. Just one quick question. Yeah, I skidoo. Go ahead. Peter Falk. While we're on a tangent, I told you all I play Quidditch. No, Neoria. That's awesome. Wait, she's a great... Not really, Durban. Oh, like the Darksaber, which was in Rebels. And wait, was Darksaber in Clone Wars? so it's this whole concept of Wanlor which is just yet another example of Lord Voldemort wanting power he wants the Elder Wand which is the Deathly Hallows but he doesn't care enough about knowledge and about understanding in order to figure out why what's happening right he understands that he should be the most powerful because that's his focus but he doesn't he doesn't create connections and build those connections to better understand and build relationships with the people who do. So no one offers him the knowledge he needs to understand that he actually has to win the allegiance of the wand. And if you go back far enough, the wand, the Elder Wand, owes its allegiance to Malfoy. But Harry beats Malfoy with different wands entirely, but the wands know because they maintain their own knowledge of that allegiance. Uh, and, and that's why Harry is able to defeat Voldemort at the end of book seven, and he knows it going in. That's, it's such a huge setup that, um, that Dumbledore made happen to a certain extent, actually to a really significant, uh, extent that utilized everything that, that Harry began to embody and understand. Ukrainian bell tower welcome to the stream and thank you very much for that follow and mix that with Voldemort's own lack of care about the knowledge he just wants power and that's ultimately his downfall time and time again and it's awesome it's this great moment in the book series that the movies completely fail to follow and I'm guessing they start to touch upon it with this conversation that's happening but nobody really understands about the wands. But my guess is it's just too convoluted and complicated to try and get across in the movie. So they eventually gave up on it. They threw like that nice, hey, you're a book reader, we get it. It has to do with this. But it wasn't the focus. But it was so huge because Harry knew going into that last fight that there was no chance that Voldemort could do anything because the Elder Wand, the most powerful wand in existence, owed its failty or its allegiance to Harry because Harry had defeated Draco. Draco had defeated Albus. and Albus had defeated Grumble, sorry, the really bad guy that all of the prequels are focused on in order to obtain the allegiance of the Elder One. Grimwald, thank you, Neoria. That's Columbo, George. Peter Falk was the actor. He always talked like that. Excuse me, sir. Oh, got it. I skidoo. I didn't know that. Okay, so the Darksaber was not in the Clone Wars, but it definitely is in at the end of Rebels, which, by the way, oh my god, there's so much intertwining knowledge of what happens in Rebels now that I finally went back and finished the last season. It was awesome. Yeah, no, no, no, Nyori, I'm right there with you. Grindelwald, thank you. Yes, that's his name. So anyway, that's how the wand situation happened, but the cool thing is that Dumbledore had to know it all along and was helping set things up. That's how involved and how knowledgeable of the situation and how impactful Dumbledore was throughout that entire process, was him understanding things like Ron would leave but need a way to come back, that he would lose faith but understand it and have a way to come back, that Harry needed in every sense to have to work in order to obtain something to truly feel it, which is why the sword is at the bottom of a pond in the middle of winter, and Severus has to put it there. It's just so cool. Let's see, I should have just used, yeah, it's electronic. There's holes all over the place if you want to look for them. The Time Turner, oh my God, what governing body would ever trust the Time Turner? the single most powerful device ever to a child, right? And literally, I think that is, that's, that's J.K. Rowling going back and fixing her mistake in The Cursed Child, which so perfectly illustrates why the Time Turner is the absolute worst thing ever and just needs to be destroyed. Anyway, I'm going back over here. Why don't you like, J.K. Rowling is adamantly against trans people. And she speaks out against it. She is, in my opinion, is not the kind of person that we should be celebrating. And it's too bad because she has written one of the more amazing book series I've ever experienced. But, you know, I think as readers, we oftentimes have to separate out our like from creators and the content that they create, because we have to do that with Orson Scott Card and Ender's Game, which I would say is arguably one of the greatest books ever written. But he's yet another person who has interesting ideas on how people should be treated, and not just all people. Pinball Prince says, Jillian, why give it to a child who better than the one he gave it to? Wait, I don't know what that's referring to. Oh, fliptronics. Sorry, this is all my fault. Yeah, I didn't mean to get up on the, I can talk Harry Potter all the time. I love it. Need to separate the art from the creators. A lot are pretty crappy people. Yep, chaotic. I, um, yeah. I, and I am so thoroughly tattooed up in Harry Potter stuff, I, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm invested into the, into the story. I, I, yeah, J.K. Rowling, it sucks. It really, really does suck, but, uh, but there's always a special place for Harry Potter in my heart. Uh, she is a feminism-appropriating radical transphobe. A fart, if you will, please talk to me. Oh my god, a feminism-appropriating radical transphobe. I and an old fart please tell me OLD stands for something else which makes it even worse I'd love that it makes it very weird to be a Quidditch player right now to be honest oh aren't they changing the name of Quidditch specifically because of that but it's also a secondary reason the sport is undergoing a name change okay sorry I just needed to finish reading that sentence Durban that starts to border on political stuff right there yeah I think people are people welcome to the future oh no what just happened Timbalwiz Welcome to the stream, and for bringing five beautiful people over, we are kind of just getting started here this evening on Total Nuclear Annihilation. You guys, if you have questions about how Total Nuclear Annihilation works, throw them out. And Pinball Whiz, what were you streaming this evening? and, uh, oh man, I had some questions planned for tonight, but I didn't bring my, uh, my book upstairs. I got to think up some questions. Oh, FX3 games, great. So Pinball Wiz playing, um, some pinball-related games this evening. Is the tournament in Vegas this weekend celebrating that? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. There it is, there it is. The other reason is marketing. Yeah, let's not point any fingers. There's a lot of disinformation out there, and there's also, I think, a huge opportunity for, I would say, more learning, especially once you're given the opportunity to spend some more time and actually be immersed into, I don't know, a more open community. The layout looks basic compared to other machines. How does it shoot, and is it a pretty deep gameplay-wise? Chaotix. So this game is super, super simple. And, oh, man, great question, too, because I do want to walk through the rule set on this. It's really, really simple rules, simple layout. It's really, really fast, too. The majority of the game is played right here, which is why it bounces around so much. And it's really tough once you lose control to regain it, right? But there's four phases to this game, and then you have to do those four phases nine times, right? The first phase is to hack the grid, which requires you to complete this row of colors right here. And once that's done, it unlocks the reactor. You then start the reactor by hitting the scoop. That's phase two. Phase three is you need to overheat the reactor, which means to shoot it up either of the orbits, or you can plunge up there, and get the ball to bounce around really quickly up top. That takes you from zero to 100, and once you hit 100, you begin to overheat the reactor. Once the reactor is overheated... CMK, welcome to the stream. Oh my god, I just read it. Hey, boo! CNK, welcome to the stream. Pinball Network just raided with a party of 13. Welcome to the stream. I can't believe you subscribed. Don't panic, Flip. I mean, you're paying your money. You must be a billionaire if you're wasting your money watching someone else play pinball. Thank you, Aogden, for that subscription. My hat's off to you. And welcome, Fall Staff, welcome to the stream. Easy to learn, difficult to master, absolutely. In fact, we were just going over the fourth and final phase. So after you overheat the reactor, you then have to destroy it. The first time through, only one of the destroy targets is going to be lit, and that one target will destroy the reactor. Suddenly that reactor's done, the next one lights up, you start the process all over again, wash, rinse, repeat. Same thing over and over and over again. You do that nine times, you win the game. It gets a little bit harder in that every time you increase the number of reactors, you have more destroys you have to hit, and two, the number of shots up in the top in order to get the reactor to overheat increases. So it's simple, it's difficult, It's something that really does require patience, I feel like, to master. And on top of everything else, if you can do it in multiball, do it in multiball. Over and over and over again. Reich Island TNA 2.0 