Oh boy, oh boy. ball and there's a couple of changes. Great work by Keith and Ted. Really appreciate all the updates they've been doing. So let's see what we can do. See if we can get to somewhere over the rainbow. There's a couple extra balls, additional extra balls compared to usual. I've got them left on just for that purpose. And Fireball Frenzy, if I complete it, that's an extra ball lit. And the horses, if I complete the second set of horses, which is five horses, then an extra ball slip through there along with the usual 10 yellow pick roads 50 yellow pick roads and maybe a random award let's see now i've got the chat room up here and run if anyone wants to say anything uh try to pay attention uh let's see see how it goes alright so maybe I'll play a game and then I'll talk about the tournament strategies or whatever I you know whatever I like to do as much as I hate saying it I like to go for the witch skill shot because it gets me closer to fireball frenzy I find that's one of the harder tasks for me to get through especially since You start 5-Ball Frenzy during a multiball and you're dead in the water. You're going to end it. You won't finish. So it's really a single-ball mode that I like to do. Let's just go for it. So the skill shot to the witch brings you up immediately. Two hits to the witch takes you down. And that finishes the first hurry up. After three hurry ups you light Frogball Frenzy on the next time you bring the Witch up, which is either three hits to the Witch or the Witch skill shot. Alright, so I don't have my multiball lit up here. I didn't hit the monkey targets over here. I haven't captured the ball. So right now all I'm doing is adding and going towards virtual locks. end up hopefully going to be a failure. Alright but at this early stage in the game I like to just go for, build the yellow brick road, shoot a ramp, shoot the orbit, hopefully the orbit hurry, the green hurry on the left is lit which will stop it in the Oz lanes. And all the while I'll be looking at my horses, see how close I am on the horses to complete my first section. I see I have a purple and a green horse right now, you can see those in the lower left hand section of the display. So I want to try and stay away from green and purple. And that's horrible. And I've actually left this on factory so I'm going to have a hard time with tilting now because factory is you get two warnings and after that it's an instant tilt. So that was probably a mistake trying to get that on the outman. Man that went bad. Oh, just... Hey! Shoot that in the ear, buddy! Fuck that. Alright, and you see I didn't use that upper right flipper. I generally don't use it. It's a... It's a pretty dangerous shot. It'll send the ball out of control left to right a lot. ride a lot. So, since this is an extra ball of horses and I've got four unique horses I'm actually going to get that shot. And I've completed my first set of horses. Completing it is all horses of a different color or all horses of the same color. And I got lucky there hit the monkey targets in the bumpers and then they have enough momentum to take it up and the monkey grabbed it all right so right now i'm gonna go for another witch skill shot just because i like getting to my uh getting the witch quicker i hate having hit the witch three times to get to okay at this point put them up here i will try to rescue and fail Alright, so there's two more targets done. So right now I'll go back to the orbit strategy. I'll shoot the right orbit and I'll hold down both flippers to disable the bumpers and try and get the Honda collect right here. Of course I didn't realize it had the lock button. Yep, I've got a direct video feed going out from the...let's see, I'm going BGA to my capture card and then I'm going DVI back into my monitor so I can see it. I tried both using...the motherboard in the loss has both a BGA and DVI connector. I tried to use both of them at the same time and I couldn't get the output on BGA to go to 1080. So I had to can that idea. All right so once again I'm gonna go for the witch. I just I like it my witch goes on top. Although this will put me closer to starting a fireball frenzy during a multiball but I'm gonna go for it right now anyways. Two hits to the witch. I've got a lion now. So I only need one more. I only need the Tin Man to have all my locks up for multiball. There's three witches. So I could go for three hits on the witch if I wanted to start Fireball Friends, but I don't really. I'm going to shoot the orbit, try to start the Haunted Mode, then I'm going to go up to the castle and try to start that