When you get it up to the ring, there's two slingshots here. and much like a double flipper system on any pinball machine, if you push the flipper in a little bit, you get the bottom flipper. If you push it all the way in, you get the slingshot up top. So this allows for staging down here, holding the ball, and for playing the ring when you have a ball up there.