will be mine. On top of that, hey, we're playing the newest version of the code that Scott just sent out. So I'm really excited to see what kind of differences we have. This will be the first time we're playing through right now. Fopper Nugget. Oh, hi. Hi, welcome. Okay. I'll take it. I'll take it. So I want it to go into the reactor. Now we're ready to start our reactor. Great. Our reactor is started. now we're ready to overheat the reactor. You can see up at the top that those two zeros just showed up. Those two zeros represent the current heat of the reactor. We want it to show 100. There we go. Our reactor is now overheated and we just need to hit the pop bumper right there. We just got to hit this guy right here to destroy our first reactor and it keeps track of the the reactors right here in the middle. So we're on number one. After we beat this one, we'll then work on number two, three, four, and work our way in. Whew! Okay. Now, first reactor done. We're on to our second reactor. What should we do? Do we go for the grid? Well, those shots are kind of scary, right? because when you hit them, they might bank down the middle. The safest thing to do, get back into multiball. Always be multiballing, right? Also, check that out. Reactor values at 38,100. Our total score is at 318,811. And does it say it? Oh, that's pretty cool, because now that I have scorebit, I wonder, I wonder, because notice the score is not on the LCD anymore in this new version. I wonder if it knows that I have score a bit and it uses that extra space. That's really interesting. I just hope to play TNA once before 3M or 2.0 comes out. Yeah, I don't know when that's happening, but I'm excited. All right, so to get back into multiball, I need to hit those drop targets, get it into the scoop in the back, that relife lock. Oh my god. Oh my god, I just ran in. Oh my god. Carl just ran in. Carl, thank you so much for that raid. IE Pinball coming in with 49 beautiful individuals. My hat's off to you. Carl, thank you so much. I hope your stream was awesome. I'm curious, what was IE Pinball streaming this evening? And I'm hoping he got to a wizard mode, because that's what I hope for every time I see and watch Carl's stream. El Rucko, boof, welcome to the stream. Second place, Andy. Kaylee, you guys, welcome. Jurassic Park achievements, okay? Achievement hunting. I just got my, I've got three new Stern Insider Connected kits, and I got to install it on Jurassic Park, and then I got to go pick up Guardians of the Galaxy in February. uh hear from carl streams stewart mcferrin welcome to the stream george your stream is infectious everyone wants in hey let's let let's not be too infectious okay i'm i am yeah i'm here by myself hello just wanted to let you know that i sent the clip of the bug with trying to enter my news jedi not only do i appreciate you sending that in but scott hit me up directly about that to let me know what the issue was and that the version I'm playing right now has that fix in it. So Jedi, you rock. Thank you. Pinball Mafia, Alan, welcome to the stream. Game Time Television, welcome. And can you do that again? No, that Game Time... I can't because Scott fixed it. That's how amazing Scott is. He sent updated code that resolved that issue. Feel free to drop your stars off at my house on the way to get Guardians. Slicktronic. I just put new glass in. And as soon as I can get bumper nuggets to come over here and pick it up, by the way, and replace that play field, that stars is going to be perfecto. Yes, Scott's a good friend of mine. He immediately jumped on the issue. He's awesome. He's seriously, he's amazing. George, your voice sounds different. Have you been drinking enough eggs? No, second place, Andy. I tested positive for COVID on Saturday. So Friday, Saturday, Sunday, we're all anonymous. Welcome to the stream. This is the first day I felt okay kind of getting up. And I have been hanging by myself now for five or six days. So this is my first opportunity to like chat and hang out with people, even if it's virtually. So that's the voice. And which variant? I'm not sure. It was the home test, which confirmed it. And it doesn't give variants, just that I have it. Is this the Rona second Jedi? Yes, it is. Seven crates, thank you. Yeah, it was, man, it was pretty rough for a couple days. Oh, no. Oh. pin pinball-itis, that's, well, that's what I feel like, like, I, I missed out on the ability to, to play pinball, uh, from, from last Friday, uh, also, I never knew your name was George Jedi, you seem to hide it well in all your socials, no, Jedi, I, I, Jedi Gil, I try not to, at least, uh, I, um, uh, hey, yeah, I'm George, but I do, I do start every stream by, oh, that was perfect, with Hi My Name is George and this is Dope Panic Flips. Dang, dude. Glad you're feeling better. Hope it clears up soon and easy. Second place, Andy. I hope so, too, man. I missed out on getting to hang with my kid this weekend, obviously, and hoping kind of everything clears up enough where I can next weekend, but I'm going to need a test to come through that doesn't show me as having COVID. Hot dog! Oh my god, he just ran in. Hot dog, welcome. Thank you so much for that raid. My hat's off to you. Hot dog, I hope your stream was awesome. How was Avengers playing this evening Assuming you were playing Avengers And thank you for bringing three beautiful people over G welcome You can drop the Jedi and just call me Muffin if you want to avoid the confusion I don't know, man. Tommy, you're Jedi McMuffin. He's not. This is the whole thing. That was, I hit that so perfectly. McMuffin, I do like that one. And Prenuptial Pinball, thank you very much for that follow and welcome. We raiden the reactors. Thank you. Thank you. You can be Gil. That's my real name. Okay, Gil. Got it. Pretty good. Got to play a couple of Black Order multiballs. Progress. How's the reacting? Man, this is actually our first game. We're on ball three. We've been talking quite a bit about Harry Potter. And then I don't really remember what we... I think it's been a walkthrough after that. And then it's been raids, actually. I think since then. So, doing, oh, and also COVID conversations. Stuart McFerrin, thank you so much for that follow. I got to remember not to full-clamp you. Hey, Vindictive, thank you so much for that follow. Yep, lots of Harry Potter talk. What am I on right now? Okay, so we still need our two grid shots. So we need these two shots here on the grid. Let's take a shot at that. Alright, got em both. Oh man, that worked out really well for me. Obviously intentional. Alright, and now we've overheated our reactor. There's one. Oh, no! Alright, so now we need to hit this destroyer right there, and that's going to be a reactor, too. Alright, let's see if we can find a way to trap up. Nope. So we're going to try a little under-over and see if we can hit that destroy. Totally got there. Really? Got it. I'll take it. Is it going to give me that back? Yes, it is. I'll take that as well. Thank you. Thank you, game. So now we need to remake it through the grid. Yeah, that was crap. Man, that is one perfectly placed shot right there. And it's going to... Oh, man, I'm so happy I had the right scene on. this message is highlighted Stuart thank you, thank you very much 2.0 this might be an all time want for me, Gblack I'm excited the code on 2.0 I imagine this game is already a masterpiece and if it can even get stepped up more I'm excited you're sounding better now put that machine down and get back to work a little sloppy but satisfying sniff the highlighter, mmm grape oh my god alright here there's, I don't know if it's like something built into us, into certain people, kind of like in the same way that, um, uh, some people like cilantro and some people think it tastes like, uh, like soap, but who here loves the smell of Sharpies? Because I could smell Sharpies all day. I absolutely love, love the smell of Sharpies. Vindictive, yes, there is a 2.0 in the works. Um, it cannot get better than the purple prints on school newsletters from the 70s. The huge ones, I have, I have two of the huge ones. Not because I smell them frequently at all. Alright, so I got a ball save, which I just used. Man, that's a tough shot right there. That is not only tough, but it's scary. Um, I'm going to go for, uh, getting multiball. Yep. Totally safer. Totally safer. We just needed to unlock and hit the scoop to get our extra ball too, but it's fine. That was just the first game of the night. I like this number page. Oh. Hey, player one. Let's see. We got... Oh, so we just installed new firmware tonight, so I think it reset the scores on this. Now we've got high score number three at 848. Let's go... We're going to go backwards. Hot dog, you get this first one. And then we'll do I.E. Pinball after that. Wait, I got a chest going too fast for me there. I like the smell of paint. Does everyone in the stream use Sharpie as a recreational choice? Yes. Yes. The smell of bacon is king, Prenuptial Pinball says. Okay, I mean, if I had to choose between bacon or Sharpies... Actually, the problem with bacon, if you guys ever been, you know that the phrase semantic satiation? I feel like you can get that with flavor, like flavorful satiation, and nothing gets me faster, gets me there faster than with bacon. Like, I can hit too much bacon quicker than I can with just about any other flavor out there. Oh, Al, I'm so sorry about the secret code. Is it Owl-not-a-mist or is it just Owl? They should make a really big marker. The Bluntie. Art Pace was part of the school lunch assistance program. I definitely ate paste as a kid. No question. Bacon-scented