multiball, which will probably lead into the Emerald any multiball. And this flipper is nice to actually hit the ball off of. Instead of using it to flip, this side kind of nubs the ball off of it a lot. Alright, there we go. Sorry, it's the first time in a row for me, and I'm sure people hate hearing this, but I typically ignore them and just use it to extend my multiball on that last one. I'm down. So if you miss that down, if you miss that to the door, once you have it down, you have to hit the door three times again once you're back up there. Let's see, I'll lock the ball now. This actually gives me an opportunity to start five ball fringy and single ball. So we're going for that right now. This is a, it's not a hack, it's a factory on the Trigger Jack, the monitor. They had two different monitors. The early Waz's were VGA, the later models were DDI. This one's DDI. And just how it works. The X-Plit is what I'm using to send it back. I'm using the monitor feature, which is great. Alright, Fireball friends are here hopefully. Alright, so what I want to do here is shoot the blue shots. So there's one. I need ten to complete this mode to get the diamond. It's one of the eight diamonds required for Somewhere Over the Rainbow. There's two. So I'll Post Pass over. You can only hit so many of the burning diamonds, the fire diamonds, before the mode ends. That's danger, that's trouble. Alright, so now I'm back to square one with the witch. I have to hit her. I have to do three more witch hurry ups to get back in the fireball frenzy. So at this point I'll shoot the witch and then I'll go for the castle multiball just to get a little progress in this game and I bet I will not get the Spartans. Three hits to the door. One, two. Since I only hit it twice, I will actually be able to have one hit left on it. I want to get back up there to actually start it. Okay, the rainbow, I just started a... I lit in monster mode. Right now it's green as Lollipop Lullaby, which really isn't a good mode during multiball. And I'm just lit in... well, semi-multiball now, so I've got a lot of potential here. Crystal ball is also lit, and I've got the end of the game. I'm warming up my left flipper because sometimes the ball rockets down here, hits the post, and comes flying up. Hey, thank you Buffalo Pinball. I appreciate it. That's horrible. One more. One more. Uh oh. That was bad. Bad play altogether. Alright, that'll end that game. Although in tournament, I have to be honest, I don't know if I'd be going for the Witch. Although in tournament my main goal is going to be to get to battle the Wicked Witch. Which you do need to retry an offensive for. Bad, bad, bad. Alright, I got some monkeys. Monkey is lit. So my next orbit shot is going to capture Dorothy. But I'll still go for the ramp to get my yellow brick road so I can get two advances. One on the ramp, one on the orbit. And there's that. These are really my first few games. I played one game earlier on this software. So it's pretty new to me as well. All right, let's see if I get the witch this time. Alright, two hitches to the hitch, I mean two hits to the hitch, two hitches to the hitch, oh boy. Well, later than I know it, they come by. I'm hoping my son doesn't wake up, he's upstairs sleeping. Alright, two main locks lit, got the crystal ball ready, two letters to Rambo. Let's see if we can get this multiball started and then work on the other stuff during this multiball. Now that there are supposedly grace periods, not supposed to be grace periods, and the Oh, fuck. We got to hurry Let see if we can get the Mega too I generally getting around my second attempt at the Pokemon That was close. That's coming back though. Alright, let's go for the last area. I need two hits of the lion. We're actually going to go for the lion right now. There we go. All right, lion is lit. I have four different horses also. Often I'll be able to backhand this and get my first horse collect here. I didn't say always, I said often. There we go. Alright, let's play the most ball. I got a crystal ball ready also to save me if I die, but I need to be very careful there. I do not want to start it on green or red. On yellow or light-time for light-time. So I'm really focusing on shots here. I want to complete four things to get three in a row. So I'd rather get a shot with three in a row than advance another one towards a goal. All right, at this point, I'll tell you to start to eat. Lights out here. Pay attention to what I have. In the evil city I don't normally work too hard on it. I just follow it. For me. Alright. What's going on? Alright, so