I've taken him two in a row. hmm all right uh i'll go through my tournament exploits yes you had a couple of them didn't yes i mentioned the last episode i was gonna be playing in a tournament at the local where yeah the name of the place is the local yeah i know it's local too but where is it who's on first what i know he's on second i don't know third base okay very good uh i used to be able to do the whole routine just myself like back and forth yeah it was golf format we did was there a finals yeah there was a final so we did golf nine holes and most of them were um realistic yeah really most of them were um what am i thinking not not score based but stuff you actually have to do in the game goals goal base there you go wow yes brain is not working at all yes goal based so they had things like um i'm trying to defeat the castle like in a medieval madness or something like that i mean there's no medieval madness there but they had they had ones like oh the funny one is um legends of valhalla it was like get so many weapons and so many um so many something else so many battles something and i'm like i have no idea how to do how to do that it's like i'll read the instruction card like oh right i can't because you can't read it it's not the but it's not readable. Yikes. So you just played and played and played until Sunday. He just turned around and was like, did I make it? Yeah, I didn't do very good in that game. Things like the best Jersey Jack game ever, dialed in, of course, is there. And it was play a mode, start a mode, and a multiball. Or no. It might have been, no, it was just start multiball. So you just start a mode, time it out, and then lock a ball, and start multiball. Dun, dun, dun. Yeah. Toy Story was get two of the main inserts across, which are all the different things you're supposed to do to get to the wizard mode. So I just went for the Buzz Lightyear multiball and then the, was it Road Trip multiball? And then other ones were scores and things like that. So I ended up in the Final Four, and we played, what did we play? We played three games, and it was still the golf scoring and all that stuff. And I won. I won something. The final countdown. I finally won a game. Yay. I finally won something. Yay. So then we just had, yesterday, I just came back from it, the Saratoga Pinball Show. What game did you bring out to Saratoga, Ron? It was a game that's very fast, very quick game. It's a very quick game. So they did a thing where it was like top six. The first two get a bye, and then they play. But they didn't do golf scoring for like the playoffs. That's weird. So we just did regular. And then they did 7-5-3-1. 7-5-3-0. And the first game we played was Bounty Hunter, Gottlieb's Bounty Hunter. First alphanumeric from Gottlieb. Ah, very good. And Zach did something I've never seen before. He actually lost Oh he definitely lost But he did something I have never seen Did he rage tilt No He did tilt though Okay And he tilted through Ooh. Twice. Twice? A double tilt through. I've never seen this. So he made a – it wasn't even like a slide or anything. It was just literally just a quick nudge, boom, and it tilted, tilted through the next player, and then tilted through the next player. So he tilted players two and three. Nice. So he was booted out, like, you're out of here. And because it was ball one, we just started a new three-player game. Yeah, of course. And it turns out we wanted to look at the tilt-bop first, though. It's like, is this thing on the cylinder or something? It wasn't on the cylinder, but it wasn't centered. It was way up front. So it was like almost touching the cylinder in the front, but lots of room in the back. I love when I touch the cylinder in the front. Ah. Ah. So you could hit it really hard certain ways and no problem, but then other ways. Yeah. Yikes. So that put him in the hole. The hole. Yeah. You put him at one instead of seven. Yes. Or you get zero. Well, he got one. Okay. So I can't remember what the next two games were, but I advanced. Zach didn't. He was out. He was out. So you took out Zach. Nice job. And because I'm not, I'm not a top seed. I don't get to pay. I don't get to pick anything. Well, at least I didn't think I was going to get to pick anything. Did everyone defer? Uh, well, no, not at first. First, there was, um, T2 we played and I finished second. Then sorcerer, sorcerer. I finished second. and we had a situation where out of the four of us, three of us had 10. And the other person was out, kind of out, yeah. So the person who had the pick, they deferred for the last game. I'm like, really? So it went to me because I was second the last game. And I was just like, Spider-Man, no hesitation. Bad call. Bad call for the Emberists. Yes, of course. That's what I said. So, yeah, they should have picked a game. that was not... First of all, I didn't do much. I had like, I don't know, 30 million. Another guy in our group, his name is Ron, also. He had like 40-something million. But I was setting everything up, trying to work on my villains, because I want to get to Battle Royale. And the second game, I got... The second game. The second ball, I got to Battle Royale. Nice. And did absolutely nothing. That's the worst thing. Well, I got the four weapon i get four i in battle royale you get the four villains and then you hit the right ramp well i got the four villains but i couldn't hit the right ramp missed it like five times then drain out to one ball and then just just reflex back try to backhand and the flippers had like a ton of travel on this particular spider-man so i backhanded the right ramp which got me the jackpot and add as adds a ball well so you then continue and then i then i continued on and got like five more jackpots nice i ended up with like 260 something million the guy that was in that was going to be fourth anyway he was like yeah i'm good can i just have my fourth place file leave like while i was playing i turn around like he's gone because it was it was getting near the end of the show too yeah at that point um but yeah so i won that and they also had the project pinball tournament or the project pinball like when they you just play a game and it had like one ball you play one ball on iron maiden oh there you go yeah so i I played Iron Maiden. I paid for three entries, but I only used two. I had the high score. Zach didn't play it. He hates Iron Maiden. Yeah, I know. He hates Iron Maiden. Lucky for me. So he didn't play it. So my score held. And, yeah, I won that. And then I told him the usual. It's just like, yeah, just whatever I won, just donate it. Donate it back. So there you go. And that was very successful.