Sharpies. That's interesting. I think someone needs to talk to Sharpie. The problem with bacon, you're dead to me, says Jedi McBuffin. I've done the bacon and popcorn. That doesn't do it for me. It's just Owl. Okay, Owl. We gotta get that in there. Oh, that's right. I'm gonna short plunge this guy. Really? Game? All of that? All of that? That seemed wholly unnecessary. Thank you. Thank you. Like, really, all I wanted was the ball there to begin with. We wasted at least 20 seconds on that. Toast, bacon, maple syrup, and a fried... Whoa! That was very quick. And that was an awful start to that game. Why are things so bad for us so damn good? I feel like that's... It's indicative of the human condition. Alright, nice little nudge. Alright, we were nailing this nudge perfectly the other night. Going all the way around. Cool. Obviously. There we go. That should have a little bit of backspin. It's fine. We don't need all three balls. We get two extras if we can get to the sixth. And finally, fall two. Alright, now we just need to lock our, uh, lock our reactor, start our reactor right. Beautiful. Here it goes. That's obviously how we do that there. I like the LED drop target mod for the Al Anonymous. I do too. I hear it's a real pain in the butt to install though. Only happens when 69 people are watching equals drain. Bad things had great rare, bad things have great rare energy sources. Then we discovered how to farm raw sugar. Okay. Oh, meaning it was difficult to make the bad things, and then we figured out how to farm raw sugar. Wait, are you telling me you just now updated to the code? No. Jedi. Jedi. I got new firmware from Scott last night. One more, come on, get, get, get. There it is. Beautiful. As long as I'm still in multiball. Oh, no. Don't miss that shot. Don't be that guy. Hey, Meta Knight Man, welcome to the stream. Let's see, I mean, hold up. Bomb A protein is everywhere. Beef, poultry, pork, seafood in some regions, says Weave Bad Men. Yeah, when you preserve and or season the heck out of something, it gets less healthy, but you ain't got to do that with any of the meat. Okay. It is, yes. Meta Nightman, yeah, still recovering right now. That was perfect. Really? Really? it's a little bit it's note there all right it's going to give us that back oh man i really want to get it over to the left it's so much easier on the left Perfect. That's obviously how we get it over there. Thank you. And now you get to see the really cool life sequence. If you check out Scott Dinesi's website on the beta page, he did post the new code with these fixes. Okay. That's what kills... I owe you that back, second place Andy. I don't have it turned on right now. So... Remind... Ugh. Ah! Yeah, thank you, HigherPeanut, for trying to do it for me. I thought I had that disabled, actually, for the last stream. I don't know why. I can't believe it's still turned on. Anyway, do not redeem it, because then I have to give it back. I wonder if I can do it right here. No? I have report reward redemption? No, I'll have to figure out how to give that one back to you. I owe you 15,000 points, second place Andy. This non-isolation time is healing you, George. Yes. George, use your extremes on all the pins you stream. John Durbin, I typically do, except TNA. For two reasons. One, TNA looks amazing in low light. Right? Like, what I could do is turn off this external light, and then you get to see it played like this, which is pretty dang cool. So that's A. B, the armor on TNA is not magnetic. So the extremes, I have to tape or do something in order to get them to stick on TNA. Abutu, welcome! Fixed bug where the game would not allow you to completely erase your name on the high score name entry screen. Yay! Score bit fixed. I guess I'm installing this once I get it back. In the meantime, more Hot Wheels. Yeah, that's the other thing is I think there's a whole bunch more enabled for scorebit integration. Yeah. Oh, yeah, like reactor temp is at 0%. Check that out. Look at that. It's prenuptial. Godspeed on your recovery. Things are so bad. Today I saw a Democrat reach. I'm not biting on the political stuff. Even the jokes. John, or Durbin. I just put it up for sale, so it has not, I haven't, I haven't, I haven't even been pinged about it, and I'm selling it at a thousand less than the next person on there, on, on, on, uh, oh my gosh, uh, pin side right now, not magnetic, could be lead, is it covered, covering a reactor after all, no, I think it's like stainless steel, or something, it's, it's, the magnets don't stick to it, um, Oh! Ice-T-Doo! Were you able to return his points? You rock! Thank you! Ice-T-Doo always coming to the rescue. Look at us. Ball three on reactor two. Ah, I full plunge. What ends up happening is I love the quick lock shot. Watch this. It's so fun. That right there feels amazing. but it's so inconsistent. Like, if what you're trying to do is play a controlled game, that is so much better every single time. All right, you can backhand the destroy, surprisingly, contrary to popular belief. That was mean, game. All right, I see how things are. I skeed him maybe by a laptop. I don't... Durban did... Wait, wait. Because IceEdo tried to get me to go get him a laptop today, but I don't live that close to Denver. Okay, so we need two shots there. I gotta try and get us back into multiball. Game over. You win. Double points, Reactor Destroy. Look at that. 627. Why are you selling the Ultraman so soon? Was it not to your liking, Gil? The art on it is fantastic. I can tell you that, hands down, pants off. It is, I would argue, some of the best art in pinball. The playfield is actually enjoyable. The rules on it, I think, are going to take a while. In order to really bring it in line and make it something as enjoyable as the last Spooky game, Rick and Morty, right? Which was also super fun. But it's just, it's kind of slow. And there's, like, entire playfields that aren't being utilized right now. and I have no doubt that Spooky will get it to a place where it's a really fun game to play. It's just not there yet. And I don't want to wait six months, right? Like, especially, I've got Rush LE coming in. I'm super excited about that. And I've got a P3 I've got to make room for that will hopefully be coming in in another month or so. and out of Jurassic Park, Tron, Star Trek, Ellie, TNA, S.T.A.R.S., Godzilla, and Guardians of the Galaxy and Ultraman. Ultraman has to go. And I haven't actually played Guardians. Joe Hills has it right now. I'm going to go pick that up from him. I want to bring it in-house for a few months, beat it, and then get rid of that one and do something fun after that. Um, thanks for doing direct audio. Headphones users thanking you. Hey, Falstaff, I got it for free. Actually, it comes through on the HDMI on this one, which is so great. Um, all right, now we've got those three drop targets down. We're going to hit the scoop in the back. It's going to kick it back out and relight our locks. Beautimous. First ball lock. I'm gonna try and do the short plunge. By short plunge, I mean plunge it perfectly. There we go. Ball lock number two. We're gonna do the same thing. That right there. If I could do that every time, I could win this game every time I play it. Tien is like the most wide-open play field I've seen. Durbin this... You guys know I go through games quick. Like, Ultraman. Which we're probably going to be playing on Thursday. Actually, we might play tomorrow now. Because I'm not battling Frisco tomorrow. What's going on? Hey! Lobster sticks to magnet. One of the coolest names on Twitch. Thank you so much for that rave and for bringing two beautiful individuals over. Also excited to hear you getting a P3 I really want to check that out Falstaff, I do too On top of that, there's a part of me that really, really, really wants to play around with some Unity development in a pinball environment like that I'm just jazzed in general Okay Ah, I was really hoping it was going to get stuck up there. It did not happen. That hurt the shoulder just a bit. It's fine. We're all fine here. Let's try it again. Oh no, that was very bad. Let's try that. Everything's under control. Yet again. We're fine. Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. Extra ball! How are you? Lobster sticks to melted butter even better. Oh, my God. Ice-Kidoo, that's a big reason. Like, when you talked about coming out there and showing you the local scene, as long as that local scene includes lobster at every single meal. Oh, my God. What? I double flipped. That was, don't do that. You sound like you're taking your voice through such a journey right now. I'm glad you're alive and hope you get better soon. Bumper Nugget, thank you. I hope so too. If I wasn't celebrating not interacting with any physical people, Bumper Nugget, I would have invited you and Al over tonight, along with Bobby. this is a game that I feel like really needs four people playing. Look like a panic flip. Yeah, Meta Knightman, that was, I think, the definition of a panic flip. Let's not hang out. Yeah, exactly. And you guys know, I'm in a D&D group with Al and Paul as well, and I had to send a message to Paul. Oh, my God. That was, that, that was awful. Wow, high score number four. That one, that's definitely going to Al. Let's do it, Al. Yeah, had to cancel this week's session. How can you put that on your health claim form? type of injury, pinball related dislocation. All right, let's see if we get a sound. Owl Anonymous, please file a dime. It said Owl Anonymous, do something and die? What did it say? Owl, help me out. What was the actual text? Or what was actually said? Yeah, it's a pinball. A pinjury. Clip it, yeah. You