All right. Today I am going to head to the post office on the way to the Greasy Garage. Today I am shipping three drop target banks for Meteor to uh John Stewart from Stillwater, Oklahoma. And then I'm going to go over to the Greasy Garage, check out the action over there. The uh Six Million Dollar Man JC's Six Million Dollar Man is nearing completion. Oh, that reminds me. I also have for Kevin some standoffs for the power supply board. They're all broken on the machine. Okay, what else is going on? I don't know really know what else is going on over there. I know Kevin's been working long and hard on the Six Million Dollar Man. Uh I think he's somewhat stalled on the Slugfest because the art blades haven't showed up yet. And I'm not sure if he's made any headway on Tales of the Arabian Nights yet. But we do need to go over to the storage unit and do a big pinball machine shuffle. So I sold my Alaska single player EM project and it is way at the back and I need to get that to the front cuz that's going to go to Allentown. Also, I'm going to bring home of the three Allied Leisure Getaway so I'm going to pick two of the best because two can actually fit in my vehicle. I'm going to make one real nice one. And Kevin is going to grab his Mousin' Around. He's going to start working on that. And maybe possibly he might be grabbing my Twilight Zone from storage. And that is going to get a special one-of-a-kind treatment. It's going to get custom cabinet art and side blades. And he's like, "Would you do a Twilight Zone with these particular decals?" I think he even offered them up for free just for photos of them so that he could advertise them, you know, if they um if it looks good. So I'm going to basically my Twilight Zone's going to be the guinea pig. Going to go with these custom one-of-a-kind never-done-before uh cabinet decals and uh you know, it's a bit of a gamble. People are very traditional and and like OG stuff. This is definitely not going to be that. But either way, it's going to be awesome and I'm willing to gamble. So we might be moving that as well. So it's like a possible one, two, three, four, five machine shuffle happening over at storage. So that's what's going on. We'll see over there. I'm Mike Dimes [music] and this is Pinball Shenanigans. [music] Okay, I made it to the Greasy Garage. And uh let's see what's going on. What's up, boys? I mean, boy. We're missing someone. Where could he be hiding, I wonder? Uh you scared me. I got you. Got me again. Dutch and his shenanigans. Bastard beat him in. All right, so we saw the Slugfest last time. It was pretty much in the same state except was the panel installed? I don't recall that. No? Okay. And the coin door I don't know if that was installed or not. Either way, it's It's pretty well done. Still sadly waiting on art blades. Just the art blades we're waiting for. There's the playfield over there. Cleaned and LED'd. Ready to rock and roll. I like your uh your keychain baseball bat. That is awesome. It's a little spoiler. Uh it is, too. And you've got the uh ticket dispenser installed. So it's kind of cool. I didn't realize this, but you can you get the option of either a card dispenser or a ticket dispenser. So I had no idea, but the boys are going to load this up with um some tickets and uh that'll be pretty cool. So that is near the finish line. I don't know if um this whole back panel thing was installed last time, but possibly. Either way, she's looking good. And I see you're going to start work on Tales of Arabian Nights playfield. Yep. Dutch, are you going to pitch in on this? You seem to be the playfield guy. You going to tackle this? I don't know. It's Kevin that I playfields, too. Yeah, well, yeah. Don't take credit away from him. You guys do the the father-son combo from time to time. This is not a shop job, though. This Oh, right. That's right. Yeah, yeah. I forgot. This is a full playfield swap. Dutch has yet to do that, but you may one day. You going to buy one of these uh one of these machines and do it up? Maybe a a Knight [clears throat] Rider? Cuz you got a Knight Rider playfield. Knight Rider playfield. And a Mata Hari playfield. Should have two Mata Hari. Yeah, you ordered two ordered three playfields and kind of only got two. Yeah. Oops. I paid for three, too, which is awesome. I'm pretty sure CPR is going to honor the uh the mistake. I hope so. They're they're pretty good like that. Yeah, kind of missing one playfield, but Oh, yeah. So there's a