All right, I'm here at the Electric Bat Arcade in Mesa, Arizona. We're here for the warm-up tournament. We got like 85 players here tonight and uh this weekend is the Star Fighters Pinball Festival. So, we came early and uh now we get to check out the Electric Bat Arcade. So I guess this has been going for like 7 years or so and it literally started in this room. They had a handful of machines. They started running league. Popularity grew and so did the collection and the space. I'm just going to walk around here and check things out. I haven't really had a whole lot of time to really comb over things. So, this is going to be my first real good look. I just dove right in. We're like round four in the tournament right now. And uh it is uh not looking too good for me. So, I've got a little bit of time before the next round starts. So, I'm taking this opportunity to do a walk through. What's up, David Morris? We got a huge Canadian contingent here. People from Calgary, Edmonton, [music] uh, all over the place. Bunch of Ontarians. I think for Ontario, it's just me and Shauny Boy here today, but there will be some more showing up uh tomorrow. Got the leaderboard up here. We got a bar here. Got some cool [music] pinball art. And uh I think Sean had well I think he won his first three so he's at 21 going into this round. So third is probably uh puts him at 24 I think. We'll check out the standings if we can. I also got to play Andromeda which is pretty rare game plan game and uh it was really cool and also especially didn't hurt that I got my only first on it. I think I took like last uh second first and last so I've been all over the place. I also played the uh uncanny X-Men Pro. Uh I don't know the number of machines in total here, but I think this tournament there is at least 54 in the tournament. So, you know, probably maybe 60 machines cuz there's a couple that are turned off that I noticed. Looney Tunes. We got bat skitball. That's pretty awesome. We got creature from the black lagoon. That's pretty cool. [music] Ah, seaweed hanging off them. I love that. Got Congo. [music] It'd be fun to kind of go through every single machine and see what I've had and what I haven't had cuz I've had Congo, I've had Viking, have Iron Maiden, no Pulp Fiction, I do have a Sorcerer, I do not have the newest machine in the lineup. Uh I do not have an Evil Dead. I have had a firepower and a ground shaker. No Foo Fighters. I've had Sinbad. I've had Creature. Had a fall. No Scared Stiff. No Blackjack Jaws. No. Paw Dogggin. Yes. So, I'm going to like pull up my socks, pull up my panties, tighten my belt buckle, and try and uh win another uh at least try and win the next couple rounds. uh try and [music] gain some dignity because uh I need to be playing a little bit better uh considering the the action the big event is happening starting tomorrow [music] and if I'm playing like I'm playing tonight then uh it ain't going to go well. But either way, it's going to be a blast. It's going to be fun. We're not in the cold, wet, snowy, shitty, icy Carl Weathers of Canada. So, we're in Mesa, Arizona, mofos. And uh it's going to be good times no matter what. Okay, I don't know if you can see this, but uh this is the second to last round because Like I said, it's a race to 42 points. And if you can see that, check this out. I can't see crap. But it is right now a three-way tie at 41 points. And Shiny Boy is in that mix with Carlos and Adam Horton.
