Brewery come sit and stay for a dog on good time so we started off as a grilling tap but we had beers that were from all the local area and then we decided in 2013 we wanted to start getting into the craft beer ourselves so we opened our first Brewery in Ahwatukee the idea originally was we wanted it just for our restaurants we were just going to go ahead and supply and then the first night somebody came in said hey can I buy a keg and we were in the distribution business drew our Brewers been doing such a great job it's hard to sell anybody else's beer because we like ours so much all the beers are pretty much either dog forward or dog themed I mean we're Uncle Bears a bear was a black lab so we always want to incorporate that this is the infamous Devo big baby Bailey's this is my assistant Brewers dog and then my newest favorite Brian the hood to me our beers are all approachable they're clean you're not going to get any off flavors everything that goes out it has to be to our standards or else it's not going out so you can get a golden you can get a Kohl's a number of different ipas and then sours to be honest it doesn't feel like work when I come in I'm doing something I really truly love so I'm giving love up there that's the way I look at it that's the way I approach it foreign we started working with the danger zone in Jordan about three years ago he came in and and was talking to us and wanted to have an outlet for his great machines as someone who was born in the 80s you know I'm very nostalgic for arcade when I grew up that was basically daycare and so it was always just kind of a dream for me to have just a small location where I could put a couple games that I'm super passionate about such as like Killer Queen and then my first pinball machine ever bought was the stern Jurassic Park premium behind me I'm very bougie when it comes to my pinball selection I'm in a unique opportunity to where I can provide Penzey would not normally see on location to the broader Community I've been to a couple other pinball places around and his stuff is just it changes out it's updated it's always the best that's kind of my thing where they get modded they get all the accessories The Toppers everything I just I want everybody to experience you know the best version of a Stern Pinball Machine I've been very very fortunate and very blessed to actually have this opportunity to create you know dangers during arcade with Uncle Bears I couldn't ask for a better Community it makes it more exciting to be here and we love that and it gets people to come back often every Thursday we do a weekly pinball tournament and then the one Sunday a month we do a knockout tournament later this afternoon we're going to have a pinball tournament from the bells and Chimes bells and Chimes is a network of women's leagues that was started in 2 because it was a mostly male dominated Sports Hobby and so she recognized she needed a space a safe space to be able to be created to help women get into pinball and now there's chapters all over the world we like to explain the games learn how to play so it has the competitive aspect but also friendship I've met some amazing women here so in 2017 I started the Phoenix chapter we just had seven or eight I think people at our first tournament but now here today we have 32 women playing so we're always hosting events here whether it's pinball tournaments special events arcade happy hours or with collaboration with Uncle Bear's brewery so Insider connected has been an amazing feature that I've been very excited to integrate to every single Stern pin in the lineup and we utilize the leaderboard feature to keep track on who's actually on top of that who's winning because at the end of the month we'll give out prizes free Growlers filled with amazing Uncle Bear's beer danger zone arcade is amazing let me tell you the owner is a veteran here these are exclusive to danger zone now these dog tags represent the different places that you rank in various tournaments if you collect enough of these dog tags you can certainly trade them in for all various different exclusive prizes hosted by danger zone it's really fun to watch when there's a tournament going on and every machine is full and they're all and everyone's so focused on winning it's really neat the partnership with Uncle B. Farris has been an incredible one I could not have asked for a better location to partner with everything we do we want to be a neighborhood bar and grill we want to be a place that people come too often and one of them that gets them to come back and see us again I've got the best lineup in the valley and Uncle B. Farris has the best craft beer in all the valley so if you want amazing craft beer to the play One of a Kind unique arcade games and amazing top tier level pinball machines you want to come to Danielson arcade inside Uncle Bear's brewery and Tap Room
