Oh Yo, yo Meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow. Crap. Hey, look here, taxi cab. You will remove that bulldozer from the street. Why? I'm bothered. Yee-haw. I am not a man. Shake him over there. Spin the wheel. It's been you. Oh, God. Hey, we got a kick-ass mean on this. Jaded, my man. Thanks, buddy. We tweaked a few more audio things, so we might actually be a little louder today, kids. Boop. Jits at max. Red, you psycho. Red, you psycho. Let it drain, let it drain. Eight tilts so far. Good grief. We can run this broadcast. Eight freaking tilts. We're a bunch of champions. A bunch of tilting champions. So long, y'all. So long, y'all. Man, I want to get some nice camcorders in here and send to these webcams to see if we can't get just like a beautiful crystal clear picture. The internet's being, our speeds are doubling in a couple of days, which is going to be good too. Lord Squeak, what's up, buddy? If I'm a murderer. Crystal is responsible for a couple of tilts. Yes, she is. Oh, Crystal. Always tilting. 4.57? We're a little early. Oh, baby. Let's get this show on the road. Womp, womp. Beer snobbery. Beer snobbery with the dad jokes. I get it. Show. Road show. Road show. So, starting next week, our internet speeds are going to be twice as fast, so we could probably up the bit rate. To make the stream look a little sexier, but I think we need to get Like some camcorders or something instead of webcams to get like an optical zoom so things look gorgeous And then we could switch it over to 60 frames a second. It's just way prettier But that's that's some money. We're gonna have to figure out where to get Yeah Should be fun Should be fun And that surprise that I mentioned was coming next week is actually coming the week after next. So we'll put all the games up for a vote, and then the week after next week is when the good stuff comes. That good stuff. 60 FPS hype? Yo, listen, how dope would it be 60 frames a second watching that ball roll around? I'm telling you. We need to get some sexier lights in here. We need to get some sexier cameras and the sexy internet's on its way But we need camcorders We need we need camcorders that are like five years old or something or three years old. I Don't want to go buy in like eight or nine hundred dollar camcorders because we need two of them then we need the HDMI converters yeah about $2,000 of equipment for a pinball stream we don't make any money on whoo all right it's It's 5 o'clock. We're going to get this ball rolling. Can you guys do that? I got a buddy that does that speed clapping shit and it's like ridiculously fast. We're bringing back the MIDI controller to control the cameras and stuff. I reprogrammed it with AppleScript. Should be dope. I was going to say how much to get a pro setup in here for streaming pinball. as a uh just a reminder for us we built a stupid wish list down below that has all the stuff that we're gonna buy if uh people don't buy it for us obviously we don't care either way but uh it's there so we can get an idea of what's going on but like the converters are only like 140 dollars apiece to go from to convert the HDMI cameras into Thunderbolt we have two Thunderbolt ports on here and then if we wanted a third HDMI camera we need like another hub that goes to USB 3 or we could just use a webcam so it'd be like sexy camera on us sexy camera on the playfield and then just a webcam on on the DMD because really, really who cares? It's the DMD. Hard to find belated Archerfish. What the crap is this? Wait 721 that an actual person that known for that Jaded, we don't need a Thunderbolt hub because there's already two Thunderbolt ports. So we're covered on that. If we want a third one for the DMD, it would have to go to USB 3. Because Thunderbolt hubs are expensive and really they only give you two ports. So we're not gaining anything because one of the ports on the USB, I'm sorry, the Thunderbolt hubs has to go to your Thunderbolt port. So it kind of screws you. He did the clapper commercial. Clap on. Clap off. Good evening, pinheads, and welcome back to Deadflip Pinball. Today is day tres, three, on Roadshow. This is the second time Roadshow has been on the show as far as a whole week's concerned. and after this week we will not see it on Deadflip for a very long time because Brad is going to take it home. Which is sad. I mean, we don't play it a lot. It is fun when we play it, but it's not a game that we seek out to play. But it is fun, I have to say. It's pretty awesome. No guests today, so it's just going to be Nick and myself battling, trying to, I guess, get the elusive billion again. maybe try to knock Brad off because he's got two and a half billion and that is that's an intense score um for you folks that aren't aware the IFPA Whopper Points World Ranking System uh changed recently this year and the way that points work now has shifted so our rankings got jumbled all over the place. I think Nick lost almost 100 points in ranking. I lost about 150 points in ranking. It encourages you to go to more robust tournaments than little tiny ones all the time, because the little tiny tournaments are actually starting to get shit on now by this new point system. But I mean, pinball should be about having fun, and then you just go blow it out at the big events, but the bad thing about the big events is that's where the big boys show up, so it's going to be hard to get your points. But it is nice because this is how they stop people from, like, cheating their way up the world ranking system by having impromptu, you know, bullshit tournaments