guys can probably hear it better than I can because you have the direct audio and I can actually hear it here, but I have it so low so that way it doesn't create a... Live foul or die. Oh my gosh. That's plus one. That's a plus one right there. That was so great. All right. We're going for that lock. Found it. Live foul or die. Okay, so hey, I did my first... Lobster, that was your first dream? I had no idea. Congratulations. Gotta get some stuff figured out. Like, lighting is hard. glare, RIP. Hey, I know exactly what you're talking about. That lighting, you can, you can defeat, not reflections. I can't remember. You can defeat one of them. I think you can defeat glare with more light is how you typically do that. If you can't create the perfect situation. That sucks, but it's fine. It's fine. Nobody really... I mean, I got the grid done, so that's all live free or die. I'll play in the New Hampshire State motto, okay? Clip's Twitch isn't working for me, otherwise I would click. Clip, Abuzu, thank you so much for trying. And yeah, I have... Oh, no. What? Who needs shoulders? Really? Really? Why is that not working? I'll take that. Hey, there we go. I don't, nothing is lit. Oh no. Okay, so I don't know if this is a mechanical issue or if we have a software issue, but nothing is lit right now for destroy. But the first level, I think, is always the easier destroy. So it's either that one, that one, or that one. Who wants to take a guess as to which one? So we're going to go left, right, top. Beta, it might be. I'm not sure if it is, or it could be a physical issue. I've seen this before, though, where the lighting seems to go out or go weird. soft lock bumper all right bumper oh wait no moody mystery says left first so we're gonna try left it was left moody nailed it that's the point moody well done it was definitely the left okay and then we got lights back so uh we're i think we're gonna want to clip that i'm guessing that that was a bug and then we'll send that off to Scott. Because notice the lights came back on the grid as soon as we did it. I'm guessing that was a bug. Oh, I've seen it too in a tournament. Some loose connect. Okay, I see you do. I'm okay with it being either because I can pull up the play field at some point and check the connectors. I just think it was weird. Well, no, it might be a connector because this light is currently kind of stuck on right now. I don't know. I'll double check the connectors. Maybe it's not. I don't want to bother Scott if it's not an actual issue. So, we're going to try and get back into a ball lock here, back into a multiball, and then we'll start hitting down the grid. SNA, okay, wait. I'm all caught up. I need to remember when that comes gently down there, it curves just a little bit as it hits the middle. But there goes ball two. You can clip it all you want. Scott will keep it as the moody bug. And. Yeah, we're not seeing all of the lights over there. Oh, crap, I did not mean to do that. Gotta get better about not being in the, like, the muscle... Oh, wow. In the muscle habit to full plunge. A moody mystery. It's a mystery. It's a mystery! Why relight the locks when you can drain and have them... Boo too! I, if I was playing better, I feel like I could justify that. But, we have not, we have not found our, our flow yet on this. Thank you, IceKidoo. And, Jenga. One more shot. One more shot. That sucks, but it happens. And now we're up and around. Up and around again. Oh yeah, I'll take that. And now reactor number two is lit. Hey, we got one destroy. So that destroy is lit, and then I'm guessing that... Is it the pop bumper, or is it left? I guess since I'm... Well, left or pop bumper? Jenga, Uno, Blackjack, and all the other stuff. You can call me Benvolio. Don't need to be all formal with the ice-ski-doo. Left, okay. That was it again. You guys are on tonight. Okay, number two done. Let's see if we can get back into a multiball. And... got it. And let's see if we can get a ball lock here. I'll take it, it was dirty. Yeah, seriously, nice call on that. Oh wow. I thought maybe it could... it would bounce... no, fine. Fine. guessing those are, I'm guessing that's a loose connector. I don't know. See, that light is still on over there. I'm going to reset and see what happens. All right. So no physical, nope, all the lights just came up on a physical reset. I don't know. Lights are definitely messed up. That left orbit light is weird too. Could the left insert light be defective? Moody Mystery? Possibly, but that would be new, and I haven't done anything with the pinball machine since the last stream. Wait, what if it's all of them? Did Scott accidentally create a situation where chat always wins? Oh, wow. That'd be kind of interesting, no matter what you choose. Okay, so now we've got all the lights back. All the lights are functional. Also, what an amazing light display this is, right? Oh, and while we're here, it should probably reorient. We're good. We're fine. We're all fine here. Hmm. Yeah. I don't get the Benvolio reference I see, do you? Maybe. Let's see what happens. I'm not... I don't feel comfortable pointing at code at this point. It could be a loose connector. A short plunge. Give it the old power nudge there. To a ball lock. to another ball lock. And that is, I saw people in mid-turn, he calls Scott, and he walked them through it. It's like a momentary connect or disconnect that only really resolves itself after rebooting. Okay, okay, so it's a physical connection issue. Yeah, I'm... It's just there being an actual lighting issue seems really, really unlikely to me. I mean, that was fortuitous. All right. So, we hacked the grid, we started the reactor, we overheated the reactor, and now we're ready to destroy the reactor. No, no, no, no. There's no issues with quality control there. Can I have ramen? What is a better light show, Ultraman or TNA? Ooh, there's a lot more lights on Ultraman. That's interesting. and okay the lighting is better on on Ultraman right and the art is just fantastic but the light show there's something coordinated and gorgeous about what TNA does right like it is awesome what it does and it was one of the first times I had seen the lights not just turning on and off but like working in concert to create almost like a moving image on the playfield. And that's what TNA, I feel like, did. I had never seen that level of artistry done with lights. So I feel like TNA still has that over Ultraman. But Ultraman has a lot of pretty lights, I'll tell you that. I think the shaker has some negative impact on some of the underplayfield connectors. Yeah, I skidoo. It's why I disable it. That shaker is intense. Okay, we're still in multiball. We've got a lane save. There's one. We need two more shots on that other grid. There's one. And. Bob's your uncle. Got it. Oh! Crap. I do not want to be on the right flipper when I got to start the reactor. I really want the ball on the left flipper, but I don't have a consistent way to get it over there because I can't post-transfer. I think this is a record unit for a new-in-box machine from a collection. Still would have the new smell. A record exit for a new in-box machine from a collection. Oh, wait, Kirk Hobbs. Are you talking about the fact that I've had this the longest from new in-box? Because I have never kept a game as long as I've kept TNA. Darn it. Not good. Really, game? Come on! Oh, is exiting the fastest not... Well, from a new inbox, yes. But if you remember, I did trade Family Guy before I got it. And honestly, that's probably the one I missed the most. It was a real missed opportunity because I actually really enjoyed Family Guy. All right, let's see if we can try and plunge it up top here. I'll take that. I'll take it. I'll take that lock shot. And let's go one more? Yeah. Oh. I think we skip the multiball for now. Oh. No! Really? And... That should be it And now we ready to destroy Let see if we can pull this multiball out There it is. Alright, so now we're in multiball. There's one. I'm just kind of hitting wildly right now. And it's no biggie because we get three extra seconds. Oh, and then I ended up moving that at the last second there, but we get three extra seconds of ball save when you destroy a reactor. I see you do it. I think the shaker has some negative... Don't be formal. Just call me Benvolio, which of course is much more formal. Just a random name I thought from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. That sounded extra formal to me. Okay. Okay, Tybalt, I guess. I don't know. Benvolio? I don't remember Benvolio. I remember Mercutio. I'm not denying at all that Benvolio is a real character, because that sounds Shakespearean AF. I just don't remember, was it Tybalt, Mercutio, Romeo, Juliet? I mean, it's been probably 30 years since I've seen the one with... Since A, I've read Romeo and Juliet, but watched the cool movie that had music from Garbage. You're on point with that backhand lock shot. If only I could master that. The backhand lock shot? Oh, man, that's the... That's like the bread and butter of this game is that shot. It's critical, exactly. Okay. Fictional character in Shakespeare's drama Romeo and Juliet is Lord Montague's nephew in Romeo's Puss in Chains. Nope, there goes Baltimore. Benvolio serves as an unsuccessful peacemaker in the play, attempting to prevent violence between the Capulet and Montague family. Okay. Yeah, that. If it comes down gently, you really got to plan to nudge it. And remember that total nuclear annihilation has a well-known issue where the tilt bob will swing wildly, right? And Escher gave us a heads up that what you're supposed to do is put in an earplug. so