Devin crates Thursday or something. It's very close to Friday, and I'm excited. I have a half day tomorrow, and I have, quite honestly, what might be the most fun weekend planned. And I get to go see Jack White tomorrow night at low-key maybe one of the smallest big venue bars I've ever been to. It's called the Belly Up in Aspen. They max out at 400 people in the bar. And Jack White is playing a solo show there tomorrow night. Thanks to MJ, who's been on the stream a number of times. He has a couple of different podcasts. It was Let's Jaws for a minute and Real Perspective, Real Something Else. Oh my gosh. I actually, I'm following it. So hold on. I got to figure that out. hold hold hold the horses hold all the things because i i hate not remembering something it is real perspective r-e-e-l uh let me know that jack white was gonna be in aspen and he had uh the the code basically to get early tickets so i jumped on it i get to go see jack white at a tiny venue tomorrow which is awesome followed up with a hot springs visit because if you're gonna go to Aspen you might as well do the hot springs in Glenwood Springs along the way uh and then I get to go to a big pirate party uh in Denver tomorrow night so like this weekend is just going to be action-packed I'm excited I feel like I'm already on vacation despite the fact that um work has been a little ridiculous uh I'm assuming other people out there also have uh are at least familiar with the idea of a stressful week at work, but situations and things are happening. It's been kind of interesting. I'll be able to say more with definition hopefully next week. Actually, it'd be really cool if I get back the feedback on what I'm looking for on a potential job change tomorrow. We'll see. Fingers crossed. But how is everyone else's night? Actually, I'll confirm it feels fantastic in just a second. Confirmed. Tastes and feels fantastic. What do you mean by a drink feels fantastic? It feels fantastic to enjoy, to partake of? Anyway, y'all, I hope everyone else is having fun. uh we're gonna throw down on some rush this evening uh i i missed this game i i don't know how many other people have had the opportunity to play rush but uh once you get past the initial like it can be a little distracting or maybe a little technical on the the records if you can make it past the records this game is actually a lot of fun and it it hits all of the all of the notes. It like does all the things I feel like I want out of a pinball machine, which is to have depth, to have unique rules and like mini games associated with each mode or scene if you were in TMNT that you'd get into. And then it has some of the more epic mini wizard modes I've experienced. I have not experienced the final wizard mode and I'm not going to skip to it. I don't want to be, I don't want to, I don't want to do spoilers. Like I want to get there and I want to get there naturally and once i do get there this game is likely gone i may eventually i'm gonna sell the rush le and i'll probably bring back a pro at some point in the future dice good evening kids these days and their progressive rock theme pinball machines good evening everyone good evening to you dice um let's see what else is going on i think that's it we've got lights We've got Wi-Fi. I went through and recorded it, and then I did an overlay, and I had a problem like three-quarters of the way through where it wasn't working. and rather than re-record the whole thing, I kind of just gave up and I like posted pictures on top of the video and I'm like, this is what it would look like if things actually function. But I never went back and updated the sound in the video. So I just did a whole bunch of overlays where like, ignore the guy who's talking, this is what it would look like.

So let's get a game in. uh i'm splendiferous schmoking that uncle purple for the shoulder muscle i pulled shoveling out my driveway this morning yeah i i hear you we did uh i'll walk you through actually i have this amazing i have this amazing app called fitbod here hold on we're gonna we're gonna do the thing here what do we got so in fit bud it allows you to enter and then go through the logs of what you did right and that is really dorky to go back through but we did today i'm gonna make you guys suffer through this in fact we're gonna we're gonna go full screen here excuse me but we did uh back squats deadlift stiff leg barbell good mornings barbell shoulder press bent over barbell row dumbbell bench press push-ups and this was honestly the worst part everything i'm describing there could was was pretty bad come on focus there oh that's right i gotta get my face out of it it really does try to focus on that the last two right here vertical leg raises and vertical knee raises was the worst part of today's workout because it was 15 vertical leg raises and 15 vertical knee raises and we did them as a super set so it was 15 and 15 back to back and three sets basically of 30 of those each time that that that hurts less you would think it would be the abs that that that yeah the traction actually felt really good i'm going into traction just hearing about this level of exercise.
