Responding to concern from some potential customers about buying their new Scooby Doo pinball machine without seeing it in action first, this morning Spooky Pinball released a three minute gameplay video of Scooby on YouTube. The Company has not received licensor approval to show any of the video animations in the game yet, but the video gives an idea of what the lower portion of the playfield looks like in action. Representatives from Spooky have recorded a special podcast episode with Zach Meny of Flip N Out pinball, Straight Down The Middle and The Pinball Show in which they explained a lot of the gameplay. So keep an eye out for that. Below is the message that the Company shared on Facebook in conjunction with posting the video. Apparently, Spooky has done something "really unique...by placing a standard body style playfield centered into a widebody" machine. So, while a livestream is still pending licensor approval. We have some Scooby-Doo gameplay footage for everyone. Though the game is a widebody, you will be able to really see the speed and flow of the shots, as well as the usage of some of the really awesome mechs. Enjoy!!