new um project in the queue. And this is uh Mike DePue's Xenon. So this is going to get a cabinet job and a hardtop, eh? Yep. Uh I did I dealt with Mike DePue many years ago like one of the first [snorts] machines that you pretty much shopped up was my Star Trek, Bally Star Trek. This is before you were doing decals or stencils. You kind of did like a hand touch-up on the whole cabinet. You pretty much hand painted the whole thing. Yeah, it really turned out good. It turned out great. But it was very in the early beginning. That was like one of the first restorations you did. And uh Mike DePue bought that off of me. So he's brought in a Xenon to get the treatment. So that is now also in the queue. You got the hardtop here. Yep. Let's take a peek at that. Can we? You got uh you haven't seen it yet? From outside edge, we got uh plastic set here and all kinds of other goodies here. Blue skirts. Oh, some pretty hefty uh leg levelers here and these are ones I've never seen before. Pop bumper rings, LEDs. Oh, did they Oh, yeah, that's right. Oh, and brand new clear star post. That's going to look awesome. I like that. Pin gulp. And here is the hardtop. Very cool. It's got uh It's got a film on it. Yeah. Got a protective film on the top. That's pretty cool. That is a nice option. How thick is this thing? Like 1/16. [snorts] Well, there you have it. She's going to look pretty when all said and done. I think that's about it in here. So you've got uh Six Million Dollar Man nearing the finish line as well. Oh, that reminds me. I've got standoffs for you. Oh. And fudge for you. Cool. [laughter] Very random, I know. Let's go check out the Greasy Garage arcade. Dutch has the keys. What do we got? Oh, woah. Let's just bypass this for a second and have a look at the Tales of the Arabian Nights. It's starting to get its chrome treatment. Look at that. That is incredible. Clear flipper buttons, chrome rails. Oh, yeah. We're waiting on chrome hinges. But that looks amazing. And chrome legs, too, but Yeah, these are not chrome legs yet, but you will be getting chrome legs. Very, very cool. Here's the playfield. I think we did check this out in the last video, which I still have yet to edit. I've been posting and spamming so many videos that I've been slacking. I got still got to do your last Greasy Garage episode. Okay, so here's JC's Six Million Dollar Man. You can see it's nearing completion. You know it is almost finished when you get the Greasy Garage sticker. [snorts] Yes. Oh, yeah. We've got those custom drop targets. We'll have to check those out. This is really nicely polished, too. Very nice. Custom Johnny G apron cards, it looks like. All painted and polished metals everywhere. Can we turn this on? Uh no, not powered by the game. Uh okay. Well, you're going to be done this and JC's picking this up on the 11th, you said, right? Is that true? That's the plan. Okay. Well, sadly, I will be gone this weekend to Maple Pinball for the Spring Spectacular. So, I won't technically get to do the the official play test game cuz I'll be back on like Monday, I think, or Sunday. And then, JC will be picking this up on the Saturday, but they got all this white powder coating, new everything. And here's these cool drop targets. Let's drop them. It'd be easier to say what is not new than what is new because there's pretty much New new everything. skirts, light sockets, caps. Posts changed white to blue. Um I like the red, white, and blue. That's really cool. Blue posts. The blue posts are all new. Just [clears throat] the white powder coating throughout all the gates and wires. Yep. Uh spinner decals. Those are pretty. Well, those are the ones I actually had left over from Rob's parlor. Oh, really? Oh, nice. Um one-way gates are done. Plastic set, CPR. It is looking good. And then, of course, the cabinet. We've seen this before, but New flipper buttons, new All those are those uh whatever those are new. Oh, the new displays. The the flush mount. I don't even know what brand they are, but they're pretty reasonably priced. This whole set was I thought it said 250 bucks. Which seems pretty good for what, seven displays? Yeah. And was this a new back glass, too? No, it was actually like super nice, so we just left it. That's the only thing we didn't We didn't replace. Mint original. Yeah. Very, very nice. JC's going to be one happy camper. But yeah, this thing is looking amazing and I guess it'll be gone next time I'm here. So, JC, you enjoy. What do you got