that way it immediately settles the tilt bob down after a nudge, which has been helpful. Usually what would happen is you'd give this thing a bit of a nudge, you'd get a danger, and then about six seconds later, a second danger, and if it was a little bit too much, within about 10 or 15 seconds of that, you might get a third and final tilt. I'll stick with Gilligan Island reruns. What's that, Durbin? No, what was the, there was like the mid-1990s Romeo and Juliet version with Leonardo DiCaprio, right? This tilt bob has a mind of its own, it really does. Claire Danes, yes, with guns. Really? All right, there we go, we got that. 97, god, I feel old. Uh, I think yours is much more green and glowy than the one I have played. Yeah, I do have the special plastics in here, the, the green plastic. Uh, yeah, aftermarket plastic protectors, and who sells them? Uh, I'm willing to bet pinball life might. No, no, no. There we go. All right, start our multiball. We've got two shots on the grid. Get that reactor. There's that. Still two shots. Really? Alright, so we're going to try and hit this start reactor shot on an over-under. That's fine. We ended up with a cradle separation. So much easier to backhand. And whatever. We made it through the grid and the start reactor. Let's try it again. There's that. Beautiful. Reactor's lit. We've got that destroy over there. Great. One shot to destroy the first appearance of Claire Dane's cry phase. ITD was working at a theater then. November 96 through so close to 97. I always wanted to work at a theater. I never got the opportunity. Alright, so the ball save is great. I'm going to use that to try and grab that first one. Work our way back into multiball, then do the grid, squash, rinse, repeat. Oh no! Oh, it figured it out! That's awesome! That is so cool! I wonder if that's an update to the firmware, because I feel like the last time that happened it could not figure out that it launched the second ball. Yeah, Captain Spam, the light's working now. I think somebody mentioned earlier that it still is likely a physical connector issue. Okay, we've relit locks. Oh no. That was a panic flip if I have ever panic flipped. Oh my gosh. $4.75 an hour as an asset manager trainee wasn't that great. manager trainee was not that great. I know, but at the same time, like, I, I grew up loving movies. I know, Abusu. I, I know. I know. Don't, don't panic flip. It's all in the name. All right, we're going to do the quick lock because every once in a while you got to have fun playing pinball, right? Or not. Okay. Alright. Yeah, my job like that was delivering pizzas. There it is. For extra cash and pizza. There's that. And, I mean, while we're just nudging the heck out of this game right now. Look at that, two balls locked. Putting together the reels and running the movie down on Thursday nights before the movie opened on Friday was fun though. That's awesome. Really? There it goes. One more. Wow, man, that almost took the flipper down. I was ready, though. I would have been ready if that happened. Slice, not slice, right? Except when the frame splice was off of my sprocket of two, then I had to go back and cut and re-splice the bad section. It's all digital now. Downloads over the internet. Oh, I had a friend who worked at an IMAX film theater a few years ago. Splicing that $15.70 per film was tough. That's the kind of stuff I'm talking about, though. Like, even if it was difficult, man, it's an experience, right? Like, there's a part of me that would love... I want to get to a point where I no longer ever need to worry about money, right? And then I want to go back and do all of the jobs I never got to do, just so that way I can have those experiences. It's a little different when you're experiencing it in your 40s or 50s, as opposed to your teens or your early 20s. But still, I've never waited a table, but I've done a ton of different jobs, mind you. I was a professional present rapper. Faye, welcome to the stream. Lana! What? Um, wait, uh, I did build and tear at a movie theater throughout high school. Oh, you did, I did build and tear. I feel like I'm mispronouncing that somehow. Uh, I think it's still film, but they also have an IMAX laser projector. I have a ton of trailer rolls too. Oh, wait, you did builds and tearing film. Got it. At a movie theater throughout high school. I have some rolls of unopened 35mm trailers still in a box somewhere. Professional present wrapper, are you the original D in a box inventor? Build up, tear down. Got it, got it. And, no, no, no, I, like, worked at the stand in the middle of a mall where I was, I just sat there and people would bring presents and I would, I would wrap their presents, uh, at a mall. I did that for six months. Oh, man. A present wrapper as opposed to a remote wrapper. Really, George? Wait, what was that? Really, George, how fast can you wrap a present? Dear Vaughn. It wasn't, I I never got fast, but I did do all the really fun stuff. I had one lady who, like, looked me up and down, and she's like, is there someone else who can wrap my present? I'm like, whoa. Did you just judge me? I'm going to wrap your present now. You don't have a choice. Leave it here. Come on. Come on. Really? Game? Um, let's see, a present wrapping ASMR stream. It actually does sound pretty cool. Like the cutting, especially that moment, by the way, when you're slicing through really good present wrapping material and you're able to just push and slide it all the way across without it getting any jagged edges. It's a very fun, very fun feeling. All right, we need the destroy and that destroy there. I think I have eight heads in a duffel bag trailer. I see you. That's awesome. My worst job was peeling onions and putting them in boxes for onion rings. God, why did I take that job? Serving. I imagine there was a lot of opportunities to do other fun stuff, maybe while you were peeling onions. GR Bond. I can't wrap a present for... Yeah. I don't wrap presents anymore. I buy bags and stuffing. I've wrapped a lot of presents. All right, let's see if we can backhand that destroyer. Oh, no. All right, and... Up and around. Eh. Eh. god i really can't spell therapist don't worry uh just wrapped in the newspaper oh wait nobody uses i know who who has who has newspapers anymore hey ogden joe pesci's finest work oh i don't i don't know that you can say that man that joe pesci is to this day i mean a casino is is just one of those classics and there's a bunch of those i feel like that have Joe Pesci in them, where he plays a wise guy, the casino will forever be my, my go-to there, um, but, uh, my cousin Vinny, I still think is his finest work, um, let's see here, child labor, work from age 10 until 17 at my uncle's gas station, pump gas 13 hours a day in the summer, five days, yeah, I ski do, same thing, I was seven years old when I went and cleaned up, uh, construction sites for my dad, probably six. Did that until I was 12. I caddied from 12 until 15. Uh, I got a job, uh, illegally at Target, uh, when I was 15, saying I was 16, uh, doing, uh, unloading trucks in the back and, uh, ended up getting hurt, uh, and rather than get sued, I got let go until the day of my 16th birthday, at which point I came back. And then a whole bunch of different jobs from there. I caddied. That was good money for a kid. Durbin, yes, it was. Casino is mine too, which I think it gets overlooked because of its proximity to Goodfellas. I agree. I don't know why. Goodfellas I always found kind of, it's like scary. Casino, everything goes out the window. and Joe Pesci plays a person who slowly goes crazy so perfectly, but I hated his character in Goodfellas. Ball three? Really? Ball three? Jezebel, welcome to the stream. What was that? Uh, that's The Delinquent. I love Goodfellas. Man, not, not my favorite movie. Uh, I've known too many people, I feel like, who have that personality that you're not sure if you trust them, right, to not just lose their stuff and hurt you. Um, Home Alone wasn't his finest. I still gotta go My Cousin Vinny. Uh, have you heard Joe Pesci's Wiseguy rap? No, I have not. Really? Game, really? All right, we're going to get an extra ball. No, we're not. You're crying. Hey, I'll take that. Funny how? Funny like a clown? Okay, wait. Oh, no. Heat is an amazing movie, but I don't think Joe Pesci's in that, is he? Just the ad-Bob Libbe moment between Joe Pesci and Ray Liotta. How much can they make you hate their character? Okay, so I have very distinct, like, I think of a great actor as an actor who has done either, it doesn't have to be a movie, it could be anything, but they have convincingly portrayed three very different personas, right? And it's interesting. If you view that as the minimum for what you've determined as a great actor, there's a lot of actors who you may really like and who play in some amazing films, but you think about it, and they play the same character everywhere. And I'll give you a couple of really good examples, which is Anthony Hopkins plays pretty much the same character in everything. Also, Denzel Washington, I feel like, hasn't, to me, played convincingly a very different persona. Maybe you can say that he equalizes borders on that Jezebel. Wait, as a good one or a bad one? Well, that's what's interesting. DC Pub, Will Ferrell, I think has convincingly done, I don't know, is Ron Burgundy. I mean, there's no question in my mind that Will Ferrell is absolutely fantastic. He convinced thousands of people at a, what was it? It was a Rose Day parade that he and his co-host had been doing it for 35 years. like it was amazing right oh my god Nick Cage amazing great actor no question I think Will Ferrell is