News Interview with Pedretti Gaming; The Creation of Zoltar; Blues Brothers Pinball Factory Pictures k knapparcade February 25, 2026 So cool, I didn't expect to have this many interesting things to talk about today. Between the Pokémon Features trailer earlier from Stern ( Link) and now a bunch of other neat stuff. First up is a new article about Euro Pinball Corp. from the Italian publication L'eco Di Bergamo (link below). The article was an interview with Marco Pedretti, owner of Pedretti Gaming and a director of Euro Pinball Corp. (EPC) The EPC factory is based in Bagnatica, Italy. It is a 2023 joint venture between Pedretti and Pinball Brothers. The Companies build around 80 machines per week at the facility. 80% of those games are sold to collectors rather than operators, with the strongest markets being Northern Europe and the United States. The pinball machine of the future will be connected online and exported worldwide thanks to Euro Pinball Corp. https://www.ecodibergamo.it/stories/eppen/extra/altro/il-flipper-del-futuro-sara-connesso-online-e-sara-esportato-in-tutto-il-mondo-gr-o\3682037\11 Next up, I came across a cool local news piece on Characters Unlimited, manufacturer of the iconic Zoltar fortune teller machines. The piece talks with the company's founder Olaf Stanton about how he found out that Zoltar's trademark was available back in 2006 and started building machines. He and his company Characters Unlimited have sold more than 4,000 Zoltars Worldwide since then from its Boulder City, Nevada factory. I found it interesting because it did show Blues Brothers on the production line at some point. I don't believe that the Company has sold many of them. The Australian Pinball Expo is run by the Australian Pinball Museum. It is scheduled to take place in Adelaide from Thursday July 2nd through Sunday July 5th. " 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥! Homepin Factory is a manufacturer of pinball machines, arcade machines, and a great range of replacement spare parts. Our Australian distributor, Steel Tiger Pinball, will be showcasing our latest games at expo! Stop by the booth to play our games and say hello!" Some huge classic arcade games are coming to PC and modern consoles soon. This afternoon, Limited Run games announced its newest classic game collection - the MARVEL MaXimum Collection. The two biggest games in the collection (to me at least) are real bangers, the arcade Beat 'Em Ups X-Men - which Konami released in 1992 and Captain America and the Avengers - which Data East Released in 1991. Those games alone when combined with achievements and the museum features are likely worth the price of the game alone. I literally just played X-Men at an arcade last weekend. Other games in the collection include: Spider-Man/X-Men: Arcade's Revenge Spider-Man/Venom: Maximum Carnage Venom/Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety Silver Surfer This is an instant Day one buy for me.
