Oh hey what's up so I was just playing a cell phone game we know it's kind of interesting is cell phone games over the past like I don't know five or ten years have turned into arcade games so we're gonna hang out in this arcade right now this is Mavericks in Scottsdale Arizona I'm gonna see how many cell phone games converted to arcade games there are here at this location oh my god okay so we're playing cross hero this is a cell phone game that is turned into an arcade game game and you can see to me Crossy Road is like the modern kid version of Frogger. It's got updated graphics but this is a ticket redemption game so it's not really about points it's about winning tickets. I got a yo-yo. Oh that was good. So this is Subway Surfers. The reason why this one's really fun to me is because my son used to play this on his iPad when he was little and then I got into it and load it on my phone and we'd have competitions back and forth. I haven played it in years but it still pretty cool It translates pretty good to like a joystick and a button so pretty fun Alright what do I want Pop Rocks are so good And you start by It's really awesome. I'm less familiar with this game. It's called Crazy Tower. I think there's a sequel to it on iPhone and Android. Basically, you're stacking pieces of a tower to get to 50 floors. But if you mess up and they're not leveled, your pieces get smaller and smaller until you can't actually build anymore. This is actually pretty fun. It translates pretty good to an arcade game. It's another one of those Ticket Redemption games. I can see a kid having a lot of fun with this. So this is Angry Birds Coin Crash. So it's one of those coin dropper games. It's kind of interesting because Angry Birds is like everywhere. This isn't the traditional version of Angry Birds, but there's been so many variants of Angry Birds. There's been movies. There's been the traditional game you remember where you swipe and sort of toss the birds But this is one of those like coin dropper games So these are funny because I don't really feel like I ever win these it's like oh, I just want a little bit Never mind I take that back Let see how I do on this second one Oh nothing I Think that it It Ticket Redemption 2 so there some fun elements to it You know it the coin dropper type thing But you don't actually drop the coin yourself, which is like the old school ones where you put the coin in and watch it drop. This is already... it's like a... sort of a closed off system, all the coins already in it, but it's pretty fun. Okay, so basically this cannon over here on the left is moving, and I gotta try to launch this guy out of the cannon onto a certain building, and depending on what building I land on, it's the amount of tickets I get. You have to gauge the trajectory of how this guy is going to go. So I'm going to guess right there. And I overshot the 1,000. Okay, 25. You know, obviously as my kids grew older, a lot of them don't play these games anymore, and that's how I got introduced to these cell phone games. This is supposedly available on Android and Apple, so you can check it out, but it's called Willy Crash. You're paying six credits for it, and you're basically just doing this, and that's it. I don't know. Maybe a kid would think it's fun, but it would eat up credits pretty damn fast. Alright guys, this is Jetpack Joyrides. This is a cellphone game converted into an arcade game This is pretty neat It got some unique controls I have no idea what I supposed to do but let just figure it out Okay there a crazy subwoofer in this this is Whoa This is actually pretty fun. There's like this crazy, there's a subwoofer in this seat and it rattles like crazy, I don't know if you can hear that but it's pretty neat. I can see a kid really digging this game. I can totally see where parents would totally hate coming to a place like this but it's It's fun. It's a lot of fun and that's what it's all about. So if you have little kids, I don't know if as an adult it was as fun as I thought it would be. But if you have little kids, they love this stuff. Anyways, if you enjoyed this video, give me a thumbs up. Consider subscribing to the channel. Put your comments below. Those pop rocks are really good. And that's it for now, guys. We will see you on the next one. Thanks for watching!
