what's up guys welcome back to my channel where I talk and do everything pinball and in this video I'm gonna be showcasing Brian Allen's art for the games monster bash medieval madness and attack from Mars during this video I'm gonna be showing you before and after shots to give you a better idea of what it can do for your game. If you stick around till the end I will tell you how you can win your very own Monster Bash Translite. So here we go! Let's start off this showcase with Medieval Madness. This Medieval Madness was converted from an NBA fast break by Kevin Moore. You will see different methods throughout this video on how to install All these art blades, all methods work, but you will choose which one works best for you. Kevin got the Brian Allen Art Blades and the Translight. He loved them both. He requested not to be on camera. So I asked him for a quote for this video after he had finished installing the art and he said, that looks f***ing awesome. All of the recipients in this video are very impressed with the quality of the materials. Not just the aesthetics, but the type of materials used. Each person commented on how easy the blades were to install and how beautiful the colors looked. We'll be right back. It's time for us to go All night long It's time to get to you It's time for us to go All night long Thank you. Thank you. Outro Music now let move on to attack from mars This machine is owned by Eric Smith, the owner of Titan Pinball. Not only does Eric manage to run Titan Pinball, he manages another company that deals with printing on all sorts of materials. He, too, was very impressed with the quality. Eric had mirror blades on his game, but chose to switch to the art because he already owns the alternate translite. Instead, the Transline that I have will be going to one of my Patreon subscribers and a fellow pinball enthusiast, James Alexander. We will be showing off his machine shortly after we show you what this machine looks like with the Art Blades. We'll be right back. All right. So we just installed the Ryan Allen artwork for this Attack from Mars remake. This is a Chicago Gaming remake. So you can see that even a remake, it looks great on it. So whether you have the classic or the remake, it's still going to fit and look just fine. His initial reaction when it turns on and lights up was, oh, yeah. So he enjoyed it. He looks great with it. And we just played a game. He lost. I won. Isn't that right, James? It's okay, man. But here we have it. He loves the way it looks. And he's going to skip on the art blades. He's going to keep the mirror. So the art blades are going to go to somebody else. But he does think that this definitely is an improvement to the original. So there we have it. I think it looks great as well. Also, I want to remind you guys to remove the protective layer over the trans lot before you go through all the effort in installing it. Otherwise, you have to take it all apart and do it again. I tried not to forget, and I did. But we're good to go now. window. Monster, how should I feel? Creatures lie here, looking through the window. you Now lastly, we are moving on to Monster Bash. This machine is owned by Ed Van Der Veen, one of the showrunners for Texas Pinball Festival. Ed already owns the alternate Translide, but was more than happy to accept the Artblades. That means I have a Monster Bash Translide up for grabs. So stay tuned to see how you can win it. Thank you. I'll say that it peeled off rather easily, so if you make a mistake, it wasn't horrible. Did you have a little bad air bubble, I guess? Yeah, it was not lining up to my liking. Hmm. But some of them, man, once they're down, they're down. It's like you're not peeling it back up without destroying it and ripping off all the black paint behind it as well. All right. Rub it like he's really rubbing it, guys. Alright, put the back in there and see what she looks like. so here i have ed van der veen the showrunner one of the showrunners i'm sorry one of the showrunners. His wife's the real one. That is true. Pam runs the show. And Paul McKinney, of course. But we just installed, or he actually just installed, I mainly just watched, the side art for Monster Bash. This is an original Monster Bash, not the remake either. I don't know if that makes it better. It still makes the game look a hell of a lot better. So from your experience of me handing the art to you and you installing it without any instructions, how do you feel about it? Well, as far as the installation went, I've done a few of them, so it went on just fine. So it wasn't hard at all. Of course it easier with two people here and the Williams games are a little easier because the whole play field can come out and sit in front of the game So that just makes things a heck of a lot easier Some games it harder to do that especially if you by yourself You can do it I usually use blue painter tape if I by myself and I have to do like one side. But installation looked pretty easy. I mean, how long did that take us? Ten minutes? Five, ten minutes. Yeah, at the most. I mean, it was pretty easy. There was one part on the left side here where I kind of bubbled it up there towards the back, but it peeled back off pretty easily without taking all the paint or getting destroyed. It went back down real smooth, so that was nice. But, man, they just look so good. I already had the trans light, so when you called me and said, hey, do you have the side art, I was like, no. Yeah, you've got the green collection now. And he stated that he does not have LEDs back here for this. So these are bare incandescent, so the colors would be much broader and broader if there was LEDs. but other than that still it looks great I think it meshes very well with the game up yeah that looks great it does very happy all right thank you very much Ed thanks for watching all the way till the end guys the vial means I want to give a special thanks out to Brian Allen of course for providing these art blades and trans lights to the fellow individuals out there so also a special thanks to those to Kevin Moore, James Alexander, Eric Smith, and Ed Vanderveen for allowing me to utilize your machines for said art blades. Now as I've stated earlier I have the Brian Allen Monster Bash Trans Light right here that is going unused. Now of course I could just be selfish and just give me a lit frame put it on my wall and be like ta-da mine but no. So all of these products that I I have been given to me by Brian Allen are going out to individuals. So this one right here is going to go out to one of you. Now this is not going to be a simple like put a comment on this video and subscribe to my channel kind of thing. This one I want to actually go into a Monster Bash game and I want to see what it looks like before and after. So for those of you out there that would like to upgrade your original Monster Bash Translite to the Brian Allen version then you You need to email me a video of you next to your game showing me why you want this Translight. You can email me at heartypinball at gmail dot com. I will put a link down in the description. That way you can always access it. And if for whatever reason I don't get any entries for this, which I kind of highly doubt that I won't. But if I don't get any entries, then I'll come up with another plan. Or I'll just keep it for myself. But if you want this Monster Bash, let me reiterate, if you want this Brian Allen Monster Bash Translide, email me a short video clip of you next to your Monster Bash machine and explaining to me why you need this Translide. whether it be your current one is trashed or you just really enjoy the art whatever come up with your own speech or quick little short clip explaining to me and showing me that you truly deserve this alternate translate give me a thumbs up but not just for me give it to brian allen for developing this art for these particular games he's got more stuff in the making too that he's told me cannot wait to see it and of course hit that subscribe button that way you can be notified of whenever I upload something for your viewing pleasure. And until next time, peace out.
