So I have to have conversations with them during the day, but who wants to talk to a trainer in the day? What's wrong with that? They're just so young. And so energetic about the entire thing. I just don't have enough coffee to deal with it. They have so much hope. Yeah, right? They haven't been brought down by life yet. Oh my, yeah, Jedi McMuffin. So I did them today. with these guys here going up like this with slowly back and forth and not engaging your just your shoulders not your whatever deltoid or whatever muscle that is uh there's also these guys right here with lower weights we gotta come in from out and come in is yeah it's all of that stuff and it all started off by the way on uh on monday which is like hey man we're gonna start off with, uh, oh my god, what's the, like, probably the most common big workout that people, not, but not for, like, for arms and chest, um, bench press? That's not, bench press, yeah, chest, so, yeah, so he's like, let's just start off with a bench press, and so, uh, we get on, and we're doing 135, and he's like, cool, cool, yeah, man, just try and go until you can't anymore. And after the first set, he had me do it, and he's like, we're just going to go until you literally can't do any more bench press. That's how we're going to start off our workout. And I did that, and we kept pumping up the weight. So by the end, I was doing 185, and we did, I think, six sets of as much as we could. And by the end, I couldn't do anything. And that's when we then did all of the shoulder stuff. And he walked through some bicep curls. And he's like about positioning your arms and making sure what you're doing is just this specific. And you want to go all the way down. And he had this other thing with holding two weights here and going straight up. Like it was, yeah, bicep curl. There you go. I don't know. He had all of these things. And I remembered about six of them. And I did four tonight. and I was nowhere near as rocked because I didn't start it by doing, I don't know how many bench presses over a 20-minute period. I don't think you should do your max like that ever, really. No, it wasn't max weight. It was just going to exhaustion at a lower weight. You shouldn't do that. Okay. Because it's going to make you so sore that your recovery time is too long. And then it's like, it was two days, I think, before I felt good. But we never did chest again for the rest of the week. I don't know. I don't agree with that. I don't even know enough to do anything besides do what people tell me. I feel like at the gym. Like, you do this, okay? I don't have an opinion on it. I can say, like, noticeable difference. I started beforehand, but I've been doing shoulder, a lot of shoulder workouts. And just between last week and this week, there was a noticeable difference in shoulder. The angel of death. Lateral, oh, fist. Oh my god. If it's so fun, you get like a five pound weight and you just do this. You do ten of these. And then you do ten of these. And then you do ten of these. Okay, okay. And then you do like three or four sets of this or some amount. I don't know. So I did that. That was today. So I did shoulder shrugs at 70 pounds. And I basically go to exhaustion on the last set. I often go to exhaustion though so if that's bad you gotta let me know why so I stop it's just a recovery so if you're recovering still like you're ready to go after one day of rest then you're fine but it's also you know if you're doing a big exercise like a squat or a bench press or deadlift is fine but those are very risky when you have heavy weight and you're going to yourself. So, that's all. I mean, it's worked for a lot of people. I mean, there's newer studies in the last decade that are like, you know, you really shouldn't, you should go to like 80% of your max. Okay. I honestly, it would not surprise me if Kyle, Kyle, who was a bit of like on the muscle building side, I don't know how long ago it was. Uh-huh. but it was it was a while ago yeah it's like you can go to Avery's Hairy Max so you can do the same level workout the next time you go in rather than be like oh I'm I'm too tired or too sore or things like that that's what I remember from it's the crazy snake are you familiar with the crazy snake your muscles are more prone to tear when exhausted also your body cheats when you're exhausted this crazy snake women can injure. The cheating is definitely significant. So maybe choosing one day a week at the end. And build muscles different than sculpting. Okay. Oh my god. There's obviously a lot of people who know a lot about muscles. I know nothing. Exhaustion is only bad if you compromise form on doing it. Okay. I compromise form just because I don't know it well. It's not really compromising at that point. It's just being, it's It's just not putting in the effort to figure out how to do it well. Do you want to shoulder workout?
