Unless what you can do is if you defeat, let's say Shame is, there's a Shame in Season 3. If you play Shame, he's a multiball. Next time you get into that Shame, he won't be a multiball. But if you can beat every villain in Season 3, Shame will be a multiball again. I don't know if it will continue to be a multiball, but in the code that it says, It won't be a multiball again until you've defeated all the minor villains in that season.