all I've got left for rescue... Let's see, I've got the 2x on this shot, so I need two more shots to the crystal ball to have all my shots completed, and then I start focusing on the upper play field. And that gives me another X-Ball. All right. All right, two crystal balls. That wasn't one, and that wasn't one either. All right, there's one. And then I'm going to go ahead and shoot the other one. That wasn't one, and that wasn't one either. Alright, there's one. I'm going to wait just to keep this cradle. Ball should settle. And I get his backhand straight into the crystal ball for the third. Alright, so that completes all my shots. I want to get one ball up here, and I want to get one ball on the left foot. Cradle, if I can. Almost. There we go. So now I'm just going to focus up there. I need to hit all six targets and when you're in this mode there's no real way to tell. Hit all six. Just kind of banging around a bit. I find the CUE is better than the backhand. And if it goes down I don't really have to worry about it because the drop target is stuck down at this point. point. And the only way I can know if I've actually lit it while in this mode is to shoot that search loop. If I lit the Mega, the doors would open right there. Now the other thing is I do not want to collect the Super Jackpot. The Super Jackpot is behind those doors. If I shoot the doors three times to light it, I can collect the Super, but then it pops the drop target back up. So I really want to keep that to make sure I don't collect until after I've gotten the mega. So if those doors go open, when I'm not in the search loop, I'm just going to be drilling that out. So I don't want to get that. I don't want that. I really don't want that. At this point, it's just a guessing game to find out which targets I need. So it's probably the R, E, or S at this point. I'll just be trying a couple, get the search loop occasionally. Nope, not yet. Okay, time this out. And, let's try this target. The arc can feel stubborn for me. It needs some momentum sometimes. Alright, let's try this again. See the search loop? It's on the doors. Yes it does. So the Mega is lit. If I had shot that right there, I'd have the Mega Jackpot. Have this again. Not quite. Alright, so you typically get two loops off of one hit. We noticed it got a little less momentum, like right there. Might want to give it another flip. After you've got it. Flip's for fun, I'd say. So this mode, you want to hit the flashing shots. And the value is increment. I really want to do this right now. If I'm going for somewhere with a rainbow, it's not really a great strategy. If I'm going for points, I love playing this game for points multipliers with the horses. It's one of my favorite things to do. Alright, so at this point I've got a much good mode. I've got Emerald City. I've got Rescue Multiwell done. To get to battle the Wicked Witch, I need to play Fireball Frenzy. So once again, I'm going for that Witch skill shot. Alright. Uh oh. Next turn. Can I get the green? Alright. What else, will you? Okay. That's not a nice one. Uh-oh. Ah, horrible bounce. All right. Wow. Alright, so, Skull Shot to the Witch will actually start Fireball Frenzy right now. Oh wait, no it won't. Boy, I didn't finish that Witch. Alright, let me get that extra ball. Something's sitting right there. And my random order of 10,000 points. Oops. Quit sucking. Way better. There's Fryball. Alright, now I want to get the, since the haunted mode is lit, I'm going to shoot that and hold down until it burns and it goes in the hole. So if I hit the witch it will change where the blue shot is. I'm happy with the blue travel. I'm throwing them of course. It's a nice easy shot, most of the time. Except when I say it's an easy shot. All right. Grab. And a lock and a multiball. I did not realize that. I did not want this right now. I can try to advance to finish Emerald City at this point. All right. And I hit my fireball quite detail. It was tricky to happen because I couldn't control where the shot was going. Uh, that was my mistake. I'm not going to do that. How long? Look at which bell is now already in. Let's see what it is. I'm trying to make four shots here. They don't all have to be different shots. I can shoot the same shot over and over. If I just want to focus on completing it, that would be a great way to go about it. I really want that ball out of the bunker. Come on, train. So, I really just want to complete this. So I'm going to hit the crystal ball and then get three more easy hits on the crystal ball. This next one will bring the drop target down and now you need