Let's do Team Pinball first. Okay. It's weirder. All right. So maybe give us a rundown. We know that Team Pinball had worked on stuff in the past. They're a group. I don't know how big of a group of pinball developers. They have assisted with other companies to create. They've made their own pinball machine, Mafia. It didn't do so hot. That was their big claim to, like, coming onto the scene. Yeah, clearly they've been doing stuff with Pedretti. I believe they've done stuff with Pinball Adventures. Okay, all right. And I think they've helped with, I think they helped with those kits, those Pedretti, like the Whirlwind. Oh, yes. Kits, I think. Don't quote me, but I think so. So they had worked with them, and then I guess their prime beef here was that they're not working with them anymore, and they feel like they owe them money or something? Give us a rundown as to what the deal is. It has to do with Big Bang Bar and a remake, apparently, they were working on. So they outed them and said, they got Big Bang Bar. Right, right. So anyway, they a little over a week ago, Team Pinball on their Facebook page posted this update, I guess you could say, regarding their issues with Pedretti. And it is massive. So I will not read the entire post. However, what I will read is going to be quotes from the post. I'm going to string it together in one burst. That GPT is good, isn't it? I did this manually. I literally just went through, pasted their post, and highlighted the elements that tell the story without the fluff. Perfect. In my opinion. So, here we go. I've got to get my voice back. For many years, Team Pinball has worked with Pedretti Gaming to provide hardware and software solutions for their Funhaus and Whirlwind 2.0 kits and for the Funhaus remake machine. Team Pinball has also been working on several upcoming titles, including a remake of Capcom's Big Bang Bar. After careful consideration, we believe we owe it to the pinball community to publicly explain what happened with the Big Bang Bar remake project from our perspective. In October 2024, Team Pinball purchased one of the original prototypes from Melvin Williams with the agreement and knowledge of Pedretti. In 2025, we shipped our prototype to Pedretti and traveled there personally to finalize the machine using version 2 PCBs. During this process, Pedretti updated several physical elements of the machine, including the cabinet and replacing the blank Whitewood playfield with the final printed version, which had also been designed in collaboration with Melvin Williams back in 2022. But they're not going to litigate, which it's kind of like, I mean, we've had these conversations before, Zach, and it's like, at what point is it actually worth litigating? I wouldn't think this would be that if you, unless you talk to a lawyer and they said, you're not going to win this or the most you'll be able to get is the amount that you paid Melvin Williams for the prototype, not all your R&D. That's where I'm confused because they act as if they purchased the prototype. So it's their machine. If it was their machine, then I'm like, yeah, they deserve that machine back. But then they said it was going to be returned back to Petretti as the original agreement or something like that. It made it sound as if like, well, it's their game. We're going to give it back to them once we're done with it. When you're reading there, I was like, well, wait a minute. Right. My understanding is, all right, so here's how I believe it went from their write up. But Team Pinball bought a prototype unit. Okay.

I would venture to say that the only way that they're going to – they need to have some documentation showing what the terms of the agreement are regarding reimbursement for their work. If they don't have that, it's going to be very tough. But then again, they have to have some type of communication in written form of what the agreement was, even if it wasn't transactional like a contract. There's probably still enough to showcase to a court, to a judge of what the agreement was, how they were going to be reimbursed for their work. Now, a part that I did not read that was in Team Pinball's write-up that maybe I should have was the part where I said in the return of the prototype the answer was no. They had then said Team Pinball that this game has a complete shock to us, especially because Pedretti at this point stated that they had decided not to manufacture Big Bang Bar at all. We were later told the prototype could be returned and we paid for the cabinet swap, play field changes, and other modifications made during development.

    But then they said that they were told it was all Pejority's property, which maybe that's what the contract said and whoever they – I don't know. But to me it reminds me of Dutch Pinball and their contract manufacturer ARA or A when they tried to do the big Lebowski with them originally And they actually did litigate Dutch Pinball did and they lost And I remember at the time thinking when all that stuff was playing out over the years that it's to me from an outsider and not knowing Dutch law, it sounded to me like Dutch Pinball's case was very weak and that the contract manufacturer was probably in a good position. And ultimately, the contract manufacturer did win, which I mean, now Dutch always insisted the courts got it wrong, but of course they would. I'm wondering if Team Pinball here is trying to win something in the court of public opinion because they realize that they don't really have a legal case and that's why they're not going to pursue expensive litigation. But they're very angry because they have nothing to show for it now. And if Pedretti is not planning to move forward with Big Bang Bar, Team Pinball might have been able to find someone else to build it if they had the prototype back. But now so much of that work is flushed down the toilet.

That's what, from the eagle eye view here, it's almost as if, like, Padretti's like, you know, we're not looking to go in that direction anymore. It has not yielded the harvest that we had hoped.

    A really good film. Really delightful film. I'd done the audiobook, so. Okay yeah I was like should I watch this before Because everybody like oh you got to read the book You don have to It good have to But I was like it good on its own But really well just all around one of those movies is like shit they kind of nailed everything It just really did really well. The only thing, I saw it actually at Texas when I went for TPF. Tony and I were like, Tony's like, I want to see this. I was like, let's go see it on one of the days when we're down there. Yeah. Because it's within walking distance to go to the mall where the theater was. And he loved the book. He had read it twice.

    And the only thing is – and it's obviously they had to make compromises for the movie. If you want to understand like what all they did, like more of the science side of it, the book will go into like what they did to keep the earth warm during this time period and all. Like they had to take – there's a whole subplot about how are we going to survive this long for him even to do the mission before the earth is too cold. I was a bit confused on timelines at points there because they didn't really hammer home length of time during the – they might have mentioned it once or something. I'm like, did I catch that? Was that right? They didn't really explain how they were able to get the ship there in the time that they did and all that. No, they had to get to the – you have your buddy film with your rock monster. Not everything can be The Martian and Interstellar. Okay.

    I will make sure that at some point Interstellar as a pinball machine is going to happen. It is it is going to happen. It just it has to. It's quickly becoming one of the greatest films of all time. It's being put on this pedestal everywhere, and at some point we will get an Interstellar. Maybe that's what I should start working on, Interstellar Pinball. Still mixed on whether it's strong enough for a pinball theme. I think there's so much more nostalgic stuff that would sell better, but I still think it could work.

    Just think of the world of Interstellar. If Stern did it, the robots wouldn't even move. When did we get the watch? I almost bought that watch. Oh, the Hamilton Murph? Yeah. Oh, Murph.
