Okay, we're here at Amusement Expo International and I'm at the Alan1 booth. So you're probably wondering, why am I here? Because Alan1 has just partnered with Atari to create the recharged versions of their games as arcade cabinets. So I'm going to show you, this is the number one, prototype number one of Asteroids, which is the first game that they're trying to release. Okay, so I'm standing in front of the Atari recharge cabinet. This is it right here, this is the first one, this is the first prototype they made. It comes in a two-player version, and then there's a huge four-player version over there. If you're looking to put this in a bigger location, you could have the four-player model, or you can have the two-player model. And they stayed true to the control scheme of Asteroid, so if you look down here, you can see it's exactly the same as it was when you used to play it back in the day, even to the last detail of the volcano buttons. So I'll play it a little bit here so you can kind of check it out. It has a lot of interesting features to it. It has a knocker in it, so as you're destroying these asteroids, you'll hear there's a knocker in the control panel that will knock. It's pretty cool. They did alter the game slightly from the original, so this is Atari's code, but Alan1 has actually tweaked it a bit to make it a little bit more arcade-like. I haven't seen all of that yet because I just started playing it, but it's really fun. So real quick, I just want to talk to you a little bit about the So they have a lit marquee up here. It got a nice backlit light accent And then they have these sort of acrylic pieces that come out of the side That also gonna be lit up it lit up on the prototype over there they don have it lit up here it got a really good sound system and then the control panel has knockers so certain things during the game you're going to hear like a knock and then this is point off so you're going to have you know traditional coin doors because this is meant to be put on location somewhere the cabinet quality is really good it's huge if it has a gigantic screen I don't know how big this is it looks like a 50 inch screen and then the other one over there the prototype I think that's like a 32 inch screen so you will have the option to buy either or but their cabinet construction is like really really good it reminds me of you know cabinets that we used to have back in the day all right so you're probably wondering pricing and all of that well pricing and availability is still to be determined but they do have these the things we do know is there's gonna be the two player and the four player and I did ask them I was like hey you think maybe you'd make a home version at some point that is something they've discussed but they are not necessarily you know doing that yet but it is something that they're looking into so anyways if you want more information you can go to Alan one's website and check them out there or if you get a chance to come to amusement expo you can play it you know with me right here in their booth So .