in this box, Dutch? I see a bunch of pin gulps. We got Are you guys running low on pin gulps? No, this is ordered for somebody else. Yeah, we ordered them for somebody else. We got um Oh, coin inserts. for Ripley's cuz the front faces are missing. We got more side rail screws. A bag of ducks. Say what? What now? A bag of who? Uh a bag of uh Oh, side rail screws. Oh, okay. And something about ducks, I don't know. What the duck? Did Pinball Life just like throw these in or did this person actually order a bunch of ducks? Uh I think he ordered the ducks. I think that was [laughter] us. You ordered the ducks? Well, Rob Vierra wanted some ducks, so then I just bought a bunch of ducks. All right. There's already one in the game. I'm taking this one. Dutch has claimed that there is one duck in one game somewhere. And it's in Medieval Madness. Yeah, okay. It's probably Where is it? Tales? It might be Road Show. He did say It wouldn't blend in on White Water, though. He did say it's not too hard to spot, but in a room of like 30 machines, It would blend in on White Water. That's all That's all I can give. Would blend in on White Water. So, that means it's not White Water. Maybe that's what I want you to think. Maybe he's trying to reverse psychology us. He did say maybe Road Show. I didn't say that. Didn't you? That's what Kevin said. Popeye. You love Popeye. It's all right. No duck in here. You know it is Easter Monday, isn't it? So, I feel like I'm hunting for It's like a Easter egg duck hunt. We're on a duck hunt. I don't see it there. Dutch, did you hide a duck at all? He's just totally Maybe. He's totally bluffing us. He's suckered us. There's no duck. Ripley's. Oh. There's a lot of green on it. Was that laugh there intentional? I heard a laugh that sounded Flash Gordony. But he wouldn't make us have to look underneath the playfield. What do you done that game yet, Mike. No duck here? Why would I put it on the old plastics? Mm. All right. I thought that was a subtle hint. Maybe I read into that one too much. Okay, I give. It is Medieval Madness. Ah, you bastard. [clears throat] It was the first machine we were looking at, after all. I had it apart. Ah, there it is. Check it out. Did you see it, Kev? That's the only one I was Ah, how cute. Okay, I just spotted this oddity on Monte Carlo here and it's very interesting. It's uh I guess it's for Rob Vierra's uh claw machine. He probably doesn't realize how small the characters are, though, and how glued they are. But I guess this whole thing cost $15, which is kind of crazy. There's like glass in here and I don't know. If you want to go to Handmade with Love, maybe you can get one of your own, but uh it's kind of neat, but I don't know if it's going to work for his claw machine. It's got a rooster that, you know, does that, which is cool. And uh I kind of want to like, without Rob knowing, what if I were to like make a hole in it? Do you think he'd be pissed off? Oh, too late. And steal this. Mini. I'm totally stealing this, Rob Vierra. You're only going to know after watching this video. This hole there, that's just unexplained. So, this will go up on my shelf somewhere and uh you'll discover later on. All right, it's time to do the pinball machine shuffle. Here's the Mousin' Around. Here's the Twilight Zone. Gilligan's is in the way. And then, here's Getaway, Getaway, Getaway, and Alaska almost at the very back. All right, Getaways are removed. Better start to rain. Yeah, it is. The rain is coming. It's perfect timing. Isn't that great? Dutch, you lied. You said it was raining. It was. This is freaking hail. What the hail, man? It's literal hail. This is just wonderful timing. Why did I agree to come along? What is going on? All right. Help me move this thing. All right, the shuffle is complete. It's a little more space in here now, which is nice. Twilight Zone is loaded up. And yes, two Getaways fit in a 2012 Ford Escape. Just barely. Not even room for a finger. Okay, organized in there. Alaska is nice and accessible. Got two of the three Getaways loaded up. And Twilight Zone is going to get crazified. So, that's all very exciting stuff. And uh yeah, stay tuned. The Allied Leisure Getaway series will begin very soon. Oh, I'm going to run this red light. Oh, it's still green. I'm safe. Let's get it Getaway reference. Get it? Kind of? My timing is impeccable. This is like 2 hours later. And I thought, hey, maybe I I should unload these things. And immediately, starts hailing again.