definitely a great actor and has done 50 different personas somewhat convincingly Sasha Baron Cohen oh my gosh yes sorry who's the guy from Last of the Mohicans Daniel Day-Lewis unique character persona and like physically looking person every single time. Double flip, Stranger Than Fiction, one of my favorite movies of all time, and I really don't like Will Ferrell, but Stranger Than Fiction is still one of my favorite films ever. So, there's a lot of actors. Kevin Spacey always plays the smartest character in the film. Second place, Andy. You're absolutely correct. He does not often, I'm trying to think, no um Dustin Hoffman uh has multiple characters oh my god but a character actor can they hold the lead uh Daniel Day-Lewis is so good A. Ogden he's he's he's probably up there as one of the best you know who else um sorry he was the actor who played Joker uh and then died shortly afterwards because I never would have pegged him as a great actor. And I don't know that he got the opportunity, yeah, Heath Ledger, to do a third. But I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. After seeing what he did, I didn't know. See, I wasn't following Batman enough to know that Heath Ledger was in the film before I saw it. And I didn't know until afterwards that that was Heath Ledger. And I didn't believe people that that was Heath Ledger. I'm like, no, that's not Heath Ledger. That's not even, and there's no way that that's Heath Ledger. Oh my god, double flip. Reign over me and punch-drunk love were two technically very different personas done convincingly. I think it's because he's an idiot, though. Like, I'll give him the name. It's kind of like a Jedi, this Jedi council is okay with your presence here, but we do not bestow upon you the name of Jedi. I like, he can be there because he technically did it, but it was a technicality. Pants down amazing, yes. I'm just now becoming a big Cary Grant fan. Durbin, that's somebody I feel like I really need to go back and watch, because I dig, so it was a Cary Grant who was in Breakfast at Tiffany's opposite Audrey Hepburn. Keanu Reeves has one look. Whoa. Ted Theodore Logan is the one it's very blue steel Jason Bell I can't say that I went to high school with one of Heath Ledger's cousins Devin Craits is awesome it's yeah so disappointing only because I feel like we were all robbed I mean seemingly I found out afterwards a pretty cool individual but someone who was just coming into their own as they were figuring out how to be a great actor Uncut Gems, I skee-doo. A, I never finished it. I disliked it that much. But that's not because of... of Adam Sandler's acting, by any means. Like, he played that character perfectly. Ah! Houston, we have a problem. Oh, thank you, thank you. Thank you, my bad. Scene change. You do, you're amazing. As always, get up there. Left orbit. All right, game. There's no reason to get all... All right. Destroy, destroy, destroy. We need the A and the two destroys on the right. Ooh, Charlize Theron. Jezebel. Yeah. Amazing actor. You've got Devil's Advocate, which she also played a very similar character in Reindeer Games. You've got Monster, and then I'll go ahead and throw out Fast and Furious. It's a very different persona, no question. It's Fast and Furious, so it's not good by any means. But she still did it. Thank you. Soundbite for Ice Cream Dolls. That wasn't good. Donnie Mean. Oh, from the Italian job. Choose again. Yeah, okay. We can say that's pretty similar. You know, Nick Cage has got to have, has got to be, like, arguably the greatest at this point. Colin Farrell. That's interesting. Colin Farrell. I don't know. I feel like it's hard for me to see past his Irish accent. Like, I... Has he played in a comedic role? I don't... I don't know. Yeah, I think he's pretty samey in most of his films. Really? Um. What do I want? I want this destroyed. And now I want the A. Oh, in Bruges. Okay. He was just a little bit more normal. He wasn't his, like, angry self. Okay, hey, I'll give in Bruges, though. Um, Halle Berry. Interesting. So you've got, um, Storm, which honestly is the same character she plays in almost every film. Uh, I never, I can't remember. I know I've seen bits and pieces of Monster, so I don't remember Halle Berry's character in monster. Monster's ball, yeah. So in Swordfish, it's no different from X-Men. My favorite feral movie is The Lobster. I did not see The Lobster, but you just reminded me of Thunder Thunder Pump or something like that, the Netflix movie with Melissa McCarthy, where, uh, where one of the bad guys that becomes a good guy has lobster pincers for hands. Um, it was so bad. Um, Angelina Jolie. Okay, there's hackers. Once again, the reason I got into computers is because of hackers, no question. And maybe some of that to do with Angelina. Lock shot it is. Is it going to drop that or does it think I have a ball lock there? I had to knock it down before I could get that. I'm so lost. Hack the planet! That's so perfect. I'm so happy, Lobster6 to Magnet, that when you get lost, you're just screaming, hack the planet. There's something very, something I appreciate about that. Beowulf, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. She's just a person in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. It's the same character. Mr. and Mrs. Smith is the same character as the one where she's Tomb Raider. Is she always just a hot chick? Um, I didn't see the one where she had an imaginary kid. Um, I also didn't, she was in Girl Interrupted, I think. Does she not pass the Bechtel test? Huh. I don't know. I imagine there's very few movies that pass the Bechtel test. The Changeling, right? All right. I'm doing it. I gotta find it. Ah, there we go. and how many people here know the definition of the Bechtel test that I might be mispronouncing it because of Rick and Morty girl interrupted is a film not a movie instead of lobster sticks a magnet. No, girl interrupted would lead her to passing. Okay. The Living Arcade, thank you so much for raiding with a party of eight beautiful individuals. We are over here playing Total Nuclear Annihilation, very poorly, mind you. Trying movies, I've never wanted to call in and help relieve your vocal cords so badly. It's fine. We're all fine here. Darn it. I'll take that ball lock. Uh, wait, I know from people missing it horribly at some point when it was trendy, right? And can't be as bad as my playing on this last one. How was your stream, by the way? And what were you streaming? And tonight's question is, uh, can you think of an actor, uh, or when I say actor, I mean both men and women, but an actor or actress that is great. And the definition of great that I brought up, and maybe you have a different one, but in my mind, a great actor has to convincingly portray at least three very different personas. And what's interesting is how actors in the industry who maybe have been such huge members of very large films, a very large series, that you may think is doing really, really well, you think of it this way, and they're kind of one-trick ponies, right? And I'll give you a really good example in that Anthony Hopkins plays one character. J. The Bell, Paul Rudd, love Paul Rudd, does one character. And you could kind of say, like, Ryan Reynolds does maybe two. he does snarky self and serious self and I haven't really seen a third type yet and it has to be very noticeably different right oh my no Chaotix Tom Hanks no question Tim Curry totally is so love this game never been able to play one Friday the 13th VPX but it has the new Godzilla layout I think living arcade I've actually seen I've seen that played I think I may have watched with either Frisco or Try to Tilt, uh, play that, and it looks awesome, yeah, I hope it was, uh, it was, it was amazing, Tim Curry, yeah, no question, uh, the guy from House, I can't think of the, yeah, Hugh Laurie has played quite a few character types, ooh, Jamie Lee Curtis. Okay. So you've got Halloween. You've got True Lies. What? Jamie Lee Curtis has been in so many different things, but I've got, I've got nothing after that. It's funny too, because Jamie Lee Curtis played convincingly two very different personas in true lies. Alan Tudyk can play a future Borg. Alan Tudyk is the, uh, he is the, he's the, the chicken in Moana. Freaky Friday, Trading Places. Okay, Trading Places, but is that, is that so different of a persona? Like, let's go back and talk about, uh, sorry, uh, the, uh, The actor from Devil's Advocate. What's her name? And Fast and Furious and Monster. What? Oh, my God. Jezebel, Gina Davis. George, you sound like you might have the COVID. Lobster sticks to Magnet. I definitely do. Charlize, yeah. Charlize Theron. Three in Devil's Advocate. A strong, independent woman who slowly goes crazy. Two, let's go Fast and Furious. is just a woman who doesn't doubt for a second any of her own abilities and is a badass person who takes no crap from anyone. And then Monster, which is just an amazing transformation, right? Yeah. That, to me, those are three very distinct personas that have been acted out wonderfully. Wait, you do? Yeah, Lobster. I had symptoms started Friday. I took a test on Friday, came back clear, got really worse. They're bad on Saturday. And I tested again and came back positive on Saturday. So Saturday and Sunday were 12 to 15 hours of sleep both days and just trying to make it through. And today was work and finally feeling up to hanging out with other people virtually. No, no, no, yeah, seriously. Oh, the superhero in Hancock? That's the same character, though. She's the BA, she's the mob, she's the superhero pretending to be a mob. Right, so another situation maybe