Today on the channel we're going to take a look at not one, not two, but three new Back to the Future items from Numskull. They were kind enough to send me a care package over to unbox and check out for you guys. First and foremost, let's go ahead and look at this. This is their Countdown Characters Back to the Future model kit. as you can see we have the DeLorean to assemble what this is is kind of like an advent calendar only it's not you know specific to the holidays basically inside this package there's 24 unique individual baggies that have a you know individual model piece that you can assemble so kind of like advent calendars where you can open a new one every day and then at the end of the month essentially have a completed model or you could just do what I'm going to do and rip every single package open and complete it right there on the spot which is very very handy very cool one unique thing i like about this model kit is every piece snaps together you don't have to glue anything you don't have to screw anything with tiny microscopic screws that you're going to lose and drop this everything snaps together so you know no assembly tools required you just use your hands piece everything together and we also have these adorable tubs ducks but these are actually the mini tubs so if you not familiar with these Tubbs Ducks have been around for a while This is what the full size ones look like These have been out there for several years now Numskull makes all sorts of different IPs I love these things I have a rubber ducky themed bathroom in my house so I've got these decorated all over that room. But this is what the standard Tubbs Duck look like and these are the new mini as you know aptly named smaller variations. We got Marty McFly here and And of course, we've got Doc Brown, the original Back to the Future likeness on each one of these characters. And they have, again, a bunch of different IPs and characters for these mini lines as well as the full-scale ones. So, you know, there's something for everyone out there, whether it be big, small, you name it. But let's go ahead and open up this awesome plutonium packaging and assemble this model. and here we have the fully assembled DeLorean assembly is every bit of straightforward child can do it like I said everything snaps together probably took me 20 minutes in total on the instructions, if you will. Also double as the DeLorean blueprints inside the top box of the case itself which is a nice touch Everything is plastic There no high die metal or anything like that which is actually probably good because something like this would be pretty hefty. Size-wise, this thing is about 9 inches long and about 3 1⁄2 inches tall, so it's not going to be a massive footprint on your shelf or display case or anything like that. Got the Back to the Future logo there. Plutonium case, you know, the lid comes off, which is nice. probably the hardest part of the assembly are these little bitty side mirrors you got to push them down for whatever reason I kept thinking I was going to have like snap them in so you know man hands struggled a little bit with that but everything else looks great I love the Twin Pines mall that we have the accurate 116 am timing on there which is really cool nice touch you know nice touch to detail speaking of details you know we got the actual wires here going around on the DeLorean, which is, you know, an actual wire, which is nice, then we have, you know, the high-end detail, you know, our flux capacitor, and the exhaust, you know, these massive, you know, just ports here on the back of the DeLorean, the out-of-time license plate, you know, they did a great job on this, it's a nice display piece, one thing though, you know, if you're trying to, you know, put this on a shelf with other memorabilia, scaling-wise, it's going to be a little odd, so, So here's like a Marty McFly NECA lifelike action figure. Obviously he dwarfs it by comparison, but if you got little things like the mini tubs that we mentioned and showed earlier then those scale those scale pretty nicely so just kind of keep that in mind if you trying to you know be accurate with your scaling and your action figures stuff like that on display bigger things are going to make this look kind of hokey and kind of small but you know smaller things going to fit right at home with these a funko pop is actually going to be probably pretty close as well so if you're interested in picking one of these up i'll put product links down in the video description box for either the mini tubs or the actual model kit itself again i think this is a great thing especially for kids since there's no like gluing and you know tiny screws involved they can just snap these things together and with it being 24 individual packets you know this can be like a reward system so like hey somebody got a good a report card or you're you know trying to incentivize somebody was saying hey you know you do this and uh you'll have a prize at the end of the month and you know they get that you know exciting little uh guessing game of what's next every time they open a new package and they see a new piece and get to assemble it so um very cool idea i like it and i think they did a pretty good job with this so if you're interested pick one up again product links in the video description box below if you enjoyed the content make sure the like button share this video with your friends if you found the information helpful and as always thanks for watching guys it really means a lot
