They asked me to jump in. I never played Among Us in my life. I played it. I was terrible, but it was fun. Middle of the charity stream, I go to my front door, and they had dropped off this monitor. Like, literally dropped it. So I had to bring up a 4K monitor in between sessions of this charity stream, which was hilarious already. I'm here just doing fishes.

I put up a full white screen just to see if there were any dead pixels, see if any darkness, anything, whatever. the screen looked terrific the screen looked terrific i immediately said thanks for helping i just pulled the rest of the monitor plastic right off the panel it peeled off like butter because they had already started the work for me um i wasn't going to use the i wasn't i was going to decase it anyway so i'm like the only person on the planet that was like oh my 4k monitor is smashed we're good fast forward to now fast forward to i like talked to game club central a little bit and game club central gave me tips on how to get this to this is also a g-sync monitor so it gets to 120 hertz i can go 144 but they said don't go to 144 for some reason i forget why marty said don't go to 144 i think it creates some kind of problems not sure don't even know what I'm talking about, but here we are, right? Let's see. Um, I am, let me see something here. Oh, 120 is an even multiple of 60, so it's better. Okay. That's, I think that's what Marty said. Like, stay at 120. Don't go to 144 because you're going to get into trouble um yeah you just need full dmd capable back box um my back box is hi terry i mean uh hi lynn um my back box is capable of 120 uh is capable full dmd i just need to make a new speaker grill i think i'm gonna wait on that for a little bit there's a lot of stuff i need to do um so for me number one it reduced the input lag insanely number two the balls are so freaking sharp that it's i don't know if you guys will even notice this like i watched it i watched i did some test streams um i don't even know if you guys notice that the ball is smoother but if you watch uh the living arcade streams i know living arcade streams at um 1080 but a high refresh rate um oh my god that ball's going fast i can hit more shots now um what's up captain span i like that name so so yeah so first things first right yay for me for getting a 4k screen terry and i think terry and nail buster were the ones that were like dude you need to go to 4k and i was like yeah i'll do it eventually i don't really care about 4k yo when i put the 4k on it was like kind of like i'll see what 4k looks like i honestly i honestly did that i almost was like well it was midnight and i was like well i'll try the 4k let's see what it looks like i'll probably go back especially this since this uh the graphics card in here is a 2080 ti it doesn't even crack a sweat now maybe maybe maybe maybe vr would do something to actually that's not true vr has always been fine on this also that's why i got it um let's see i was expecting an improvement when I went to 4k I was still blown away by how much I'm improving yeah yo it's stop it it's just it's just full stop if you can get yourself a gaming monitor here's my suggestion I'm not gonna tell y'all how to spend your money I was going to buy a tv a 4k tv like television and game club central was like Alright, we'll see. If this one fell through, another monitor. And I was also around 640. So you can get something. I got the screen to use with consoles.