where she's playing two different character types, but there's no question in my mind. Oh, Charlize was also the one-handed BA in Mad Max. All right, so we can under and over on this one. Ooh, reindeer. Reindeer games, I feel like she was very similar to Devil's Advocate. Uh, ooh, Clint Eastwood. Pritch. Isn't he always just Clint Eastwood, but he's like Clint Eastwood who's in love with a person, or Clint Eastwood who needs to hurt a bunch of people to save someone? Is his persona ever that different? And I'm asking that because I actually haven't seen many Clint Eastwood films Okay Lobster6TheMagnet is saying Clint Eastwood is a one guy go ahead make my pit I have that voice right now I feel like I could do it Oh, we're gonna get the mystery out of that one. Oh, and we got a light lock, yes! All right, we're going to let the light show happen here. He's just an angry old man. Get off my lawn, right? That was the Mustang one about the car, which is such a great movie. Backspin. Nope. We are fighting for the fourth reactor here. High Opinion, somebody just said Alan Tudyk. And that is, it's perfect in my opinion. Alan Tudyk is so perfectly, exactly what we're talking about when we're talking about a great actor. And so sorry, I hope when I say actor, I feel like I'm trying to refer to both men and women. So don't think we're just looking for one particular gender. All right. Do we want to start that multiball? I don't... Oh, no. Oh, no. We may have messed up. We messed up big time. I should have just gone for the multiball. Darn it. But can Alan... Oh, sorry. Jay Zabel. That's right. So now we got to go back and give this one to IE Pinball. Who we said we owed from earlier. Uh, we got that huge raid from Carl earlier, which is awesome. Jesus. Uh, can, can Alan, that was the other thing, uh, oh, there was custom sound, oh, did you guys hear that, that was, Carl, actually, when you put IE pinball in, you get, you get a custom sound, that's great. Can, can he, can he hold the lead? I don't know that that's fair, because I think you can be a great actor, but not hold the lead. Hey, Lobster Sticks to Magnet, thank you so much for hanging out this evening. We're going to keep going for probably about another 20 minutes here. Maybe. I don't know if my voice can handle it. And we're out of the one drink I allowed myself to have for tonight. Let's see. Welcome to the future. All right, we'll say this is the last game, but hope that this game goes really, really well. How about that? Um, man. Hey, Pedro, welcome to the stream, and good morning. Good morning. uh and where is it you're you're coming from that it is morning um vodka nyquil i do need to do some nyquil i think tonight because i could not sleep last night really really ah starting at a france okay well hey welcome um jayzabelle have a great night thank you so much for hanging out as well Okay, let's do that. Looks like he needs two more shots. Thought I was going to get it there off the pop. me that back. Alright, that's how that's gonna be. Living Arcade. Pedro, Pedro, Pedro! Alright. And that is how you drop two of the three balls from one flipper. That's cool. And we did not finish the grid, darn it. Alright. Wow! Alright, maybe two games, because this one... this one's turning out to be less than awesome. Ah, let's see here. Alright, I'll I'll take that, I'll take that. And... Kanga. That's gonna hurt. No, we're fine. Okay, now backhand up there. darn it, I, I, I kept, I kept missing, that's fine, that was, that, you know what, that's, that's just how that game, oh my gosh, really, oh, we, we got a quick reactor one done, is that, okay, we'll do that, 8 a.m. there, and you're watching pinball at 8 a.m., Pedro, Congrats to you! Hopefully, I'm assuming at some point it will become lurking while you're probably doing something at 8am. Uh, what am I doing here? I don't know, I feel like I have to go back. Oh, you know, oh wait, we did hot dog, we did I.E. pinball, and then the lobster sticks to magnet. Let's get you on here. I think we just gotta go lobster though. It's time for pinball and croissant. Please do the M trick! Hey, Game Time Television, that has apparently been fixed! Save your ultra high score and name it Betty White Chaotix. Wow! Alright, alright. If this one goes up, this is definitely Petty White. Man, what a loss. There's that. Hey, beer, love, and pinball, welcome to the stream. just watching your How to Stream with MPT3K. Thank you. And help with some quality issues. This looks like a giant upgrade, though. Beer love and pinball. Go ahead and ask if you got questions. That's what you say, George. Hey, congrats on the backhand on that left orbit. Never thought of that. So I think game time television, because I'm at close to seven degrees, and Scott specifically said it was cheating that I could do that because I think he similarly didn't think about it or it's not available on all pins, but I guess, I don't know, I don't feel like I have it pitched any higher than others, but yeah, but I don't know, I tried backhanding it and I could do it. Yeah, yes, but she lives 33% longer than Bob Saget. Batman passed away, oh my gosh, uh, yeah, absolutely, what cameras, okay, beer, love, and pinball, uh, we've got, uh, an a6400 here on the playfield coming down, that's the Sony a6400, a little bit of overkill, but the player cam is the Sony FX3, uh, and, uh, a CX405 on the, the little, this little playfield thing right here, and then this is just the Logitech C920 doing the hand cam down here. And then we're direct capturing the LCD. Let's see here. Anything is backhandable if you believe in the power of true love. Don't make me laugh. Alright, one more. All right, all right, we're cool, we're cool, game. Let's see here. any, oh wait, those Sonys are like handy cans that you can get for $100 used on eBay, right? Yeah, totally. They're not too bad. I've got 405s and I'm just, and just, I'm just blown away what you can get out of it quality wise, but it might be more my room, not the camera. Fear, love, and pinball. those 405s are amazing seriously for like for as inexpensive as they are that's why Manu when we do those are constantly comparing everything everything is always compared to the CX405 because it's really hard to compete with the quality right like are you really getting that much more quality when you spend significantly more on a better camera that can do all these other cool things but when it's just pointed at the static playfield. Are you really getting that much more? And that's what two of our how to stream pinball videos have been entirely focused on is camera comparisons. And I got to say, at the end of the day, I can't find justification for ever going beyond the CX-405 for a playfield cam. Sony is killing it. Yep. Yeah. Now, the player cam, on the other hand, can make a huge difference. Alright, we just need that destroy there. I don't know why I don't trust it. I was there, and I moved it, and I moved it over there, and I moved it off. It was just bad. I watched those comparison videos a bunch of times. Super helpful. Glad to hear that. Thank you for doing those. Oh, man. They're fun to put together, and honestly, any opportunity to, like, chat about quality differences with Banu is just awesome. He knows what he's talking about. And I don't know, I feel like I tend to gravitate toward people who genuinely know and understand things because I get to ask questions in like normal conversation. Like, hey, how was your weekend? Also, why should I upgrade to an f-stop of 1.4 for 1.8? I hope the kids are doing well. Right? Like, that's, not that I actually look for that, but at the same time, it's, I love that. I find people who know what they're doing to be super interesting people to have conversations with. Moving too far, need to trust your quick moffs for a number of flips. Yeah, I just need to trust myself. You have to spend the big bucks, though, to get the Boca Ritz on that you want. it's definitely not inexpensive. And that, man, look, I, I, I, bocas wear that. I love it. I, I, I use it. I overuse saturation and boca in my pictures because I haven't gotten to the point, I feel like as a photographer where I'm, I'm, I, I can see past that and I want to get, I want to, I want to do something else yet. And I feel like I just need to take some more classes maybe and do some more research to get there, but I'm still blown away by, like, Instagram accounts. The DOF Addicts is an amazing Instagram account that posts pictures daily with just amazing depth of field imagery that makes me, like, salivate to see. It's so cool. Living Arcade, all about that bokeh. I love it. I would not be streaming if it wasn't for you and my news. thank you thank you very much it's just you know there's uh once we started figuring this stuff out to me it was like it was mind blown that somebody said bokeh and or no somebody somebody was streaming with a blurry background right and i wanted to know how you achieve that and and i couldn't get a i couldn't get an answer so i had to go figure it out and i'm like it's not that difficult. It's just, it's like this thing to get that effect, and it's called Boca. Like, it shouldn't be that difficult to figure out how to achieve those things, especially if you're in pinball, you know? You're in the community, so let's figure out how to do these things and make sure everybody can do them so everybody's streams look awesome. You want one of those F.95 lenses. They, there's no question, they're expensive. But man, you know what? And I'm going to switch over to this. But in my opinion, they're super justified as long as you're going to use them outside of