with, like, 40 people that don't know how to play pinball just so they can win and... Anyway. Whatever. So I'm going to switch this over, get some practice in. it's four minutes after five and when Nick's done talking you'll come in and play it's gonna be fun it's gonna be fun so if I hit this button mini pad baby Although the camera lighting is all screwed up. Meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow. There we go, there we go. Great. Sync is good. Awesome. All right, let's play some pinball, kids. So as I was explaining to Crystal the other day, the first mode that it wants to start you on is New York. New York is trash because you have to hit that blade that sucks to hit. So we're going to try to hit the pop bumpers or a target to get it to Miami and then play Miami out because that is the most lucrative mode in this game. Swift. Missed everything. I'm pissed. I'm pissed. Pissed! Not only did I get New York anyway, but I missed my three souvenirs. Oh, a heads up. The, uh, this one is also hooked through the shaker motor, and the game is leaning like a monster to the left, which we still haven't fixed. The flipper, the flipper stopped working. That's not a joke. The flipper literally stopped working. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Uh oh. The left flipper is like weird double flipping and won't stay up. Ummmm. Hmm. Let me get the keys. Hold tight. Why can't this happen when Brad's here, you know? Look at that. Gotta fix the game. Slip. This doesn't count, Vader. Jerk alert! Yeah, there you go. Buffalo. Rad music. Sorry, I tilted. That is so weird. I'm going to have to take the, uh, Let's mess up here. Get out the car somewhere. Leaning, flipper's not working, sounds like someone rage-gamed a bit. Yeah, screw you. No rage-game. Alright, listen to the fun music, kids. Alright. Alright. Enough of that. Enough of that. That music gone. Here, I'll turn on some Metallica while we're waiting. You guys can listen to that. Come on baby. Rad music on. Rad music on. Alright, what are we looking at here nerds? That a really weird switch mechanism This might get loud I'm a freaking technician. Oh no you don't. Yeah, we're good. Alright kids. Let's get back to this, huh? I think it was the Metallica scared broke though. Perhaps I should have put the playfield in correctly. And that's how we beat Brad's score. Uh, yeah, don't tell anybody. Flick, flick, flick, flick. Awesome Awesome I will tell you folks We have never done that And I promise The second you do it It's like The second you put in a cheat code In a game it sort of ruins the game for you You know when you play Fucking, I don't know SimCity You put in the free, all the money code It's like, why even play the damn game anymore Alright, Metallica, shut up Alright Glass off, dance off Welcome back, folks A little repair job there Now the flip is flippin' Yay So like I said Shoot for We're shooting for Miami So we want to hit a few pop bumpers Because New York's lit right now This works too Oh well That actually doesn't work Uh oh. Uh oh. I think it's clicking weird again. Oh, son of a... We may... Oh my god. We may have to switch over to something else, friends. Oh my god. Playing with a flipper that you can't hold up? Oh my god. I'm screwed. It's like a new... Brad, the left flipper, it's like, it'll flip up it'll flip twice and then it falls down. I'm not sure what's going on. See? Watch. I'll flip both of these at the same time and hold them. I don't know what that's about. Whomp. The other flippers on the left look good. Look like flip-tronix board or coil. I don't know man. I took the glass off and I blew on it and it worked for a little bit. Now it's like not. Yeah, I don't know man, that's so weird. Well, we may have to move the strug to a different machine, kids. Pinball's physical. This stuff happens. Chocolato. Hold windings most likely? I don't even know what that means. Is that something I can tweak really quick, or should I call it? Brad. Brad. Whoa, whoa, whoa. I mean it adds a nice degree of difficulty that's for sure. Play some Skinner. What's up, Committed? Roadshow's acting up right now. We're just trying to decide what to do here. Because we might have to, I think, to make it easy, slide the stream over and play Game of Metallica tonight. In fact, I think that's what has to happen. Because I don't want to risk ruining anything on Roadshow here. Maybe the cable of the hole winding is broken? What do you guys know on tech stuff? I seriously don't know a damn thing about the inner workings of a pinball machine, as As far as wiring is concerned anyway. Look it Now look Now it wants to stay up now it doesn Alright, she's broke. Sorry kids. Brad pulled the trigger on it. So here's what we're gonna do. We're going to do, you get to watch me set the stream up live on the Internet. Let's see, where should we sweep this underneath. Alright, nobody gets sick. Trying to prevent the sickness. The sickness. Alright, so that should be... Also, we'll turn on Metallica so we can, you know, listen to it. That was easy. So what... Stern has a pulse for only one winding not to burn the coil. Huh. Okay, so that's that. Let's turn on some... Set your prayers little one, don't forget my son, to include everyone. Sorry if that deafened you guys, a wire could have broken off, yeah that's true too. See how easily we can spin all this crap around. Um, kids, I might have to kill the stream real quick. Till the sand becomes our Weep with one eye open Drip in your pillow tight And next to the light And the rain Take my hand Across the never never land you