to shoot the ramp and hit the wedge. Fail on that one. Complete failure. And there's that. One ramp and wedge. Fail on that one. Complete failure. Alright, there's that. I ran. And win. There we go. So this mode, as long as you have your flippers up, your value keeps dropping. You'll see the shot value drop. So I really play this mode a lot like a no-holds-clip or it's just Don't create anything keep shooting away. It's five balls of the limited ball save It's generally worth a hundred thousand points at least And every time you make a shot, you, unlike that shot, you have to shoot this shot. You can't just shoot the ram, shoot the... Wow, that was horrible. Shoot the ram, shoot the... Shoot the ram, shoot the hole, shoot the speed off the net. And every time you make a successful time, it also increases your . It's a code here. I do have to remember getting this name off that. I was trying to get that off on this. My shots are at 6000 points each shot. I mean that's just insane. Unless I crinkle up with the knife. Alright, so now we just chuckle them. Go back to lighting hot and bugs. Go back to Lighting Hot in Love. Go back into the Emerald City. And see how far we can get. 27. I need 50 for another extra ball. And you need 50 to get that diamond. That's the only one more important. Actually more important you could say. Now I don't want... Since I had the haunted mode running I didn't want to shoot back into the haunted area. Every time you complete haunted it gives you an extra 10 seconds. Let's see, let's work our way towards more rescue while we wait out the haunted mode. And the next one, that's the fourth haunted mode I'm playing, so the next haunted mode will be haunted mode. So I've already completed this multiball, so going towards the Summer of the Rainbow is really just about using this multiball to complete other tasks. Also, since I've completed the Wicked Witch battle, I don't need to worry about getting back to that. The crystal ball is going to be a little more difficult I not had many going into one crystal ball game so far Alright. I want to get the target in the can. It's a little dangerous, but I'll go for it. Crack this button! And the other thing I really need is a fireball frenzy. That's, like I said at the beginning, if you're here, that's what holds me up a lot of time from getting the Summer of the Rainbow. Alright, so because of that I'm actually going to shoot the dangerous switch that just goes out still. And miss. And almost ran. like this. And almost straight. Alright, let's get the haunted mulch ball going. See bumpers, he's there, and a haunted mulch ball. So if you're looking for points here, you want to shoot the bumpers, it's still haunted. Every time you shoot it, it's still on it. It adds a hit. I'm assuming it didn't. That was so awful fast. I have no add-on there. And I have a stuck ball. I've never had a stuck ball there. Go ball. There you go. The collect is on the scoop. But that was disastrous. But it's one more diamond towards somewhere around there. Let's go for that. Rotten. Rotten. Witch skill shot again. I've got to have that ready, you know, to make it up. Because these two munching modes, both Welcome to Munchingland and Munchkin Frenzy, can be worth quite a lot, stacked with a crystal ball. There we go. One more loop and there we go. Now the flipper doesn't hold up. You got 10 more loops and then this is very good practice right here for a multiball because that flipper does not stay up during that mode. That's how I got my 1.9 million bonus with a 600,000 multiball. and then multiply the many, many times over. All right, so this is about double all the values of my shots, my shots are in our 1,000. Keep going for points. And just keep shooting that rainbow over and over. 2,000, 2,000, 2,000. And every time you hit the rainbow target, it'll actually go flying by itself. And then, if you're good at those horses, It's a massive one-tenth of an inch. So my value hasn't yet evolved. You can't look at the screen yet. I'm at 1,500, so this is 3,000. Not quite. I'm going to kill the horses because there's no way I'm going to get six right now. I'm going to go like straight to the top. Oh, and that one. Let's see, eight seconds left. My five-ball frenzy ended right before that move. That hurts. So I gotta do three more witches and then another five-ball frenzy. So locks are my friend now to get the three witch skill shots. And I don't even know if I'm gonna make that. They're so important. I can't think. Alright, let's put some multiballs in here. I can't wait to get my break! Keep laughing Chris, keep laughing.
