What's up guys and welcome back to my channel where I talk and do everything pinball. So if that sounds interesting to you then hit that subscribe button down below. A short video and a short announcement to let everyone know that I am officially going to the Chicago Pinball Expo. This is something that I was not sure that I was going to be able to accomplish due to the fact that the company that I work for has been in the middle of a merger. And I wasn't sure if that merger or when that merger was going to go through. So that actually got completely done last week so that was no longer going to be an issue. The next issue was that, of course, I was going to have to find some technicians to cover me on the time off that I would need. Got that done. So the time off was approved. But then you have to factor in the hotel room, the flight, and all that. And I wasn't sure I was going to actually be able to do that as well in the short amount of time that is left until the show. Luckily, Scott from PinStadiums has stepped up and offered me a place to stay as well as helping me with the flight to get up there. It times like these where I am so thankful that I have friends and know people in this industry that are able to help a guy like me out It greatly appreciated and I couldn be more thankful to have a chance to experience something like this because there's going to be a lot of first times for me on this. I have never been on a plane before. Yeah, shocker, but it's true. Never been on a plane before, so that is going to be something new as well as I've never been to Chicago. So, there's going to be a lot of new experiences there. I have a tendency to go full-blown tourist. So when I get there, it's like I feel like I want to see all the things that I've seen in movies and TV shows or whatever. And I definitely want to be able to experience some actual Chicago food, whether it be a Chicago hot dog, whatever. I'm going full-blown tourist. I want to try this stuff out. Some of my things that I definitely will be doing, I'm coming in on the 16th, which is a Wednesday morning. and eventually sometime throughout that day I plan to meet up with my fellow pinball media friends with the slap save and straight down the middle of course and the special and lit podcast we're going to have some sort of a live streaming thing I plan to be involved with that the stern factory tour I already have another friend of mine that has got my ticket reserved for me so I will get to experience the stern factory tour so that's something else that I'm excited about there's also talks about some sort of pinball live VIP party thing that I may or may not be attending. Now that more and more people that are becoming aware that I am going I am getting messaged by various amounts of people asking me if I going to be doing this will I be going to this where am I going to be at during this time And the honest truth is guys, I really don't know where I'm going to be at what time. But what I do know is that my primary reason and purpose for being there is of course to help Scott with Penn Stadium's at his booth in the Bender Hall. or wherever he needs me, that's where I'm going to be. So I'm going to be helping out Scott with PinStadiums, doing whatever he needs help with. In the times that he doesn't need me, that's when I will be up for doing whatever. So I definitely will be out and about. I believe we're staying at the West End. That's the hotel that I will be at. So I will be there, and if you want to find me and care to shake hands and meet me, then by all means do so. I will be in the Penn Stadium area or around the Expo. meeting and greeting anybody that cares to actually meet and greet with me. If not, then a simple wave will suffice or whatever. I'm not expecting anything. I don't know what to expect, so therefore, I'm not expecting anything. I will be there all weekend. I believe I'll leave on Sunday evening, so that's when I'll be heading back to Texas. But that's going to be it. I just wanted to make a real quick video announcement to let everyone know that that's where I'm going to be during the Pinball Expo is actually at Pinball Expo. This is something that I've been wanting to do for years now, ever since I was well known that they actually did this kind of thing So to get that opportunity to do this is something that I extremely thankful for Coming up on about two weeks now until that day is here, guys. So I'm looking forward to it, and I will see you there. Something else in the works is the fact that I have got a logo in the making. My brother is actually designing this for me. It is still a work in progress, but I will show you a sneak peek right here. So this gives you an idea of what I'm going with. It may change, it may change a little, it may change a lot. And I don't really know what I'm going to do with this logo just yet. Whether it be just something for my channel or maybe even apparel. I don't know if that even interests anybody out there. So just letting you know that there is a logo in the making.