pinball. Like I take this, the FX3 camera out and I take pictures with them all the time. And I post them to my personal Facebook so friends and family can keep up on like what my kid and I are doing. and I do try and do some recordings now and then of videos. I'd love to get way more into videos as soon as I have some time. You can remember Boca, but not Primer. Yeah, I don't. Boca's so unique. Primer, it's a prime for Primer, and I didn't know it was called Primer until recently, but it's an Amazon Prime subscription. I don't know. There's no justification for it. This is definitely the last game. I am so out of the vocal cords right now. And then tomorrow, if I can get it set up appropriately, I want to stream Ultraman. It's been a while. All right, looks like we need one more. Oh my god, just hit the reactor! There we go, there we go. Alright, alright, we're cool. Really? I did not see that coming, it's okay. Oh my god, really? Really, game? I was so close so many times. Alright, that's fine. We'll do that. Ooh, max reactor value. Alright, backhand, backhand. And there goes ball two. You know, some nights are your night for pinball and some nights it's your night for talking. All right, so we've got ball locks lit. Let's do that. Okay, second ball lock. We're going to do it again, see if we can do this safely here. Good enough. And get right back into a multiball. Oh my gosh, we're already on ball three again. Three more shots. Missed it by that much. Two more shots. Get in there. Get in there. Alright, so we've got our extra ball. And we're now in our third reactor. As we do. Alright, don't call me. Frisco Pinball! Oh my god, he just ran in. Frisco, did you just rate us twice tonight? Frisco, how the heck are you doing? No, seriously though, didn't you rate us under TPN and then I'm assuming you went back on under Frisco Pinball and are raiding a second time. That's you. Welcome back. Thank you again for the raid. My hat's off to you. I hope your stream went well. Magnet. I went back on to try and troubleshoot Black Knight. Oh, cool. Did you figure it out? Oh my god, he just ran in. I'm gonna go over there. There it is. The LBDS is driving me nuts. I'm gonna buy another. Ooh. Frisco, if you're gonna buy another, how many... They're not that expensive. I feel like you should do like a five or a ten pack. There's a bunch of people. I mean, I would probably buy a couple of you. Alright, now we need the D. Let's see if we can hit it. Nope. Uh, let's see here. Okay, yeah, you'll ask in the TPN Discord. And that's... That's what happens. Yeah, I'll, uh, Frisco, I'm in... I think I'm in for three, actually. Got it. Okay. Trap back up. Okay. So I told Kyle at Marco Pinball he should carry them, but he doesn't want to go down the streaming gear rabbit hole. Huh. Okay, I'll wait for you to respond there. Frisco, I'll jump in as soon as I'm done streaming then. We're almost done here. I'm almost done vocal cords. I'll take that as well. Woo! Okay, I don't know what that was about right there, but it was something. One more shot. Let's get it quick. There it is. Now we gotta get it in the reactor hole. Yeah! No, no, no, no, no, no! Oh my god, there's so much control issues happening here right now. So we're on the fourth, we can only hit it up the left side. and alright, so now we can backhand it beautiful one more shot, there we go so now we've got four destroys lit Mystery, come on, relight locks, give me the locks Yes That's going to have some backspin, beautiful Yeah, there we go, we're going to do this all over again Is there a good time to burn a lane save? To get the ball save time So, higher peanut, what happens to me more often than not And I am by no means, I feel like the best person at this game There are people who beat it way more consistently than I do. But I find that I more often than not have unused lane saves at the end of every game. So if I get an opportunity and I'm in single ball play, I'll typically burn it. Because I do things like miss the shot, like that right there. Wow. Almost missed it three times in a row. In a row. Or right then. Woo! You're right back. Opening LVDS and webcam mount web front. Hop dog. I like it. I like it. What do we need? We need the D. We need the D. Somebody hit the D. Got it. Oh my gosh. Alright, the one thing you do not want to do is hit that drop target from the right flipper. So I'm going to do something else really stupid and maybe go for the grid. There we go. Now we got it over on the left and only one more shot on the grid. So, you know, that worked out really, really benefit. It was beneficial to us. It was, um... I don't know. Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and actually try and work my way back into multiball. One more to, uh, light the locks. Got it. Beautiful. Now we're going to hit our locks. Come on down to Hot Dogs. Use capture card and USB camera emporium. Just got a fresh haul. Just got a fresh haul. 80-20 aluminum and knockoff pin stadiums off the truck. Hot Dogs, that's awesome. I feel like you should do that in the voice from the... I can't think of the video game right now. Hey there, pinball fanatics. It's your old pal, Trevor Wilson here. We're all a bunch of nut sacks for watching someone play pinball on the computer. Are you kidding me? Come on, learn a skill. Get a trade. I know there's a pandemic going on, but pinball? Gee, you could be playing pinball. You're sitting there watching someone else pinball? You're like the sad guy at the bar who didn't bring any frigging quarters. Hope you have a great day. Molly Hatchett, you're amazing. Thank you so much for that. My hat's off to you. Five gifted subs. Kevin Carrington, Mr. Buzzo, the quick bunny, Zach Narfin, and G.R. Bond. enjoy the ad-free viewing and the awesomeness that is being a part of the panic room with those sweet emotes Molly Hatchet, how was your night? how you doing? how was your weekend? and the question for this evening, by the way this is the last game but if you're just joining us we had a thought earlier which was what makes an actor I mean, I'm just, I can't say, actor or actress because I said actor earlier, but I feel like we're only talking about, uh, male actors. So, uh, what is, uh, what defines them as being great? And, and, uh, I suggested, uh, somebody who can, uh, act three very different convincing personas. And, uh, and we came up with some really, really good ones there. Uh, so, so that, that is the question off to you. Can you think of, uh, an actor or actress who, uh, who can convincingly act three very different personas and has done so in movies or television or in some form. Not too bad. Had an ice storm on Saturday, so that kind of sucked. But other than that, good. Good to hear. Okay, we're going to get a mystery out of this. We are going to start a reactor. Nice, we got an advanced save. If I can trap up, I'm going to get right back into multiball here. That works. Oh man, um, there it is, got it, got it, oh, oh, nope. Alright, we're going to try and backflip this one. I'm going to try a little under over that worked out really well alright I have no idea what all that was about. That's fine, apparently. I don't want to hit that. I don't want to hit that. Crap. But you know what? Now I can hit that left orbit. Boom. Up and around. Beautiful. Now we can go for this right orbit. No, we're not. Okay. Whoo! Man, we are just playing around with this right now. There's that. Let's see if we can plunge it up there. We're not. Oh man, do we go for the multiball unlock here, or do we go for that? I think we go there, because that should get us it. Okay. Apparently that is, evidently, that is just a really hard shot. And now, we end the game. Dustin Hoffman, great in I Heart Huckabees, also in Rain Man, and, well, pretty much everything he's in, he's Dustin Hoffman. Oh hey, we said if we did it, we would give this one to Betty White, right? So we get Betty White. We're going to get to do the whole thing! there was no special sound for Betty White, okay, because that would have, that would have taken things to a whole new level, everyone, thank you so much for hanging out tonight, okay, Rain Man, Outbreak, Sphere, Meet the Fockers, Marathon Man, Tootsie, yeah, wow, Outbreak, and, and it's, it's so rarely any, anywhere close to the same character, right, um, Perfect Fit, Blank, oh my god, sorry, there is oh my god, not Tanya Swank man, she is in so many different movies but she plays, she's kind of another morphing character she's very similar to Daniel Day-Lewis in that Tilda, not Hillary Swank sorry, Tilda Swinton Tilda Swinton is, I think, up there where she, I don't know that she's ever played the same character more than once, right? She was Gabriel in Constantine. She was the train, like, conductor, I think, in the one with the train through winter. I can't think of the bullet train. Hillary, Tilda Swinton, yeah, yeah. She's awesome in Doctor, yeah, she's the character, the teacher from Doctor Strange. She's amazing in everything she does. So that would be another one I would put up there as a great actor. You guys, it's Monday. I will be back on tomorrow. If I can make it work, I'm going to try and get Ultraman over here tomorrow night. We were originally going to be battling Frisco, but we're moving that to next week, and next week's battle's getting pushed back a few weeks, so we'll line things up for some more battles, I think, towards the end of January, and I'll be back on tomorrow with that. Thursday, remember, I'll be back on the TPN channel Thursday night at 8 o'clock p.m. Mountain Time. And we've got a lot lined up this week for TPN. So really, really looking forward to it.
